PERSONAL HISTORY
Bargeil Leen (pronounced Bargile) was born on Earth to a human mother and
Trill father. Although her outward appearance looks human, her physiology is
Trill. When she was seven, her parents decided to move back to the Trill
homeworld so that someday she might have the chance to be joined. On the
trip, their ship was attacked by Ferengi pirates and her parents and the crew
of the ship were all killed. She was the only survivor of the attack. She
was rescued a week later by a Federation starship and taken on to Trill where
she was raised by her aunt and uncle. Bargeil reports that the kindness
shown to her by the Starfleet crew at the time of her rescue played a major
role in her decision to join Starfleet.

EDUCATION AND STARFLEET TRAINING
Bargeil entered medical school at the age of 18, and graduated at the top of
her class. Her course of study was heavy in the sciences for not only was
she going to apply to the Symbiosis Committee for joining, but she also
wanted to enter Starfleet, whether she became joined or not. After extensive
testing, she was selected to join with Leen at the age of 26. She is her
symbiont's 5th host, the last of which was killed in his 4th year at

Shortly after joining with Leen, Bargeil Leen was accepted into Starfleet
Academy and left for Earth. She took a course of study heavy in the
sciences. Bargeil refused to take weapons training while at the academy, and
was nearly expelled. However, she challenged the ruling stating that her
physician's oath prevented her from doing harm to other individuals. She won
the appeal and was allowed to skip that part of her training. She graduated
with honors but with a report in her record regarding an incident at Terra

CAREER HISTORY
On Stardate 9603.10, Ensign Bargeil Leen was posted on her first ship the USS
Federation NCC-2100 as the Assistant Chief Medical Officer. She received a
promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade on Stardate 9603.24 and a promotion to
Full Lieutenant on Stardate 9605.05.

Beeg began her career in Starfleet as a physician, however she asked for a
transfer to the Science Department and was made Asst. Chief Science Officer
as well as continuing her responsibilities in sickbay. On SD 9606.25 LT Beeg
was posted as Chief Science Officer of the USS Federation.

On Stardate 9607.23, LT Bargeil Leen accepted a transfer to the USS Hermes
under the Command of Capt Richard Semino.

On Stardate 9608., she received a promotion to First Lieutenant.

On Stardate 9610., she was promoted to Lieutenant Commander.

On Stardate 9702.25, she retired from Starfleet and returned to Trill to
raise her daughter.

On Stardate 9801.12, Beeg's commission was reactivated and she was made CMO
aboard the hospital ship USS Sundancer, under the command of Captain Kar'ral,
the former Chief Tactical Officer aboard the Hermes.

PERSONALITY INFORMATION
Bargeil has been told that she has a tendancy to take too many risks.
When she sees a problem, she attempts to solve it regardless of the risks to
herself. She takes her responsibilities very seriously. As a physician, she
does not allow anyone to get in the way of keeping her patients alive,
regardless of the impact to her own career. As a scientist, she wants to
help out her ship and crew to the best of her abilities, sometimes pushing
herself to exhaustion.

OTHER INFORMATION
While on a leave of absence from Starfleet, Beeg met and fell in love with
Johara Brent, a physician who worked for the Symbiosis Committee. She was
offered a position as a physician on the staff in an attempt by Johara to
keep her from returning to the Hermes. After working on Trill for about a
month, Beeg felt a need to return to her career in Starfleet. Not wanting to
let her get away, Johara accompanied her back to the Hermes where
they soon learned that Beeg was pregnant. After giving birth to their
daughter, Beeg decided that a starship was not where she wanted to raise her
child. Bargeil retired from Starfleet and returned to a civilian life on
Trill.

Bargeil has shown to be slightly telepathic, but lacks training to use it
effectively. Trinda, one of her past hosts was a musician and Beeg enjoys
spending off hours listening to and playing music. She is proficient on the
Earth piano and bassoon and on the Vulcan lyrette.

Due to Bargeil's experiences as a child and Leen's memories of its attack,
Bargeil Leen is not fond of Ferengi. She, as a joined trill has not come
into contact with any Ferengi and avoids places where she might run into one.

PRE-ACADEMY BACKGROUND
Kar'ral is one of the youths that was discovered on Carraya IV. The official
story is that she and the others are "crash survivors" who were rescued. The
real story, however, is that they are the children of former Klingon
prisoners (survivors of Khitomer) and their Romulan captors. Her mother is
Klingon and her father is Romulan. She left them behind when a Starfleet
officer offered to take anyone who wished to leave. All her life she had
dreamed of
traveling to other worlds, and when the opportunity presented itself, she
took full advantage of it. Kar'ral has the pointed ears and general
appearance of a Romulan. Her Klingon heritage is apparent, however, by the
slight brow ridges on her forehead. Her hair is short and black and her eyes
are violet.

STARFLEET ACADEMY
Kar'ral led a simple life on Carraya IV, and was unprepared for the busy,
rushed existence of an Academy cadet. She was also more than a little
homesick. Although she didn't regret her decision, she did miss her parents
and brother terribly. All of the children on Carraya IV had been well
schooled by their parents, so Kar'ral had very little trouble with most of
the classes. She began learning both the Klingon martial arts and the Romulan
defense
sets and, in just four years, managed to master both disciplines.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Kar'ral has no particular special abilities other than being half Klingon and
half Romulan! She has inherited some of the best characteristics of both: the
courage and strength of a Klingon and the tenacity and intelligence of a
Romulan.

PERSONALITY PROFILE
Kar'ral is very curious and eager to explore the universe. She is friendly
but can be very intense, especially if her temper is triggered. Because she
was raised on a peaceful planet, she does not believe in killing unless
absolutely necessary. Her general rules on the use of force, which she
learned from her martial arts training, are: avoid rather than fight, fight
to control rather than hurt, hurt rather than maim, maim rather than kill.

While posted to the Hermes, she fell in love with her friend Teena’s
brother-in-law, Ghar. He is a Klingon who works for the Klingon Ambassador.
Kari had taken a leave of absence to return to Quo’noS and marry Ghar and she
lived there with him for almost a year. However, during the war with the
Dominion, Ghar was killed while on a diplomatic mission. Kari was devastated
but consoled herself with the fact that she was carrying Ghar’s child. But
the
baby was still born (possibly due to a phaser blast Kari received to the
abdomen early in her pregnancy). Due to the war, Starfleet needed all the
officers it could get and Kari was recalled back into service and given
command of the Sundancer. She still mourns the loss of her husband and child.

PRE-ACADEMY BACKGROUND

Clive Hughes is the only child of Malcolm and Christine Hughes. He was
born on October 10th in Brisbane, Australia. His parents were always busy
with their jobs, with both his parents being Starfleet officers, they really
didn't have much time to spend with him. So Clive pretty much raised
himself, learning to live on his own. Clive would always find ways to keep
himself entertained, usually taking long trips from his home in Brisbane to
theOutback, where he learned many survival skills, which later helped him in
his training in the Academy. He knows that these skills may prove very
useful later in such things as away team missions. While in the Outback,
Clive learned a great respect for nature, since it provided him with his
meals and shelter while he spent time in it. He enjoys many things such as
hiking, mountain climbing, and scuba diving, which he discovered on numerous
trips tothe Great Barrier Reef.

On a trip with his Klingon friend, JundaQ, to visit his family, Clive
received the greatest honor of his life. The area that JundaQ's family lived
at was well known for the fights between his House and that of an opposing
House. On Clive's visit to this area, one of these "House wars" started, and
Clive more than willingly helped his friend in the defense of his house's
honor. When the fight was over, JundaQ's family decided to make Clive apart
of their House, the House of Logh. They also put him through the Rite of
Ascension, which on amazing completion of by Clive, since even some Klingons
do not make it through, he was made a Klingon warrior. Clive was also given
a finely crafted ceremonial bat'leth, which is proudly displayed on the wall
of his quarters along with the crest of his House.

STARFLEET ACADEMY

Since both his parents were in the Security area, Clive decided to
follow in his parents footsteps and majored in the security area and the
tactics involved with it. He found the academy's courses to be somewhat of a
challenge, never being bored with his classes. His professors were deeply
impressed with how well he scored in all the fields of security tactics, and
eventually moved him into the more challenging classes. Despite his
firstfaults in these new classes, he managed to pull through them and get
good grades in the classes.

He scored very well in the use of weapons. When on the target range, he
would hit the targets 99% of the time dead on. His instructors constantly
made the difficulty for hitting the target greater, but no matter how much
harder they made it, he would always hit it.

He also scored exceptionally well in the area of survival, which he
expected to happen with all his experiences in the Outback. His knowledge of
the land proved to be very useful during training missions where he was
forced to be alone for a long period of time.

Clive graduated from Starfleet Academy on Stardate 9708.01.


STARFLEET RECORD

After completion of Starfleet Academy, Clive applied for a certain
number of ships where he thought he could be most useful and could have the
greatest adventure possible. Clive has always enjoyed being in the spot
where he could satisfy his more audacious side. Not to long after he applied
for a post, he was given one on the U.S.S. Hermes under the command of
Captain Chid.

Clive's experiences after this time until just recently have been
Classified by Starfleet Command, and information on this area is only to be
given out on verification of a level ten security clearance.


As the war with the Dominion began and went on it's way, Clive found
himself receiving many field promotions, and soon came to the rank of
Commander. On his promotion to Commander, Clive was offered the Executive
Officer position on a "new" medical ship, the U.S.S. Sundancer. The U.S.S.
Sundancer is a Constitution class vessel from the mothball fleet, but has
undergone several upgrades in its systems to make it operational and fairly
suitablefor the needs of Starfleet.

MEDICAL HISTORY

Clive has an incredible tolerance to pain, due to his passage through
the Rite of Ascension. Due to the incredible pain that he received from the
pain sticks used in the ritual, he has now learned to channel his pain out,
rarely ever showing the slightest trace of being in any distress at all.
This was most recently put to the test when the male, later joined by the
female, members of the Hermes (onboard the U.S.S. Nightingale at the
time)were taken prisoner on the planet of Sorel. Clive was subjected to
numerous whippings, which caused him to lose consciousness numerous times,
yet, through all of them, he did not cry out in pain. He still has the
largest scar mark from the whippings left marked across his back, a reminder
of the event.

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE

Clive has had comments made from all of his commanding officers about
his disrespectfulness, insolence, and questioning of orders, and to this day
continues this trend. But he is also known for his fierce loyalty and
dedication to Starfleet. These tend to mix sometimes, and can result in an
unpredictable outcome.

About a year ago, Clive was sent on a mission... (Full details, name,
and outcome of mission are deemed classified by Starfleet Command).. on which
his return, he was found to have significant psychological damage. Although
attempts with Counselors have brought about fairly desirable responses, it is
known that Clive still has reminders of this incident from time to time. It
has also instilled a deep hatred in him for the Jem'Hadar and theirallies.
This influences many of his decisions, and he should be watched when such
opportunities to strike back at them are presented.

OTHER INFORMATION

Clive has a pet dingo, named Jake, which he acquired one day while in
the Outback. Clive came across Jake when he was a puppy. He found Jake out
in the middle of nowhere, with no sight of his mother anywhere near him.
Clive decided to take Jake home with him and care for him as his own pet.
Whenever Clive went out into the Outback, Jake would follow him wherever he
went, to keep an eye out for his master.

Time: A few hours after last sim

The Sundancer is holding position on the outskirts of the battle.
Transporters are not working properly. Requests for medical assistance have
come in from the Federation, Roddenberry, Integrity and So'Lac. Personnel
have been assigned to take a shuttle to each ship, transport the wounded to
the shuttle, and return to the Sundancer. Anyone not listed below is at
their regular post on the Sundancer.
