PRE-ACADEMY BACKGROUND

Little is known of Thalia's years before attending Starfleet Academy. After
meeting the crew of the science vessel USS Falcon, investigating the Gamma
Quadrant six years ago, and discovering the philosophies of the Federation
matched her own, Thalia was invited by Captain Christopher Hunter to travel
back to the Alpha Quadrant when the Falcon returned to Federation space.
Thalia had a difficult time convincing the elders of her tribe
and the Council of Xephoph, the governing body of Xanth V, to allow her to
depart the planet due to their society being strict xenophobes and the
importance of females to their race. However, due to the defeat of the
Dominion, her persistence, her enthusiasm to explore the universe and her
dissatisfaction with her society, permission was finally granted.

Thalia journeyed to the Alpha Quadrant and subsequently has become the first
Xanthian to be admitted and graduated from Starfleet Academy. Because of this
development, and the armistice signed by the Dominion, Federation ambassadors
have been invited to Xanth V for an exchange of cultural information and to
open negotiation for membership to the Federation.

STARFLEET TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Due to Xanthians highly intelligent and metamorphic nature, Thalia was able
to thrive in the academy. The only exception to this was due to her lack of
information of other cultures. There were several instances of Thalia's
morphing abilities leading to miscommunication and due to her ignorance of
certain species characteristics, violence ensued and disciplinary procedures
were administered to both parties involved. However, through this incident
and
others, Thalia has learned restraint in exercising her natural abilities to
morph.

After leaving her planet, Thalia took full advantage of the new circumstances
and learning possibilities of the Academy. She sampled a variety of subjects,
eventually settling on extensive studies in xenobiology, archeology, and
trans-cultural music studies with advanced studies in operations systems and
various personal combat training.

It is the opinion of the Academy staff that she would make a capable officer
in any department of the ship with the following exceptions: Counselor (due
to her unfamiliarity with the Federation and the various species contained
within) and Engineering (due to personal aptitudes). Thalia has been approved
for the posting of Operations Assistant aboard the USS Agamemnon, commanded
by Captain Roel.

STARFLEET HISTORY

Ensign Thalia has been assigned to the USS Agamemnon in the post of
Operations Assistant as of Stardate 0101.12.

PERSONALITY PROFILE

Thalia is, from what we know of her species, highly uncharacteristic in her
personality traits. She is unusual in her curiosity to explore outside of her
world other cultures, species and the universe. Whereas the other Xanthians
encountered have been quiet and introspective, Thalia is outgoing,
mischievous and often stubborn. She does share with others of her race a
highly intellect and is quick to learn, adaptable to new situations and can
use her
inherent morphing abilities with great dexterity. She is intensely loyal to
individuals or causes she deems worthy and will defend her position or
opinion vehemently, although she is willing to listen to other's opinions on
the matter.

Thalia enjoys music and is a talented player of a Xanthian harp, called a
Shoth. She has a very pleasant, low timbre voice with which she is known to
sing. She has been known to sing without awareness in various circumstances,
perhaps as a diversion device for unknown and uncomfortable situations.
Senior staff should be aware of this so as to be able to take measures deemed
appropriate when this trait should arise. She gets great enjoyment and
satisfaction transposing music from other cultures to play on her Shoth.

Thalia is not mated and no arrangement has been made by her tribe for her to
do so. She has a natural flirtatiousness, but this is not to be construed as
propositional. She has the high libido drive of the females of her species,
but has chosen to follow with the wishes of her people and return home to
Xanth V when she wishes to take a mate.

Due to her lifetime of planetary isolation, she is sometimes overeager to try
new situations and has been known to act recklessly on occasion. She is also
eager to meet other races and learn about their cultures, and sometimes can
appear to be driven and obstinate when not able to achieve her goals.

Thalia's true appearance, as well as those of her species, is not known. Due
to the Prime Directive, Starfleet respects the privacy of the Xanthian race
in this matter. She has adopted the look of a humanoid female and maintains
the appearance at most times. Her true name is also known only to others of
her tribe and she has assured the ruling council of Xanth V that she will
maintain Xanthian traditions to the best of her abilities. It is known to
Starfleet that these conditions had to be met for the approval of Thalia to
leave her world. She has her rights to privacy protected under the Prime
Directive.

She is adaptable, hardworking and competent in her skills. It was noted at
the Academy that she tried to make friends due to her loneliness from being
the sole Xanthian in the Alpha Quadrant. Thalia sometimes can approach
individuals too strongly and persistently, to the frustration of others and
to her disappointment.

It is the opinion of the staff that she and her people will make a valuable
contribution to the Federation.

SPECIES ATTRIBUTES / CULTURAL BACKGROUND

Xanth V is a new planet only discovered six years ago in the Gamma Quadrant.
Xanthians had been a xenophobic race until that time and not much is known
about their cultural and species traits, except as demonstrated by Ensign
Thalia and what the crew of the USS Falcon reported on their first contact
report. Prime Directive has been invoked due to their culture's insistence to
privacy.

The true natural appearance of the Xanthian race is unknown. They are
metamorphic in nature. They have the inherent ability to change their size,
shape and density to any form they wish within seconds. They also seem to
have a natural deflection to telepathic probing (see First Contact report of
USS Falcon and Ensign Thalia's medical test results). During medical
evaluations prior to admittance to Starfleet Academy, Thalia's medical tests
reveal that she can morph to any living species and she acquires all the
physical and mental abilities of that species. This includes telepathic and
empathetic abilities of the brain and also strengths or weaknesses of that
species physical attributes. However, the intelligence, emotional and
personality traits of Thalia remained the same as they are in her usual
appearance of a lavender-skinned, blue-eyed humanoid female.

FIELD REPORT - USS FALCON

The following are unclassified exerpts from the First Contact report of USS
Falcon: "Xanthians have a quiet, introspective demeanor and there are few
exceptions to this species trait. Xanthians are not a religious people, at
least not any organized religion that we can observe. Xanthians are a highly
intelligent, intensely loyal metamorphic race. Have been observed changing
size, shape, even density of their appearance to a seemingly unlimited
variety of living creatures. Have observed that they are resistant to
telepathic probing. They do not seem to be a telepathic race, although when
morphed as a telepathic race, they have that ability.

Individuals claim rights to privacy of names. Only sharing their personal
name with members of their own tribe. They use a "public" name with all
others not of their tribe. Xanthians are tri-mated: two males and one female
to a household unit. This has developed due to a shortage of females born.
Females are very important to the continued survival of their race and are
highly regarded in social positions although in their private familiar life,
females and males hold the same status.

In matters of choosing a mate, the first male a female is mated to is chosen
by her Tribe, the second male is chosen by the female herself. Usually the
first male is asked his opinion and choice, but not always. However, no
matter how the second mate is chosen, both males have the same status in the
mating. Mating is for life, however, if tragedy should befall one of the
males, the survivors usually will choose a replacement. The reproduction
process
of the species is not yet known. Xanth V is governed by an elected body
called the Council of Xephoph. Elders of each tribe are in control of their
own tribes.

PRE-ACADEMY BACKGROUND:

Studies include archaeology, physics, science, art, history.  Served in
Andorian Military at 14.  Fought in Third Andorian Conflict at 15, achieving
rank of Second Leader.  Starfleet Equivalent - Commander.  During this
Conflict, Haven was mortally wounded and lay near death on the battlefield.

In what can only be described as a miracle at the time, he was visited by a
seemingly omnipotent being who restored Haven's health and vigor.  But not
without a price to be paid.  A symbiotic alien antibody was entered into his
bloodstream and now exists within him on a cellular level.  It has greatly
enhanced his healing abilities on a grand scale and sharply prevents his mind
from being probed by most telepaths.

He was honorably discharged upon cessation of hostilities to pursue Starfleet
career at 17 under protest of his family.  Haven removed himself from his
family structure under Andorian customs.

STARFLEET TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Studies include philosophy, Terran history, operations management, tactical
operations, security management.  Considered to be exceptionally intelligent,
finishing in the top two percent of his graduating class, Haven has advanced
skills in both Tactical and Operations and earned degrees in both, minoring
in Science and Engineering.

POST-ACADEMY TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Student of Vulcan Philosophy under Ambassador T'Pring on Vulcan for one year.
 Headed archaeological dig on the distant world of Cheron.  Assistant to
T'Pring at Tholian/Andorian Peace Accords conference on Earth.  Returned to
Vulcan to continue studies for one year prior to beginning official duty with
Starfleet.

STARFLEET HISTORY:

First assigned to USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D under recommendation of Commander
William T. Riker.  Served for three years aboard USS Enterprise until court
martial due to incidents occurring during a classified mission to the Mutara
sector.  This mission has since been named the "Genesis Factor."  Due to
complications resulting from the aforementioned mission, disciplinary action
was taken against Haven.

He was charged with assault of a superior officer and disobeying direct
orders from a superior officer.  Rather than be relieved of his duties as a
Starfleet officer, Haven accepted reduction in rank to Ensign as penalty for
his actions.  Haven believed that his actions were justified, but honorably
accepted the judgment of Captain Jean-Luc Picard and continued to be a
productive member of Starfleet.

Haven next served for some time aboard the USS Federation.  As Assistant
Chief Engineer, his Engineering skills were upgraded and put to extensive use
aboard that vessel which seemed to be under constant attack.  Growing
dissatisfied with life aboard USS Federation, he transferred to Starbase 12
to serve temporarily as Chief of Security there.  He was contacted by Captain
Richard Semino and was asked to join him aboard his ship,
a science vessel, USS Hermes, as Chief Tactical Officer.

Aboard the Hermes, Haven's life experiences went from everyday life aboard a
Starship, to the most life-threatening of situations.  Once, he nearly
sacrificed his own life to deter the destructive, murderous power of a
xenomorphic organism that killed and devoured several crewmen.  It was here
that three Starfleet Officers were witness to one of the most bizarre healing
experiences ever demonstrated.

The symbiote incorporated into Haven's bloodstream had emerged from within
and whipped about Haven in thick, black tendrils, covering him completely
like a caterpillar cocoons itself.  Emerging from the chrysalis some 48 hours
later, Haven stood completely healed and totally renewed.  No record of the
symbiote antibody's actions were made under direct orders of Commander Kyla
Raven.

The other officers involved, Chief Medical Officer Teena and Doctor Grant
were ordered to forget what they had seen.  Commanders Raven and Haven were
romantically involved and Haven has shown Raven the alien symbiote only once,
asking her not to reveal to anyone his special abilities.

Ship's Counselor Bethany Duncan found it odd that although (like the Ferengi)
most Andorians were difficult to read empathically, she could get no reading
from Haven whatsoever.  This would be consistent with the antibody's ability
to screen out most prying minds.  It is believed that the antibody uses this
particular ability to mask its presence.  To this date, it is not known the
limits of this symbiotic antibody or whether or not it can be removed
from Haven. One such attempt proved unsuccessful.

Jar'Tan came in contact with another Andorian who has changed the way he
looks at life and life around him.  Thala, who is blind, but has sight
through means of a sensor net she wears, sees things in ways Haven never
could.  The adopted daughter of his former colleague, Selar, came to visit
Haven as her handicap would not permit her to visit the world of her parents
origin, Andor.  His task was to give Thala experiences and education among
her own
kind.

Thala and Haven have grown together, both as individuals, and as friends.
 She had confessed her love for him, Haven was hesitant to return the woman's
feelings for fear of something happening to her.  The two were almost always
seen together.  Although she was his student and his closest friend, there
remained a part of himself that would not allow himself to love her as
anything more than a best friend.

After serving his Captain and crew unswervingly for some time, Haven left the
Hermes to assist on the designs of a new class of Starship being called
Infinity Class. His Engineering and Tactical knowledge were invaluable in
this ship's design and will be a major factor in the construction of
Starfleet's newest breed of ship for the dawn of the 25th Century.  Note: The
Infinity Class vessels have since been put on moratorium until further
notice.  Although no design flaws were found, Lieutenant Commander Haven has
stated that this is due to a prejudice he believes Starfleet has against him.

After spending time away from Starfleet and day to day stresses induced,
Haven spent time on Vulcan with Thala and her mother Selar.  He visited Earth
once more with Thala and then took to the stars again for his home on Andor
to visit his dying father.  While there, several incidents arose involving
both Jar'Tan and Thala.  As a result, he has since given up his familial
legacy and the world of his birth, swearing never to return.  Note: It has
been recorded recently that Miss Thala was attacked by several of Haven's own
brothers, one of which Haven murdered in defense of Thala.  Under the Prime
Directive, Starfleet had no authority to intervene in this matter and no
charges were filed against Haven.  Updated on SD0101.13

In-between assignments, Haven was asked to rejoin the crew of the new
Sovereign Class vessel USS Enterprise NCC-1701-E by Captain Jean-Luc Picard
as the new Chief of Security and Tactical. Due to the events that took place
on Andor, his departure window was missed and another officer was assigned
the post, much to both Haven's and Picard's disappointment.

Haven was recalled once more to serve aboard the USS Federation under the
command of Captain Ariell St. Duiex as Operations Manager, Helmsman and
Second Officer.  After serving there in the best capacity possible under an
increasingly difficult environment, events there forced the Andorian's hand
to leave the vessel for the second time.  Feeling unappreciated and denied
his opportunity to advance to the rank of First Officer, Haven resigned
his post from USS Federation stating Starfleet had prejudices against
Andorians commanding Federation Starships.  Note: Commander Haven has
maintained this opinion to this day.  Updated on SD0101.13

It seems whenever Commander Haven leaves one ship, he is quickly recalled for
duty.  USS Eclipse Captain Rebecca Akerio, a longtime friend who had served
with Haven twice on USS Federation during both of his tours there, recruited
the officer to her vessel as she felt what other Captains had lost would be
her gain.

His stoic manner, efficiency and straightforwardness had been attributes she
had always admired in him.  She also knew he was a man who got the job done
with very few, if any, questions.  She offered him the post of Operations
Manager, a job he had performed time and again without fail.  He accepted the
post, an apparently needed position, and soon after was promoted to Second
Officer.

It is in this capacity that Haven seems to excel most.  While Operations is
as a secondary reflex to Haven, his command abilities, coupled with his
military experience, make him an excellent third in command.  While Haven
personally feels that Starfleet bears an unwarranted prejudice against
Andorians, he is confident that he will one day get his own command.  Note:
Haven has since withdrawn the concept of attaining a command of his own.

As with most Andorians, Haven is an above average hand to hand combatant, and
a savage but skilled warrior. He is proficient with all forms of weapons, and
can defend himself with precision accuracy should the cause arise. His
collection of ancient weapons was shown prominently on Andor in the Museum of
Shras, but has been removed and is now displayed on Earth at San Francisco's
Starfleet Academy.  Note: Haven has since removed the display from the
Academy and its whereabouts are unknown.  Updated on SD0101.13

Due to the Breen attack on Earth during the Federation Alliance/Dominion War,
Haven, like many other Starfleet Officers volunteered his services to assist
in the restoration of both Starfleet Command and Starfleet Academy. He went
to Earth for three weeks and helped in the rebuilding process. Not an easy
task by any means. He felt that it was his responsibility to try and pay back
a little of what Starfleet had invested in him so many years ago.

With Starfleet Command and the Academy now rebuilt, the war having ended with
an armistice signed by the Dominion, Haven was placed in temporary command of
the USS Renegade by Admiral T. Z. Serling as its Captain.  He would deliver
the Ambassador class vessel and it's crew to Admiral Bill Ross who was
assisting with the relief effort on Cardassia.  After transferring command of
USS Renegade to Admiral Ross, Haven requested to remain
aboard her until he could find another vessel on which to serve.

With the notion of being placed into the command structure of the Eclipse
becoming less and less a reality, with the arrival of a new Captain in his
absence, Haven decided that his talents and experience would be of better use
someplace else.  The Eclipse was now a less desirable place for him to be.  A
call placed to both Admirals Serling and Nacheyev (and the cashing in of a
favor) got both Haven and his Orion companion (Chief of
Earth Sciences - First Lieutenant Rylene Sadrac) an extended tour of duty
aboard the USS Renegade.  Shortly after, they were both granted a well-earned
furlough where the two ventured upon an archaeological dig in the Sudan of
Egypt on Earth.

Six weeks later, and somewhat rested, both Lieutenant Commander Haven and
First Lieutenant Sadrac now serve aboard the USS Agamemnon under the command
of Captain Makor Jaren, coming highly recommended.  Haven returns to a role
he is all too familiar with, Chief Tactical Officer, coupled with the duties
of Chief of Security.  Miss Sadrac continues on in her capacity as a Chief of
Anthropological / Paleontological / Archaeological Sciences (Earth
Sciences).

In the eight months Haven has been aboard USS Agamemnon, with the change of
command now going to Captain Roel Jere, he has been awarded several medals
for performance but has shunned most of them.  Andorian customs seem to deem
awards (such as medals) as frivolous and unnecessary.  Haven was also posted
as Second Officer on or about Stardate 0005.01.

His term as Second Officer over after Stardate 0008.01, Haven took a leave of
absence shortly afterwards to spend time alone in the Pacific Northwest area
of North America.  Following that, he oversaw the refit of the USS Agamemnon
after it had been nearly destroyed a few months prior.  Upon his return to
the Agamemnon, Haven moved into the Operations Manager position once more
where his expertise in this field is invaluable.
 Note: With the recent placement of an Assistant Operations Officer,
Commander Haven has taken on the duties of Acting Chief Science Officer until

PERSONALITY PROFILE:

Jar'Tan Haven is typically a soft-spoken, quiet and reserved individual like
most Andorians.  While he comes off as a seemingly embittered individual, it
is not the case in fact.  Haven is considered brutally honest and extremely
straightforward.  He is an insightful, adaptable, dependable self-starter
with the ability to work independently. He has also proven himself to be a
resourceful, detail-oriented problem solver.  In past events, he placed his
own life in peril in order to restore a damaged Warp drive system, nearly
sacrificing his life in the process.  He seems to put the ship and crew above
his own personal needs.  This seems to be a trait inherent in his race.

While he tends to shun most ship activities and festivities, he can often be
found harnessing his fighting skills in one of the gymnasiums.  He also
spends much of his free time alone in his quarters, or in the company of
Rylene Sadrac.  He is a seemingly even-tempered individual who is not
difficult to approach, but still remains somewhat standoffish.  It should be
noted that Haven is not a person to be angered.  Andorians, as soft-spoken as
they
may be, are ruthless debaters and are historically known to never back down
from an argument or a fight.  Note: Haven has earned the name of "The Grim
One" due to his stoic manner and his seeming lack of a sense of humor.

SPECIES ATTRIBUTES:

Andorians are a blue-skinned race of beings with thick white hair and blue or
violet eyes. Their most prominent feature are their antennae that rest atop
their heads. Their antennae are used mostly for audio/visual and enhance both
senses greatly. They are the only insectoid/humanoid species in the
Federation. They have a tough exoskeleton-like exterior that makes them
resistant to most hand-to-hand blows and low settings of Phasers. The
Andorian
warrior heritage is reputable for being the most savage and brutal warriors,
quite possibly surpassing the Klingons.

Andorian mating habits are somewhat unusual, as seem to be a most propagative
race. The females are considered women by the age of eight and are ready for
marriage and breeding. On Andor it is not uncommon for a young female to
marry an older male. Andorians marry and breed at a very young age, by Terran
standards. The women are fertile and ready for marriage by the age of 8.
Although childlike in appearance, they are considered to be adult by
Andorian standards.

They have had several civil wars in their ancient and recent past. It is only
recently that the Andorians have found some sense of what can only be
described as a cessation of all hostilities. The tensions are ever high
amongst their people, and it is the hope of the Federation that a sense of
true peace and harmony will be attained on Andor and the Andorian colonies
spread throughout the Federation.

CLASSIFIED AND FOR EYES ONLY

Note: It is rumored that Haven has been approached several times to join an
as yet to be officially confirmed nor denied branch of Starfleet known only
as Section 31.  Each time, Haven has supposedly declined such offers,
however, it should be noted that there have been several "unofficial"
incidents surrounding Commander Haven's extracurricular activities that may
warrant further examination.

Note: Upon recent physical examination of Commander Haven, there have been
several inconclusive speculations surrounding the mysterious alien symbiotic
antibody
(ASA) that inhabits Haven's physical body on an almost genetic level. One
doctor's notes included the following statement:

"The foreign cells within Commander Haven do not seem to impair him from
performing his day to day functions nor do they limit his physicality in any
way.  Upon physical examination, Commander Haven's stamina, endurance,
agility and strength have been greatly enhanced as well as his normal senses.
 Appearing
only under microscopic examination, the cells do not seem to register via
conventional methods of examination, i.e., medical Tricorders, biobed
scanners.  It is a strong possibility that this species of microcellular
organism uses this ability to mask it's presence.  It is highly possible to
assume, and not totally improbable, that Mister Haven may at times be
rendered undetectable by conventional methods.

Upon further examination of the cells inhabiting Lieutenant Commander Haven's
biocmolecular/genetic makeup, I can offer no viable solution as to removing
them from him or as to what their origin may be.  The cells are to be
classified as of unknown origin and no further tests will be performed.

This is a medical conundrum for which I have no explanation."

Like many (former) DTI agents, he is quirky and has an odd sense of humor,

Personal Back ground Information

Ian was adopted shortly after the death of his parents when he was but six
Terran years of age (Note* every effort was made to find relatives on Romulas
that could care for the boy, none could be found. Little is known about his
real parents other than the fact that the Tal Shiar may have had a hand in
their death or some other faction .)
In order to give the child somewhat a normal childhood, Captain Kaill and his
wife Commander Kaill opted to care for the child. After a year of Federation
red tape they were given permission to adopt the boy. They renamed him Ian
Michael Kaill, he was sent to some of the finest Schools on Earth. He

High school with high honors and was later excepted to Starfleet Academy. But
getting into the Academy was the hard part, Because the fact Ian is of
Romulan blood by birth, made a few in Starfleet a bit nervous but Ian took
the entrance exam anyway and passed. During his first year, his mother was
given a commission of her own, and promoted to Captain, six months into her
journey, transmissions from her ship ceased and young Ian became somewhat
withdrawn from his studies, thanks to a caring staff and many friends the boy
graduated with honors and was assigned to the USS VENGEANCE.

Lieutenant Commander Ian M. Kaill is charge with theft of a Starfleet
shuttle and disobeying a direct order to stand down. He is also charged with
damage to the inner and outer hull of the shuttle bay on board the USS NOVA.
He is also charged with striking a fellow officer and punching his Captain in
the face and breaking his CO's nose and arm during the struggle.
He was later taken down by ships security forces and placed under arrest.
Lieutenant Commander Kaill was given treatment in medical and was later
released and held in the brig on board the USS NOVA. The ship later docked at
DS9 where a trial was held via subspace as do to the nature of the Nova's
mission in that quadrant this prevented them from going to Earth. Once on
DS9 Lieutenant Commander Kaill received a psychological Evaluation.

Medical findings stated he was distressed and not in a mental state to make a
calm or rash decision. He had received word his fathers ship was destroyed
and that he was either deceased or (MIA) Kaill asked permission to go and
seek out information about why or how it had happened. This was denied by his
captain, the CO stating to Lieutenant Commander Kaill that if their current
mission didn't prevented them from making such a journey it would have
been granted. Ian later that evening overrode the security codes and gained
control of and proceeded to steal the shuttle. He was later detained and is
now being charged.

CLASSIFIED
Lieutenant Commander Ian M. Kaill received a reduction in rank to Ensign,
confined to quarters unless on duty. No consumption of alcohol for 190 days.
Counseling is recommend. He also was incarcerated for four months.
He will be transferred to the USS Hermes for Temporary duty assignment until
further notice from Starfleet as to a permeant placing within the Federation.

her culture while living on Earth. As a child, Danielle was always with her
twin brother, Victor. The two were never alone. They went through school
together, and shared all their life experiences.
As she got older, Danielle developed an interest in medicine, while Victor
set his sights on engineering. The two eventually began to find their own
hobbies and interest. Due to the fact they were so close, Danielle could not
bring herself to attend Starfleet Academy without her brother. At the urging
of her father, Danielle was finally convinced, and entered the Academy.
After four long years of training, Danielle Ilro was offered a post as a
field physician at a distant outpost. She worked there for about a year
before transferring to Starbase Ormond as the Head Nurse. Danielle was very
happy on the station, as it was not nearly as isolated at Outpost Henley. She
worked very hard, and was eventually promoted to Assistant Chief of Medical.
However, seven months after the promotion, Lieutenant Junior Grade Ilro was
sent on a special away mission. A planet under the Federation's protection
came under attack by internal warfare from a rebel sect, fueled and supported
by the Romulans. The leader of the world had been taken prisoner. However,
the Juhlanri (the rebel sect), was allowing Federation diplomats and medical
personnel inside their main compound. Danielle Ilro was inside when
peace talks broke down. All Federation personnel were rounded up and taken as
prisoners.
Despite the situation, Danielle fell in love with Lieutenant Ben Britcher.
He had been one of the diplomats assigned to the area, who had also been
taken prisoner. They became very close, and were secretly married by Captain
Gregory Virosho (who was a diplomat as well as Ben's captain). Danielle
Britcher soon found herself pregnant with their son.
Dorian Michael Britcher was born three weeks before the prisoners of the
Juhlanri were released. It had taken ten months to liberate the prisoners,
and unfortunately, Ben Britcher did not make it out alive. He was shot by one
of the remaining Juhlanri guards just feet from the rescue shuttle. Danielle
grieved for many months, even though she had only known her husband less than
a year.
After the devastating loss of her husband, Danielle was promoted to full
lieutenant. A few months after that, she was made Chief Medical Officer.
Finding that Starbase Ormond was too close for comfort to warring worlds,
Danielle Britcher decided to move her and her son, Dorian, to a starship. She
was soon transferred to the U.S.S. Agamemnon under Captain Roel Jere.
Danielle served on the Agamemnon for many months as the Chief Medical
Officer. For once she felt a sense of purpose and safety, until an attack by
an alien upon the ship. Lieutenant Britcher had begun to have feelings for
Commander Synth. Both he and her son Dorian were almost severely injured
during the attack. Danielle was frightened into returning to Earth with her
son where they'd be safe.
The next few months were spent serving as a physician to various
ambassadors staying at the Federation embassy. However, Danielle was very
unhappy and alone. She missed the friendship and relationships she had
created on the U.S.S. Agamemnon. Danielle Britcher realized that it was
pointless to transfer every time she encountered danger. Deciding to get
ahold of her fears, Lieutenant Britcher asked to be reposted to the U.S.S.
Agamemnon, under,
the now Captain, Alexander Synth. Her application was accepted, and she again
packed her belongings and returned.

Carissa grew up much like most children, with her mother and father. Until

them, undetected.

and slight leakage from the fuel assembly. The fuel was unknown and
determined harmful in large doses but the small leak only put him into stasis
and his pod
floated in space for 50 years. At the time he was 19 Terran years of age. The
visual logs from the pod revealed the cause of the damage, A Borg ship. After
months of psychological evaluations and therapy Felix begin to piece together
the story of his homeworld and the Borg attack. According to his story and
the logs it would seem that his entire race was destroyed or assimilated by
the Borg. Two years after he was found and deemed fit, he joined
Starfleet.

Advanced mental abilities:
Ensign BlackHawk possesses both empathic and telepathic powers of an overly
developed Vulcan and Betazoid being. He is usually able to read one's mind
and sense one's emotions. Starfleet has categorized his advanced mental
abilities as an obstruction of justice because of an incident were Alexander
used his powers against orders and caused a breach of promise. Ensign
BlackHawk also has ascertained another mental ability, telekinetic authority.
This
mental power is developed but not dangerous, the heaviest item that Alexander
BlackHawk has every moved using these telekinetic powers are about twenty
pounds. Instantaneous draining him of physical energy, heavier items are not
to be even attempted without medical supervision.

Advanced physical abilities:
Ensign BlackHawk, because of his engineered self has an incredible
regenerative ability. All physical lacerations are regenerated 320% faster
than a usual human. And his immune system has an incredible adaptation rate
of over 340% efficiency over normal humans. His genetic code, perfected, has
eliminated any possibility of inherited illnesses, since the templet for his
DNA strand had no inner relative similarities Ensign Alexander BlackHawk will
not
and could not possibly suffer from neurological decay or spinal deficiency.
His metabolism is also in a state of constant hyper action. It takes nearly
twice the amount of daily requirements of vitamins and minerals to properly
energize Ensign Alexander BlackHawk. And all though only 14, Alexander
BlackHawk possesses stronger, more complex muscles leaving him to be as
strong as a man twice his weight.

Personal History

Samuel Levall is the son of William Levall, a retired Star Fleet Admiral, and
Janessa Cray, currently a commander in Star Fleet. He was raised by his
mother, traveling a great deal with her. He remained with her until the age
of 15, when he decided to search out his father and get to know him.
William Levall is the result of a genetics program to test human ability. 
Many of his attributes were passed on to his son.  William was able to teach
Samuel how to control his physical abilities. While not as developed at his
fathers, they were definitely much greater than the average human. In
addition, it is known that Samuel has inherited his father’s unusual
physiological responses to high stress environments. Samuels’s reaction to
stress turned out to be the one thing that would be his greatest hindrance in
Starfleet. He was almost kicked out of the academy, after a near fatal
accident almost cost the life of one of Levall’s classmates. Luckily, his
other abilities, mostly his high intelligence and adaptability kept him in
Starfleet, but only after one year in a Starfleet penal facility. Samuel
later graduated from Starfleet Academy with honors, being fourth in his
class.
Due to his unusual heritage, his father being a genetically altered human and
his mother being half Bajoran, it is unknown of Samuel will develop any
psionic abilities. However, it does appear that he does have some
“subconscious” ability.

Wings ARE NOT something Gressa was born with. Gressa had stoped
near a rougher patch of the, rough, somewhat carpet like wall covering just
past one of the turbolifts, and rubbed her upper back and shoulders against
it to get at an itch. Purring at the delightful feel. The bit of wall she was

rubbing against phased out behind her, a freak incident, but it felt as if
she
had been attached to the wall somehow, and couldn't pull away. From
behind the wall, she swore she could hear a loud bird like, terrified and
pained screeching. As the wall began to phase in again behind her, she pulled

loose.... with an addition firmly implanted where she had been 'attached'
to the wall. The large wings of an eagle type bird on her back. Fully
functional, strong, and complete with bones, muscles and nerves.
They were black as her pelt of soft fur, with an sixteen foot span between
them. The inside area of the wings has a light silver -black sheen.

NOTE: Gressa doesn't speak well. This is due to her much more
panther like face. She can't articulate well. Used to feline speaking.
She where's a modified translator around her neck. It's thin and
fit's the curve of the front of her neck, just over the voice box.
Translating her feline speech, to klingon or standard english.
The sound is mildly electronic.

The House of G'Bcyn

The House of G'Bcyn is a Minor Family Line of original fannish creation.The
G'Bcyn family line has always been one of innovators and trainers. Our
oldest stories and earliest records tell us that our Family worked the land,
and later, the ocean fields; and taught our people. We understand that "a
hungry man does not learn"; so the production of our fields encouraged our
successes in training others, and thus we built our reputation on Kronos.

To work our lands, often remote from civilization, we had to protect it
ourselves.
This led us to develop at least one martial art, as well as a couple of
weapons. Subsequently, we can now count several heroes in House G'Bcyn among
those
who have fought and died for the Emperors. It is another tribute to our
ancestors
that a Form evolved from our martial arts which is still taught by some of
our family today, and many others.

Our family line has always strongly believed that "Knowledge is Power" and
so,
often contrary to others, we strived to educate even the least, enabling all
of us
together to cause the Empire to grow stronger. Some of the family line have
even become Advisors to the Emperors - to assist our leaders. Other family
members
became physicians to study how we could make ourselves stronger still, and to

learn how to best defeat our enemies. Other individuals lent their ideas and
skills
to the production of the Fusion races, foreseeing the benefits that these
could
offer to all of us. There are a few among the Fusions that have honoured
House
G'Bcyn by taking our name and bringing their knowledge and skills to us -
enabling
us to learn from them as well. In everything we have attempted, we have
sought
to bring glory, not to ourselves,but rather to build a stronger Empire. Kai

There is great symbolism in the G'Bcyn Family crest; the rising spiral around
the Homeworld graphically represents every individual's life. Though many
things in
life are cyclical, our preceeding experiences affect the start of every
recurring
cycle's effect on us, therefore, we enter the new cycle at a higher
perspective
than the previous time. This should be our new aim. Wrapping the spiral
around
the Homeworld, overtop of the trefoil, reminds us that we are always
Klingon.
The starlit night sky reminds us of our home, our myths and stands as a goal
for our dreams.

officers opinion that Roc will make an adequate officer, but this wall he

            After graduating 3rd inhis class at Starfleet, Spencer was
assigned to the Utopia Planetia Shipyardsas an Ensign. Spencer learned a lot
from that experience. Learning first handabout the ships in Starfleet, how
they are built was areas are more vulnerablethen others. Spencer spent 3
years there, before he was posted aboard aSovereign class ship as a Lt. Under
the careful eye he was Chief Engineerbefore to long. He surpassed the
Chief that was there, and when that lady wasposted elsewhere he got her job.
2 more years passed as he learned ways to makeEng. more stable and more
efficient. He was promoted 2 days before being postedaboard a Defiant class
ship. As a Fst. Lt. he was placed in Tactical, it wasnot to long before his
hard work and studding paid off. He became the ChiefTactical Officer aboard
that ship.
               As the C.T.O. he learned some rather interesting maneuvers and
thingsthat he didn’t know about. His studies kept going, as he wanted to know
allabout these ships. Since he was at the Utopia Planetia Shipyards he had
athirst for the knowledge about the different departments and how things
worked.  Spencer spent 4 more years aboard thatDefiant class ship, where when
he was posted once again it was to a Galaxyclass ship.
Upon boarding the ship he went to submit his orders and arrived toa large
gathering of new shipmates and old shipmates. He was promoted toCommander,
and took the slot of second officer, since there was already a firstofficer.
Not to his knowledge but the Capt. of this ship was not on this ship,and had
been at Starfleet medical under some sort of care. 6 months passed andnews
came to the ship that the Capt. had passed away. I really didn’t know
himto well, but from the response from his crew he was an honorable man.
Withthat, the Commander was promoted to Capt. and I was given the choice to
stay asthe XO. I was honored to receive the position, but Starfleet had
differentideas for me. Orders came through and I was on my way to the USS
Agamemnon,where I would be the XO on that ship.
