After a short briefing by the captain, we separated the ship's saucer section
from the drive section and the senior staff headed for the water planet. We
successfully entered the upper atmosphere, lower atmosphere and finally the
water.
As soon as we entered the water, we were suprised to find a federation
shuttle stuck in the face of a wall. It turned out to be a wall which
skirted a city. We landed the saucer, put on the specially made water suits,
and entered the water.
We met a man who called himself the governor of the city of Atlantis. I
hadn't heard of it before, but Ty told me later that Atlantis was supposedly
a city that had sunk deep into the ocean in the early part of earth's 20th
century or something like that.
We then found out that they were in fact holding Klindt. He was scheduled
for execution, but for what I dont know. The Captain had managed to get him
a stay of execution for three hours. After this, the governor escorted us to
an apartment to stay in while we were there.

My duty shift was a very eventful one. It started out with me and my team
trying to fix a hole that was in the wall of the ship. It had been put there
by none other than, Klindt. he crashed his shuttle into the wall. We
started outside with swimming type gear on. We had no idea on how to get it
fixed, so we did a kind of brain storm thing. After a while, of ideas, and
other things to try and fix it, I came up with the idea of increasing the
presure in the room, to flood out all the water, to help us fix it.

After we completed fixing it, I sensed a problem with aarek and putz, and the

activated an emergency transport, but for some reason, we ended up on the
saucer section of the (I don't remember what it was called, please enlighten
me). We activated main power, only to find out that the ship had just jumped
to warp. The saucer section is almost read to go. Some repairs that need to
get done, are the warp drive needs to be inspected, phasers need to be
started, the captains chair needs to be refinished (=0), and the power needs
to be turned back on to all sections.

I have just gotten back from the holodeck where I was runing programs of the
Stealth and the Dark Path we were tring to do near warp transports I soon
leraned that if you try to do that it is posible but if the other ship is
going one one millanth of a warp faster or slow then the other the transport
will be fatll to the person transporting. I did find out from a medical
officer that was programed to help me in this program. He told me that if
one Hyper ventilates you can survive in space for about 10
seconds so if would where emergency transporter armbands you can relize
before it is to late in the middle of transport and activate the arm band
while you are hyper vetilating. You could save your self and try again, Bye
lowering the the warps to match the exact speed.
I will try this agian now that I know my idea is work able I just may try it
tn the holodeck my self and if that works I will bring up the idea to my

::Smitty sit's for a second to gather his thoughts and look at his padd of

"Today is the first official log for both Lt Smitty and the new Stealth B. I
have gone through more than 80,000 kiloquads of information sent over from
the Starbase. It seems to me that this ship is fitted with the capacity to
store over 12 million kiloquads in the science network alone. If I'm not
mistaken, that would take up approximately 1/9 of the ships isolinear optical
storage chips. Wow, starfleet has really outdone themsleves this time.
I have already begun to research the possibility of increasing maximum warp
while phase/cloaked. My thoery is based on prematurely releaseing deuterium
in to the Matter reactant injector (MRI) at a rate of less than 3 parts per
million. This will enable the magnetic quench block to allow anti matter to
pass through the dilithium crystal at a quicker pace, therefore allowing the
plazma injectors to disperse it quicker into the warp field generator coils.
In theory, this should work, but I'll need every
available hour to test this theory.

The uniformed UFP display fades away as Lieutenant Tyven Blake appears on the
screen. His gaze captivating and searching, clothing typical darkened colors
for him, with an overall settling appearance.
"Ty!" Lieutenant Smitty released, surprised to see the former counselor's
face. "Where in the world have you been?"
"Oh, here and there."
"There you go, being the mysterious one again. Answering the question
without really ever answering the question. Can't you tell me? I mean, it's
only because I'm curious," Smitty offered a smile.
Pausing, Ty chose his words wisely. "I can't at the moment." He felt a
change of subject was in order...or was that his counseling side bypassing to
the obvious? "So, how have you been?"
"Fine. Have gotten to see alot of the station, and spent time on the Quasar
to move my stuff over here."
"And?"
"And.....nothing much else. Remember, you weren't around here to make this
place a zoo!"
Recognizing the switch back to Ty, he wanted to dig deeper but held from
probing someone like Smitty. He was to be taught, not prodded with simple
scans. Whatever he was not telling, Ty would find out later. "Well, you
know I try."
"Question?"
"What?"
"Why didn't you just contact me....you know..."
"You're just getting use to the flow of thoughts and emotions. They come to
you in waves of force. Some you're able to handle, others you have a
difficult time with. Didn't want to overload you. Would hate to have to
call the infirmary and tell them we've got another body for the bags," Ty
smiled.
"Am I to get better at this? So far it seems impossible."
"Why do you even think I'm here? I am not about to leave a friend
behind...not again." His disposition changed before Smitty's eyes. "Smitty,
if you want to get in touch you can find me. I've got some check up work to
complete before tonight."
"Okay, I'll do that."
"Blake out," the screen went black. A few moments later a low rumble was
sent throughout the station, and Smitty's eyes darted around, as his head
began to ache and slowly pass away.

Lt. Cmdr. Tyven Blake
Starfleet Special Operations - Covert Ops Manager
Channel Status: Lock n' Load
My, my, my. What do we have here? A new starship named Stealth. Amazing
how Starfleet tends to be producing these things left and right. Guess we
should all thankful. How many other starships get this kind of treatment?
Bombs to rid ourselves of the old ship, brought to another galaxy
unwillingly, and the typical daily routine. And to think I wasn't going to
like this...::Ty grins a little::
On the basis of my report, Aarek has gone on leave and no one has heard from
him since. I believe that there's something more to that story, but will
have time later for it. At the moment I'm more occupied with the crew
situation. I guess it's the counselor side of me that is finding the deeply
hidden truths of everyone aboard fascinating...yet the hunter of shadows
within me is stumbling upon far more than he should. I have my orders
though.
Summary Report:
All orders have been carried out as dictated prior my boarding Stealth-B.
Alpha-Omega has been implimented, as has full emergency control procedures.
The internal security of the ship is about as safe as the external. With the
rumors running rampet of a conspiricy in Starfleet, people are more on edge
than before. Trust is becoming a hard thing to bargin, and your enemies you
bring closer to you than your friends. If only the impact alone was as
simple as it's thought, we'd be done with this in a
breeze. But I'm afriad that soon enough it will hit.....and hard.
CRA reports have been frequent enough for me to guess that the next move will
be large enough to take out sector 39.47. Starfleet themselves have already
discovered that fact a few days ago. To bad we've been telling them this for
awhile now. No word has come from the Romulan Empire....and my contact
within the Klingon sphere of things has not return from her little trip.
Base operations, be ready for bail out precedures.
On a final note. Cdr. Putz has been granted captaincy of the Stealth until
further notice. I will await further orders.
Blake out......

Jana sat at the console in her new quarters. Now, if I'm lucky, "computer
on"
YOU HAVE NOT OBTAINED ACCESS, was the response. "I am Ensign Jana V, and I
am the ship's AMO", she protested. " I have clearance under alpha * * * *".
I don't understand how the ship's computer can deny clearance.
YOU HAVE NOT OBTAINED ACCESS, came the response again. "Why not?", she
asked, feeling tears of frustration begin to build inside of her. <Jana, she
thought to herself, tears are most illogical, at this time, they do nothing
to change a situation, ...>
YOUR ACCESS CODES HAVE BEEN REMOVED. YOU DO NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION, OR
CLEARANCE, AT THIS TIME. PERSISTENCE ON YOUR PART WILL CAUSE ME TO ALERT
SECURITY TO AN INTRUDER.
She shook her head, No! Wait! I will stop.
Getting up from the console, Jana reached into her medkit, and removed a
small portable recorder. And now, I can begin again, she decided as she
pushed the buttons, Stardate 9608.17, amo, duty log.
I have, officially, become the newest member of the Stealth. I attended a
wonderful celebration of the Stealth, herself, this evening, and I can not
wait to begin to be a more integral part of this ship, both as the Assistant
Medical Officer, and a part of the team. I have not been called upon as yet,
in an official capacity, therefore, this log is uncharacteristically short.
There is some sort of malfunction in the ship's computer systems. They will
not accept my access code, and I have been told
that my clearance no longer exists. Truly illogical, to find this type of
difficulty, so soon on new ship. log out
Personal log Stardate 9608.17 Ensign Jana V, Assistant Medical Officer
This has been an extraordinary day. The celebration was very moving, the
remarks, as I felt them, were true sentiments. I have met most of the crew,
and I feel that I will be able to fit in with these people. It has been a
long time.
Kelan proposed to me amid all of the noise and celebration. He proposed
marriage! Rather an illogical location for a romantic moment, but as there
is so little logic involved in romance. no, that's not true, it's vulcan,
subduing any other feelings that might arise. It was romantic, especially
because he did it. And I said yes! I know that he cares very deeply, and I
know that he is trying to reach out to me telepathi-
cally, as well. We were so very close, and it was a constant occurance.
Now, I have lost him again.
I am so puzzled, my identity, seems to be gone from the ship's computer. I
could not gain clearance to access the computer, and I have been told, by the
computer, that my security codes are invalid. I do not know what is
happening, hours ago my head began to throb, and I can not make it stop.
end recording
Jana placed the recorder into her pocket, and headed for the door. Maybe I
should go to Security myself, she thought as she began to walk down the
corridor. I wonder if Security will know who I am?

Shifting through the piling paper work, most of which Tyven Blake himself
will not even begin to touch. That's why he has a little thing called base
command. Gets him out of the boring routines when he's busy with better
sneaky ideas. All except for today.
Everyone preparing to get underway shortly, but still cautious with security
personnel walking the cooridors. About to complete one PADD full of data, a
low beeping began. Then more. Suddently every single PADD that lied spread
across the desk was singing in chorus. "What do I have to do! Get a muzzle
for my PADDS!" Shouting above the cheering, Ty's voice was starting to get
drowned out.
The intensity of the sound had already been etched into Ty's psyche, where
dangerous happenings tend to awry. Then as fast as the singing came....all
was quiet.
"Blake to small equipment repairs," Ty spoke as he pressed into his
insignia.
"Chief Evans here."
"Chief...I think I have some scrap metal for you in my quarters."
[Return to Archives | Return to Listing ]
"Chief...I think I have some scrap metal for you in my quarters."
The chief didn't respond back to quickly. "Sir, you know the rules. We
will make a daily pickup only once a day. Please, sir. We'll be making more
stops at starbases to replace the equipment you handle. If you must, please
just disable them. Not destroy it."
Ty's eyes thined as his expression became cold. "Just get the trash out of
my quarters or you'll wake up with less hair on your anteans than you have
now. And you will never know who or what happened," Ty's voice got lower.
"Promise."
The channel was dead for several seconds. "Yes, sir. On my way, sir."
Closing the channel Ty had a quick stop at the replicator. Requesting a
Dark German Chocolate Coffee Cooler, his eyes shifted from his master station
to his 'special' PADD. Both were signaling a security compromise in the
system.
Placing the glass down, Ty's hands flew over the master board.
"Computer, bypass mainframe alert," with a fast step motion, Ty sat and his
hand immediately scanned by ship sensors.
"Recognize, LtCdr. Blake, Tyven Mihalje. Bypassing mainframe."
"Good, free space to work in," he whispered as his eyes and hands did the
work.
"I am Ensign Jana V, and I am the ship's AMO. I have clearance under alpha
* * * *". Confused, Ty allowed the system to continue.
"YOU HAVE NOT OBTAINED ACCESS". Hmm, how interesting this is. Ty's fingers
slid about the keys. A small screen in his left hand corner opened. He'd
bypassed the intruder alert for Jana, but the lockout was in place for a
reason. A reason which now intrigued the mysterious side of Ty.
"Computer, cross reference with base. Locate all information on Ensign Jana
V. Current assignment USS Stealth-B, Assistant Medical Officer."
"Establishing Link.......connection make, verifing transponder
codes......processing request. Information found."
"ETA on the retrieval of all reports?"
"One hour," droned the system.
This doesn't make sense, but maybe the reports will have something. "In the
meantime, show me the files on Ensign Jana V that we have here."
"There are no files pertaining to Ens Jana V."
Huh? "Check again," Ty announced, this time more sacastically.
"Confirmed. There are no files pertaining to Ensign Jana V."
Curious now, Ty played witht he ship board systems. "If this is
correct....computer, establish link with Starfleet Personnel Command. Same
request."
The computer again droned out a list of status checks...all the time Ty was
wondering if he could change the computer. Give it personality. Something
before that nagging voice really got on his nerves. Which unknow tot he
crew, could be dangerous with someone like Tyven. Things tended to explode
when he was upset.
"Request not found," finally responded the system.
"Now doesn't this just make for an interesting mood changer," Ty leaned
back, all the time having witnessed Jana's logging out of the main system.
As his curiousity rose within him, and his question mount....Ty had to
remember his main duties. Even if they interfered with a friendship. At
least he didn't have deadlines. "Computer it's just you and me."
"Please restate request."
"And if you don't shut up, I'm going to physically rewire your command
pathways. Maybe that'll give you enough reason to get some personality."
"Please restate request," the computer repeated.
The PADDs that laid spread across the opposit desk went in all directions.
The lights within Ty's quarters and acorss the ship began to dim slightly.
"I warned you. Now didn't I," an evil glare grew in flames in Tyven's eyes.
And the computer would never be the same afterwards.....

I've gone over the files base gave me, but so far nothing matches up.
There's nothing to match up with! Ensign Jana V just doesn't exsist within

school transcripts, even the love letters she wrote as a student. I know
just about everything one in my line of work can know. Which is everything.
Her connections are also known to me...but just now in greater detail.
There's also the problem with her files missing from the computer core. So
far know one has noticed. And I need to keep that way until I can get back

Even in the dimmed set of quarters Tyven had arranged, everything was in
perfect detail to his eyes. The warmth and comfort he felt being in his
sanctuary. The safety he knew that lurked behind each corner. He'd gone out
of his way to make this place his home......for what it's worth. The
barriers were strong and reliable.. and he wasn't talking about shields in
the manner a starship uses shields.
Rising from the bed, Ty made his way toward his desk. The fragmented pieces
of former PADDs laid about near the door. As was another intact PADD which
was a formal request form engineering not to cause shipwide lighting
problems...even if he did get upset. Ty knew this....he's a counselor....or
better yet, was a counselor. Base felt it would better fit some of the
things he would be doing if Ty was in aposition where questions didn't
exactly have to be answered. And suspiscion overlooked.
"Computer, current time."
"It is 0445 hours."
"Location of LtCmdr. Sean Tarjoto."
"LtCmdr Sean Tarjoto is located in the main lounge."
"Hmm...to public," thought to himself. Sitting down at the console, Ty
began playing with the key pads. He knew of a few things that even his
friend would pickup...but no one else would be the any wiser.
In the main lounge, Sean sat observing. His usual self compiling the events
of the last few weeks, and the abrupt leave of Capt. Dakor for Risa. Must
have been a very difficult time for him and Lt. Bethany. Risa is a good
place to go to get to know one another. At least that was the current rumor
running around the higher command personnel.
About to take a sip of his drink, the comm systems activated. "LtCmdr.
Tarjoto. Could you meet me in section seventeen, zeta," came the request of
Lt. Kelan T'ora. But something wasn't right about the channel.
Making a quick response, Sean tapped his insignia. "On my way, lieutenant,"
movign from his place in the lounge, Sean headed for the doors. Running the
communication through his many filters he discovered the real message.
"Sean, it's Ty and I need your help." Curious, Sean's step picked up, and
he proceeded down. The location was an interesting. Hidden deep within the
confinds of the Stealth, with to much interference from the warp core for
accurate sensor readings. Just about all equipment did not work down there
unless properly shielded. Ty was good at finding places like this....but
only when needed. Sean wondered why Ty needed this much sercrecy....and this
much privacy.

Sean-Beta looked around the bridge, which was thoroughly roasted, broasted,
bent up, torn up, and smokin'.
He glanced back at his console, bringing up the MAC formation and report.
Ensign Kitean was racing around disabling incoming photons, successfully
saving Sean-Alpha's holographic butt. He noticed Smitty heading directly for
the lead cruiser's tractor emitter, which, was guarded 9 nines over by
several CRA warships. Probably trying to destroy it so we can get ourselves
outta here. Beta thought. Good luck, Smits.
The Android began to scan the tractor system again. Maybe he could find
some loophole, something he missed, and exploit it. Or maybe he wouldn't
find anything at all and wherever their former commanding officer would take
them would just happen. Sean couldn't get over Narik's character, first he
defected the Empire for Starfleet, then he defected Starfleet for the Empire.
No, check that, he was planning a conspiracy for Starfleet, and merely used
Cardassian, and Romulan forces to help. To top it off
the man had Commodore-level security tactics.
The Android tapped a few console. His memory banks recalled Ripper's
suggestion: nail 'em with a reverse tractor beam and break away. That is, if
it didn't completely tear them apart. Sean was just about to implement the
plan when his console burst into a flambe of destruction. Beta yelped and
banged his arm onto the console which was extinguishing itself. The fire
quickly spat out, but Beta's console was in ashes. Scratch that plan. He
looked around for another console.
It was just then that the Tactical station reported a comm channel hailing
the Stealth. Commander Putz yelled through the fiery bridge controls an open
channel.
The face of Rear Admiral Mondox appeared on the screen, her ship's bridge
gleaming far more proudly. No one could quite remember which part of the
fleet she was commanding, and Beta really didn't care right now. It was a
Federation starship, in better shape than their own. "Mr. Putz," she
acknowled, "it's is actually good to see you again. We're on the way!"
"All right," The Commander said with a sense of relief, "just please dont
bite anyone this time!!!"
Some of the bridge crew cocked their eyebrows and continued working.

Fleet self destructed. We then started on damage repairs. While doing so we
were suprised when another CRA fleet trapped us in a high warp tractor beam.
We are now engaged with the second fleet in battle
so bye for now.

The mission was one of a simple task. To end a war, and to defend the
Federation. We had a new system known as the MACs. It was a strategic short
range fighter. The team went out, and did well.
Being head of Security, I set up intruder alert teams, and took over
secondary control of the Phasers and Photons. I thought that I would of had
been on the team because I was the best pilot, probebly in the Federation,
but I was not. I did what I could at the security station. I have started
a repair on the breach that has formed on/in the hull on the bridge.
I have finsihed fixing my personal shuttle, and have made it look more like a
one person shuttle, with a globe causeing a large mostly 360 view, and 360
degree phasers, and photons. The phasers can be locked onto up to twenty
difrent targets, and fire at each individualy. They will atomaticly turn,
and fire a set number of shots per minuet. I have also armed it with almost
double what a MAC has. It is smaller and more manuverable, than a MAC, but
is a very short range figher with a top speed of warp nine for a time of ten
seconds. An average speed of warp three for about a half an hour. If I take
the weapons off line, then I will have a much longer time, but it takes a
long time to re-anishalise them. The shields have been hand made, by me, and
are designed to take alot of damage, and are adaptive. After being hit, they
will adapt to the weapon, and reduce the amount of damage taken. The reason
they do this, is they are based on an organic technoledgy. After a while,
they will completely regenerate. Along with the power source.

:Begin log:
Well, my first real test came, and I'm still alive. We found several CRA
ships near the planet Vulcan. Captain Putz commanded me to fly a
MAC(Mechanized Attack Cruiser). Those things are really astounding. Since
they are so small, they can maneuver so much quicker than any other ships the
federation has. It's like dogfighting in space! I didn't get a chance to
try my prowess at my normal station, because as soon as the enemy was
spotted, I had to run down to the MACs.
The MAC flew just as it should have, very responsive, and there were no
problems with any commands I gave to the computer. I did not succed in
destroying nearly as many ships as any of the other officers who were flying.
I hope to bring that number up with practice though. I hope that I can
continue to fly as a MAC pilot.
Watching the CRA ships, I saw many familiar Romulan tactics, except when
they were used made absolutely no sense. I saw tactics for destroying an
important ship, trying to keep a ship busy while an important target is
destroyed, tactics to defend an important site, and tactics used to capture a
ship, all at the same time. I am very confused, and I think everyone who
knows Romulan tactics is too. I suppose it's because of the Cardassians
being involved too.

I docked and came aboard, and manned my post. Soon after I arrived we arrived
at the planet Vulcan to pick up the Admiral Of CRA Defense Force. Soon after
she was brought aboard, the CRA attacked. My assistants went to their MACS
and launched. As soon as the Stealth was in range, I opened fire on the CRA
ships. For some unknown reason, all the CRA ships self destructed. As soon as
we figured out why the ships self destructed, a second CRA fleet commanded by
our old Captain, Commodore Varel, decloaked and
activated a tractor beam on us. We are still caught in the tractor beam.

After we reached Vulcan, we located several CRA ships. The MACs

up, due to what we believe to be a self destruct mechanism.
The MACs were called back to the ship. I started up to the bridge to ask
Leiutenant Sean if I could be of some assistance, when more CRA ships warped
in. Captain Putz wanted the MACs to engage the enemy, but the shuttle bay
doors wouldn't open. Eventually the problem was, shall we say, fixed, and
the MACs flew out to destroy the CRA ships. The large ships launched many
fighters which I am currently engaged with. From the scanners, I can see the
U.S.S. Stealth is currently being attacted and has sustained major damage.

We're proceeding without further damage from the CRA vessels, with the
Excelsior following a sector behind, so as to avoid a confrontation. The
tractor beam tugging us along seems to retain a constantly-changing shield
frequency, so even in the past fews days of being pulled against our will
from the battlefield to wherever, ignored for the most, we can't pinpoint the
harmonics and free ourselves.
The trip has been two days long; we've been traveling a considerable
distance. However, we've taken opportunity to repair most of our ship
systems. It seems the esteemed Commodore Varel doesn't seem to mind. Of
course, he has 9 CRA ships with him.
The casualty report has been a long list of injuries, ranging from bruises
and cuts to 3rd degree plasma burns. Most of them are essential engineering
crew hurt while trying to repair the Stealth midfight. All civilians were
evacuated from the ship before proceeding to the fleet. Our communications
array has been partially repaired and we monitoring the battle in the
newswire, so far, there have been minor, equal losses to both sides.

This was a tough day for me since I found myself pulling double time as TR

I get the feeling that I'm not well liked by the Captain here since my idea
to hit the CRA ships tractor beam with a
reverse beam from our own tractor, which is 100 times more powerful, was
stuffed by him. I guess he wanted the
MAC's to take it out but they appeared to busy with the other fighters to
notice that their ship was being dragged
away and thats why I broke the chain of command to put my 2 bits in. I guess
I'll know the truth when I'm court

suppressing system was unfunctional. I almost had it fixed, when a fire came
at me. The MAC squad was then called out to fight the fleet of CRA, and to
get to the planet of Narikia. We where able to make it, but the Stealth was
hit bad. Just before they where finished off, a fleet of
Federation ships decloaked, and saved the Stealth. I am currently working

We have suffered more casualities in the Stealth's ship systems and
Engineering support personnel. Many systems have been damaged by battle,
including preliminary life support, and most defensive systems. Along with
the shut down of the warp core, phaser capability has been abandoned. In

A plasma fire in Main Engineering also quickly developed into a backdraft
orgination from the antimatter converter assembly. Fire-suppression systems
were damaged in the endangered area, and the fire spread, nearly injuring
Co-Chief Engineer Harris and hurting several others. A considerable amount of
radiation harmful to carbon-based humanoids exists here, and around the

no nurses, no patients. So I sat in a deserted sickbay, with a battle going

Ripper beamed me to the bridge. Putz gave me some orders to just sit at the

there too. When I heard the order for the MAC pilots to
engage the ships, I asked Smitty why I wasn't on a MAC. So he poofed

we returned to the Stealth.

of the DarkPath][Even before sensors could compile a report on the anomaly,
an alien ship of unknown configuration appeared in half

devastating, taking out 60% of shielding and damaging many systems on a first

[A few more enemy shots were fired, but resulted in near-misses][The next
moment, the ship suffered more damages from the firing ship, and Cardonus

Cardonus or surrounding outposts, especially Sigmus Prime Station, survived,
given how most of our scanning systems are inoperational or damaged][However,
as currently operating sensor logs reveal, an enemy shot impacting on the
Cardonus sun somehow accellerated the helium, nitrogen
chemical reactions, and degraded the sun infrastructure, causing the star to

[Also, the existing anomaly was accompanied by a newer one upon the enemy
ship's warp out of the sector, both the enemy ship, and the DarkPath came
into 3rd-degree contact with the anomaly][Unfortunately, the enemy ship was
destroyed after emerging from the anomaly center][All other information was
lost in the interference caused by the supernova, as well as software
damages][In addition, many of our starcharts and maps do not conform to the
sensor images we have recorded, although it may just be the
result of damages]
[The Science department headed by Lt. Stern is currently investigating this
massive incident, salvaging all materials from the enemy ship, while Lt.

Missing Identity
By: LtCdrTyven
After confering with Sean in the jefferies tube, Tyven vanished in his usual
manner...right into the shadows. He'd learned a trick or two about blending
and physical matter. To bad he'd also learned that what he does is also
impossible for others. Minor mind tricks and mind over matter is basic
anymore to Ty...but does require constant useage to be good at it.
Exiting into a small cargo room, Ty again melded out of the shadows slowly,
making sure he was not being seen. Upon stepping out, a sudden awareness
shot off in his head. His eyes directed up to a sets of tubes, where now a
distrubed man was losing balance and falling.
"Ah!" At the begin of the shout, Ty's mind reached out and slowed the
decent of the man.
"Lights," Ty spoke coldly while holding his gaze with the airborn officer.
As the room illuminated Tyven recognized the man as none other than Lt. Kelan
T'ora. "What are you trying to do! Get yourself killed," Ty asked, while
slowly bringing him to his feet.
"My question to you is why did I hear my voice in the lounge?"
Not answering the question, ty tried to change the subject. "You know you
could have stopped that from happening. By remaining at your duty station or
in your quarters," the tone sarcasticlly sent...yet barely recieved.
"Ty, answer me."
"What?" Acting dumb was easy for Ty...it got him out of doing alot of work,
something he relished.
"Why I heard my voice in the lounge for Cmdr. Tarjoto, to go to section
zeta. Then you appear. What's going on?"
"Good question," he responded, and began to head for the doors.
Standing there watching Ty, Kelan shook his head. "Would you stop being so
unresponsive and answer the question."
The Betazoid stopped before the doors opened. "Which question?"
"What's going on?"
"To be honest....I'm not sure," with that Tyven walked out and left Kelan
there.
Not sure how to take Ty's answer though, Kelan wondered what was happening.
The ship was beginning to become different right before his eyes. Was his
now trusted friend involved somehow in this conspiracy. Was Cmdr. Tarjoto
apart of it too? With just the two of them alone mixed up in this conspiracy
thing....means that the Stealth is in some serious danger. But had it hit
that high already??
"Kelan, it's been that high for a long time. It's just starting to seep
into the crowd. Never trust the shadows unless you know for sure who you are
talking to. And at the moment I cannot give you answers...those myself I
seek. We'll talk soon. Say nothing, Kelan, about this whatsoever. Someone
is likely to get hurt otherwise. Sleep well my friend. And remember to
watch your back."
The message and emotion of Ty's sencerity and honesty filled Kelan like no
ther feeling he could describe. He'd once again began to feel the amount of
power that overwhelmed his mind. Without saying another word, Kelan T'ora
departed the small bay, while as the doors closed another figure stepped out
of the shadows.
Tyven smiled a little but realized that this was getting a bit wonderous.
He'd have to move fast, or less runt he risk of losing a good friend like
Jana by her being permenately erased. Tyven headed out again, this time his
true form and not some illuision he brought up. Time could be running
out....he had no idea how right or wrong he may be.

Missing Identity
By: Ens Jana V
Assistant Medical Officer - Ens Jana V - SD 9609.19 Supplemental log
Almost five hours ago, I attempted to record my log into the computer. I was
informed, in a fairly nasty tone, that access had been denied, and I no
longer had clearance. Furthermore, this machine informed me that it would
alert Security to an intruder if I continued. I was going to go to Security
myself, but I do not know how I would begin to explain any of this to them.
Now, where do I go? I am receiving strange looks from crew members who have
seen me wander the hallways on this deck for the past
few hours. Without an access number, the TL will not operate, and I can not
re-enter my quarters.
I wish that I could mentally locate and contact Kelan. I have tried for
sometime, but, I am not able to get through. Either he has set up a block,
against me, or someone has established a block around him. How very odd.
Why would that happen?
I have been within the crawl spaces of the USS Stealth for nearly twenty-six
hours. Losing your identity is going to become my number one recommendation
for all new crew members to learn the ship, from within it's walls. I began
this investigation of the jeffries tubes and interconecting passageways,
shortly after the computer failed to recognize me in my quarters. I did
leave my quarters, in an attempt to notify someone of the difficulty which I
had. It does not seem logical to me, that upon being
transferred to a new ship, and posted to a new position, I should suddenly
not exist, except as an intruder, but, it would appear that is what has
happened. I could not regain entry to my own quarters, and as I approached
sickbay, I noticed a fortification of security forces at the entrances.
I must find LtCmdrTyven. I am certain that he knows the truth about me. He
has access to my mind, and therefore, he must know.
I am keeping these logs, in order to help me keep track of the time, and
record any unusual events. Jana -
It is approximately five hours since my last recording. There is no logical
way of describing this situation. I have been able to get little beside
liquid for nourishment. I was able to drop into an overhanging section of
the lounge, but I can not access the replicators. I have been trying to keep
my mind on facts and details, charting mentally supplies, all in order to win
an ongoing battle I am having with my emotions. I can not allow myself to
fall into the trap of becoming emotional during a
situation which calls for rationality at all times. My comm badge fell off
of my uniform as I turned a corner 20.33 minutes ago. I suppose it is for
the best. At least no one will find me because of it's signal.
I am beginning to wonder if I should try to get away from here somehow.
Perhaps if I could find a way to the cargo bays, I would be able soon to
sneak onto an outgoing freighter. I do not want to leave the Stealth, nor
Kelan, but it may be illogical for me to go on assuming that I will be able
to return.
LtCmdrTyven is looking for me. Now, I am not sure why. He is bothered, and
he is somewhere nearby. I am ending this recording, Jana out SD9608.20

Missing Identity
By: LtCdrTyven
Making his way through the corridors, Tyven began probing along the interior
of the Stealth. Searching for anything that was lead him to where Jana was.
She needed to be found as soon as possible. He knew she was to smart to be
were her comm badge registered her location, so he knew there was something
wrong.
In computer checks done on the internal sensor systems he'd noticed she'd
not been back to her quarters all day. In a check with starbase transit, no
one fitting her description had passed through all day long. Then again he
was asking two crewmembers that looked as if they belong back in high school
if the way that acne was taking its revenge on their faces.
As he continied his journey he nodded to a few of the people he past. he
was a friendly guy even when on the job. Although he seemed to always be on
the job, yet off it at the same time. Only Ty could do that and get away
with it.
Turning the corner, Ty's senses began to pick up a very lonely and lost
person...but somewhere that even Ty hadn't fully figured. Strengthing his
probe he dug deeper into the thoughts to quickly see Kelan's eyes slightly
closed and lips coming directly for him.
Jolting out of who he was sure was Jana's mind, Ty continued to move
normally until entering a transporter room. "Computer, disengage transporter
room four from active useage."
With a slight decrease in power the trasnporter's brightness died to some
extent. "Transporter room four is now inactive," reported the system with a
little more comfort in Lady Stealth's voice. Tyven thought how fun it was to
play with the voice matrix system. He'd loved the effect he'd caused for his
own quarters and office. But he was still working on the shipwide response.
Keying in commands upon the control console, the transporter slowly lit up
again. "There, now it's fixed to my liking." Preparing for energizing, Ty
held a moment. "Jana, you're alright and nothings going to happen to you.
Prepare for transport."
"My god, Tyven," Jana spoke as the beam took hold of her. As the sensations
were lifted from her, Ty joined her on the pad. "Tyven, what's happened?
It's as if I'm no longer in existance," she exclaimed.
Ty noticed her dehydrated state. Her eyes red, face flushed, and skin
clammy. "Don't worry. I'm going to take you someplace safe...."
Finishing his words Jana began to slip out of conciousness and into Ty's
grasp she fell. Finally at ease. Finally she felt some sort of safety. She
could now rest, and be assured to awake to next morning alive.

throughout this sector with base and they checkout as being real. Although
they cannot find a reason to the missing files of Ens Jana V. They are
agreeing with me for some reason someone she knows as told a very interested
and very powerful person about her. In every detail. Even her former
romances cannot be located at the current time. Which leave
one more person in danger....Kelan T'ora.
At this time I have placed Jana in an undisclosed place where she will be
safe. I will speak with prior to his shift tomorrow to be aware of what has
been going on and that he needs to continue watching his back. I will make
arrangements for his two boys. There's no place on a starship that is
completely safe from this conspiracy, but I will do what I can to make sure
that it's given a fighting chance. Computer cease recording....

Lieutenant Commander Tyven Mihalje Blake
Covert Operations Manager
USS Stealth, NCC-1414-B
Recieved base orders a few moments ago, and I must say I am pleased and
disappointed. I understand they're weariness in their information at such a
critical stage of the game, but it's all in the way you play that effects the
outcome. My request has been approved though.
Ensign Jana V will be working under this department and performing her
duties as best as I know she will. Although her physical training is not as
rigid as her intellectual training....she shows a great deal of promise.
With her background in medicine, biological sciences, etc... she will prove
to be a worthwhile member of my team. I've recieved word that there is a
chance that I will be recieving another 'officer', but with the current
situation I myself may even be relocated.
With the efforts of the crew we've broken free of the tractor holdings, and
have eliminated all but one Cardassian Warship, as the Romulan ships
retreated...or left a trail to be followed. I have assumed command of the
warship, by order of CdrPutz. A select team of officers have been chosen to
crew this ship, and as fitting, Ens Jana has joined us.
The current status of the ship is yet to be determined, but as of sensor
scans nothing dangerous has been discovered. With my experience of
Cardassian technology and booby-traps....we won't know until we spring them
all. Caution as been suggested, and the ship remains on a constant alert. I
have contacted some people to get ahold of any information possible on the
situation on Cardassia Prime and within the boarders, but information is hard
to come by these days. I can only estimate this is here to
either lure us closer....of give the Stealth something to come hunting for.
Whether it be a trap or a blessing, this may very well lead us behind the
boarder lines. I have discussed matters with CdrPutz over the mission, and
completely understand his orders....and I have mine. I will proceed as
expected.
I've already begun outfitting the ship with a sensor 'coverup'. When the
ship is scanned for internal life signs or complex scans of the interior, a
ghost image of a Cardassian crew and several 'blackout' readings will appear.
Further outfitting will need to be done once status reports are in.
All information concern mission specifics are classified.....computer
transmit scrambled message and end vocal recording..^^vv^^....

LtCmdr. Tyven Mihalje Blake
Data Recording
SD: 9609.01
Having had an interesting talk with base command, Tyven was over this
little game already. So far he'd been issued roders that he'd disobeyed for
the simple fact that he was not going to take the fall for the murder. He'd
have to find either another way, or some way out of the job.
His uncontrolled release of energy aboard the that Cardassian ship was
unresponsible in every way. He'd taught himself better than that. If
something would have gone wrong to misdirect his thoughts, right now medical
temas would be cleaning up the smear marks of Jana and Jantak. Not to
mention the unnecessary attention and questions that have been asked.
Tyven's only release would be to vanish again....but this time not to return
as Tyven....something he would not do. He would never forget who or
what he was. Nor would he allow himself to be someone other than Tyven
Blake.
Continuing down the bending corridor, Ty glanced around. He'd found
himself on the medical examination deck and labs. Approaching the comm
panel, Ty quickly entered a complex series of codes. "Computer, begin
program Theta-Two," Tyven whispered.
The lights began to dim, and alarms blared as the medical lab doors parted.
Personnel evacuated the area almost immediately, leaving Ty his full
unquestionable access. Grinning, Tyven began to shift with the dim lighting
and disappear altogether. He'd been given a new set of orders....
=/\= =/\= =/\=
Forming from out of the shadows, Tyven had to move quickly. PADDs flying
about, a tricorder coming to stop at the exam table, Ty physically removed an
access panel. Lifting the heavy equipment, Tyven laid upon the table a hand
held verison of the new biological weapon they'd been researching for the
last few weeks. He'd received his report from Jana on what she found, and
had been scanning through what the medical temas had found. Surely Jana's
was more accurate in every way. He'd performed his
own tests via his computer console. "It's so much fun to play in the
universe of a computer," he thought to himself.
Carefully removing the safey, Ty began his scans. Giving the weapon its
plausable useage test. So far so....and that's when it happened.

Covert Operations Manager
USS Stealth, NCC-1414-B
Orders followed through. Incident ocurred but has been dealt with.
Further communications of said orders should be directed under a priority one
special clearance. Transmission to base command ended.
It has been three hours since I began my final tests and have gotten much
more than I needed I guess. I have also began my own biological tests on the
weapon. As I know Sciences and Medical will have a field day in the
court-martialing hearings on me....I'm doing it anyhow. I don't care if I'm
ordered otherwise....::static becomes audiable::
EnsJanaV will be taking on some high physical training as time permits. As
of now I have recommended her to become fairly familar with the ship's
computer systems and each station. It may be needed else where.
Need to rush this work....end log.

Division One Personnel
=/\= Mission Briefing =/\=
Fm: Lieutenant Commander Tyven M. Blake
Sd: 9608.26
Crew,
At this time I wish to address you as a division and stress to you the
importance of this. As a whole, each of you are responsible of many aspects
of the Stealth. From every point of view and every action you carry out will
effect the outcome of the battle ahead and the war at hand. I have no doubt
each of you will perform your duties to the best of your ability, but what is
needed is that extra dedication to our cause, beliefs, and freedom. The
galaxy's survival may very well rest in each of our
hands.
Okay...now down to the department breakdowns ;)
Bridge Crew -
Operations: CdrSean (EnsRipper - unknown yet)
Helm: LtJg NCC (cleared for MAC duty)
Counselor: Lieutenant Commander Adria Keyshar
Tactical Crew -
Chief Tactial Officer: LtSean2
Assistant Tactial Officer: EnsKitean
Special Tactial Operations: EnsKmart
Special Operations Crew -
Covert Operations: LtCdrTyven
Assistant Covert Ops: Ens Jana V
Transporter Chief: EnsRipper
Bridge Assignments:
All personnel are required to report for duty prior to taking your duty
station. Level one diagnostic is to be ran at the start of each shift until
further notice. If something fails during a diagnostic, better then than
while in battle. Operations - begin a series of drills under every different
possible situation. Corelate your work with Tactical and Medical (as
needed). Helm - piloting skills will be a must and esential to our mission
throughout this war. Work with MAC Commander LtSmitty1 in
MAC placements and flight patterns, and witht he MAC Communications Relay
Officer on the main bridge.
Tactical:
Please await further orders from myself.
Special Operations:
Please await special orders from myself.
I'd like to welcome Ensign Jana V into D1 and Special Operations! Make
yourself at home, pull up a chair and put your feet up on the table. She has
been inducted into Covert Ops fulfilling the only currently created post in
the sub-division of Starfleet. At this time there are no openings in Covert
Ops...sorry guys.
Once more I've been told to say something about logs. Okay...there I have.
Let's move on. ;) No, really now. I would like to see D1 soar in logs, but
your most important thing to remamber is make them interesting so people will
read. Three or four lines just won't cut it even for promos. I personally
expect at least two paragraphs or something stating a storyline of some sort
(whther it's your own idea, the building off of another's, or the sim
storyline). Interaction is a key into good logs as
well. Get people to help write logs with you or get into a log series...
interesting things can ocurr through this and can help your character to grow
in the sims much more. These are some helpful hints and tips to make an
impact in logs. Good luck, and I like what I have read already. I'd have to
say D1 is by far the most imaginative group \-)
Other than that, remember the seriousness in our sims. We are at war, and
entering deadly territory...our own. The conspiracy is still present,
although hidden behind the war to better bring ourselves to deal with the
destruction, and to throw off suspicion from anyone we may serve with.
Remember...this conspiracy is not working its way up through the ranks...but
its way down through the ranks.
May we eliminate the forces against us, and show that we're not to be
messed with. Blake out..^^vv^^.....
\-)

Lieutenant Commander Tyven Blake
Covert Operation Manager
USS Stealth, NCC-1414-B
=/\= PRINT OUT ONLY =/\=
Greetings Crew,
For this time forward all commuincation between the USS Stealth and this
Cardassian warship is now banned. We're to run under silent running until I
give the command. Each of you were chosen for this assignment for speical
reasons. Each one of you is as important as the other. The postings are as
follows.
Commanding Officer: LtCmdr. Tyven Blake
Executive Officer: LtCmdr. Jantak
Tactical: Ensign Kitean
Helm: Ensign Kmart
Operations/Med Officer: Ensign Jana V
Security/Engineering Officer: LtJg Wilco
This warship was a remote sent by the CRA, which I believe the remote
reciever is still aboard, or embedded intothe computer system. The primary
task of this crew is to track down and locate that reciever, and if at all
possible trace it back to whomever is transmitting the signal.
Second, I know most of you have never been aboard a Cardassian warship, and
the majority of this will take some getting use to. Basic Cardassian
language you should know....so please do not do anything unless you know for
a fact what is reads. Tricorders and phasers will be a requirement while
aboard under my command. Just in case anything is to ocurr, I like to be
prepared.
I need status reports from every station. Look over the systems and if
there's soemthign wrong, fix it. This ship may be our way behind the lines.
If so...I want to be ready in case something is discovered.
Ensign Jana V, as you are in charge of the medical situation, sum up what
we've got here. I will need your assistance in bringing over some equipment
of mine so to block sensors from reading what or who is aboard this ship.
Ensign Kitean, once you gain access to the shield modulation codes,
establish a new set and change the setup matrix. The more barriers we place,
the better we'll be.
LtCdr. Jantak, surpervise the coding sequences, engineering, and helm. Get
familar with the ship layout as it will become needed. I want you in charge
of tracking down the reciever before he launch this ship. All stations
report to the bridge at 2100 hours SD: 9608.28. We will proceed from there.
If you need any assistance please contact me whenever you can. Remember,
this is a covert operation. We may be headed dead within the CRA realm of
power. You know the dangers involved, and the outcome result of the CRA
gaining an advantage, or us gaining the advantage. Good luck and see you at
2100 hours....
Lock n' Load!

First and foremost I would like to note the excellence with wich my
Division perfromed last night. All Division III crew members were present and
acounted for by the end of the mission. I would also like this log to state
the promotion of LtJgNCC to the rank of full Lt. - position Helmsman.
Division III is now full staffed with the transfer of LtJgWilco to position
of Transporter Chief, also to be noted on next Division III Roster. This is
my first true mission back on the USS Stealth-B and I must
say that this ship and her crew perfromes extremely well. The newest
equipment and technology implemented into her systems is the most complex in
her time.
Not much to report about Operations and Tactical systems from the last
mssion. The Stealth was heavily damaged when an armada of ships attempted to
disable the USS Stealth in a suicidal run. Even though they succeeded in
disabling most of our primamry systems, not to mention the giant hull breech
on deck 10 sections 21-22 Alpha, the Stealth still stood. She must be one
helluva ship to be able to withstand such an attemp. All repairs are
underway.

We are still in the middle of battle, and again, I want full participation
from all of you. Engineering, I want full repairs on all systems, 24 hours
of the day until we are at 95% rediness. LtKJH, will take control of this,
and head repairs. I would like LtEnga, to try and boost weapons power, and
shield power. During the mission(sim time) all of you will be needed to keep
up with repairs.
For security, Wilco, I would like you to prepair to hold POWs. Use the Brig,
and convert the main cargo bay, to do this. Ensign Tuba, will run Security
from the Stealth, and set up POW holding areas, with Wilco. Set them up on
the Stealth mainly, with a small area on the cardie ship. We may have a
chance of infiltration, in which case, I will handle that, or I will assisgn
the matter when it arises.

The mission objective is simple, we need to set up a computer and generator
system for an alien colony. We MUST be prepaired for anything though. I
would like security to issue phasers to all officers. Type one to Ens, and
type two to all other officers ON THE STEALTH. The away team will have
consealed type one phasers. I will be on the away team, and will carry a
type two phaser. The only person to cary one on the away team, unless
otherwise spesified. Wilco will handle security on the Stealth while I am
gone. Ensign Tuba will also be on the Stealth doing any job that is needed.
For the engineering section, you will all probebly be going down to the
planet to help install the generator/computer core. I will make Lieutenant
Kyle J. Harris the head of installing for this mission. He can decide what
people he wants to bring down, and who he wants to leave on the ship.

Duty Log
Ensign Parkoth K'mart
U.S.S. Stealth, NCC-1414-B
:Begin log:
We just completed a mission. We were sent to a planet to bring supplies
and repair a computer on the planet's surface for a colony. I was scheduled
to be on the away team that was supposed to repair the computer. But by
several odd circumstances, I was not able to be on that away team.
I was called to the transporter room. I immediately jumped up, and ran
towards the transporter room. Unfortunately, I ran smacked into the door.
Evidently, there was some technical problem, because, MY DOOR WOULD'NT OPEN.
I tried calling engineering on my personal communicator, but the only reply I
got was "To be, or not to be, that is the question." When I tried accessing
the computer, it said, and I quote "I'm sorry, but I'm trying to make tea.
Just coping with that problem right now, and
WOW, it's a biggy!" I found out later that there was a malfunction in the
communication circuitry, and all I could access and call on my communicator
was the audio library. After a few minutes, the doors suddenly opened up.
"All right!", I thought. I immediately ran through the doors, and suddenly
found myself on the ground. I looked back, and noticed that the doors had
closed, ON MY FOOT! Eventually, someone found me, and after laughing, got a
plasma torch and got my foot free.
I ran to the transporter room, where I found the away team had left
several minutes ago. Lt Sean2, my department head, could not be found, and
LtJgKitean was put in my place on the away team, so I went to the bridge and
took over tactical from LtCdrTyven. The away team was captured and thrown in
a cave by the inhabitants of the planet. Meanwhile, we were attacked by
kamikaze fighters from the surface of the planet. I repeatedly suggested to
CaptPutz that we should retaliate, except for some
reason, he said we should not. Captains prerogative I guess. I'm sure he
had some reason.
After the barrage of ships stopped, I was sent on the away team to rescue
the previous team. The team was located and beamed back up to the ship,
along with us. When we returned to the ship, I found out that the original
colonists were all dead. The people on the surface claiming to be the
colonists, were actually escapees from the large mental asylum that was on
the planet. We were supposed to repair the computer that generates the
shields for the asylum, protecting the rest of the world from
the homocidal maniacs kept within. The shield failed before we got there,
and the escapees quickly overwhelmed the colonists. They ran out of food and
not knowing a ship was coming with supplies, they... they canabalized the
colonists... It's absolutely sickening! I'm sure if they tried, they could
have found another source of food. But then again, what can you expect from
a bunch of psychos...

:Begin log:
A few minutes ago, I was just standing at my post in engineering, when I
found Ensign K'mart walking around, in his pajamas! He had a glazed look in
his eyes, and was wandering in what seemed to be a random path. I went over
to him, and asked him if he was okay. He looked at me, and yelled out, "You
should eat more fresh fruit!!! Right! Today you will learn to defend
yourself against a man armed with... A BANANA!!!" I jumped back as he
screamed this out. He then started mumbling something
about doing unto others before they do unto you, and not being in time to
see the movie, and then lay down on the ground a promptly fell asleep.
Confused, I called sickbay. A doctor came along, and after looking up
his medical history, told me that he was just sleep walking. She said that
he has been found sleep walking many times, and nothing was wrong with him
physically. He was woken up, and after a little explaining, he went back to
his quarters. I don't think I've ever, in all my time in Starfleet, ever
seen something like this happen.

Mission Debriefing
Cdr. Angel Phar
Commanding Officer
USS Stealth NCC-1414B
Stardate 9609.16
Mission Objective: Primary Assignment: Assist the Colonists of Lynius in the
construction of a central computer/generation system. Secondary Assignment:
Collect anthropological data on the inhabitants.
Mission Intelligence: The inhabitants of the Colony were represented as
peaceful, semi-advanced humanoids. Providing assistance with *their*
technological advancement was approved by Starfleet High Command.
Away Team Members: Commander Phar, XO of the Away Team. Lieutenant
Commander Jantak, Engineering and Medical Expertise. Lieutenant (junior
grade) Nicole, Covert Operations, Science Specialist. Lieutenant (junior
grade) Kitean, Tactical Support. Lieutenant (junior grade) Tora, Tactical
Support. Lieutenant KJH, Engineering and Tactical Support.
Primary Assignment: Aborted* (note Duty Log Report)
Secondary Assignment: Marginal Success*
XO Notations: During the course of our mission, the members of the Away Team
were challenged with incarceration and degradation. The following officers
and their actions should be noted in the files;
LtCdr Jantak. For demonstrating level headed thinking and ingenuity in the
field. When the Team was *stripped* of our communication badges and
phasers... Mr. Jantak was able to piece together operational communications
which I believe would have saved our lives, had the Stealth been unaware of
our *status*.
Ltjg Tora. For demonstrating expertise and preparation in hand to hand
combat. Her mission preparation and instincts prepared her for a hostile
situation, when Mission Intelligence indicated that this should have been a
routine operation. Her instincts helped the Team to affect an escape.
Lt KJH and Ltjg Kitean. For maintaining proper Starfleet decorum under
attack. Both men demonstrated skill and expertise during the mission...
looking for ways to assist the team and remove *us* from our captors.
Ltjg Nicole. While the Lieutenant (junior grade) violated the orders of her
Commanding Officer... it is my opinion that her actions were in response to
her understanding of the Starfleet Prime Directive. The Lieutenant left the
Away Team members to pursue negotiations with the inhabitants, on her own.
During her absence the Away Team was captured by enemy forces. During
debriefing, it became apparent that her subsequent actions were to assist in
the release of the Team members.... Her actions proved
to be benefical. I recommend that NO punitive actions be undertaken.
Cmdr Phar: I am disappointed with the outcome of the mission. I take full
responsibility for the capture of the Team by hostile forces. Our mission
preparation was inadequate to meet the forces encountered... I was provided
with insufficent *intelligence* on the inhabitants and lead the Team into a
potentially hazardous situation. While I am pleased that no injuries
occured... it is due to the outstanding abilities of the members of the team.
