History:
Rhea Janseen was born and raised in the Bronx-section of New York City. Her father was a Starfleet engineer who had been killed at the Battle of Wolf 359. Her mother was a homemaker who raised seven children, Janseen being numbre fout of seven. She graduate thirteenth in a class of two hundred in the New York City public school system. She entered Starfleet Academy in the fall of 2369, and majored in Operations with an engineering minor. She graduated 11th in the Class of '73.
Janseen's first assignment was the USS Reagan, where she served as an ensign in the OPs deparment. She served two years in that post before being promoted to Lt. junior grade. In 2375, while on shore leave, she rekindled a childhood romance with now-husband Tucker Wilson, a commercial shuttle pilot on Earth. In 2376, she gave birth to her first son, Tucker J. Wilson. She and the boy's father were wed a month later just before she reported back to duty on the Reagan. Janseen also took young Tucker on board with her. The Regan was a Galaxy-class ship and was set up to support families.
A year later, Rhea learned of her husband's infidelity. They chose a separation, and went their own ways. Janseen was promoted to full lieutenant and given the chief of operations position. In early 2378 the Reagan was almost destroyed by a conflict along the Jihinsu border. When they returned home, the first person Rhea saw waiting for her was Tucker. He was naturally concerned for his son's safety, but the look in his eyes told her she was utmost in his thoughts as well. The two renewed their marriage vows.
Janseen transferred, and spent the next five years in charge of the Sol System perimeter patrols flight ops. This duty would only take her away from her husband and baby for a week, maybe nine days, at a time.
Son, Wyatt was born in 2381. Rhea, due to her engineering minor, suddenly found herself chief engineer of the perimeter patrol fleet. She was promoted to Lt. Commander and remained in that position until 2386, when she requested a transfer due to "unreconcilable differences" between her and the XO in charge of the Perimiter Patrols.
In late 2386, Rhea was transferred to Starfleet Academy as Operations instructor. She was aboard the Sutherland when the ship was snet ten years into an alternate future, where the Federation was all but gone, and Starfleet consisted of a handfull of ships.
In this alternate future, Rhea met her two sons, whom had been put upon an evatuation shuttle, and sent with Thad Other, and had resided since the invasion of Earth by the T'Kil. Any data on this "mission" are strictly confidential.
