Life in school:
James worked very hard in all subject's so some day he could live his
dream's, to become a Star Fleet Officer aboard a space station or star ship.
He took all the extra help he could come across to help his succed. He is a
bright young man. James parents were very proud of their son. He lived on
earth in North America in California.

Life in Star Fleet Academy:
Since he was in honor's classes he graduatedwhen he was fifteen years old.
Life was rough in the Academy. Everyone used to look down on him, but he
didn't let that stop him from reaching his one goal he had set in High
school, to become a Star Fleet Officer. When he was 17 he was taller and alot
more aggressive. The other Cadet's stoped looking down upon him because of
his age and they welcomed him into their group of friends. Once he had made
more friends he started to open up more about his life and
about who and what he was planning to become.

B. Hobbes was born in the capital of Strasbourg in the Alsace province on
the Alsatian homeworld of Alsace-Lorraine. At 14 he went to college at the
University of Ste.-Mère-Église in the Lorraine province, where he studied
astronomy, astrophysics, and improbability. Upon graduation, he went to the
University of Strasbourg in the Alsace province where he learned physics,
biology, and chemistry. He finished his schooling when he was 16.
After college, Hobbes joined the Alsatian Army, where, after getting a
perfect 163 on the AGCT, he was commissioned as a Leutnant (Starfleet:
Ensign). During the Alsatian-Marauder War (2367-2369) Hobbes was the
commanding officer of a Vorhut (special forces) company. This is where he
learned heavy weapons, demolitions, communications, survival skills, and
stealth tactics. His company was part of the initial assualt landing on each
planet and planetoid of the Alsatian empire that was occupied by the
Marauders ( 8 planets, 6 moons, 23 asteroids), as well as most of the
landings on the planets and planetoids in the Marauder empire...including the
Marauder homeworld where he was later part of the Alsatian Occupation Force.
After the war, Hobbes left the Alsatian Armed Forces (with the option to
return at any time) at the rank of Generalmajor (Starfleet: Commodore). He
had earned the Distinguished Service Cross and the Alsatian Armed Forces'
highest honor...the Cross of Lorraine with Silver Palm Leaves and Swords and
Sapphires.
Hobbes went to Starfleet Academy at the age of 18. He studied advanced
astrophysics, warp theory, quantum physics, tactical operations, galactic
history, and starship/starbase operations management.
He was first assigned to the U.S.S. Resolute (NCC-40396). He was promoted to
the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade when, during the Borg attack at Wolf 359,
the top 5 decks had been vaporized (which included the entire senior staff),
leaving the crew (102 still alive of 206) in a state of confusion and
disorientated. Hobbes took command of the ship and ordered the immediate
evacuation of the destroyer. Minutes after the last of the escape pods had
departed, the Resolute
exploded due to a massive warp core breach. He also received the Distiguished
Service Medal. Hobbes will never forget the ones that didn't make it.
His second post was aboard the frigate USS Decatur (NCC-63097). He was
promoted to full Lieutenant after he took a level 6 phaser hit from a Muscan
who was trying to assassinate a Federation ambassador on Eniwetok VI. The
blast took away Hobbes' use of his right arm and left leg. He was fitted with
an artificial leg and arm. His current post is aboard the USS Lothlorien
(NCC-51425-A) where he has been
assigned as a security officer.
Hobbes can speak about 10 languages, including Bajoran, Cardassian, Romulan,
Terran, and Vulcan, as well as his native Alsatian (which sounds remarkably
like German). He has an "Expert" level badge in operations with Type I and II
Phasers as well as a "Sharpshooter" badge in operations with a Phaser Rifle
Mk IV. Hobbes is also certified to pilot almost any type of shuttlecraft.
Hobbes' favorite hobbies are spreading mirth and merriment wherever he goes.
He also likes the 20th century Earth comedy team known as "Monty Python," as
well as music that came out of Earth during the time period of the 1940s to
the 1970s, especially the group known as the "Beatles". Hobbes also enjoys
re-enacting battles from the Terran Second World War, as well as the
Alsatian-Marauder War on the holodeck.

John Styre was born on Earth near the city of Chicago. His upbringing as a
child was spent (apart from schooling) observing the world around him and
trying to absorb as much knowledge as he could. When he was twelve years
old, he witnessed his parents' murder at the hands of a psychotic criminal.
When the criminal was captured, Styre pleaded for the life of the killer.
The death of his parents had convinced him that needless death was one of the
most horrific facets of the universe, and that "eye
for an eye" (i.e. the execution of the murderer) didn't solve anything.
With this in mind, he proceeded through life until age 18, where he applied
to Starfleet Academy with the goal of helping to prevent needless death.

He studied at the Academy until age 21, when he graduated with high honors.
He majored in the field of temporal physics. Classes he took included:

Styre and three friends also independently studied the theory of dimensional
transcindentalism. (bigger inside than out)

Styre mysteriously vanished for four years after his Academy days and his
promotion to Ensign. Upon his reappearance at age 25, he applied for
placement aboard a starship. His application was accepted, and he was
assigned as Asst. Science Officer aboard the USS Lothlorien.

Styre is a studious scientist. He cannot tolerate death, especially if
another way is there. Nobody except Styre knows what happened during those
four years, but after his reappearance, a great weight seemed to hang on his
shoulders. He now feels responsibility for death, or at least his inability
to prevent it. He is, however, a kind person who can relate to almost
anyone. He cannot, however, stand evil or persons related to evil. He has
said on many occasions that he is "the wrong person to
cross." Fortunately, he is very patient and forgiving.

Styre knows several means of self defense, including skill with phasers and
edged weapons. He also knows aikido, an Earth form of self-defense that
allows those not possessing a great deal of strength to disable stronger
opponents with little difficulty. He is fascinated with Earth music of the
1960's as well, especially a group known as the Beatles.

Orville was born into a military family. His father was the Captain of the
USS Renji and his older brother was was an officer on another of our ships.
He wanted all his life to be a Starfleet Officer and did everything he did
with that goal in mind. He has finally made it and is well ready for it. He
should be a good officer who goes far.

Ensign Clark went to an academy on my starbase. He was one of the best
student there. He majored in Security and minored in Tactical, Operation and
Science. Here are some of the classes he took.

Again, he excelled in all his courses. One thing I feel I should mention is
his appearance. Because of several biomechanical implants, he looks quite
Borg-like. Here's the story behind this: During his training, we came under
attack from a Rouge Romulan Warbird. We destroyed it, but it beamed a bunch
of troops aboard before we got it. Since we had sustained heavy damage in the
battle, a lot of our systems were down and we couldn't locate the intruders.
Clark volunteered to be in a locating party. The
rest of his team was temporarily incapacitated in an encounter with the
Romulans and he ended up taking on ten of them alone with no weapon. Before
our security team got there, he was critically injured from a nearby
explosion, thus the need for the mechanical implants. But I give my word that
he is not and never has been a Borg.

The USS Lothlorien on SD 9605.16 was refitted with a Metaphasic shield.
Worth this shield, the ship can withstand a type IIII sun's corona, and
radiation levels to 15,000,000 rads.

OFFENSIVE

The weapons have been upgraded slightly to improve target accuracy
and enhance effiency. The targeting computer has been modified to work
with these enhancements. Due to the extensive materials put into these
weapons, there is a limited number of photon and quantom torpedoes. The
Lothlorien has also been granted 3 Pentari Class fighters. These ships
carry 2 standard phaserbanks and 1 torpedo launcher. They also carry a
standard design Star Fleet Cloaking Device. These ships are fueled with
Slush Deuterium and have a maximum speed of Warp 2. The fighters are one
man and contain no extra space for personal belongings if used for escape.

DEFENSIVE

The Lothlorien's shields contain the Metaphasic, and ablative
subroutines. They also carry the ability to rotate frequencies every 2
min. 30 sec. The USS Lothlorien has also been plated with plutonium to
successfully adsorb 15% of a torpedoes energy. This only applies to
standard torpedoes. The USS Lothlorien has also been provided with a Star
Fleet design Cloaking Device in case of extreme emergency. This Cloaking
device is protected, as is the computer system that operates it. This
cloak is virtually undectectable but is known to give a tacheon trail at
high warp. The Cloak also impairs the maximum speed of the Lothlorien.
The maximum cloaking speed is Warp 8.9.

CLASS HISTORY

The Nebula Class is generally a Science and Exploration Cruiser similar
to Oberth Class. However, this ship has been specially built to protect
the Alpha Quadrant from the Dominion and the Borg. It's small design
makes it harder to target as it projects false readings. This ship
carries a Holographic emergency doctor, and an advanced Tactical Display.

Dr. Evan Grimley served as a researcher on the Transwarp Development Project.
His work on the project influenced Tom to become a physicist specializing in
temporal mechanics.

Personal History

Tom Grimley was just another scientist on a far-off colony. He researched
temporal phenomena in an isolated lab on Veldera II and was never recognized
for his work. Then one fateful day, the colony was attacked. Grimley and all
the colonists on that world were assimilated by the Borg. As a drone,
Grimley's knowledge of time travel allowed a number of Borg to travel back in
time after their cube was destroyed, and the
Collective attempted to assimilate Earth prior to the Terran development of
warp drive. Luckily, those Borg were stopped by the Enterprise-E.
The cube Grimley (now Drone 74205) was stationed on suffered massive damage
during an attack on the Borg by Species 8472. Drone 74205 and several others
were disconnected from the Collective. Their individuality began to emerge
shortly after, and the ex-Borg were able to return to their respective homes
using Borg transwarp technology. Tom Grimley is now a member of Starfleet,
despite reservations about his Borg "components". The admiralty have
decided he would make a useful addition to any crew given his extensive
knowledge gained from being part of the Collective. Also, Grimley will be
called on to work with Starfleet to plan an attack should the Borg threaten
the Federation again.

BACKGROUND

John Styre was born on Earth near the city of Chicago. His upbringing as a
child was spent (apart from schooling) observing the world around him and
trying to absorb as much knowledge as he could. Two days after he graduated
from the Academy, when he was 21 years old, he witnessed his parents' murder
at the hands of a group of psychotic criminals. He was powerless to stop
them. The death of his parents had convinced him that needless death was
one of the most horrific facets of the universe, and that "eye for an eye"
didn't solve anything.

He studied at the Academy from age 18 to age 21, when he graduated with high
honors. He majored in the field of temporal physics. Classes he took

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE

Styre is a studious scientist. He cannot tolerate death, especially if
another way exists. Nobody except Styre knows what happened during those
four years (although there have been rumors of involvement in a group of
bounty hunters, all rumors unfounded), but after his reappearance, a great
weight seemed to hang on his shoulders. He now feels responsibility for
death, or at least his inability to prevent it. He is, however, a kind
person who can
relate to almost anyone. He cannot, though, stand evil or persons related to
evil.

Styre knows several means of self defense, including skill with phasers
(deadly accuracy measured) and edged weapons. He also knows aikido, an Earth
form of self-defense that allows those not possessing a great deal of
strength to disable stronger opponents with little difficulty.

His hobbies include Earth music of the 1960's, as well as 3D chess and other
games of strategy.

He has no real life to speak of outside of USF, and spends most of his time
researching independently. Living relatives include an uncle and aunt near
Chicago, Earth.

Ashley Williams was born on Earth. She was an extremely bright child. At a
early age her parents noticed her abilities. They moved to Vulcan for several
years. She was trained in the way of the advance courses. In the way of the
Vulcan it developed her mind that would last her, her entire life. Ashley
then moved back to Earth to finish her schooling. Ashley applied to the
Academy at the age of 15 but was turned down because she was too young. She
applied a year later and through pull of her family she was accepted. Ashley

she was one of the youngest there. But eventually Ashley made her way in and

BACKGROUND

John Styre was born on Earth near the city of Chicago. His upbringing as a
child was spent (apart from schooling) observing the world around him and
trying to absorb as much knowledge as he could. Two days after he graduated
from the Academy, when he was 21 years old, he witnessed his parents' murder
at the hands of a group of psychotic criminals. He was powerless to stop
them. The death of his parents had convinced him that needless death was
one of the most horrific facets of the universe, and that "eye for an eye"
didn't solve anything.

He studied at the Academy from age 18 to age 21, when he graduated with high
honors. He majored in the field of temporal physics. Classes he took

Styre mysteriously vanished for four years after the death of his parents.
Upon his reappearance at age 25, he applied for placement aboard a starship.
His application was accepted, and he was assigned as Assistant Science
Officer aboard the USS Lothlorien. (NCC-514251)

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE

Styre is a studious scientist. He cannot tolerate death, especially if
another way to resolve a situation exists. Nobody except Styre knows what
happened during those four years (although there have been rumors of
involvement in a group of bounty hunters, all rumors unfounded), but after
his reappearance, a great weight seemed to hang on his shoulders. He now
feels responsibility for death, or at least his inability to prevent it. He
is,
however, a kind person who can relate to almost anyone. He cannot, though,
stand evil or persons related to evil.

Styre knows several means of self defense, including skill with phasers
(deadly accuracy measured) and edged weapons. He also knows aikido, an Earth
form of self-defense that allows those not possessing a great deal of
strength to disable stronger opponents with little difficulty.

His hobbies include Earth music of the 1960's, as well as 3D chess and other
games of strategy.

He has no real life to speak of outside of USF, and spends most of his time
researching independently. Living relatives include an uncle and aunt near
Chicago, Earth.

BRIEF HISTORY:
D'Homar is an extremely talented savant but so the most annoying Bolian
you might ever meet. He knows his task well but will not perform it unless
he feels it necessary to do so. D'Homar is also glutton of grand proportion
and is the current record holder for the past ten years for Synthale/Beer
Guzzling on Orion. He also has a great fondness for jelly filled Doughnuts,
wine, woman and song. More beer than wine, and more woman than song.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Due to his father's influence, he reluctantly joined Starfleet Academy.
The instructors expected him to fail due to his low sourcing on the entrance
exam. They soon discovered that Mr. D'Homar faked his answers. The
instructors at Starfleet Academy created a whole new strategy for teaching
the Bolian the finer points of Starfleet.

Ensign Kelly started at Starfleet academy at 15 years of age. She had
incredible test scores, and her telepathic abilities were off the charts. She
enrolled in all around courses dealing with medical, science, and other
fields including counselor positions.
In adition to classes, Kelly also served as a "peer mediator" on the
Aacademy campus. She had supperior medical healing abilities, for she could
mind meld to find the cause etc. of one's injuries.
Ensign Kelly Valaris was a member of Beta Squad. She was one of two
officers who were going after a medical field. Her squad recieved many
commendations for excellent work as a team. Not one member ever received a
repremand. Her record is perfectly clean, and her scores are near the top of
her class.

=/\= Personal History =/\=

Kelly Valaris was born to a vulcan father and betazoid mother on the
USS Yamato. Her mother was stationed there as counselor, and her father was
second in command. Kelly's telepathic abilities soon became apparent as a
young girl. Her parents pushed her hard. They encouraged her telepathy,
although she did cause trouble as a toddle by reading people's thoughts aloud
in front of a crowd.
When Kelly was seven years of age, her parents took her to Vulcan
to choose a mate for her. It is customary for the parents of Vulcan children
to choose a mate at the age of seven. The children then "link"
telepathically. When Pon Far (the Vulcan mating ritual) begins to affect
them, they return to Vulcan and mate. Unfortunatly, Kelly's chosen mate was
killed during the same mission in which her mother was killed. Because she
has no
mate, on her 21st birthday (when Pon Far should first take effect) she will
have to choose a mate, or attempt to control it with her Vulcan emotional
control. Pon Far should not affect her as strongly, because she is only part
1/2 Vulcan.
When Kelly turned 10, her father retired, and brought her to Vulcan
to learn about the other half of her cultured background. She would spend the
next 5 years there before entering Starfleet academy. Kelly has a very keen,
sharp, and focused mind. Because she is part Betazoid, she has very strong
emotions. Her Vulcan control doesn't really "kick in" until her medical
skills are needed. She then pushes all emotion away, and performs her
duties effortlessly.
During Kelly's first year at the academy, her mother was killed on
the USS Yamato when it encountered a probe. The probe tried to re-write the
Yamato's computers and in the end the ship was torn apart. The USS Enterprise
D eventually discovered the cause and managed to evade it's own destruction.
As a young officer, Kelly's role model was Doctor Julian Bashir. She studied
his work at the academy. She one day hopes to visit Deep Space Nine and meet
him once the Dominion threat has been nullified.

Psychological Profile:
Winger is not very bothered by extreme stress, although depression has lately
been a problem. He has been known to drink to forget about these things,
(although all instances were syntheholic drinks; he just chose not to dispel
the effects of the synthehol.)
Winger has an extreme hatred for Orions, most likely stemming from the events
following his birth (see Background below) and more recent conflicts
involving the Orions. Winger, when dealing with Orions, is probably more
likely to seek a more..."permanent" solution (i.e. their death).

Background:
Birth and early life: Jay Winger was born Eric Cantwell to Lt. Helen
Cantwell and Xenar starfighter pilot Gaspar A'Kemars on a Federation Relay
Station near the Orion border. Only five days after his birth, young Eric's
parents were captured by an Orion raiding party, led by one Jaex Tux'mal.
Tux'mal, a budding biologist, took a blood sample of the half-Xenar child for
his own use. This blood sample
would lead to future problems for Eric.
About two days after Tux'mal left, the USS Hornblower arrived, carrying Lt.
Cantwell's long overdue partner. Finding only the "human" baby, the
Hornblower took him aboard, where he was adopted by Drs. Robert and Maria
Winger. Not knowing the baby's birthname, they named him Jay Winger.
When he was five years old, Jay broke his collarbone falling from a tree.
The doctor treating him discovered, via deep scans, that the child was not
fully human. Jay's DNA was slightly off from the human norm, indicating some
alien heritage. At the request of the Wingers, the doctor did not report
this.
The Academy: Cadet Winger's times at Starfleet Academy were not pleasant.
Winger's somewhat antisocial behavior led to isolation, and targeted him as a
victim for some "bullies." One of them was Cadet Aaron Lancaster, who
suffered from Multiple Personality Syndrome (MPS). Lancaster's alternate,
unstable personality, Switchback, was a believer in the supremacist,
post-atomic horror Optimum Movement, and formed
his own Neo-Optimum Movement, and began attacking students. One of them was
Winger. Lancaster was later committed to a mental hospital for treatment.
Another bully was Cadet Jon Charles, another supremacist. Charles, unlike
Switchback, was fond of using psychological means to get at Winger.
Eventually, however, Charles was expelled from the Academy for his actions
and insubordination.
It was finally thanks to some guidance from groundskeeper Boothby that Winger
gained some social support from new friends.
On the Excelsior: Winger's first posting after his graduation from the
Academy was on the USS Excelsior, under the command of Admiral Andy B.
Clements. He was assigned to Security, doubling as transporter operator.
However, shortly after receiving his posting, Winger received word that his
adoptive parents had died in a lab explosion. Taking leave for the funeral,
Winger left the Excelsior breifly.
While on leave for the funeral, Ens. Winger discovered a box of alien origin
adrift in space. The box was later revealed to be of Hausenite origin, and a
holoprojector within contained more than just records. The holoproj had been
rigged to inject the first user with Hausenite DNA. Winger at first appeared
to be unaffected, but later Hausenite Gaige Mo-Nai manifested. Mo-Nai,
suffering from the Hausenite Rage, or
daket'kaf, due to the inability to vent his repressed emotions during his
eons of containment, damaged some of the Excelsior Sickbay, and injected Lt.
Grace Torres with the DNA of Kara Mo-Kaif. Fortunately, a strange energy
surge cured Winger and Torres, though Mo-Nai would manifest again in the
future.
Before long, Winger had moved up to the rank of Lieutenant Commander and
position of Chief of Security. He then transferred to Tactical, taking the
position of Chief Tactical Officer, and becoming third officer. A few months
later, the Excelsior's Executive Officer, Rear Admiral B'not Mondox left
Starfleet to join the Romulan Underground. At the same time, the second
officer, Lt. Cmdr. Johnathon Putz, suffered a
crippling injury and left the Excelsior to head the newly formed USF Judicial
Corps. This left Winger as the next officer in line, and he was subsequently
promoted to commander and Executive Officer of the USF flagship.
Switchback and Charles again: While XO, Winger ran into his old Academy
tormentors again. Lancaster, after being released from the mental hospital,
succumbed to Switchback again, and the insane supremacist duplicated his
Academy attacks, only this time killing his target. Winger was soon the
next, and suffered a head wound before it was revealed that Lancaster
suffered from not just MPS, but also Personality Breakdown, a potentially
fatal illness that caused him to lose mental cohesion through the breakdown
of one of his personalities, and that personality was apparently Switchback.
However, it quickly became apparent that Lancaster suffered from Advanced
Personality Breakdown, and soon both of his personalities would decay into
nonexistence.
Winger quickly contacted Lancaster's estranged fiancee, Diana Sawyer, and her
quick response to Lancaster's illness led to his miraculous recovery. Aaron
Lancaster had survived the Breakdown, which is more than can be said for
Switchback. Now able to see each other again after years of separation, they
wed, requesting Winger to be the best man, but he was stuck in a war zone and
could not attend.
Jon Charles popped up again soon after Aaron and Diana's marriage, again
playing psychological games with his victim. Charles was a Grigari hybird, a
combination of the infamous Grigari assymetrical cybernetics and biological
components, and had the uncanny ability to digitize himself and insert
himself into the Excelsior computer. He tortured Winger mentally for several
weeks before Winger finally had enough and confronted
Charles on the Holodeck. It was revealed that Charles was slowly succumbing
to the Grigari cybernetics and was becoming an assymetrical construct. It
was finally due to a failure in what remained of his cerebral cortex that
Charles died.
(Unknown to Winger, Grigari medical technology revived Charles, and somehow
rescued Switchback from fading. Both work for Jaex Tux'mal now.)
The Xenar: While en route to Starbase 51 to pick up Adm. Clements, the
Excelsior encountered a Xenar Supply Runner, the Ayair, which was in danger
of failure due to ion storm interference. Lending aid, the Excelsior sent an
away team over to rescue the crew. Unfortunately, the Xenar had become
xenophobic due to Orion propaganda, and resisted rescue attempts. It took
some doing, but the Xenar crew
was beamed to a cargo bay, and began to fire on anyone who got to close to
them. Their xenophobia was so entrenched in their behavior that they
actually killed their leader, Cmdr. Melchior A'Maktel. Cmdr. Winger was
forced to publicly reveal his heritage as a half-Xenar to calm them. Lt.
Cmdr. Dalton A'Carkal then came forward to apologize for his people's
actions. The Xenar were taken to Starbase 51 and were granted asylum there
from the Orion-controlled planet Xenar.
Several months later, Dalton received word that a new Xenar (Slave)
Representative had been appointed by the Orions. Her name was Helen C'Antwel
and she was none other than Winger's presumed-dead mother. Dalton also told
Winger that the Orion Slavelord Jaex Tux'mal had a habit of murdering the
Representative a few weeks after their appointment. Winger undertook a
dangerous mission to rescue his mother from captivity. Under
the alias Magus A'Sumart, Winger went to Xenar and attempted to integrate
himself into Xenar society. However, a Slavemaster, Maux Tru'mal, began to
brutally beat a new friend of Winger's, Belthasar A'Takerl, and Winger
attacked Tru'mal. Winger was thrown in jail, and Tru'mal soon became
crippled from Winger's attack. Jaex Tux'mal ordered Winger executed, and
C'Antwel took a great risk to free him and escape off the
planet with him.
Now Helen C'Antwel is the leader of the Rogue Xenar of Starbase 51, and is
currently seeking to set up a government-in-exile.
Janus' Syndrome: About 9701.10, Winger began to suffer from a hereditary
Xenar genetic illness known as Janus' Syndrome. At first, the only symptom
was sporadic short-term memory loss, which was complicated due to
interference from Jon Charles, but soon Winger became stricken with insomnia
due to Janus-induced recurring nightmares. Haggard from lack of sleep and
depressed, Winger nearly committed suicide, but he came out of his
stupor when Dalton informed him that a treatment for Janus had been
discovered. Winger went to Starbase 51, where he tried out wearilium
trinitrate, and was relieved to find that it worked.
However, a month or two later, the Excelsior travelled back in time and the
crew was forced to temporarily abandon ship. Winger forgot to retrieve his
medication, and it became ruined when it crystallized due to prolonged
inactivity (one of the many strange properties of wearilium trinitrate).
Other than the resultant brief relapse, Winger has not suffered from Janus'
Syndrome.
The Manor Complex: On stardate 9609.09, the Excelsior encountered its
duplicate from a universe similar to the so called mirror universe. This
other one was later dubbed the doppelganger universe. Following a battle
with their own evil sides, the Excelsior crew forced the Excelsior
(doppelganger) back into its own realm. However, one doppelganger remained
behind, Terraz Hygiel, who
joined the Maquis and seized control of the Gettysburg. Unbeknownst to him,
Eric Cantwell (doppelganger) had been assigned to observe him and eventually
return him to his home dimension. Cantwell, however, began to see some of
the evils of the Terran-Vulcan Empire and began to plot against it.
Eventually, Terraz and Cantwell returned to the doppelganger universe on
their own volition, joining the Rogue
Fleet. It wasn't until after Cantwell seized control of a smaller, but more
powerful, Imperial fleet, that Terraz returned here, sparking the so-called
doppelganger crisis.
Cantwell followed his nemesis Terraz to this universe, and after the evil
Trill's apparent death, relinquished control of his fleet to his
second-in-command to pursue the truth behind the ruse of Terraz's death. In
doing so, he also plotted the downfall of the Alpha Quadrant. Winger learned
of Cantwell's continued existence in our universe after evidence revealed
that Cantwell was responsible for the memory erasure of Casska, a former
captive of Terraz's. By this point, Cantwell had several associates, Manil
Thary, J.C. Cantwell, Jaskens Riene, and Dr. Jek Corin.
Winger was forced to do extreme investigations into the affairs of Cantwell's
operation, run from Psi Cassiopea II in the Manor Complex, by Starfleet
Security Advisor Commodore Forrest Redman. Winger even left on emergency
leave to follow Redman's orders. Eventually, however, Redman fell into an
especially devious trap designed by Cantwell and was killed in a tremendous
explosion on Bajor. Redman's replacement,
Commodore Carlton Brisk, took a more cautious approach to the doppelganger
investigations.
More recently, it was discovered that Cantwell had planted a spy within
Starfleet. The spy, Tim (Cantwell) Espy, known to Eric Cantwell as Agent
Nephew, stole information from the Lothlorien and led the Manor Complex
forces to the ship. Cantwell stole a large quantity of biogel, which was to
be made into a powerful new weapon. Espy and Cantwell escaped and are now at
the Manor Complex.
The criminals of the Manor Complex remain at large.
The Clonus Project: On stardate 9709.15, there was a breakin at a research
facility on Vaskal IV. The perpetrator was a perfect clone of Jay Winger,
albeit with some genetic engineering to give him enhanced psychic powers.
The clone, designated Clone 136, was the work of the so-called Clonus
Project, run by the Clonemaster Jaex Tux'mal. Tux'mal had used the blood
sample he'd taken from Winger as a baby to
drive his cloning facility into full operation. Apparently, little other
species have been cloned besides the half-Xenar genome.
Tux'mal, however, knew that Helen C'Antwel was the one person who might know
that he was the Clonemaster, and so sent Clones 136 and 202 to Starbase 51 to
assassinate her. It was only thanks to intervention from C'Antwel's son,
J.C. Cantwell, that the clones failed. Following the attempt, C'Antwel
revealed her knowledge as to the Clonemaster's identity, but by then it was
too late to stop the doppelganger Eric Cantwell from forming an
alliance with the Clonus Project. To cement the alliance, Tux'mal's best
clone, designated Prime, to work with Cantwell. Since then, there have been
few altercations between Prime and Winger.
Tux'mal and the lackeys of the Clonus Project remain at large.
The Lothlorien: Following a brief active role in the allasomorph civil war,
Winger was promoted to captain and assumed command of the USS Lothlorien.
His first duty on the "Loth" was to help foil a Jem'Hadar invasion on
stardate 9802.07 at Starbase 22. Immediately after, the Loth was upgraded,
and dispatched to the Rigel system to apprehend Clone Prime. The attempt was
temporarily successful, but
Prime later escaped.
The next mission (SD 9803.06) was to Starbase 51 to protect Helen C'Antwel
and the Rogue Xenar from an Orion convoy sent to kill them. The leader of
the strike force was the crippled Slavemaster Maux Tru'mal, who was later
killed by Winger. Once the Xenar were safely under Starfleet guard, and a
little help from Helen's first husband, Christopher Cantwell, Winger and the
Loth crew turned their attention to the convoy itself. The Orions were
crewing their ships with Xenar slaves, and Winger launched a team to free
them. There was a little trouble with a suicide bomber, Baer Der'mal, but
thanks to help from Xenar Schala C'Eritla, the Xenar were liberated.
Personal Life:
Winger prefers his privacy when off duty, but he can often be found on the
Holodeck, in one of many programs he designed. He has a hobby of writing
said programs, and can often be seen writing one on a datapadd. Amongst his
programs are Treed House, Solar Sailer Jana, Earth Park, and Battlebot.
Winger also spends time with a sentient holomatrix, called Sensha, who began
as the operating system on Winger's portable computer terminal. After Jon
Charles was defeated, his influence in the terminal led to Sensha's
self-awareness. Sensha has a childlike perception of human idiosyncracies,
and is still trying to understand the human condition. Winger often has
Sensha search for information in the ship's computer, since she is
quite adept at transferring through the system.

Hey everyone!

For those new to the Loth, let me introduce myself. I am Lieutenant
Commander Roel Jere, family name first as is Bajoran custom. Contrary to the
roster sent out on Sunday, this is my actual screen name. Anyways, I am the
Chief Tactical Officer and Chief of Security on this flying torpedo tube, and

Born on Aurelia, (in the Demilitarized Zone) during the Occupation, Roel Jere
escaped the Cardassians with his family at age 7, and fled to the Federation,
where he received assistance. Roel moved back to Aurelia for a short time

Alexander, Son of Gortag, who has graduated Starfleet Academy, and is now
posted at Starbase 31.

Jere has been torn between one decision all his life. Whether join the
Maquis, or join Starfleet. He finally decided and then attended Starfleet
Academy on New Britain at age 17 for four years. He had a wonderful time at

Roel's first assignment was on the U.S.S. Excalibur. During Jere's posting
on the Excalibur, he had to make the decision about whether or not to turn
his father, who was a Maquis rebel, to authorities during a mission against
the Maquis. He finally decided not to, but he would not make the same
decision again. Currently, Jere is on his newest posting, the U.S.S.
Lothlorien, where he is the Chief Tactical Officer.

Physical Characteristics

Alexander Quatto has brown hair and green eyes. His musculature is similar to
that of an athelete but he does little exercise other than that required by
starfleet’s physical training program. Mr. Quatto has a naturally high
metabolism which is expounded upon by his repeated consumption of high sugar
containing artificially flavored beverages. Alex has perfect 20/20 vision and
shows the normal resistance to viruses,
radiation and fatigue. Alex has exceptionally high mental resistance to
drugs, pain, suggestion and telepathy, which was why he was originally
assigned to a vessel as secret as the Darmok. Mr. Quatto also has a high
resistance to extremes of heat and cold.

Pre-Academy history

Alexander Quatto was born on the MARS colony on stardate 7110.31 to his
parents Jacob and Andra Quatto. Jacob Quatto was a defense drone pilot for
Starfleet stationed at the MARS defense station. He reached the rank of
Commander before his death during the battle of the BORG in sector 001. Andra
Quatto is a journalist for “Federation Today” working out of the “Mars
Journal” office. Alexander has a sister named
Charity Quatto who was enrolled in college at the University of Pennsylvannia
before being arrested and charged with trafficing contraband holo-chips. Her
present whereabouts are unknown although intelligence reports indicate her
association with the new “Black Market” holo-baby scandel recently revealed
on earth. Mr. Quatto enrolled in the “Shuttle Master” shuttle piloting school
because he desired to be a pilot. His test scores were average and he
earned an operating permit. He was then employeed by a small and slightly
seedy shuttle company doing business as “Budget Shuttle Co.” Mr. Quatto’s
perfect record was tarnished in an embarrasing incident involving 2 doppler
girls, a high ranking Starfleet officer (Who shall remain anonomys) and 12
cases of Romulan ale. Mr Quatto was instructed to enroll in starfleet before
he “Got into any more trouble”.

Academy History

Mr. Quatto enrolled at the academy on stardate 9101.13 specializing in the
area of science. He did well in most classes and excelled in science, stellar
cartography and engineering. Mr quatto’s scores in piloting were adequate.
Alexander comes very highly recommended by his science and engineering
instructors while being listed as “risky” by his flight instructor who says
“Old habits are hard to break”. Mr.
quatto is rated as “emergency piloting situations only” in this record.
Alexander Quatto has only one blemish on his record. On stardate 9206.26 he
was involved in an altercation with two “Binars” who were performing computer
upgrades at the academy. Mr. Quatto allegedly lost his temper and struck one
of the Binars. In a statement, Mr. Quatto is quoted as saying “ It is REALLY
annoying the way they keep finishing each other’s sentences and chirping
like a bunch of bloody squirrels”. He was Reprimanded and assigned additional
duties. Mr. Quatto also dislikes Ferengi and is still distrustful of the
Borg. His previous assignment on the USS Darmok has curtailed his enemity
toward the Borg with the presence of Commander Damara Seven serving as XO.
Mr. Quatto easily interacts with all other races and sexes. His time and
experience on the Darmok has made Mr Quatto a devoted officer and loyal to
the
USF. After becoming a department head, Mr Quatto's expectations from his
staff and officers increased and he became more of a disciplinarian.
