CHARACTERISTICS OF RACE:
Zomauans are a cat-like race who walk upright and average 6' to 7' in height.
They are lean and covered with a dense fur. The tail is long and furry and
is an indicator of emotion much like the face is for an earthling. Zomauans
in
the federation wear uniforms, however, they are not used to wearing clothing.
They do not, however, wear shoes as their clawed feet are necessary for both
defense and agility.

The Zomauans are known for their intelligence, agility, ability to see in low
light, acute hearing and tenacity. In spite of their size, they do not have
great strength and their paws tend to be a hindrance to dexterity. They are
very curious and delight in learning -- these attributes tend to make them
excellent candidates for the fields of science and security.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Kah has silver gray fur with black ears, tail and paws. She has dark blue
eyes and long, sharp claws. These claws, when used with the Zomauan hand to
hand combat techniques, help to make up for her lack of strength.

Kah is a somewhat serious individual with a dry sense of humor. Because of
her background she is a very tough individual outwardly but is inwardly
empathetic towards others. She is a loyal friend and a formidable enemy.
Starfleet has given her opportunities to learn far beyond her expectations.

BACKGROUND:
Kah never knew her parents nor their origin. She lived in the settlement of
Ch'at, Zomau which is a very mountainous area. The settlements are really a
groups of caves joined by is a highly developed underground transporation
system that consists of hover crafts that move within tube-like systems. It
is within this underground web of tubes that Kah lived until age 12 when,
after a severe injury, she was adopted by Ethel and Clyd Phillips, scientists
from the planet Earth on a research project on Zomau.

Blessed with a photographic memory, Kah was soon able to gain enough
education to be accepted into the Zomauan Institute of Science (where her
adoptive parents taught). Following her graduation at age 18, Kah continued
her education at the Interplanetary University of Cultural Studies on
Vendikar.

At age 25, Kah entered Starfleet Academy. Kah was an excellent student but
had some difficulty adjusting to the group atmosphere of the Academy which
was quite different from the underground in which she had lived most of her
life. Kah went on numerous scientific field trips at the Academy and has
since developed an extensive personal database of life forms and cultures.

Personal History
Rama was found by the USS Miranda on a scouting mission near the Romulan
Neutral zone. His life signs were detected on an uninhabited planet. The
away team sent by the Miranda found a simple, quickly construced structure,
and Rama was inside, unconscious, and in a coma.
He awoke 4 days later, in the Miranda sickbay, with total amnesia. The
doctor's best guess on his age was 17. For the sake of keeping records, the
day he was found was officialy his 17 birthday, his real birthdate being
unknown. He still possesed his skills, and the female Vulcan counseler
onboard Miranda stated that, "he seems like an ordinary Vulcan teenager,
which would suggest he had an education similar to other Vulcans."
Most of his memory was not only blocked, but erased. The doctor found
slight evidence that the erasure was intentional, but no proof was ever
found. A Mind Meld with the Vulcan counseler did not bring any memories from
Rama (the doctor estimated that 20% of his earlier memories still existed).
He decided several days later to apply for the Vulcan Science Academy, as
he was extremely interested in Engineering, Science, and Mathematics.

Vulcan History
Rama applied for the Vulcan Science Academy on Stardate 8512.29, and was
scheduled for testing on Stardate 8601.12.
Testing results---Rama already shows an understanding of basic
Engineering, and
shows an intense interest in Warp mechanics. Mathematical, Computer,

My name name is Ensign Galen1 and here is my story

Lets start by saying i am an ILLORIAN and i am 2,000 years old and since
ILLORIANS have 10,000 year life span i am about 25 years old to human
standards. I am 6 foot, i have brown hair and blue eyes. I am 190 pounds and
am skilled in over 200 forms of fighting,including Klingon batleth fighting
Ferangi Jump fighting and Vulcan defensive arts.
Lets start about a thousand years ago when i first visited earth to
study their culture. I arrived their in the year 1498 human years. My
assignment was to abserve and witness great events. I thot it would be a
piece of cake, but it was not.
I spent 300 years on earth fighting wars helping the poor and observing
people and their life styles. I studied everybody and everything; plants
animals, humans and sea life. I watched some very important work, George
Washington , Ben Franklin and more.
When i returned to ILLOR i was promoted for exceptional wachting and
putting myself on the line to gather information. After the promotion that i
was chwed out for even getting involved with human affairs.
In the year 2250 we encountered the Borg for the first timeon long range
scanners. 2 years later 1 of our outer colony's was attacked by the Borg.
When the first ILLORIAN ships arrived on the seen there was one of those
damned ships. We destroyed that ship with ease, but destroying the Borg ship
was not even close enough to scratch the integrity of the Borg fleet. 17
years later the Borg attacked in force, there was at least 100 invasion ships
. Well since the Borg was last encountered we made many
upgrades to our war ships. But expecting the same outcome we went in not in
formation and with the fire and move on strategy. that ment we went in full
impulse fireing on 1 ship then moving on. At the time we did not know that
the borg had adaptove shielding.We did not find that out until it was to
late; we tried everything to stop them. Phasers, lasers, Quantom cannons and
tri cobbalt cluster torpedos. When we finally retreated 15 ships retreated
out of a fleet of about 500 carriers, battleships, and
gun platforms.
I was among 1 of the 15 ships that survived, i was the Captain of the
only carrier to survive the battle with the Borg, onslaut. When we returned
to ILLOR our ships were repaired and we joined the ILLORIAN ships that
survived the first 24 hours, we had about 1,500 ships remaing out of a fleet
of 3,000.
It was about 3 years before the remaining 300 ILLORIAN war ships were
used as refugy ships. All we did know was flee from a fight. In the year
2271 ILLOR was evacuated, we heade for earth. We knew that the Borg would
follow us but we did not know for how long.
Ship after ship the Borg caught up with us and assimilated us. When they
caught up to my ship they destroyed our engines. We launched all of our
fighters but it did not matter they swatted those fighters like flies. When
they took us to there ship we were put into a holding cell. One after one my
people started to disapear on the ship. Finally it was my wife and my
children and me left, when they took my wife and children they nocked them
out. when they came for me i escaped. Then i found my wife
and children, my wife was completely assimilated. My children were still
alive, they still had there souls. To escape with my children i had to plow
threw my wife, i killed her.
I escaped the ship threw an escape pod. When we got back to the escape
fleet we were taken to a medical ship. When my children were taken to the
operating room the Brain implants were removed, they did not survive the
procedure. From there on i swore my revenge on the Borg.

When My Starfleet career began 6 years ago, i was assigned toto the
space doc on Earth. During my survice there i was going to be part of the
fighter attack force if the Enterprise failed. Then after that assignment i
got the USS Merrimack then to the Agamemnon then to the DarkPath.

PERSONAL HISTORY
Dave claims to come from planet IN (which he pronounces it as
"I-nine"), but there is still no such planet registered in the quadrants
the Starfleet has information about.
On IN a day had 20 to 40 hours Earth Time, but usually a duration
less than 35 was mentioned he said.
(Space in a double star system is highly bent, so the straight line
a planet goes, can lead him around two stars, altho this must not always
apply. So the duration of a "day" changes.)
His name is his own invention.
Under still unknown circumstances he somehow willingly "went" to Earth
and got himself a human identity. Dave mentioned he was already a few
times on planet Earth to "see what's up".
He said this time, he chose a fetus and so grew up as a human,
without the problems someone without any history and paper has, and because
this time he wanted to enjoy human life as a kid and youngster too.
According to what he told some crewmembers he would have been there around
1945, 1976 Earth years, always for around 50 years, and right now of
course.
On SD9608,30, during a high danger from a vortex that was sucking up
the ship's energy, he explained about an idea to overcome the current
problem, and in the heat of the debate he said he used this trick already
at Earth time 1968, when he was on a ship held captured in an energy field
on Mura. He wasn't asked about it and didn't mentioned it again.
Dave appears totally human at first sight, but checked on the third
degree everybody accepts that wherever he came from, it sure wasn't Earth.

He joined school and university in the European area, then moved to
join the Starfleet Academy. Since he made it, he obviously must have some
"friends" or managed it in a strange way, since there were a lot of
unanswered questions on his application form.

STARFLEET ACADEMY
He graduated, but he gives no details. The Academy's records
regarding him are classified.
His mates at the Academy (questioned about him) said the best thing
for him was to put his brain in a nutritive liquid and to connect it to
the biggest computer system available.

PERSONALITY PROFILE
Dave's "best friends" are computers. He's very smart on analyzing
unknown systems and even modifying them without full knowledge about the
system. At least it looks like this.
Most of the time logic leads to his decisions and actions.
On the other hand, there are moments where he seems to be quite the
opposite and pure emotions are ruling his actions. Even though he is a
quiet person in general, only giving comments after he's absolutely sure
about it or being asked, there are times (totally unpredictable) where he
"switches to verbose mode" (his words).
He spends his time either in his quarters, where he has routed his
Engineering Consoles to (go figure !) or at the department on deck 36
itself. So he is hardly seen by other crewmembers.
He usually communicates over the ship's Intercom or the subspace band
and there are only rare moments when he really wants to see another being,
including his - more or less - friends, in person.
He says he doesn't miss anything this way, on the contrary, when
something is written, the thoughts are more elaborated, clearer and some
doubts or some questions that the writing person has get solved when the
person writes them down.
So altho he's present and working, he's hardly seen.

So altho he's present and working, he's hardly seen.
He told his superior officer that he's fully satisfied with his job and
doesn't miss a thing, so he simply doesn't walk around.
At this time he also stated, that even tho he avoids crowds, he would
act totally different and use all his power up to ignore commands if there
is high danger to someone's life.
He said he would stand up and act, no matter what ranks are involved.

Another strange thing is his personal time-schedule. He needs a lot
of pressure and self control, to live in a 24 hour day. Since on his home
planet a day has around 34 hours he usually drops outta the 24 h scheme
and this leads to offsets that are sometimes difficult to coordinate with
his duty hours.
But since he's working almost all his day (24 hours, 7 to 10 hours
sleep)
there's no problem with the work to be done. After all, he really can't
help it.

He tends (a true understatement) to work every awakened moment, but he
doesn't do this cuz he's ambitious (in the common sense of the word),
but because when once started to work on a problem he sees the problem
as a personal challenge and works on it with great 'fun' (not really the
right word).
His motivation is not to be seen by his Department Chief or even by a
higher senior officer as a hard working person, but he wants to prove to
himself, that there is no problem he can't solve. This is a great
motivation - and ends up of cuz in heavy work, no matter why he works this
way.
In fact, he simply does not make a difference between private things
and his work on Computers and in Engineering. This work fits that
much to his private interests, that he can not differ between work and
leisure, cuz for him work is leisure at the same time.
The senior officer putting him to Engineering said "I see you as a
true Engineer" and Dave J.W. Sunwater (how the heck could a normal person
have chosen such a name ??), well he is really satisfied with his job.

Once he started working on a project (a project, not a task) he gets
that deep into it, that he tends to forget about time and space, thinking
about nothing else and he has to be interrupted sometimes.

Asked about his motto he said:
"Is it really that important whether a system is carbon- or silicon-based ?"

POST ACADEMY BACKGROUND
There are no records about his first 3 years after his graduation.
To some of his crew members of the USS Lothlorien he said he was
working on a classified project.
Another thing he told is, that he maintained a private database during
the time of this project, and now he installed it in his quarters, when he
joined the USS Lothlorien.
"Information" is his keyword.

STARFLEET DUTY
After the classified project he was asked to join the normal
Starfleet Duty and he agreed, applied and got posted to the USS Lothlorien
on SD 9606,15.
Because of his skills and his special kind of work he was given the
title 'Computer Systems Specialist' around the time of his first promotion
to 'Lieutenant Junior Grade' at SD 9608,02.
At SD 9609,13 he was promoted to 'Full Lieutenant', Lt Dave.

1st person perspective

When I was nearly one year old I was found in a Romulan Run-About
crossing into Federation space. The Run-About was automated, I was the only
one in the craft. The Romulans apparently did some experiments on me that
had some irreversible side effects. For example: Eyes change colors every
6 hours, hair doesn't grow any longer than it is currently/if cut, grows back
within 6 hours, most cuts and bruises heal within 6 hours, and I sleep for
exactly 6 hours a day. Most of all, my learning
ability was enhanced dramatically. Anyway, I was adopted by a nice human
couple, Charles and Mary - LeTat. I breezed through school in 6 years and
when I was 9 I decided to join Star Fleet. I went to STAR FLEET ACADEMY
and studied Holo-graphic Engineering. That's why I was assigned to this
ship. Many of this ship's systems and the Holo-deck have many things in
common. The Holo-deck uses the ship's transporters and tractor-beams to
make objects move and replicators for smell and taste and
shields to make objects feel real and have density. This gives me
knowledge and back-round in all of these systems, transporters, tractor
beams, replicators, shields, and cloaking devices.

3rd person perspective

PERSONALITY: Uncomfortable a lot of the time because being a Betazoid and
telepathic he knows how people feel about him, the youngest person in Star
Fleet. Sometimes he feels as if he's in the way or his judgment isn't good
enough. He has mixed thoughts . Sometimes he feels like an adult,
sometimes he feels like a 13 year old boy.

Shane Booker landed in Crawfordsville, Indiana as a 1 year old child in an
emergency shuttle pod of unknown origin. He was adopted by Derf and Willma
Booker,his foster parents. He grew up, quietly, but very active in sports,
individual and team related. He became very successful in such high level
sports and competed against high level colleges around the world and Terran
colony planets. He entered StarFleet Academy on Stardate 9209.15, he then
began a successful career in collegic level sports and
acedemics. Booker has vast experience with engineering and security fields.
His uncle, Lt Comander Geordie LaForge, helped him along with Lieutenant
Comander Data.
After early graduation at StarFleet Academy on Stardate 9601.15 he spent time
on Mars and Earth programing the computer cores that are scheduled to be
placed in the new Nova class StarShips, one of them being the Enterprise E.
He accepted his first Starship post onboard the DarkPath NX 1601 on stardate
9602.22 in the field of Security. Since that time, he has been promoted time
and time again. As of Stardate 9611.01 he know holds the title of First
Lieutenant, and Tactical and Security Chief aboard the DarkPath.

Background Information: Ens Soren is a new officer out of the Academy. He is
64 years old, a very young age for a Vulcan. Soren was born on Mount Selaya
of Vulcan, and lived there all his life. Under his grandfather's
instruction, Soren was to become a priest and serve on Vulcan, but after his
older brother died in a shuttle accident, his father forbade him from
continuing his studies to be a Vulcan priest. He was to carry on the family
name and so when the day of his mating came, Soren found himself
prepared and ready for the ritual. When his mate arrived, she brought with
her another, with whom she preferred to mate and Soren was left to fend for
his life, in a battle to the death. In a quick battle, his opponent lay
lifeless, and he gasping for air, refused the woman that he had been chosen
for. With this began a new period in his life.
Soren quickly enrolled in the Vulcan Science Academy and was content in
himself, but at the completion of his second year at the Vulcan Academy, he
decided to move on to Starfleet as this is where he found his calling, so he
transferred and immediately picked up his courses in Science there along with
as many courses in Tactical and Strategic Learning he could get. At one
point, Soren was at 13 courses a day and managed to complete an internship at
the Utopia Planitia Shipyards all together. Soren
graduated Starfleet two years later and pursued his degree in Tactical
Operations for the next two years. With four years of Starfleet Academy,
Soren gained two degrees and was offered a position on board the USS Omaha as
Chief Science Officer. He kindly turned the offer down, and returned to
Starfleet to get a degree in Operations and continue his studies in the
fields of Science and Tactical Operations.
Soren took a Leave of Absence from Starfleet and journeyed to Kronoes where
he served aboard the Klingon Bird of Prey Dromak for a year while learning
battle techniques from some of the greatest warriors of the empire. Upon his
return to Starfleet he was appointed to Asst. Tac/Security Officer on board
the USS Darkpath. He decided to take the position because he had already
turned down three others and felt it was his time. Soren has little field
experience on a starship, but has shown great potential
and is ranked one of the top 100 officers in the Fleet for the year.

Soren discovered at a young age that he could use his melding abilities
unlike any other Vulcan in the past. When he chose to, Soren could meld at
will with whomever he wished with out any contact, with them. He found that
he could also examine any beings thoughts, memories and emotions, without any
resistance from the being whom he melds with. Soren's greatest use of this
ability was shown when he melded with the minds of 354 unknown beings who
where attacking Starbase 53. In doing so, he persuaded
the crew to force the captain of the ship from destroying the Station. At a
more personal note, Soren used his powers to meld with his father before he
died, and transferred his fathers mind to his, so that he could continue his
fathers work on the construction of a Classified Operation, which has still
never been released to anyone.

Personal History:

Justin Ice was born on the penal colony of Betz Prime. His mother, a skilled
human thief, was raped by an insane Vulcan in the throes of Pon Farr. For
her own reasons, Crystal (his mother), kept the child and raised him. She
taught her child, whom she named Ice, the thieving abilities that she had
learned over her life. Ice grew and, in time, became an accomplished thief.

Fourteen years later, Ice came home to the shelter that he and his mother
lived in to find a horrid sight. His mother lay dead, killed by the same
Vulcan who had fathered him. The Vulcan, lay beside her dead body, breathing
heavily. Ice, in his rage, attacked the Vulcan, killing him. Than, fearing
retribution from the Vulcan's friends, fled to what he thought would be the
last place they would look: the authorities. Unfortunately, they simply
arrested him.

At this time, a Starfleet Captain was at the penal colony delivering
prisoners. Captian Ultimo took interest in this young thief who had escaped
from the supposedly unescapable manacles. Ultimo took Ice under his wing,
and called in some favors to get him enrolled in the Academy. Ice took the
surname Justin, and entered Starfleet Academy.

After graduating the Academy, Justin Ice was assigned to the NCC 1875 Omega,
serving as assistant science officer. In addition, he always kept his eyes
and ears open, passing any information pertinent to Captain Ultimo on to him.
He has recently been transferred to the NX 1601 DarkPath.

I am an ensign now but 70 years ago i was the captain a huge ship called a
dreadnaught. When the borg attacked my people i was among the first to
intersept the borg fleet. Dont get me wrong the borg have their weaknesses
but taking on a thousand borg cubes is impossible to beat.
The borg destroyed my ship then my home world then my family. For 70 years i
have been waiting to get my revenge. But it seems that captain picard got the
revenge i and my people deserve. Now that the borg queen is no more the borg
are now individuals and i intend to destroy any and all borg that i see.

never seen again. My mother worked designing starship uniforms. I entered
the Academy when I was 17, and spent 5 years there studying Engineering and

Life Background
Born on the Klingon Colony World of KonyK'nlon, TaHat was raised in the
normal sense of Klingon upbringing. Taught the meaning of respect and honor,
he led a somewhat normal life for a Klingon child. He was raised to be a
leader, his bearers foreseeing that one day, TaHat would take over as the
ruler of the House of Mirgano, and call it his own. He has two siblings, a
younger brother and a younger sister. Tiker is the oldest of the children,
and carries the burdens of being the oldest well.
After completing the highest level of schooling on his home world ((Perhaps
equivelent to high school in RL)) he decided to explore his universe, which

Acamdemic Summary

Tiker took no elective courses, but he did very well and passed all of the
required courses for his field, with honors. The time he took exploring
between school and the Academy seemed to help with his transistion to life on
Earth, although he never seemed to be accustomed to the more "humane" and
"Comfortable" life that is supported on Terra. Klingons are becoming more
and more common in StarFleet, this year was a record for the Klingon
population, and one other Klingon from Tikers class was sent to
the DarkPath. This helped with Tiker's transition as well.

Ethics and Beliefs

During his exploration leave in space, Tiker came across many strange
lifeforms, to him anyways. He became well versed in Terra, Vulcan, Ferengi,
and Romulan beliefs. He once commented on his experiences, and said that he
like the Terrans the best, even though there wasn't much of a choice. The
Vulcans came second, because he found the "Ferengi's to be absolutely horrid
in their greedy beliefs, and the Romulans, so petty it was pathetic." Tiker
said that if had to make a choice, he would chose the
Romulans over the Ferengi's because the "Romulans had no honor, but the
Ferengi's were worse."

Summary

Tiker seems to be a "Down to Earth" Klingon, but he is also a little
egotistical, but he does seem to be patient with other people and will listen
to them in any situation, but does show signs of superior thinking. For this
reason, some peoplefind Tiker hard to get along with, but easy to talk to.
And like any Klingon, he stands up and fights for what he believes in, to the
death. StarFleet has always tried to harness this sometimes dangerous side
of the Klingons, but Tiker, like all Klingons, has a
huge sense of honor, willpower and determination. These traits are
non-the-less a tremendous asset to the people who serve with any such
Klingon.

Personal Information
Chelsea is the only child born to Tom and Sherry Austin of Earth. She was
born in Australia and raised in the town of Cairns. She spent a great deal
of her early life out on the reef and loved science all through school. She
regrets that some of the most magnificent creatures that once inhabited the
oceans of earth and now extinct.
Chelsea's parents are both marine biologists and fostered her love for
science. They encouraged her to study science in school and assumed that she
would join them in their studies of the ocean when she graduated. Chelsea
shocked them with the news that she wanted to join Starfleet at the age of
17, when she handed them her acceptance papers to Starfleet Academy.

Starfleet Academy
Chelsea majored in the sciences at the academy, but also found a love in
flying. She quickly demonstrated great skill in piloting most any vessel she
was given and made a name for herself in the Academy's elite squadron.

Chelsea's academics were exceptional except for in the area of tactical
training. She scored low in her weapons classes and no matter how hard she
tried, could never seem to get the hang of hitting a target with any type of
weapon. She once almost shot an instructor as he went to check a target, and
earned the nickname Hawkeye from her friends at the academy as a joke at her
inability to see a target.

Despite her difficulties in Tactical Training, Chelsea graduated in the top
10% of her class.

Starfleet Record
Chelsea applied for duty aboard a science vessel feeling it would give her
the greatest enjoyment. This was granted for a year, and she did her first
rotation of duty aboard the USS Hawkins, an exploration vessel that
concentrated its research on subspace anomilies.

The Hawkins suffered severe damage and lost over half its crew while
investigating a disturbance first believed to be a new wormhole. Klingons in
the area, detecting a Federation ship adrift took over the Federation ship
and then later attacked the crew of the USS Hermes as it came to its rescue.
Chelsea was wounded in the attack but was able to help pilot the ship back to
a Federation base where she spent several weeks recovering. The Hawkins was
decommissioned and Chelsea was told she would have to wait for another
science vessel posting for quite awhile. She was surprised when she learned
that she was being posted to the USS DarkPath, under Admiral Dar Mstrad.

Personal Information
While serving aboard the DarkPath, Chelsea met and fell in love with a fellow
officer by the name of Chester Nimitz. On SD9710.16, Chester and Chelsea
asked Captain Rigel of the USS Integrity to marry them in a private ceremony.

Medical Health:

Ephiny Tyris is in perfect medical health and is physically fit as per
Starfleet regs. However, doctors are unsure about her mental health.
Elerians, as a species, are extremely strong telepaths. They're known to
have conquered other less civilized species by forcing their wills onto
others. Tyris, having taking an oath to the Federation, swears never having
done this. However, she is to be arrested at the first sign of trouble.

Psychological Evaluation:

Since there is little to none information on the Elerians' psychology, an
accurate evaluation of Tyris cannot be done. But, counselors have noticed
that Tyris has a strong attitude about men being inferior because of her
social upbringing. This makes it notably harder for her to work in a team.

Background Information:

Ephiny Tyris is part of the warrior caste of Elerian society. Most of the
members of her family are deceased, including her father. Her mother, Lady
Kyren, currently owns and rules the J'ho Territories of the Elerian Empire.
Ephiny's brother, Tiren, is a priest of the Temple of Raharr on Eleria.
She applied to the Institute because as part of the warrior caste on Eleria,
she was expected to fight, conquer, and rule over a territory. And that, she
did not want to do. So Tyris applied for and graduated Starfleet Institute,
a 2 year prep for the Academy. Immediately afterwards, she entered Starfleet
Academy. After, the entire Loaded Dice Squadron was assigned to Special
Operations. However, due to certain conflicts of interests, the
Loaded Dice Squadron was released from this obligation and sent onboard the
USS Achilles. But unfortunately, the Achilles was decommissioned a month
later and Tyris was sent to Starfleet HQ for Advance Tactical training until
Stardate 9807.10. Then, a day afterwards, she was posted onboard the USS
Darkpath NX-1601. Currently, Ephiny Tyris is the only full-blood Elerian
serving in Starfleet.

About the Elerians:

Elerians have elven-like features and a life span of about 300 years. Their
complexion and eye color ranges from the palest gray-blues to the deepest
amethysts. Their hair color, however, can range from a midnight black to a
luscious coffee brown. Elerians occupy the entire Draconis Sector.
The Elerians are a race of reversed gender roles. The highly matriarchal
civilization has allowed the females of the population to be the aggressors
while the males are the suppressed. The intense training of the Elerian
troops has granted them an impressive offense and defense force. While the
females are out fighting, the male section of the populace has refined the
mental powers to the point of offensive telepathy. This allows the Elerians
to
mentally breakdown a population to allow for a bloodless invasion. The
current government of the Elerians is feudal.
Their society is divided into castes, in which the members of the warrior
caste are the only ones allowed to hold political office. Members of the
warrior caste are also the only ones ever seen by outsiders. Besides this,
not much is known about the Elerian caste system.
The Draconis System, where their home planet Eleria is, sits on the
outreaches of the Alpha Quadrant on the left side of the galaxy. They have
little contact with any important empires and are not members of the
Federation. The Elerian Empire prefers neutrality in any conflict, although
are quick and fearless to defend their borders.
For example, a decade ago, the Federation accidentally placed one of their
border buoys behind the Elerian border. Outraged, a small band Elerian ships
reigned heavy damaged on a nearby Federation colony and held it for 2 months.
Not even a fleet of the same number of vessels could get the Elerians to
release the colony. Finally, the Federation sent an extremely long letter of
apology with a few tributes to satisfy Elerian honor. Since
then, relations between the Elerians and Federation have bettered, but not by
much.

Personal
The third and last child born in his family, Andrew grew up all around
the galaxy. His mother, a diplomatic ambassador, his father, a traveling
merchant, Andrew went everywhere. From Ferengenar to Vulcan, he saw places
other children only dreamed of. Half self taught and half taught by his
parents, knowledge was very important to him, although he never went to a
conventional school like other children.
Around age 18, he began noticing the Starfleet officers as he never had
before. He saw them as upstanding and honored, respected by all Federation
citizens. In the next few years, he began leaning more to a Starfleet career
and less to taking over his father's merchant business. So, at age 20, he
told his parents that he was going to The Academy. Thrilled with his
decision, his mother encouraged his actions, and was glad to see him become
one of the Federation's finest, and maybe someday follow in her footsteps.
Not so thrilled, his father's dreams of someone taking over the business were
crushed, but reluctantly encouraged him anyway.
After graduating from The Academy, Ian was assigned to the USS Potter,
a new ship, bustling with activity and new recruits. Excelling above the
rest, Ian was soon promoted to Lieutenant.
Happy with his life, and his decisions, Ian kept in constant contact
with his parents. Although his father wasn't thrilled with Ian's decision,
he eventually got over it and fully supported his youngest son. While he was
on the Potter, after a routine mission in the Tarin system, Ian got a call
from his one of his father's business associates, with grave news. His
parents' own ship had crashlanded after an engine malfunction.
Unfortunately, his mother didn't make it and his father was in critical
condition. He died just days later. Sending his mind into a rage, Ian began
to fail in his duties, which eventually resulted in a demotion and a transfer
to a deep space station.
Once on the station, his commanding officer recognized his talents,
despite his attitude, and sent him on an Intel mission. Details on this
mission are classified.

*Mental Evaluation
Shortly after his parents' deaths, Ian began failing in his duties and
disrespecting other officers (details regarding these incidents are
classified). This is thought to be out of anger and rage. Quelled over
time, Ian had times where he would snap, and cause harm to those around him,
emotionally and physically. These occurences are obsolete now. Sometimes,
Ian can be very distant in social situations, although this is not the case
most
of the time. His counselor and Commanding Officers have been notified of his
condition.

History:

Kyle entered Starfleet Academy on Stardate 90465.2. He immediately showed
promisein his major of warp field mecanics and his minor of piloting. He
took many engineering courses and was considered one of the best Engineers in
the Academy. After he was finished with the Academy he was assigned to the
USS Darkpath . He was assigned as an assistant engineer under LtjgCole.
When Cole transferred he continued on his way and became promoted to Ltjg.
He then went on the dangerous mission with the Romulans. His charges for
attacking Starfleet personell and stealing a Starfleet ship have been
dropped. He also has been made the Acting Chief Engineer where he plans to
serve proudly.
