SHIELDS & DEFLECTORS:
The deflector system is the primary defensive system on all classes of
starships. It is a series of powerful deflector shields that protect both
the spacecraft and its crew from both natural and artificial hazards. The
shields of the USS Marquesas operate using a nutational device known as the
Nutational Shield 5.0. Every three seconds, the shield modulations changes
slightly. This greatly effects the shield efficiency of this ship. Should it
be necessary, however, the USS Marquesas can also use
standard Starfleet shields, though this creates a distinct power drain on
ship systems. The USS Marquesas is also equipped with a metaphasic shield,
which allows the ships to remain in a sun's corona for periods of up to 36
hours.
PHASERS:
On the USS Marquesas, the main ship's phasers are classified as type
XI. These phasers are very advanced. They are capable of producing 6.7
megawatts.
The USS Marquesas has 190 emitter segments. Groups of emitters are
supplied by redundant sets of energy feeds from the primary trunks of the
electro plasma system (EPS). The visible hull surface configuration of the
phaser is a long shallow raised strip, the bulk of the hardware submerged
within the vehicle frame. On the Marquesas, these strips are gray in color.
Main Phasers: 10 Banks/2 Each
PHOTONS:
The standard photon torpedo carried by the USS Marquesas is elongated,
eliptical tube, constructed of molded and expanded duranium and plasma bonded
terminium outer skin. The complete casing of the Isis class torpedoes
measured 2.1 x 0.76 v 0.45 meters and masses 247.5 kilograms dry weight. The
standard complement of photon torpedoes is 150.
Isis class photon torpedoes use a multimode sustainer engine that is
capable of almost breaking the warp barrier. The Marquesas' torpedoes have
engine modifications that decrease weight, as above, and slightly increase
speed and target accuracy. Accuracy is reported to have collision within
0.60 meters of the true target or closer.
The actual firing operation occurs in five launcher tubes. The two
forward launch tubes on the saucer section are located on Deck 19, Forward
Section.The two forward launch tubes on the drive section are located on Deck
20, Forward Section. The two aft launch tubes on the drive section are
located on Deck 21, Aft Section. Photon torpedoes are stored near the launch
tubes and on Deck 19 on the USS Marquesas.

QUANTUM TORPEDOES
The USS Marquesas is also equipped with a standard complement 50 Quantum
torpedoes. They are fired throught the torpedo ports, loctaced on three
separate decks on the Marquesas. The actual firing operation occurs in eight
launcher tubes. The two forward launch tubes on the saucer section are
located on Deck 19, Forward Section. The two forward launch tubes on the
drive section are located on Deck 20, Forward Section. The two aft launch
tubes on the drive section are located on Deck 21, Aft Section.
Quantum torpedoes are stored near the launch tubes and on Deck 19 on the
USS Marquesas.

Pre Starfleet History: Born and raised on Bajor. At the estimated
(estimated by Kai Reme' )of age 6 years (federation standard)parents
were killed by a Cardassian for stealing medical supplies for the
Bajorian Resistance. From the age of 6 to 14 was under the protection of
the Kai. Upon reaching the age of 14(estimate---Federation standard)I
left the protection and joined a resistence cell. By the age of 17 was
head of own cell comprised of teenagers between 14 and 16. There I
stayed untill the end of the occupation. After the occupation I moved
aboard the Federation Deep Space Station # 9 (DS9). On board the station
I worked at Quarks bar and occasionally for the Chief of Security, Odo.
At the insistance of the stations commander, Capt. B. Sisko, I applied
to the Academy and to my surprise was accepted!! Being the first
Bajorian to the Academy!!!!! (Former Ens Ro is no longer considered a
Bajorian by the Bajorian Government)
Starfleet History: Assigned to the USF Potemkin after graduation as an
engineering assistant. In a very short while was promoted to Chief of
Engineering. Through dedication to duty and excellent service was
promoted (with minimimul time in ranks) up to the rank of First
Lieutenant. There he stayed until approx. 9606; when he accepted an
oppurtunity to learn another post aboard USF Agamemnon. There he rose to
the rank Lt Commander and held the position of Second Officer. Approx
9611, Wit was promoted to Commander and assigned, briefly to Starbase
Everest as the Executive Officer. After a few short weeks the former
Commander request reassignment to the Starbase. Wit was transfered on
9612 to USS Hermes. There he quickly made it to the Rank of Captain.
Durning a Conflick while serving aboard the USS Hermes, Wit was lost and
presumed dead, until he was found and rescued by his former ship on
9707.15. Since the Hermes has a Captain; after a brief rest and
debriefing, Wit was assigned Command to a new Ship. The USS Marquesas.

Panthro was 2nd child born the that name from the Royal Family of

Started out in Medical. Switched because I didn't have the right temprament.
I had to take three years of engineering because the two fields are so
different. Did very badly in medicine but excelled in Engineering. Went into
medicine by request of mother. Studied at Starfleet Academy in San Francisco.
All of my minors when I was studying medicine had something to do with
machines. I found that not only was I bad at medicine that I couldn't stand
watching people hurt even when I could help them. After I
changed majors I kept biology since I find that mildly interesting.

I am the second of the five children my parents had. My older brother was
15 when I was born. Both of my parents were in Starfleet but they met on
Betazed. He was in Medicine, she was in Engineering.
When Rueban left for Bajor my parents had to take us with them on all their
mission. Rueban usually took care of us when they were away, which was most
of the time.Rueban went to live on Bajor with his wife because she was
Bajoran.They didn't seem to mind that it was dangerous.They had a son shortly
after ariving. Two years later they were killed by the Cardassians. That's
why Asher joined the Maquis. He didn't like how "easy" they were getting off
when Starfleet was making the peace plan. Rueban died
20 years ago. Even though Asher doesn't remember him he says he is fighting
for what Rueban would have.
My father died 6 years ago. It was his wish that I become a doctor. He
didn't seem to understand that I didn't like it. He died in a transporter
accident that killed two others as well. My mother died in a shuttle
accident. The shuttle she was on colided with another killing herself and six
other people. No cause was ever found.
Isacc is going to be a doctor and David is hoping to become a writer. I am
hoping to one day be the captain of my own starship.

Kechor has requested, and been accepted in a trial program of exchange
between the planet Antos, and the other worlds of the Federation. She was
accepted as a candidate by the Council, after demonstrating remarkable skill
in handling situations which were not likely to ever have confronted her
before. The council found that Kechor was especially adept at adjusting to
a lifestyle different than her own, After six months study, the Council
chose her to take part in the exchange program. She has
attended the Academy, to ensure her knowledge of the Federation, and it's
regulations.
While she has little proctical experience onboard a starship, her skills have
shown her to be among the finest in her graduating class at the academy.
The major areas of concentration in her stuides were the science courses. in
two years she was able to complete majors in both science, and medicine.
her additional time was spent investigating areas of quantum physics,
engineering, and cartography. Her perception of the galaxy comes from an
altogehter different angle, as Antos is so far from the planet Earth.
Little is known about the private lives of the Antosian. They have however
shown themselves to be exemplary in all of the areas which a starship Captain
would like his crew to have. She works well as a team member, but is quite
capable of becoming self-sufficient, should the need arise.
It is important to remember the very special ability of the Antosians,
developed thousands of years ago. The Antosians medical abilities include
the power to change in shape, at will. They have perfected a technique of
cellular metamorphosis. The Antosians are capable of rearranging their

Steven was born in Scotland, on Earth. At age 12 his family (mother and
father) moved to London, England. Two years after, his mother was killed by
an explosion of unknown cause. Several months later his father married
again. Steven then went back to Scotland and lived with his aunt until he
left for the academy at age 14. To this day, Steven hasn't forgiven his
father for what he did. He feels as if his father broke a trust between him
and his mother.
Steven's telepathic abilities have been enhanced after traveling through

hardly remembers anything in Klingon.

Steven is a very quiet person and usually sticks to himself. He has
trouble walking up and talking to someone he doesn't know. He will stay to
himself unless the other person approaches him first. One of his most

Started out in Medical. Switched because I didn't have the right temprament.
I had to take three years of engineering because the two fields are so
different. Did very badly in medicine but excelled in Engineering. Went into
medicine by request of mother. Studied at Starfleet Academy in San Francisco.
All of my minors when I was studying medicine had something to do with
machines. I found that not only was I bad at medicine that I couldn't stand
watching people hurt even when I could help them. After I changed majors I
kept biology since I find that mildly interesting.

I am the second of the five children my parents had. My older brother was
15 when I was born. Both of my parents were in Starfleet but they met on
Betazed. He was in Medicine, she was in Engineering.
When Rueban left for Bajor my parents had to take us with them on all their
mission. Rueban usually took care of us when they were away, which was most
of the time.Rueban went to live on Bajor with his wife because she was
Bajoran.They didn't seem to mind that it was dangerous.They had a son shortly
after ariving. Two years later they were killed by the Cardassians. That's
why Asher joined the Maquis. He didn't like how "easy" they were getting off
when Starfleet was making the peace plan. Rueban died 20 years ago. Even
though Asher doesn't remember him he says he is fighting for what Rueban
would have.
My father died 6 years ago. It was his wish that I become a doctor. He
didn't seem to understand that I didn't like it. He died in a transporter
accident that killed two others as well. My mother died in a shuttle
accident. The shuttle she was on colided with another killing herself and six
other people. No cause was ever found.
Isacc is going to be a doctor and David is hoping to become a writer. I am
hoping to one day be the captain of my own starship.

Been the chief of transport. At the age of 13 in a trip to Veridyan The

Nothing was

Scout cube crash in one ofthe moons within Argolis and Cluster in Delta

body together with other two was found barely alive the comunication with

along with my children did live aboard the Federation until my promotion to
Commander where we all moved to the USS Marquesas to continue our lives.

- Starfleet Career -
The Academy
Maarek attended Starfleet Academy, at Earth in San Francisco. He spent 4
years at the academy studying Engineering manuals getting ready for the real
thing. He had worked on several models and such. He seemed to excel in
Holodeck Engineering. Or at least it's programing. Maarek also took courses
in Security and Operations. Since both could come in handy on Away Team
missions and Operations of the ship in general. He minored in Piloting,
Science, and Medical. He also was able to get an elective and
took Tactical to have a well rounded knowledge of the ships systems. He had
to take Science since he was majoring in Engineering and Operations.
USS Federation
Maarek boarded the USS Federation a Ensign. Newly promoted from the
Academy the Federation was in need of some Engineer's with spirit. The ship
was running low on them. LTCDR Sela was the Chief Engineer at the time under
then Fleet Captain Michael Knight. Who he would soon see become Commodore
Michael Knight. Under Commodore Knight's command Maarek saw a lot of action
and several promotions. He was promoted from Ensign all the way up to First
Lieutenant under the command of Commodore Knight.
Lt Cdr Sela was in Maarek's opinion the best Chief he had ever had
considering the only other one he had was his instructor he didn't have much
to choice from.<G>. He quickly learned the ropes and got to know LtCdrSela
pretty well. She'd let him go off duty when he wasn't really needed and he'd
just spent time on the bridge at the bridge station or goto Ten Forward to
get a drink or two. Maarek also was lucky enough to me Lieutenant Kevin X who
was previously aboard the USS Federation, but
disappeared for a time. With him back it left him with two Engineers until
he was able to get another a Ensign John Campbell who he would later
befriend.

Maarek saw the change of command from Commodore Knight to Commander now
Captain Ariell Johannson-Riker. The transition when smoothly if you could
call the changing of the guard a smooth transition. Everyone said there good
byes to Commodore Knight and he was gone and the Federation had a NEW Captain
and a different Future.
Under Captain Ariell Johannson-Riker Maarek would get married to First
Lieutenant Dalinn Renne a Bajoran female Maarek had met aboard the ship. They
would later have two children - Kurt and Nyla Stele. However Renne would soon
die in a accident. Maarek also obtained the Rank of Lt Commander. He would
also obtain the Status of Chief Engineering Officer. While Lt Commander Sela
was on an LOA and not soon after returning was summoned to be XO of the Loth.
She of course took the new position which came
with the rank of Full Commander. Along that time Maarek acquired one of his
best friends, actually sometime before. He got one of the best Assistants any
engineering chief could ask for an Android by the name of John William
Campbell. Who is now a Full Lieutenant. Maarek saw him from an Ensign to Ltjg
to his current Rank as a Full Lieutenant. Maarek is really very proud of John
and his accomplishments. On Star Date 9707.13 LtCmdr Maarek Stele promoted Lt
Campbell to the post of Assistant Chief of
Engineer. Lieutenant Kevin X would have gotten this position, but he seems
to have disappeared again. On Star Date 9707.13 Maarek was promoted to Second
Officer of the USS Federation as LCdrRogueQ cycle as Second Officer was over.
On Stardate 9708.24 I was relieved of the position of Second officer and
received the =\\%= Second Officer Distinction Medal (Served as Second
Officer). As LtCdrHaven was promoted to Second officer. FstLtJAW transferred
the RES Khazara and was promoted to Lt. Cmdr. in the Rihannsu Star Empire.
After that the Federation and Maarek experienced something very
personal. John and the ships computer were literally intertwined and one for
4 days. Maarek was almost helpless as was the Away Team on the USS Prospero
who were stuck because John had taken the ship off line. Maarek had a tough
choice to make the one way to release John would to be to recreate what got
him stuck into it. Sending a large shock back through the system literally
forcing John out of the Computer system. Maarek knew if he
didn't do this Jason and other friends on the AT on the Prospero were doomed
to death... but what about John... this could kill him. Maarek knew and heard
'Does the good of the one out weight the good of the many?' of course to kill
one to save 10 seems like a logical choice... but it doesn't. Maarek had to
do it, even if he didn't like what might happen. He had already prepared the
shock and sent it through the system which quiet literally sent John packing
out of the ships systems. His body flew out
of the chair and was disconnected. It wasn't too clear of John would make
it. Fortunately for Maarek the AT made it back somewhat safely. Haven had
disappeared, and Jason was severally injured. This mission was something
Maarek wised had never happened, but it had.
Jason did get better and Haven seemingly reappeared. Also Jason
announced that he would be marring Dr Serena Powell. Maarek was happy for
Jason, but also saddened that Renne was gone. Not to ruin the moment Maarek
stopped feeling bad and felt good for Jason.
Before Maarek would be promoted to Full Commander and XO he had one last
mission which was to test out and help train Security using the holo emitters
he'd installed throughout the ship. Everything went well aside from the
Ferengi who thought they had an easy target to take over. They were quickly
quashed. Maarek also had the pleasure of seeing his apprentice be promoted to
First Lieutenant and Chief Engineer, his old title. Maarek felt proud of
John, yet sad to be leaving his post. A post which he
had severed on for over a year almost without fail.

For the first day his life as XO wasn't what could be called 'normal'
The ship/crew were on R & R due to the hours they'd been working. The ship
held steady near a nebula and before they knew it the Computer took over the

Physical Report: To the sight Ensign Janeway is a strinking, dark haired
dark eyes young lady of twenty five. Her fram is slight but it believy great
upper
body stength. As for her mental ablitiy it is clear that her empathic powers
are very well toned from years of training she reseaved on Betazed as a
child.
She seems to have recovered 100% from the birth of Daughter, Laura. It is
this
Physical's oppion that she stand in perfect health to begin her duties.
Mental Availuation: The passent (Liza Janeway) proves to be a complected but
well balanced case. She harbers a long lived and very deep fear of the
Cardassions
due to the shuttle accident when she was a child. She has experessed deep but
tottal understandable greaf over the dealth of her husband (Ensign Dean
Christopher)
tempered by the ovious joy she find in her daugther. I find her to be well
balanced and ready to return to duty.
Personal Records: Liza Janeway was born on Betazed to parents Jacod Janeway
(Brother of Admiral Janeway) and mother Sundra, daugther of the secound house
of Betazed. Liza was raised by her parents along with older sister Trina for
the first five years of her life, in what was by all reports a loving family.
On stardate 8112.25 Liza and her family where victuims of a shuttle crash
deep in caradison teritory. The five year old Liza was rescued but unforutaly
her mother, and father died on impact. Whereabouts of sister Trina was never
found and/or relseased to starfleet or the family.
At this time Liza went to live with her material grandmother on Betazed,
alowing her to fully expain her mental ablities. Until she was excepted to
the acadamy.
Her career at the acadamy was stellar, as can be reviewed in the acadamy
record section. It was during this time she met and later wed Ensign Dean
Christopher. The couple was reported to be quiet a mate and a most passient
pair toward each other, seperating only for the time that Liza was assigned
to the USS Anastasia, where she went on to win the caldot award for her work
there.
Saddly Dean Christopher was killed in a shuttle crash shortly after Liza
discovered that she was pregnant with the couples first and only child, Laura
Maria Christopher.
After a one year leave, to recover from the lost of Ensign Christopher and
the brith of Laura Ensign Janeway was ready willing and excited to get back
to work.

Pre Starfleet History: Born and raised on Bajor. At the estimated (estimated
by Kai Reme' )of age 6 years (federation standard)parents were killed by a
Cardassian for stealing medical supplies for the Bajorian Resistance. From
the age of 6 to 14 was under the protection of the Kai. Upon reaching the age
of 14(estimate---Federation standard)I left the protection and joined a
resistence cell. By the age of 17 was head of own cell comprised of teenagers
between 14 and 16. There I stayed untill the end of the occupation. After the
occupation I moved aboard the Federation Deep Space Station # 9 (DS9). On
board the station I worked at Quarks bar and occasionally for the Chief of
Security, Odo. At the insistance of the stations commander, Capt. B. Sisko, I
applied to the Academy and to my surprise was accepted!! Being the first
Bajorian to the Academy!!!!! (Former Ens Ro is no longer considered a
Bajorian by the Bajorian Government)
Starfleet History: Assigned to the USF Potemkin after graduation as an
engineering assistant. In a very short while was promoted to Chief of
Engineering. Through dedication to duty and excellent service was promoted
(with minimimul time in ranks) up to the rank of First Lieutenant. There he
stayed until approx. 9606; when he accepted an oppurtunity to learn another
post aboard USF Agamemnon. There he rose to the rank Lt Commander and held
the
position of Second Officer. Approx 9611, Wit was promoted to Commander and
assigned, briefly to Starbase Everest as the Executive Officer. After a few
short weeks the former Commander request reassignment to the Starbase. Wit
was transfered on 9612 to USS Hermes. There he quickly made it to the Rank of
Captain.
Durning a Conflick while serving aboard the USS Hermes, Wit was lost and
presumed dead, until he was found and rescued by his former ship on 9707.15.
Since the Hermes has a Captain; after a brief rest and debriefing, Wit was
assigned Command to a new Ship. The USS Marquesas.

of the time.Rueban went to live on Bajor with his wife because she was
Bajoran.They didn't seem to mind that it was dangerous.They had a son shortly
after ariving. Two years later they were killed by the Cardassians. That's
why Asher joined the Maquis. He didn't like how "easy" they were getting off
when Starfleet was making the peace plan. Rueban died 20 years ago. Even
though Asher doesn't remember him he says he is fighting for what Rueban
would have.
My father died 6 years ago. It was his wish that I become a doctor. He
didn't seem to understand that I didn't like it. He died in a transporter
accident that killed two others as well. My mother died in a shuttle
accident. The shuttle she was on colided with another killing herself and six
other people. No cause was ever found.

Personal Life: I was married on 2162373, aboard the USS Federation to Lt.
Dalinn Renne of Bajor. We had two children together Nyla & Kurt Stele. On
1222373 I put in a proposal to expand my quarters encompassing Dalinn's.
Currently I am a single parent since the death of Renne. My parents and I
along with my children did live aboard the Federation until my promotion to
Commander
where we all moved to the USS Marquesas to continue our lives.

- Starfleet Career -
The Academy
Maarek attended Starfleet Academy, at Earth in San Francisco. He spent 4
years at the academy studying Engineering manuals getting ready for the real
thing. He had worked on several models and such. He seemed to excel in
Holodeck Engineering. Or at least it's programing. Maarek also took courses
in Security and Operations. Since both could come in handy on Away Team
missions and Operations of the ship in general. He minored in Piloting,
Science,
and Medical. He also was able to get an elective and took Tactical to have a
well rounded knowledge of the ships systems. He had to take Science since he
was majoring in Engineering and Operations.
USS Federation
Maarek boarded the USS Federation a Ensign. Newly promoted from the
Academy the Federation was in need of some Engineer's with spirit. The ship
was running low on them. LTCDR Sela was the Chief Engineer at the time under
then Fleet Captain Michael Knight. Who he would soon see become Commodore
Michael Knight. Under Commodore Knight's command Maarek saw a lot of action
and several promotions. He was promoted from Ensign all the way up to First
Lieutenant under the command of Commodore Knight.
Lt Cdr Sela was in Maarek's opinion the best Chief he had ever had
considering the only other one he had was his instructor he didn't have much
to choice from.<G>. He quickly learned the ropes and got to know LtCdrSela
pretty well. She'd let him go off duty when he wasn't really needed and he'd
just spent time on the bridge at the bridge station or goto Ten Forward to
get a drink or two. Maarek also was lucky enough to me Lieutenant Kevin X who
was previously aboard the USS Federation, but disappeared for a time. With
him back it left him with two Engineers until he was able to get another a
Ensign John Campbell who he would later befriend.
Maarek saw the change of command from Commodore Knight to Commander now
Captain Ariell Johannson-Riker. The transition when smoothly if you could
call the changing of the guard a smooth transition. Everyone said there good
byes to Commodore Knight and he was gone and the Federation had a NEW Captain
and a different Future.
Under Captain Ariell Johannson-Riker Maarek would get married to First
Lieutenant Dalinn Renne a Bajoran female Maarek had met aboard the ship. They
would later have two children - Kurt and Nyla Stele. However Renne would soon
die in a accident. Maarek also obtained the Rank of Lt Commander. He would
also obtain the Status of Chief Engineering Officer. While Lt Commander Sela
was on an LOA and not soon after returning was summoned to be XO of
the Loth. She of course took the new position which came with the rank of
Full Commander. Along that time Maarek acquired one of his best friends,
actually sometime before. He got one of the best Assistants any engineering
chief could ask for an Android by the name of John William Campbell. Who is
now a Full Lieutenant. Maarek saw him from an Ensign to Ltjg to his current
Rank as a Full Lieutenant. Maarek is really very proud of John and his
accomplishments. On Star Date 9707.13 LtCmdr Maarek Stele promoted Lt
Campbell to the post of Assistant Chief of Engineer. Lieutenant Kevin X would
have gotten this position, but he seems to have disappeared again. On Star
Date 9707.13 Maarek was promoted to Second Officer of the USS Federation as
LCdrRogueQ cycle as Second Officer was over.
On Stardate 9708.24 I was relieved of the position of Second officer and
received the =\\%= Second Officer Distinction Medal (Served as Second
Officer). As LtCdrHaven was promoted to Second officer. FstLtJAW transferred
the RES Khazara and was promoted to Lt. Cmdr. in the Rihannsu Star Empire.
After that the Federation and Maarek experienced something very
personal. John and the ships computer were literally intertwined and one for
4 days. Maarek was almost helpless as was the Away Team on the USS Prospero
who were stuck because John had taken the ship off line. Maarek had a tough
choice to make the one way to release John would to be to recreate what got
him stuck into it. Sending a large shock back through the system literally
forcing John out of the Computer system. Maarek knew if he didn't do this
Jason and other friends on the AT on the Prospero were doomed to death... but
what about John... this could kill him. Maarek knew and heard 'Does the good
of the one out weight the good of the many?' of course to kill one to save 10
seems like a logical choice... but it doesn't. Maarek had to do it, even if
he didn't like what might happen. He had already prepared the shock and
sent it through the system which quiet literally sent John packing out of the
ships systems. His body flew out of the chair and was disconnected. It wasn't
too clear of John would make it. Fortunately for Maarek the AT made it back
somewhat safely. Haven had disappeared, and Jason was severally injured. This
mission was something Maarek wised had never happened, but it had.
Jason did get better and Haven seemingly reappeared. Also Jason
announced that he would be marring Dr Serena Powell. Maarek was happy for
Jason, but also saddened that Renne was gone. Not to ruin the moment Maarek
stopped feeling bad and felt good for Jason.
Before Maarek would be promoted to Full Commander and XO he had one last
mission which was to test out and help train Security using the holo emitters
he'd installed throughout the ship. Everything went well aside from the
Ferengi who thought they had an easy target to take over. They were quickly
quashed. Maarek also had the pleasure of seeing his apprentice be promoted to
First Lieutenant and Chief Engineer, his old title. Maarek felt proud of
John, yet sad to be leaving his post. A post which he had severed on for over
a year almost without fail.
Maarek boarded a shuttle bound for the USS Marquesas and boarded her and
assumed the role of Executive Officer.
USS Marquesas
For the first day his life as XO wasn't what could be called 'normal'
The ship/crew were on R & R due to the hours they'd been working. The ship
held steady near a nebula and before they knew it the Computer took over the
party. The crew finally retook control by outwitting the computer.
After that the Marquesas was sent to monitor vessels entering the
badlands for fears that the Klingons were aiding the Maquis. Which was not
proven, but cloaked vessels were monitored by the Marquesas, however a sick
crewman took myself and a medical team away from the Marquesas to a nearby
planet to find a cure for the dying crewman. The runabout carrying the team
and myself crashed on the planet. Luckily we were able to send out the
distress
buoy before we crashed and alerted the Marquesas, but this would prevent the
Marquesas from following the Maquis vessel into the bad lands any further
because they would come to aid the downed Runabout. Shortly after the return
of the main crew it was found out the we had not completed our primary
mission and I was sent with the Marquesas to proceed however Captain Wit
would head for earth awaiting his court marshal. I and the crew of the
Marquesas
would board a Cardassian Warship and take it to Starbase 375 where we would
then move towards Deep Space Nine damaging as many other ships as we could
before the armada came through to retake DS9. We were successful in
destroying one Cardassian Cruiser, and heavily damaging another before being
beamed out due to extensive damage to the CE Raven. With the successful
completion of our mission and that of the fleet we had retaken DS9. Were we
would
again retake the Marquesas and meet up with Captain Wit.
Our next mission sent us on patrol duty on the new board between
Cardassia and the Federation, upon investigating a ship which appeared adrift
the crew fell unconscious and the Chief Medical Officer, Shilo sent the ship
into high warp in which it entered a wormhole sending to to the center of the
universe. Their they found only one planetoid and a mysterious telepathic
communication from Telaris Re, or The Guardian. Maarek then lead an AT to the
Planet after gather information from the Telepathic communications. The Team
consisted of Maarek, FstLtAsted, CMOShilo, Dennis, and, FstLtFrank. Lt Avia
Winter and Ensign Panthro remained on the Marquesas with Captain Wit. The AT
soon found the readings and followed them to a plateau. Upon which we found
what we'd been looking for Telaris Re. She said she was dying and apparently
did die. She left us with a message one which I do not fully
understand, but we were returned home.
9712.14-9712.28 A Classified Mission to destroy a White Depot was next
on the list for the crew of the Marquesas. First Lt. Asted was to go on a
Jem'Hadar Warship with a small number of security and tactical officers to
take out the suspected White Depot. However this did not go according to plan
Asted's ship was hit and crashed on the planet. He did complete his mission,
however it took some fancy maneuvers by the Marquesas herself to get the
AT Back and safe the ship using the metaphasic shields to hide the Marquesas
from the Jem'Hadar/Cardassians. This was successful and Asted was promoted to
Lt. Commander :) <TBC...>

Pre- Academy:
Steven was born in Scotland, on Earth. At age 12 his family (mother and
father) moved to London, England. Two years after, his mother was killed by
an explosion of unknown cause. Several months later his father married
again. Steven then went back to Scotland and lived with his aunt until he
left for the academy at age 14. To this day, Steven hasn't forgiven his
father for what he did. He feels as if his father broke a trust between him
and his
mother.
Steven's father was very strict about not allow him to learn any Betazoid
ways. He wanted him to be human as much as possible.
Note: Telepathic abilities: Steven's telepathic abilities have been
enhanced after traveling through a wormhole. The effects left him similar to
a Betazoid with medium strength telepathy. He has no control in
telekinetics. With the forced abilities he has retained them but requires
counseling.

After his second year, he crammed in a year of study to graduate early.
Steven took both Human and Betazed history, Adv. tactical and helm control,
advanced mathematics courses, and several basic engineering courses. He also
spent two years of free time learning the Klingon language. Although he
hardly remembers anything in Klingon.
Personality\hobbies:
Steven is a very quiet person and usually sticks to himself. He has trouble
walking up and talking to someone he doesn't know. He will stay to himself
unless the other person approaches him first. One of his most interesting
qualities is how patient he is. He can spend hours concentrating on one
thing.
Steven has a strong belief in trust, and honor. He will not tolerate
anyone that lies or cheats him or anyone else for that matter.
He has learned to play the bag pipe and alto saxophone. Spending time on
holodecks skiing and playing pool are personal favorites of his.
Since the Marquesas:
Steven hasn't had much time to himself. Nor has he had anytime to meet new
people or become close friends with anyone. This, combined with other
uncontrollable forces Steven has suffered another mental breakdown. Unable
to return to Earth he has stayed on the Marquesas to receive medical
treatment. He has also been allowed to stay in Starfleet without a
discharge. He has quickly worked his way up through the ranks and even
received a few
medals.
