NAME: Gul Akar

SPECIES: Cardassian

CHARACTER: Charming and thick on the charisma, but a tad subversive

POSITION: Captain of the Cardassian warship Brekesh, adjutant advisor to the
Gitampa Council

LOCATION: Near Cardassia, although he does embark on occasional diplomatic
missions

Personal History
Akar is not a very unique Cardassian, meaning that he has done what is
required for the Military and done it well. A few years ago he was granted
command of a warship, and since then has been involved in numerous
engagements, some in the DMZ. He is exceedingly charismatic and a skilled
politician. He is also known for being very sneaky as well, always "having an
Ace up his sleeve".

Personal History:
Lambdi was left as an orphan in Stanford, California, and nothing is
known of her origin. Asides from being a humanoid, the orphanage left no
definite source of her race. Around the age of 4 her empathic abilities were
discovered, and around 16 she was discovered to be an empathic metamorph,
able to change her personality according to the thoughts and feelings of
those around her. This is when she was suspected to be Kriosian.

StarFleet history:
She attended and graduated from Star Fleet academy in the non-military
division. She continued teaching and research there working in Comparitive
Cults and Religions. Her thesis on the Bjoran faith, "Origin of the
Prophets," is considered to be the definitive source on the subject. She is
currently working on a translation of the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition,
attempting to discover the non-capitalistic roots of this race's rules and
tenets. She usually stays in San Francisco, but is available for special
missions where her expertise may be required

NAME: Q (also, if you can get him to admit it, Martin)
SPECIES: Q
CHARACTER: a Q thrown out of the continuim because of bad behavior, however,
this Q managed to keep most of his powers

Brief:
Q was kicked out of the continuim because he destroyed an entire Romulan
fleet for no good reason. Since then, he harbors a vengeance against all
Romulans, who, in his opinion, deserved their destruction. However, recent
contact with the Federation (namely the USS AGAMEMNON) have made Q realize
that perhaps Romulans can be reasonable... maybe. He's not convinced of
mankind's achievements, so he is constantly watching, trying to determine if
mankind is worth watching.

Other: Incredibly resourceful. Possesses the many talents of a man who has
successfully eluded countless attempts both on his life and to capture him
for
many years.

Background:
<Starfleet Note: Most of the information gathered about Scarabis was
obtained
from a captured minion of his named Griffen Jackal. Scarabis killed Jackal's
parents when he was a mere child, and raised him until his capture at the age
of
22. Jackal was then given the option of providing this information and
joining
Starfleet, or to be sent to a penal colony. Jackal has now taken command of
the
USS Hermes. The logs of the interrogators who prepared this report clearly
state
that none of this information was given willingly. For further information,

Rathic Scarabis has been a fugitive from the Federation, and virtually every
other
known race in the galaxy for over 30 years. He commands a band of space
pirates, from his refitted cruiser the Pragmatic, but there are many vessels
in his
flight group. Most are small, fighter class vessels that are launched from
the
Pragmatic, but at different periods of contact, he was known to travel with
smaller
military vessels scavenged from various civilizations. He strikes without
warning,
and always seems to know even the most classified details about the shipments
he
is plundering. He is a master tactician, who executes his piracy with
surgical
precision.

The Pragmatic should be treated by approaching vessels as a well armed Battle
cruiser, with at least Ambassador Class destructive power. Scarabis is
incredibly
gifted at co-opting the technology of all of the races upon which he is a
parasite,
and has culled the best of the lot in terms of offensive and defensive
weaponry.
Starfleet disabled and captured the Pragmatic once, on stardate 9104.23, but
failed to capture Scarabis, and the ship was hijacked before it ever made it
to
drydock to be examined. Since that date, the Pragmatic and it's rogue fleet
have
pillaged over 62 cargo transports, weapons shipments, and monetary transfers.

The psychological profile of Scarabis is incomplete, but it is known that he
is
ruthless, and that he possesses a side that would prefer to act as father to
a young
captive rather than kill him, as was the case with Jackal. He is a
taskmaster, and
is very demanding of his subordinates. He undoubtably envisions a greater
role
for himself than merely pilfering other's riches, but his grand scheme
continues to
elude our analysts. It goes without saying that the stability of the Alpha
and Beta
Quadrants (his only known haunts so far) would be greatly increased by his
capture.

Brief:
Mr. Rayder is a security and covert operations specialist. He is a
specialist in guerilla type activities, mostly involving hostile enemys. He
is a security expert. He is called in as a specialist, to be used in certain
extreme situations. He is a man who can be givin a mission and resources,
who will then complete the mission. Just tell him what you want done, he
will coordinate with you and get it done. He choses his men personaly, and
asembles teams. Think of him as a future seal specialist.

Brief:
'Korh was the Chief of Military Operations on the High Council of Namuh
before the implemtation of AI Houses of Repayment after the Molodor-Namuh

destroying things all over the place. He preaches "Anarchic Government" and

Background:
Daise'erei'riov Sannok Paynar ir'Garid t'Elod was born on Garid. He was born
into a rich family. His father was a tal'Shiar officer, and his mother served
in the Garidian senate. Garid is a direct member of the Rihan star empire,
and when Sannok applied to the Galea medical academy he was accepted. He
studied for a short time and was assigned to intern at the Galea medical
command school. After a promotion, he served on two ships in the fleet and
then was commisioned into the Galea command school. He
graduated and served as Centurion and Acting Daise'Centurion on a scout
Vessel, and then letter he was promoted to command of the RES Aehallh (RES
Nightmare). The small scout ship has a crew of 25, and is armed with four
phasers, a plasma torpedeo launcher, and a cloak. He has had several
incidents with the Cardassian Star Empire, and harbors a hatred for the
Federation as well. He is responsable for the destruction of the Federation
Outpost 53 during the recent Romulan incursion, and has also destroyed
the Oberth class USS Platinum, and the Vorch'a class strike cruiser IKC
Warrior's Heart, which was a major achievement for him. He is well versed in
medical and command tactics, and is devious, and a good liar. He is to be
considered extremely dangerous and Federation personell have orders to
destroy his vessel on sight in Federation space, and chase back to Rihan
space if sighted in the Neutral Zone. That is all currently available on
Sannok Paynar ir'Garid t'Elod.
