Vlad was born to Aleksandr Leon Petrovka and Elisa von Kleistmann.
Aleksandr was originally from Izhevsk, but moved to Munich, Germany, to
study. He met Elisa in Munich, and she married Aleksandr and they moved back
to Izhevsk together. Elisa had lived in Munich all her life before that.
They were not a rich family, Aleksandr worked at the local replicator
factory for a humble salary. Neither of parents were religious, which was
passed on to Vlad.

=/\= Childhood =/\=

Vlad was born in Izhevsk, Earth. As a child he would always save as
much money as he could to watch the newest holomovie about the Starships of
Starfleet, and he would often re-borrow the holonovels about famous Starship
Captains from the library. His parents nurtured his fantasy, because he
showed potential as a tactition. Quite often, he would easily win in the war
games he played with his friends.
When Vlad turned 16, he was inducted into a gang-cult that operate in
his city. His eyes were injected with a permanent black coloring, and his
hair was dyed to white. This signified his devotion to the group, but at age
17 he was convinced by the death of one of his closest friends that that
gang-cult was not what he wanted to do with his life. He left the group, but
to this day his hair remains white and his eyes black, as a reminder of his
past decisions.

=/\= Academy Days =/\=

Returning to his earlier childhood dream, Vlad decided to attend
Starfleet Academy when he turned 18. He followed his interests and studied as
a Tactical Officer.
While he did recieve some rubbing for his eyes and hair, he was mostly
given a wide berth. He made only 2 friends during the time of his acceptance
into the Academy to his graduation.
During the last year of his stay at the Academy, Vlad was unfortunate
enough to become a suspect in an Academy crime.
On stardate 9605.15, Cadet Robert Kane and Cadet Georgi Schuler, both of
which had always had a dislike for Vlad, smuggled 30 gallons of Ascetium
Hydrogen Perchlorate, a level 4 acid, into the Academy. Using clothing very
similar to what Vlad usually chose to wear, Kane used the acid to deface
several stone figures and statues in the main courtyard of the Academy. He
also left the gloves, again similar to Vlad's, with the empty acid container.
When the investigation started, Vlad was pointed out to be the primary
suspect by many of his fellow cadets. He had no alibi, and the gloves were
almost an exact match of the ones he wore.
Luckily for Vlad,when the investigation ran tests on the gloves, they
found samples of dead skin that matched Kane's. Kane had been careless, and
the plan had backfired.

Physical Discriprion: Alexander is at peek health, He practices his martial
arts every day to keep his edge*. He also likes to swim in the simulations of
various oceans on different planets. Enjoys rock climbing and has recently
taken up sailing.

*Note was repremanded in the acadamy for bypassing safety protocols on the
student holodeck on seven different occasions. It is still unknown how he
managed to do this.

Personality: Always calm even in the most stressfull situations, he seems to
have expiated his pathological hatred for Cardassians. It is not known how
he developed this but we think it is based in his earliest childhood.

Background: Alexander as found on the Federation mining outpost on Quadra
Sigma III after the accident. Located among the survivors it is believed his
parents where killed. Taken back to Earth on the U.S,S Enterprise NC 1701-D.
He was remanded into the custody of starfleet where he was placed into a
foster home. Moving from foster home to foster home he, was eventualy adopted
at the age of 4 by Vice Admiral Stephen Vistar. At the age of 8 he wasfound
to be a very strong telepath. After finding this out the Vice Admiral located
and hired a Betazed nanny to look after and train his son. Alexander spent
little time whith his adopted family as the Vice Admiral was away most of the
time. At the age of 12 he was awarded a Citizenship medal for using his
telepathic ablilities to help rescue some children from a burning building.
At the age of 15 he applied and was admitted to Starfleet AcadamyS.F Campus.
After spending the next 4 years at the Acadamy he graduated third in his
class.
After graduation at the Acadamy he took Advanced courses in Avionics,
astrological navigation, and obtained degrees in Genetics and Advanced warp
theory. Dismissed from Advanced Tactical School for using telepathy to
influance final exams he was then posted on the U.S.S. Potempkin.

Counselor - USS Mayari: Log Stardate 9606.19

Mr. Warp seems to be an exceptional officer, but is pressured greatly by his
peers. He was a member of Red Squad, an exeptional group of students at
Starfleet Academy. This causes everyone to expect more of him than they would
themselves.

His Morale seems sometimes low, as this stress causes him to go into small
periods of depression, but he is prudent in coming to my office when these
events occur. He acknowledges his weaknesses, strengths, and pressures, and
attempts to balance them as well as possible. A small problem is appearing
with a wild side to this fine ensign. His emotions sometimes cause him to do
miscevious things, such as mis-align small isolinear chips to cause an
artificial warp core breech alert, or set a phaser to overload in the lounge.
It is becoming less frequent, and should dissipate according to my studies.

Morale Officer - USS Liberty: Stardate 9705.12

Mr. Warp seems a fine young officer. His mind allows him to come up with
brilliant solutions to problems. Yesterday, the plasma relays in the warp
nacelles were off-sequence, and anything the chief engineer did couldn't stop
the fluctuations. Mr. Warp recommended installation of a plasma inversion
coil, a small device which is capable of re-directing plasma in large
quantities. The engineer had never heard of such a device, but the Lieutenant
had
been playing with plasma streams and had designed one. He replicated it and
solved the problem.

Mr. Warp is chipper, bright and interacts well with the crew, a great
improvement according to his early phsycological examinations by the USS
Mayari's Counselor. I hope to see this officer excel in his duties,
especially in the engineering department.

Counselor - Space Station Alpha 6: Stardate 9711.06

Mr. Warp has shown expertise in all areas he has been subjected to aboard
this facility. His Red Squad training has prepared him for medical,
scientific, engineering, tactical, emergency and other types of procedures,
many of which occur regularly under this station. The planet Alpha 6 orbits
is volatile, and Mr. Warp has seen much action on it's surface. This officer
is doing well, and should continue this progress.

Personal Appearance:: Kurak stands a striking 6'2", training and keeping
physical fit is more then just a hobby for him. His deep green eyes are
piercing and inquisitive. He is very formal, which bespeaks years of his
vulcan training. It is that same Vulcan training that has honed and sharpened
his mental abilities of his combined heritage.

Personal Background:: Kurak was born on the Vulcan Diplomatic Ship Shu'Luk,
on its way to Romulus for negotiations, to the parents of Kaluk and Ixawanna.
Shortly after his birth the vessel fell under attack from a Romulan Cruiser.
All surviving personnel were removed from the vessel and placed in a romulan
prison planet.
Kurak spent 15 long years on the planet, learning the romulan
langauge and various fighting techniques trained by the romulans as a
gladiator for there amusements. He had a hard time restraining his
emotions...before he learned to control his mental telepathy the romulans
emotions use to flood his mind constantly. The romulans enjoyed his divided
emotionalism, strength and lightning speed. However they had no idea that his
lightning speed was
in association with the his ability to read his opponents action before they
even preformed them. He was careful to conceal his strong mental abilities,
even though controlling then was a different matter all together,with the
help of the other Vulcan prisoners through meditations.
Not long after his fifteen year birthday he and other prisoners were
released in a negotiations/treaty agreement between Romulus and Vulcan.
Unfortunately his parents were not among them. His father died in the pitts,
refusing to fight and Kurak has no idea if his mother is alive or dead having
been seperated from her since he was two.
Upon his release he settled on Vulcan with his grandparents. Seeing
his emotional flux they immediately enrolled him in the Vulcan Science
Academy and home tutoried him at home as well. It wasnt long before he fell
into the typical Vulcan role, having a strong mind he quickily adapted to his
surroundings. He is aware his emotional control is not perfected and strives
to reach an inner peace through meditation. After seven years Kurak
decided to enroll in the Starfleet academy even though this was an illogical
move, to him it was the only way to prevent others from falling into the life
he had endured.

HISTORY

Shula VValker was born on Altima 2, a planet colonized in a joint effort
to make peace between Romulans and Humans, after the war with the Dominion
ended. Her mother was a Tal Shiar, her father was a Federation Intelligence
Officer. They raised her and both her parents gave her a choice of what
ideals she wanted to follow, Romulan or Human. She chose to join Starfleet,
and both of them supported her. Both her
parents tried to get her to join Intelligence work, but she wanted to become
a security or scout type person.

STARFLEET TRAINING, BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

While at the academy, Shula majored in Hand-to-Hand Combat, Basic
Navigation, Prime Directive, and Strategic Operations. She kept those basic
interests as she advanced through academy. She graduated fairly high in her
class, and was assigned to the USS Potemkin.

Crew quarters : "1" is center forward; even numbers extend along the
starboard side; odd numbers extend along the port side.

Accomodations typically include but are not necessarily limited to: a
bedroom, living/work area, and a small bathroom. Other amenities available
include food synthesizer terminals (replicators), sonic showers, standard
showers, null-grav sleeping chambers (for those species that require it),
personal holographic viewers, and provisions for pets.

NOTE: All junior and senior officer quarters have viewports, of varying size
and configuration based on the quarters' size and configurations. However,
not all general crew quarters have viewports.

Zachory was born on the USS Triumph during his father's (Jonathan Taylor)
comission as Captain.
His mother is a member of the Daledian race and currently lives on her home
world of Chimari. Zac has been raised on board the Triumph since birth.

As the years went on, Zac began to take advantage of the educational
opportunites he had while living on board a starship. Although he was still
too young to enter Starfleet Academy, there were no minimum age requirments
keeping him from learning from those around him. By asking questions and
doing his own research, Zac managed to get an abundance of knowledge in many
different fields, primarily in Engineering, and even more specifically, Warp
Propulsion. Even though engineering seemed to be his specialty, Zac excelled
in other fields including certain areas of space science, linguistics and
shipboard systems. Little did Zac know it, but he was self preparing for a
future in Starfleet.

Just before Zac's 15th birthday, a tragic series of events left his father
dead; murdered at the hands of an ex-starfleet captain turned traitor.
Details of that incident can be obtained through the JAG office. Zac was
given the option of either returning to earth and entering Starfleet Academy,
or reminaing a private citizen under the supervision of juvenile services
until his 18th birthday. Zac chose to enter the academy as a member of
the Home Fleet on Treasure Island in the San Francisco Bay. He was sponsored
by Admiral Sheehan, commander of Starbase 1003.

Now, just weeks before his 19th birthday, he is preparing to board the USS
Potemkin for his senior training cruise and final stretch before his
graduation from Starfleet Academy. He remains optimistic about his future,
although is still suffering from the tragedy of witnessing his fathers death.
Although some progress had been made, he is still showing residual signs of
passive-agressiveness and has been described by his case workers as being
rebellious at times and becomming withdrawn, but will no doubt continue to
serve Starfleet and the Federation with the same dedication to duty as his
father, Captain Jonathan Taylor.

Aimee is an Average looking humanoid female, with long beautiful hair
and deep entrancing eyes. She lets her long beautiful hair hang to her mid
back. She loves to spend her off time swimming in the holodeck. She loves to
climb the mountains of her home planet, or what she thinks they look like,
that she created on the holodeck.She is strong but doesn't look it . She has
a great an appetite for fine foods, she loves good food and can eat great
quantities. She loves to try new things, will try anything once. She loves to
dance whenever she can get the time to. She also loves to work on computers
and making her own programs and games, she eventually wants to make herown
handheld computer.

P E R S O N A L H I S T O R Y
Aimee was born on a distant planet with no known name because of its
location no one ever visits it because it is believed to be a dead planet but
isn't and its people are so protective of its unspoiled unearthly beauty that
they do not want anyone to even know of its existence. Along with the secrecy
of her planet her past child hood is just as secret. What is known of her is
that she was found floating in a pod that saved her life when her real
parents planet was being taken over .She was found by a family of fourwho
after 30 days got to Deep Space 9 where the family reported finding her. When
found she was 2 . When she was found she had dark black hair and dimples .
She was adoped buy Glen and Katharine LeFrancois at the age of 2 . She had a
wonderful childhood knowing the whole time that evne though Glen and
Katharine LeFrancois were not her real parents they loved her alot. She
joined Starfleet at the young age of 10 because of her higher
intelligence.In Starfleet her dimples got her in alot of trouble . She
finished the academy in only 2 years finishing in the top of her class all of
which were the more advanced Starfleet has to offer. She also was in the
drama program (is they have one) for the two years she was there. She was
taught how to be sarcastic , dramatic and she learn how to cry on cue. This
if she had known earlier would have gotten her even farther in StarFleet .
She does not letany one assotiate herself with her adoped father because he
is an Admiral .

father (M'Hawarr Alexi). Her father died during the Cardassian occupation
when she was 4. Her mother, who was then pregnant with Sierra's younger
sister, Candyce (now 62), took great risks to take the family to the Vulcan
homeworld. Gabriella, a biologist, has worked for a variety of top firms on
Vulcan, Betazed and Sol, before agreeing to accept the position as Department
Head on Starbase Hawking. Sierra also has one older brother, Nicholai (69),
who is an assistant professor at the Vulcan Science Academy. She married Dr.

Due to her Vulcan heritage, Sierra has demonstrated strong, but limited,
empathic healing abilities and telepathic skills, which increase through
touch. She is highly intelligent; possesses keen Vulcan hearing; and is
physically stronger than humans (due to Vulcan physiology). Sierra has the
pointed ears of a Vulcan and the nose ridges of a Bajoran. Her daughter has
inheirited these same physical traits.

PERSONAL HISTORY

Sierra grew up on Bajor, Betazed and predominantly on Vulcan. She attended
Vulcan Science Academy for four years. After graduating from VSA, she worked
for a variety of firms, predominantly on Vulcan and Sol, as a consultant and
researcher, including the presitigious Daystrom Institute. She decided to
join Starfleet on the recommendation of her cousin, Lt. Cmdr M'Hawarr Khymm,
applying to the Academy at the (terran) age of 60. Due to her father's
death at the hands of the Cardassians during their occupation of Bajor,
Sierra has a strong dislike for the Cardassian Empire.

Sierra has always excelled in her studies. She likes to fly, play sports,
paint, hike, and demonstrates a knack for strategy games like tri-level chess
and strategeum. She has recently taken up her enjoyment of kaltow again. She
also enjoys baseball and soccer.

Sierra met and became involved with Dr. (FstLt.) Darryl Ryder after her
posting to the USS Darmok. During their engagement, they went through the
mindmeld ritual, and Sierra discovered Dare's previous experiences against
one of the greatest threats against the UFP, the Furies. They were married on
SD9612.13 in a ceremony officiated by Fleet Captain Tnagra aboard the USS
Darmok. They combined both of their last names (M'Hawarr and
Ryder) to form a new name, symbolizing their union: Rhydarr. Lieutenant Tryst
Kotani served as maid of honor, and Lieutenant Jonathan Yular was best man.

After Sierra found out that she was pregnant, Dare and Sierra seperated in an
attempt from Dare to protect his family against the Furies, whom he felt were
going to return for him. The nightmares came true when the Darmok was
investigating a strange spacial phenomenom at system JMP-983, and found
themselves in an engagement against the Furies, SD9704.09-16. After killing
the Vergo of the lead Fury ship and having his pagh restored, Dare saw
Sierra safely onto an escape pod before returning to finish off the Fury
ship. He steered the ship into the planet, and the resulting explosion ripped
apart half the planet. Dr. Ryder was presumed dead on SD9704.16.

Sierra gave birth to their daughter, Taryn Angelique Rhydarr (9 lbs. 14 oz.),
on SD9704.23. She returned to Darryl's home in the Bennikar Valley on Bajor
to recover from the chain of events that had occured. During that time, she
discovered that Dare had been working for The Circle on Bajor, as well as for
Starfleet. Also while on Bajor, she was approached by Dr. Lewis Zimmerman for
use of her likeness as the interface for the new long-term
counseling program (LCP). She accepted and the AK-4 Long-term Holographic
Counseling Program subroutine Delta 489 (AK-4 LCP) went online SD9705.10.

Dr. Darryl Ryder, nee Taren Dar, was found not to have died in the Fury
wreckage, but rather had been transported across part of the galaxy. He was
found by Commander Rydelik of the USS Cuautemoc in the Core Systems, and, in
an arrangement with Starfleet, returned to duty on board the Darmok as a
Starfleet Intelligence officer, SD9706.

Sierra was promoted to Commander on SD9706.06 and posted as Executive Officer
to the USS Potemkin on SD9706.12.

While on a surprise visit to see her husband at Titan Station on SD9708.25,
he surprised her by announcing that he wanted a divorce. Upon the completion
of their divorce, she returned to her maiden name, M'Hawarr.

Sierra earned Captaincy and command of Outpost Cousteau on SD9709.11.
She was transferred to Captain of the USS Potemkin on SD9711.06.

Sierra was promoted to Fleet Captain on SD9806.18.

FAMILY HISTORY
Mother is Romulan, Father is Terran and betazoid. My parents met when my
father was on a mission for the Federation. My mother was disillusioned with
the Romulan empire and when my father asked her to come away with him, she
agreed. Growing up was hard. No one trusted me as I was one third Romulan.
With each passing year of my life, my mother would tell me a little more
about the world she left. There were times I longed to see Romulas but I
never
told my parents. I knew their feeling of that subject. I never had a normal
childhood. I would watch the human children laughing and having fun. I was
never asked to join in the fun. I lead a mostly solitary life. When I was old
enough to enter the Academy, something in my blood made that desire strong. I

Personal Appearance:: Kurak stands a striking 6'2", training and keeping
physical fit is more then just a hobby for him. His deep green eyes are
piercing and inquisitive. He is very formal, which bespeaks years of his
vulcan training. It is that same Vulcan training that has honed and sharpened
his mental abilities of his combined heritage.

Personal Background:: Kurak was born on the Vulcan Diplomatic Ship Shu'Luk,
on its way to Romulus for negotiations, to the parents of Kaluk and Ixawanna.
Shortly after his birth the vessel fell under attack from a Romulan Cruiser.
All surviving personnel were removed from the vessel and placed in a romulan
prison planet.
Kurak spent 15 long years on the planet, learning the romulan
langauge and various fighting techniques trained by the romulans as a
gladiator for there amusements. He had a hard time restraining his
emotions...before he learned to control his mental telepathy the romulans
emotions use to flood his mind constantly. The romulans enjoyed his divided
emotionalism, strength and lightning speed. However they had no idea that his
lightning speed was
in association with the his ability to read his opponents action before they
even preformed them. He was careful to conceal his strong mental abilities,
even though controlling then was a different matter all together,with the
help of the other Vulcan prisoners through meditations.
Not long after his fifteen year birthday he and other prisoners were
released in a negotiations/treaty agreement between Romulus and Vulcan.
Unfortunately his parents were not among them. His father died in the pitts,
refusing to fight and Kurak has no idea if his mother is alive or dead having
been seperated from her since he was two.
Upon his release he settled on Vulcan with his grandparents. Seeing
his emotional flux they immediately enrolled him in the Vulcan Science
Academy and home tutoried him at home as well. It wasnt long before he fell
into the typical Vulcan role, having a strong mind he quickily adapted to his
surroundings. He is aware his emotional control is not perfected and strives
to reach an inner peace through meditation. After seven years Kurak
decided to enroll in the Starfleet academy even though this was an illogical
move, to him it was the only way to prevent others from falling into the life
he had endured.

HISTORY

Shula VValker was born on Altima 2, a planet colonized in a joint effort
to make peace between Romulans and Humans, after the war with the Dominion
ended. Her mother was a Tal Shiar, her father was a Federation Intelligence
Officer. They raised her and both her parents gave her a choice of what
ideals she wanted to follow, Romulan or Human. She chose to join Starfleet,
and both of them supported her. Both her
parents tried to get her to join Intelligence work, but she wanted to be in

SPECIAL ABILITIES / NOTES ON PHYSIOLOGY
Although part Vulcan and born on Vulcan, Mr. Tegar does
not exhibit any of the expected physiology of Vulcans except
for a slight pointing of the ears and a somewhat quicker
intellect. He does seem to be somewhat empathic but it is
not under his control. Although he strives for logic, he argues,
"It is illogical to deny the existence of emotion. Logic serves,
but emotion enhances."

EARLY HISTORY
Although Mr. Tegar was born on Vulcan, and spent most of his
early childhood there, his family moved to Earth SD 7406 when he
was still quite young (age 10). His father was old (260 Std. Yrs.)
when he was born, and Tegar's mother eventually convinced him to
explore his human half on Earth, in New Orleans, Louisiana (her
home), so they could raise their son to be Human. And although
raised on Earth as a Human, Tegar Senior's influence taught the
younger Tegar the tenets of logic, the tranquility of meditation,
and the rudimentary basics of Vulcan mind powers,and the use of
the Vulcan Nerve Pinch.

PERSONAL HISTORY
Ellax Tegar grew up in the shadow of an older boy named Ben
Sisko, and it was Commander Benjamin Sisko that eventually persuaded
him to apply to Starfleet Academy. Although the intervening years
and different personal tastes have dulled their friendship to the
point of mere acquaintance and old memories, Mr. Tegar is known to
drop by Sisko's father's restaurant in New Orleans whenever he gets
the chance. And he eagerly supports Jake Sisko's writing and
corresponds with the younger man on occasion.
After the death of his father, Ellax Tegar carried the elder
Tegar's katra back to Vulcan for entombment in the Hall of Ancestors.
During this period, Ellax Tegar encountered the Vulcan woman T'Lar,
a former mistress of the elder Tegar. It was after meeting this woman
that Ellax learned that T'Lar had borne a son from a union with the
elder Tegar. That son is Renok and now serves as a Security Officer
on a Vulcan Science Station in the Beta Quadrant. Further details

All through his schooling, it was recognized that Ellax had an
exceptional intellect (when compared to Humans). Although on Vulcan
he could barely keep up with the full-blooded Vulcans as they advanced
in their studies, partly due to the fact that he was distracted by
emotions that his Vulcan peers were learning to disregard. But when
placed among Humans on Earth, he far surpassed his age group, and
quickly earned the respect of his teachers and elders. Soon he was
earning honors and commendations. Eventually he attended the Universite

THE EARLY YEARS:
Mariya was raised in the town of Tranalisis, near the caves of Mak'ala, the

underground. She explored the caves as a child and unknowingly stumbled upon
a secret entrance to the Trill breeding pools, deep within the caverns. She
is an only child and is the first of her family to be joined. This has given
her an added responsibility to live up to her parents expectations. She is
close
to her mother and has a severely unusual relationship with her father.

aquired, a personal friendship with Commander Janar and Lieutenant Junior

FIRST HOST OF THE CELIN SYMBIONT

Jaral Celin, male, an exbiologist posted on the Trill homeworld, at the
Trill Medical Institute. Jaral was married to Sarena Comnal, an unjoined
Trill. Tey had three children, two male and one female. Jaral died of
natural causes at age 89 years.

Embassy based on Earth in San Francisco. He was married to a
Human/Terran, Cynthia Ghirardelli, who traced her lineage back to

Francisco. They were divorced after several brutal battles over the
chocolate heiress' obsession with truffles. Died under unexplained

Lara Celin, female, was stationed at the Trill Federation Embassy and
was a mediator between Trill and all visiting governments. She excelled
in public speaking and was multi-lingual, speaking over twenty
languages. She was never married and died in a hover-skiing accident on
the purple waters of the beach resort, The Selipsis, on the Trill
homeworld.

Counselor - USS Mayari: Log Stardate 9501.19

Mr. Warp seems to be an exceptional officer, but is pressured greatly by his
peers. He was a member of Red Squad, an exeptional group of students at
Starfleet Academy. This causes everyone to expect more of him than they would
themselves.

His Morale seems sometimes low, as this stress causes him to go into small
periods of depression, but he is prudent in coming to my office when these
events occur. He acknowledges his weaknesses, strengths, and pressures, and
attempts to balance them as well as possible. A small problem is appearing
with a wild side to this fine ensign. His emotions sometimes cause him to do
miscevious things, such as mis-align small isolinear chips to cause an
artificial warp core breech alert, or set a phaser to overload in the lounge.
It is becoming less frequent, and should dissipate according to my studies.

Morale Officer - USS Liberty: Stardate 9505.12

Mr. Warp seems a fine young officer. His mind allows him to come up with
brilliant solutions to problems. Yesterday, the plasma relays in the warp
nacelles were off-sequence, and anything the chief engineer did couldn't stop
the fluctuations. Mr. Warp recommended installation of a plasma inversion
coil, a small device which is capable of re-directing plasma in large
quantities. The engineer had never heard of such a device, but the Lieutenant
had
been playing with plasma streams and had designed one. He replicated it and
solved the problem.

Mr. Warp is chipper, bright and interacts well with the crew, a great
improvement according to his early phsycological examinations by the USS
Mayari's Counselor. I hope to see this officer excel in his duties,
especially in the engineering department.

Counselor - Space Station Alpha 6: Stardate 9511.06

Mr. Warp has shown expertise in all areas he has been subjected to aboard
this facility. His Red Squad training has prepared him for medical,
scientific, engineering, tactical, emergency and other types of procedures,
many of which occur regularly under this station. The planet Alpha 6 orbits
is volatile, and Mr. Warp has seen much action on it's surface. This officer
is doing well, and should continue this progress.

Telepathic, Psionics, and Other Useful Abilities:
A large portion of the Anomid race is telepathic or have some other psionic
powers (pyrokinesis, telekinesis, etc.) Also, the Anomids that attend
Rica`Lin training become very well at determining body language and also
become masters at linguistics. The training takes about 30 years to fully
complete and is started at age 5 to 8. (Anomids reach physical maturity by
age 8.)
Alak Tormar started Rica`Lin training at age 6 until he was asked by his
father and the Grand Consulate to join Star Fleet when he turned 20. During
his training, he developed his telepathic abilities and became very
proficient in linguistics and reading body language. He has recently
developed some pyrokinetic abilities since he joined Star Fleet. Currently
he can only produce a small flame after a few moments of concentration, but
his abilities
should increase over time.

Distinguishing Characteristics:
In general, the Anomid people look somewhat like humans. They tend to be a
little faster and stronger then normal humans (from their planets stronger
gravity). They can tolerate much higher temperatures then most human-like
races ( 100-140 degrees Fahrenheit is common temperatures on the planet).
Their body structure is also similar to humans with some slight
modifications. First, they have 2 four chambered hearts and 3 lungs that
take up most of
their upper thorax. The Anomids have stronger skeletal structures and
slightly less rounded facial bones. Hair colors tend to be metallic in
appearance and eye color runs from deep red to purple to shades of green.
Planetary Notes:
The Anomid race comes from a very harsh planet located along the Federation
frontier. Its gravity is slightly greater then standard gravity for most
alien races. Also, the planet has average temperatures of 100 degrees
Fahrenheit. The atmosphere is also not of the commonly known to support
life. The massive amounts of Nitrogen, Carbon Monoxide, Xenon, Neon, and
Helium in the planets Stratosphere, along with harsh ionic disturbances,
harsh winds,
and gravity fluctuations in the Stratosphere prevented discovery of the race
earlier then just in the last 10 years.

female is the daughter of the Second consulate. His father is training Alak's
unknown brother as his successor; hence the reason Alak was chosen to be sent
as the first Anomid in Star Fleet.

Childhood:
Growing up the son of the Fourth Consulate of the Grand Counsel, he was
afforded many comforts of his station in the society. He was trained very
early on in life how to keep his honor and act dignified in matters of state
he attended with his father. The society's somewhat male dominated
orientation and his status made him a little arrogant and
conceded. However, he would soon learn the follies of his ways and learn
that the universe was a much larger place then he thought.
When he was old enough and had passed the requirements to start the
illustrious Rica`Lin training with the other chosen Anomids, he jumped at the
chance. All counsul members must have received a minimum of 20 years
training to become qualified to serve. During his training, he came to
realize that the male dominated ways was not to the best of the society. A
few of the females that were in the same training class with him showed in a
few painful
and embarrassing ways that all should be treated equal (Those were lessons
he learned all to well). Soon after he turned 16 and completed his 10th year
of training...a federation ship breached the Stratosphere in an emergency
landing and made first contact. After a few years of negotiations and
diplomacy, the Anomid people were given conditional Federation citizenship.
Wanting to get more involved with his other child's grooming for his consul
spot, Alak's father decided to send him to be the first Anomid in Star Fleet.
He had excelled in his early Rica`Lin training and it was not hard for his
father to persuade the Consul to send him. At first, Alak was a little
afraid of the idea. The universe had only been what he saw on the planet.
Now, billions and billions of new ideas and surroundings awaited him. He
also wished to finish his training to be able to take his fathers spot when
he stepped down. With some prompting by his family, Alak accepted it and
went to Star Fleet Academy at age 19.

Academy Years and First Star Fleet Post:
As with the Rica`Lin training, his first couple years in the Academy were
very mind expanding. All the different alien races fascinated him and he
became very interested in their cultures. He also took well to all the new
sciences he was exposed to at the Academy. Wanting to know everything he
could, Alak got special permission to stay in the Academy
and receive extra training in the areas of Science, (Biochemistry and
Xenobiology specifically) Alien Cultures, Languages, and psychology. He
finished all the extra training with the Academy and a few extended "learning
missions" with different departments a little over six years after he
started. He graduated in the top 10% in the science courses he took, along
with all the linguistics and psychology courses.
When he finally graduated, Tormar was sent temporarily to fill the spot of
Assistant Science officer onboard the USS Odyssey on SD 9803.02 while its
current Science staff went through a period of change and LOAs. He was then
given the choice on SD 9807.16 to take not only an Assistant Science
position, but also a Head Counselor spot on the USS Potemkin.

BACKGROUND

Julian Astor was born on Betazed near the city of Lake El-Nar to Benjamin and
Kassidy Astor. His upbringing as a child was spent (apart from schooling)
observing the world around him and trying to absorb as much knowledge as he
could. Two days after he graduated from the Academy, when he was 21 years
old, he witnessed his parents' murder at the hands of a group of psychotic
criminals. He was powerless to stop them. The death of his parents had
convinced him that needless death was one of the most horrific facets of the
universe, and that "eye for an eye" didn't solve anything.

He studied at the Academy from age 18 to age 21, when he graduated with high

Astor mysteriously vanished for four years after the death of his parents.
Upon his reappearance at age 25, he applied for placement aboard a starship.
His application was accepted, and he was assigned as Assistant Medical
Officer aboard the USS Potemkin (NCC-76927-C)

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE

Astor is a studious doctore. He cannot tolerate death, especially if another
way to resolve a situation exists. Nobody except Astor knows what happened
during those four years (although there have been rumors of involvement in a
group of bounty hunters, all rumors unfounded), but after his reappearance, a
great weight seemed to hang on his shoulders. He now feels responsibilty for
death, or at least his inability to prevent it. He is, however, a kind
person who can relate to almost anyone. He cannont, though, stand evil or
persons related to evil.

Astor knows several means of self defense, including skill with phasers
(Deadly Accuracy measured) and edged weapons. He also knows akido, an Earth
form of self-defense that allows those not possessing a great deal of
strength to disable stronger opponents with little difficulty.

His hobbies include Earth music of the 1960's, as well as 3D chess and other
games of strategy.

He has no real life to speak of outside of USF, and spends most of his time
researching independently. Living relatives include an uncle on Trill, and a
aunt on Betazed.

*Note was repremanded in the acadamy for bypassing safety protocols on the
student holodeck on seven different occasions. It is still unknown how he

Personality: Always calm even in the most stressfull situations, he seems to
have expiated his pathological hatred for Cardassians. It is not known how
he developed this but we think it is based in his earliest childhood.

Background: Alexander as found on the Federation mining outpost on Quadra
Sigma III after the accident. Located among the survivors it is believed his
parents where killed. Taken back to Earth on the U.S,S Enterprise NC 1701-D.
He was remanded into the custody of starfleet where he was placed into a
foster home. Moving from foster home to foster home he, was eventualy adopted
at the age of 4 by Vice Admiral Stephen Vistar. At the age of 8 he
wasfound to be a very strong telepath. After finding this out the Vice
Admiral located and hired a Betazed nanny to look after and train his son.
Alexander spent little time whith his adopted family as the Vice Admiral was
away most of the time.
At the age of 12 he was awarded a Citizenship medal for using his telepathic
ablilities to help rescue some children from a burning building. At the age
of 15 he applied and was admitted to Starfleet AcadamyS.F Campus. After
spending the next 4 years at the Academy and graduated third in his class.
During his time at the Academy he was informally adopted by Hohiro who later
died and left his home and possesions to Alexander. After graduation at
the Academy he took Advanced courses in Avionics, astrological navigation,
and obtained degrees in Genetics and Advanced warp theory. Dismissed from
