Captain's Log, Stardate 201711.05

It has been nearly three hours since Captain' Trellis' shuttle disappeared from our sensors. Long-range scanners have been tracking a Madoran battle cruiser.  At one point it was scanning the space around it as if it had detected something, but no weapons fire has been detected, so apparently they didn't find what they were searching for.  I do have helm standing by with a slip-stream course that will put us directly in that system the shuttle is headed for…€… just in case.

For the Sim:

Commander Carishai's team will be entering the planetary system and will have to painstakingly search the different planets that can support life, of which there are four.  Not every planet is ideal for life support, but you do have ONE advantage that could assist in your search.  I will let you figure it out. :: grins::  Meanwhile, the rest of the XL crew will do their best to monitor your situation and keep our eyes on Madoran vessel traffic.  The away team consists of Captain Trellis, Commander Carishai (mission commander), First Lt. Commander Wolfe, Lieutenant Baela, Ensign Waite and Ensign Gar.

Dr. Harris (possibly), Lt. Commander Wolfe (possible), First  Lt. Avatis
