Crew quarters : "1" is center forward; even numbers extend along the
starboard (right) side; odd numbers extend along the port (left) side.

Accomodations typically include but are not necessarily limited to: a
bedroom, living/work area, and a small bathroom. Other amenities available
include food synthesizer terminals (replicators), sonic showers, standard
showers, null-grav sleeping chambers (for those species that require it),
personal holographic viewers, and provisions for pets.

NOTE: All junior and senior officer quarters have viewports, of varying size
and configuration based on the quarters' size and configurations. However,
not all general crew quarters have viewports.

Those officers with the rank of FstLt or above; or who are a DH or ADH.

pulled a 4.0 across the board. I think he even breaks things so that he can
fix them -- including my com board, but I cannot prove it.
He does have some level of telekinesis, but it ... well .... Only seems to
work with small things -- machine chips, parts and such ... and atoms,
chemical bonds have a way of ... obeying him. That sounds strange but I
actually saw him STOP an explosion by rechanneling the energy with his mind

Advisor's Report
Mr. James is almost absent minded in class, that is when he shows up. I say
almost because he has yet to miss ANY question on a test. I am almost
inclined to believe he may have cheated by reading someone's mind during the
test, but I know he does not posses that ability. He did take the final exams
for the first 4 years of computers at the FIRST QUARTER break for each class.
Chemistry and exobiology seemed to have peaked his curiosity and kept his
attention. It will be interesting to see what happens in these areas as he
progresses.
The one unfortunate soul to have caught his undivided attention is
recovering on Mars and has begun to take classes there, and will most likely
take care to find out if the woman he is hitting on is dating anyone. I am
curious as to what the young man will think when he learns his blonde hair is
now pink.


Personal History:
Trace is known by the Klingon nickname Qel. His mother was an ambassador to
Qronos as was HER father. Trace's grandfather saved the live of a member of
the T'Pal household and his family was adopted by that house.
The name QEL means doctor in Klingon and though he has not followed in his
paternal footsteps and become an MD, It would not be out of the question for
him to take up the medical instead of scientific field.

Aimee was born on a distant planet with no known name because of its
location no one ever visits it because it is believed to be a dead planet but
isn't and its people are so protective of its unspoiled unearthly beauty that
they do not want anyone to even know of its existence. Along with the secrecy
of her planet her past child hood is just as secret. What is known of her is
that she was found floating in a pod that saved her life when her real
parents planet was being taken over .She was found by a family of
fourwho after 30 days got to Deep Space 9 where the family reported finding
her. When found she was 2 . When she was found she had dark black hair and
dimples . She was adoped buy Glen and Katharine LeFrancois at the age of 2 .
She had a wonderful childhood knowing the whole time that evne though Glen
and Katharine LeFrancois were not her real parents they loved her alot. She
joined Starfleet at the young age of 10 because of her higher
intelligence.In Starfleet her dimples got her in alot of trouble . She
finished the academy in only 2 years finishing in the top of her class all of
which were the more advanced Starfleet has to offer. She also was in the
drama program (is they have one) for the two years she was there. She was

Mr. Cobek and took his place as he entered Starfleet Academy. The imposteur
Cobek attained the rank of Lieutenant and position of Chief Security Officer
on the USS Agamemnon.
The imposteur's tour of duty timeline went as follows:

SD 9601.12: Transfered to the USS Agamemnon and transfered his major to

On Star Date 9603.21, the imposteur Cobek attempted to sneak a Jem

Federation.
When the Agamemnon discovered the task force, Cobek defected over to the
Jem Haddar fleet. The USS Potemkin which was only abour 17 minutes away
deployed its fighters and helped fight off the task force.
The real James Cobek was found on a Jem Haddar prison planet on SD
9609.05. He entered Starfleet Academy on SD 9611.21. Lieutenant Commander

Personal history : grew up on the Delmarva Peninsula near the Chesapeake
Bay; both parents died in a flood two years prior to my entrance into
Starfleet Academy.

Academy Record: Graduated with a major in Security Operations and minors in
Tactical Science and Diplomacy. Would have finished number one in his class
if it wasn't for numerous demerits.

Psychological Profile: Where do I begin with this young man? He is
definitely top drawer Starfleet Officer material; however, there are many
things which cloud that fact. From his first day at the Academy, Wil has
continually shown signs of rebellion. Yet, he is also quite dedicated and
loyal to Starfleet. He has been know to study long into the night, only to
drive into the classroom on his vintage motorcycle. Only his sterling
performance on all exams, and the direct personal intervention of the
superintendent, Admiral Henry Stimpson, kept Mr. Shade from being expelled.
Wil Shade spent more time in mandatory
community service work than any other cadet in the history of Starfleet
Academy. He always spent his community service time with Boothby, the
Academy groundskeeper. Boothby's reports always held Mr. shade in the
highest regard. It makes me wonder if Wil didn't do some of the things he
did, on purpose.
Anyway, Wil Shade is a fine and capable
officer. He will have a long and distinguished career in Starfleet. All of
his future CO's just need to be advised that Wil Shade can be a handful at
times, but he is the most dependable of officers.

PRE-ACADEMY EDUCATION

Christiaan was the son of a federation scientist assigned to the colony on
Tinus 6. A world located near the border of Klingon and Romulan space and may
have
actually served a secondary purpose as a lookout for possible incursion from
either of these two species. Eighteen years ago the Romulans did attack the
Human
colony and attempted to lure the federation into battle with no evidence of
the Romulan actions in this sector. The plan failed due to the intervention
of the
Klingon ship Kor'Kath. The Romulan ship had crossed a small sector of Klingon
space during their approach to the Human colony. This was seen as an act of
aggression by the Klingon Captain.

After the destruction of the Romulan ship the Klingons found only five
survivors of the colony. Only one of which was an adult. Upon transporting to
the planet the
Klingon Captain was attacked by the young Back who was screaming "Klingon
bastards...You killed my parents!" The Captain saw great bravery and strength
in
such a young child. When the Federation survivors were returned to their
government the Klingon Captain reported the boy to have died due to injuries
suffered
from the attack. It is unknown why the Captain choose to act in this fashion
but it is believed that he had become very fond of the boy.

The young boy spent the next ten years with the Klingon Captain. He was
taught the operation of a Starship, trained in Klingon combat and honer, and
taught the
rituals of Klingon life. This was a difficult life for the boy due to the
physical demands of Klingon life and the treatment he recieved from the
Klingons due to his
human nature. He was called the "Human pet" (rough Klingon translation) by
the Klingons aboard the ship.

After the Age of Acension he began to become disgusted by his treatment by
the Klingons. He decided to return to Earth and to search for information
about his
roots. Shortly after his return to Earth he met Captain Connery, a Starfleet
officer who helped him to accept who he was and to curb some of his more
distracting
Klingon characteristics. He then decided to join Starfleet, more out of a
drive to find acceptance than any more noble reasoning. He joined Starfleet
at the age of
19.

Cadet Christiaan Back's experience with the Klingons has left him scarred to
a degree. He feels the need to succeed much stronger than most men in simular
situations. He will do almost anything to attain success. This can be a good
thing but can also backfire against him. His sense personal drive and sense
of responsibility are far more developed than most men his age, but his
personal life seems to be completely chaotic in response to this. His
drinking and desire to "live on the edge" are hopefully areas he will gain
control over. His push towards excellence may lead to success in many areas
but this doctor does question what the end result will be. All of these
tendencies do seem to originate from his treatment by the Klingons of the
ship he was raised on.

He also has a very strong hatred towards Romulans because of the incident at
his home colony (see Tinus 6 report, Starfleet HQ, library). He may have
trouble
repressing his feelings during situations involving this species.

Back may also possess qualities that will lead him to be an excellent
Tactical / Security Officer. He is very motivated, trained in combat
situations (both personal
and shipboard), has a strong tendencie to take on leadership roles (even in

the crew he is working to protect. If he can get over his tendancies to push

Psychological Profile: Where do I begin with this young man? He is

drive into the classroom on his vintage motorcycle. Only his sterling
performance on all exams, and the direct personal intervention of the

Wil Shade spent more time in mandatory
community service work than any other cadet in the history of Starfleet
Academy. He always spent his community service time with Boothby, the

born, and Tegar's mother eventually convinced him to explore his human
half on Earth, in New Orleans, Louisiana (her home), so they could raise
their son to be Human. And although raised on Earth as a Human, Tegar
Senior's influence taught the younger Tegar the tenets of logic, the
tranquility of meditation, and the rudimentary basics of Vulcan mind
powers, and the use of the Vulcan Nerve Pinch.

PERSONAL HISTORY:

Ellax Tegar grew up in the shadow of an older boy named Ben Sisko,
and it was Commander Benjamin Sisko that eventually persuaded him to
apply to Starfleet Academy. Although the intervening years and
different personal tastes have dulled their friendship to the point of
mere acquaintance and old memories, Mr. Tegar is known to drop by
Sisko's father's restaurant in New Orleans whenever he gets the chance.
And he eagerly supports Jake Sisko's writing and corresponds with the
younger man on occasion.
After the death of his father, Ellax Tegar carried the elder
Tegar's katra back to Vulcan for entombment in the Hall of Ancestors.
During this period, Ellax Tegar encountered the Vulcan woman T'Lar, a
former mistress of the elder Tegar. It was after meeting this woman
that Ellax learned that T'Lar had borne a son from a union with the
elder Tegar. That son is Renok and now serves as a Security Officer on
the Vulcan Exploratory Ship, Spock, in the Beta Quadrant. Further

All through his schooling, it was recognized that Ellax had an
exceptional intellect (when compared to Humans). Although on Vulcan he
could barely keep up with the full-blooded Vulcans as they advanced in
their studies, partly due to the fact that he was distracted by emotions
that his Vulcan peers were learning to disregard. But when placed among
Humans on Earth, he far surpassed his age group, and quickly earned the
respect of his teachers and elders. Soon he was earning honors and
commendations. Eventually he attended the Universite du Sudoestern

RECENT EVENTS:

The fusion with Renok altered Tegar's overall personality and his

PRE-ACADEMY EDUCATION

Christiaan was the son of a federation scientist assigned to the colony on
Tinus 6. A world located near the border of Klingon and Romulan space and may
have
actually served a secondary purpose as a lookout for possible incursion from
either of these two species. Eighteen years ago the Romulans did attack the
Human
colony and attempted to lure the federation into battle with no evidence of
the Romulan actions in this sector. The plan failed due to the intervention
of the
Klingon ship Kor'Kath. The Romulan ship had crossed a small sector of Klingon
space during their approach to the Human colony. This was seen as an act of
aggression by the Klingon Captain.

After the destruction of the Romulan ship the Klingons found only five
survivors of the colony. Only one of which was an adult. Upon transporting to
the planet the
Klingon Captain was attacked by the young Back who was screaming "Klingon
bastards...You killed my parents!" The Captain saw great bravery and strength
in
such a young child. When the Federation survivors were returned to their
government the Klingon Captain reported the boy to have died due to injuries
suffered
from the attack. It is unknown why the Captain choose to act in this fashion
but it is believed that he had become very fond of the boy.

The young boy spent the next ten years with the Klingon Captain. He was
taught the operation of a Starship, trained in Klingon combat and honer, and
taught the
rituals of Klingon life. This was a difficult life for the boy due to the
physical demands of Klingon life and the treatment he recieved from the
Klingons due to his
human nature. He was called the "Human pet" (rough Klingon translation) by
the Klingons aboard the ship.

After the Age of Acension he began to become disgusted by his treatment by
the Klingons. He decided to return to Earth and to search for information
about his
roots. Shortly after his return to Earth he met Captain Connery, the Captain
of the USS Stealth and a Starfleet officer who helped him to accept who he
was and to curb some of his more distracting
Klingon characteristics. He then decided to join Starfleet, more out of a
drive to find acceptance than any more noble reasoning. He joined Starfleet
at the age of
19.

Cadet Christiaan Back's experience with the Klingons has left him scarred to
a degree. He feels the need to succeed much stronger than most men in simular
situations. He will do almost anything to attain success. This can be a good
thing but can also backfire against him. His sense personal drive and sense
of responsibility are far more developed than most men his age, but his
personal life seems to be completely chaotic in response to this. His
drinking and desire to "live on the edge" are hopefully areas he will gain
control over. His push towards excellence may lead to success in many areas
but this doctor does question what the end result will be. All of these
tendencies do seem to originate from his treatment by the Klingons of the
ship he was raised on.

He also has a very strong hatred towards Romulans because of the incident at
his home colony (see Tinus 6 report, Starfleet HQ, library). He may have
trouble
repressing his feelings during situations involving this species.

Back may also possess qualities that will lead him to be an excellent
Tactical / Security Officer. He is very motivated, trained in combat
situations (both personal
and shipboard), has a strong tendencie to take on leadership roles (even in
situations where he is dealing with superiors), and a strong sense of
responsibility to
the crew he is working to protect. If he can get over his tendancies to push
himself too hard and can control his emotions near Romulans he will make an
excellent
officer. His many years with the Klingons has already made him an expert that
the Federation seems to have taken full advantage of.

Christiaan has undergone a great deal of stress due to his service with the
Covert Operations end of Starfleet. Even with threats of not allowing him to
return to active duty he would not tell me what happened at what has only
been classified as the Melfast incident. My only knowledge of this is that
he actually killed an inhabitant of this backwards planet and it was not
completely in self-defense. I want to know what happened. I
need to get Chris to tell me but he won't talk. He has returned to duty on
the Potemkin where I could tell he was more at ease and happy. I do believe
that he will excell in his duties but I still wonder what led him to this
point? Why would he have left the Potemkin for this assignment in the first
place? It is obvious that he did not like working in Covert Ops but why?
What happened? What can I do to keep anything from happening again?
Another concern I have is his involvement in a relationship that he could not
make work before. He has recently gotten re-involved with Elana, a woman he
was ready to ask to marry him. They had broken it off under circumstances
that he would not reveal to me.... but I do not know if it is healthy for him
to start things up with her again.

PRE-ACADEMY EDUCATION

Christiaan was the son of a federation scientist assigned to the colony on
Tinus 6. A world located near the border of Klingon and Romulan space and may
have
actually served a secondary purpose as a lookout for possible incursion from
either of these two species. Eighteen years ago the Romulans did attack the
Human
colony and attempted to lure the federation into battle with no evidence of
the Romulan actions in this sector. The plan failed due to the intervention
of the
Klingon ship Kor'Kath. The Romulan ship had crossed a small sector of Klingon
space during their approach to the Human colony. This was seen as an act of
aggression by the Klingon Captain.

After the destruction of the Romulan ship the Klingons found only five
survivors of the colony. Only one of which was an adult. Upon transporting to
the planet the
Klingon Captain was attacked by the young Back who was screaming "Klingon
bastards...You killed my parents!" The Captain saw great bravery and strength
in
such a young child. When the Federation survivors were returned to their
government the Klingon Captain reported the boy to have died due to injuries
suffered
from the attack. It is unknown why the Captain choose to act in this fashion
but it is believed that he had become very fond of the boy.

The young boy spent the next ten years with the Klingon Captain. He was
taught the operation of a Starship, trained in Klingon combat and honer, and
taught the
rituals of Klingon life. This was a difficult life for the boy due to the
physical demands of Klingon life and the treatment he recieved from the
Klingons due to his
human nature. He was called the "Human pet" (rough Klingon translation) by
the Klingons aboard the ship.

After the Age of Acension he began to become disgusted by his treatment by
the Klingons. He decided to return to Earth and to search for information
about his
roots. Shortly after his return to Earth he met Captain Connery, the Captain
of the USS Stealth and a Starfleet officer who helped him to accept who he
was and to curb some of his more distracting
Klingon characteristics. He then decided to join Starfleet, more out of a
drive to find acceptance than any more noble reasoning. He joined Starfleet
at the age of
19.

Cadet Christiaan Back's experience with the Klingons has left him scarred to
a degree. He feels the need to succeed much stronger than most men in simular
situations. He will do almost anything to attain success. This can be a good
thing but can also backfire against him. His sense personal drive and sense
of responsibility are far more developed than most men his age, but his
personal life seems to be completely chaotic in response to this. His
drinking and desire to "live on the edge" are hopefully areas he will gain
control over. His push towards excellence may lead to success in many areas
but this doctor does question what the end result will be. All of these
tendencies do seem to originate from his treatment by the Klingons of the
ship he was raised on.

He also has a very strong hatred towards Romulans because of the incident at
his home colony (see Tinus 6 report, Starfleet HQ, library). He may have
trouble
repressing his feelings during situations involving this species.

Back may also possess qualities that will lead him to be an excellent
Tactical / Security Officer. He is very motivated, trained in combat
situations (both personal
and shipboard), has a strong tendencie to take on leadership roles (even in
situations where he is dealing with superiors), and a strong sense of
responsibility to
the crew he is working to protect. If he can get over his tendancies to push
himself too hard and can control his emotions near Romulans he will make an
excellent
officer. His many years with the Klingons has already made him an expert that
the Federation seems to have taken full advantage of.

Update ~ 9810.01

Christiaan has undergone a great deal of stress due to his service with the
Covert Operations end of Starfleet. Even with threats of not allowing him to
return to active duty he would not tell me what happened at what has only
been classified as the Melfast incident. My only knowledge of this is that
he actually killed an inhabitant of this backwards planet and it was not
completely in self-defense. I want to know what happened. I need to get
Chris to tell me but he won't talk. He has returned to duty on the Potemkin
where I could tell he was more at ease and happy. I do believe that he will
excell in his duties but I still wonder what led him to this point? Why
would he have left the Potemkin for this assignment in the first place? It
is obvious that he did not like working in Covert Ops but why? What
happened? What can I do to keep anything from happening again?
Another concern I have is his involvement in a relationship that he could
not make work before. He has recently gotten re-involved with Elana, a woman
he was ready to ask to marry him. They had broken it off under circumstances
that he would not reveal to me.... but I do not know if it is healthy for him
to start things up with her again.
The good news is that he has shown restraint in the area of his distaste for
Romulans. Earlier interviews had shown a complete hatred for the species.
He now seems to be able to handle himself around them. After a little
investigating I believe I have found one of the main reasons behind this.
His best friend on the Potemkin has been Commander Bjorn Vuelvas who is now
married to a Romulan which must have forced Back to realize his hatred is
destructive. Does this mean he has changed? This is still unknown. But he
has shown a great degree of awareness of the nature of this fault by
conducting himself as an officer before his personal grievences.

BACKGROUND :

THE EARLIER YEARS

Janar was born to the High Priest and Priestess Jondalar and Anara. She was
raised to one day become a ruler sitting on the Council of Theros. Her
schooling began as soon as she could walk. She was schooled in the fine arts
of diplomacy and telepathy.

Growing up she proved to be a tiny, yet agile girl. She was delicate and
beautiful; her parents treasure in a family of three large brothers. She was
named after her grandmother. Her father, not particularly caring for his
somewhat pushy and over-bearing mother-in-law, insisted the family call her
by a nickname of their family name, Jan. Being the boys that they were, it
turned into Janny shortly thereafter. Up until the age of seven she was
treated just like any member of the family, however, she proved to be very
different from the rest.

She was able to not only read the minds of others, but influence their
thoughts as well. Anara pleaded with her husband to allow her to ask the
Council for Janny's pardon from the Theros. Jondalar, finally recognizing
that his daughter was no ordinary Betazoid, approached the Council on the
matter.

The Council of Theros agreed and the child was sent to the farthest sector of
the Alpha quadrant to the Feldonian Empire. On the planet Felpurn she was
raised by the Felpurrs. These agile creatures have quick reflexes like their
ancient Earth ancestor, the feline. They are fast, smart, and extremely
personable. They have the ability to turn and move their bodies with a
strength unknown to virtually any of the other races. All of this combined
with their magical nature was now open to little Katerina.

BEFORE STARFLEET

The Felpurrs taught her the deadly skill of the crucial kill and the wondrous
power of the mind. She has the ability to alter thoughts as well as levitate
objects, but always for the good of the cause for which she fights. She is
a very loyal creature.

After the almost-destruction of Felpurns' sister planet by the Romulans,
Captain Picard (who had answered their distress call and came to the
Felpurr's defense) impressed by her performance, encouraged her to join
Starfleet.
Another officer equally impressed, but for other reasons, befriended her
while the Enterprise was at Felpurn. Her and Picard's First Officer became
quite friendly and she even saved his life from a poisonous snake when they
were camping in the mountains together. The confrontation with the
Romulans sparked the desire for excitement and a yearning for exploration in
Katerina. No longer content to study and examine from afar, she wanted to
be right in the action, but felt a dutiful loyalty to her teachers. Her
sister creatures saw the unrest in her and approved involvement with
Starfleet Academy.

STARFLEET ACADEMY

Her zest for learning allowed her to graduate with the highest of Honors in
the top five of her class. Although she sometimes found herself out of the
good graces of the Academy officers when she used her gifts to reach for
things rather than physically get them herself. Because of her early
cultural switch, she found herself interested in learning about other
species, planets, and ways of life. Any free time found her gazing out at
the stars
wondering who was out there. She knew that one day she would be a Science
Officer on a starship.

PERSONALITY PROFILE

Janar's small size is not to be underestimated. Her lightning speed, grace,
and agility will allow her to stay up there with the big boys. Her former
Sensei, LT1 Xian Trax, further trained her in the legendary art of
Ninjutsu which allows the learned to effectively hide from their opponent
while in battle. Further intense covert training w/ her former Reconn
partner, Akarn, enhanced her abilities considerably.

She is very friendly and willing to accept almost anyone, providing they
have StarFleet's best interest in mind. She has an incredible sense of duty.
She is quite peaceful, but will fight for those with whom her loyalty lies.
Her amazing high intelligence and telepathetic abilities allow her to have a
strong influence on others' though she prefers to to do so through common
sensical speech versus mind power. She is an asset to any team
for her stealth qualities and quick thinking. She always gives her all and
expects anyone she works with to do the same. She is not afraid of a little
work and is always interested in finding new ways to do things.

A Betazoid at heart, she loves beautiful things--clothes, classical music,
antiques, books-- however, you can find her during her free time clad in
jeans and cowboy boots exploring Earth's rugged country like Montana or
