Historical Information:
Alexander ââ¬ÅBullââ¬Â Torial was born on October 15, 2354 in St. Petersburg, Russia to Torial Keil and Susan Ivchenko. Alexander received his nickname from his parents because of how quick he was born; his mother was only in labor for an hour before Alexander was born. It was also a namesake because of his tenacity to rush head long at problems sometimes without thinking the problem through. Alexander was also the oldest sibling, when he was 9 years old he became and older brother to twin sisters Lyta and Awyn.
Alexanderââ¬â¢s father was an Attaché to the Bajoran Embassy at Star Fleet HQ. Kiel met Alexanderââ¬â¢s mother while visiting Star Fleet Academy during a flying demonstration. Susan Ivchenko was the lead pilot demonstrating the new atmospheric shuttle craft. Both were invited to a dinner hosted by the Bajoran Embassy, Kiel was stricken by Susanââ¬â¢s beauty and proposed to her on the spot. Though she refused at first, a year long courtship finally ended in marriage.
Alexander grew up between living on Earth in St. Petersburg or on Bajor in the Kelthlan Province with his maternal grandmother. He served with the Bajoran Militia Reserve Corps until he was old enough to apply to Star Fleet Academy. His mother taught him while he was young to be a pilot and he loved it. Yet his impatient attitude usually got the best of him when he tried several daredevil stunts.
Though Alexander lived a happy life, it took a sudden and horrific turn. During his junior year at the Academy, Dominion Forces occupied Bajoran territory. Both of his twin sisters where killed by a drunken Cardassian Soldier. Though the Cardassian was executed by Jemââ¬â¢Hadar forces, it was little consolation to Alexander. His love for his sisters drove him to desert the Academy and join a resistance cell on Bajor.
During his time with the Resistance he flew several missions in support of the resistance movement. He also tracked down and killed the remaining relatives of the Cardassian that killed his sisters. Alexander was soon captured by Federation Forces along the Badlands and was remanded back to Star Fleet Custody. For his Actions Alexander was spared being expelled and was required to repeat his junior year and submit to psychiatric and counseling sessions several times a month.
Academy Background:
Alexander joined Star Fleet at the age of 17 after spending three years in the Bajoran Militia Reserve Corp as a pilot. He excelled in that field, is considered a daredevil pilot but competent as well. Alexander is trained in flying all classes of ships from a wide variety of other specie ships.
Though he had a good career at the Academy, his temper and his distaste for much of authority figures rendered him several reprimands in his personnel file. However, he was awarded several distinctions for bravery when several trainees during pilot training sheared off their stabilizer wings during atmospheric piloting exercises. Alexander was able to fly his shuttle and dock with their and use his deflector shields and integrated both shuttleââ¬â¢s inertial dampening systems to fly them to safety.
Out of his entire career Alexander only had one black mark. When he received word that his twin sisters were killed by a Cardassian on Bajor during the Dominion Occupation, Alexander deserted Star Fleet in order to avenge the deaths of his sisters. In doing so he killed the remaining family of the Cardassian that killed his twin sisters. Though he was captured by Federation ships, Alexander was forced to repeat his junior year and was blacklisted unofficially by Star Fleet. After graduating from the Academy his first posting was to shuttle pilot ferrying passengers from the Earthââ¬â¢s Moon to the Earth.

After Star Fleet Academy:
After graduation from the Academy, his first Posting was to ferrying passengers from the Moon to Earth. To Alexander, it was his punishment for his desertion, but he kept on to his duty despite its monotony. After his 25th birthday he received his first posting on a Starship, aboard the USS Potemkin.
