Stan Lemon started Starfleet academy looking for adventure. Before
he joined he designed ships on a mini computer he had. Those designs were
unique. He wanted to learn more so he tried talking his parents into sending
him to the acadmeey for Research and Developement. His parents refused. One
day while sitting in down town Risa an officer by teh Name of Smitty (Fstlt
at the time)saw his designs and sugested he go to the school. Stan explained
how he couldn't. Smitty took several of these
designs to his base where they recruited him. {stan} After he completed
normal R&D they sent him to Starfleet Academey. Then to Advanced classes.
Eventually He came to SB Everest to serve in R&D.

Starfleet Career:
Stan Entered starfleet after his R&D classes. He was rectuited by
an R&D officer. His goal was to bring Lemon to a position where he could
help the R&D. Eventually Together Lemon became a fine officer. Some of his

Wolf359, at the age of twenty-two. He's very emotional about his brother's
death and the only person he'll talk to about it is his Trill cousin, Lee
Grant. He is now an uncle to her twins.

Michael is the son of Christian and Annabel St. Croix. Christian is a
Federation Ambassador, while Annabel is deceased. Annabel was killed when a
renegade Q interfered in the affairs of a transport ship. To amuse himself
he had the ship destroyed. As punishment the Continuum had the Q stripped of
his powers. Those powers were then bestowed on Michael when he was a
Freshman Cadet. Michael was allowed to keep his mortal lifestyle in return
for being an observer of human behavior for the Continuum.
However, his allegiance is to the Federation first and foremost.
Michael was born and raised in Algeria. He has one sister, Monet, who is
still in the Academy to become a Doctor. He was always a bright student.
But all through the Academy he was under constant suspicion because of his
status as a Q. But his record is spotless. Only the Administrators and
teachers knew of his being a Q. Michael keeps it very quiet. None of his
fellow Cadet's knew. And he will not use his powers unless it is absolutely
necessary. Even then he will only do the minimum to get
the job done.
After his graduation, Mike was heavily recruited. His first choice was to

I would like to learn a little more on the stars and their civilizations. I
would like to know how the
different civilizations on the planets get along. Following the power class
in the Academy, I
learned a little more on tricorders and how they work. I would like to
establish some type of
tricorder that would track a specific person on a planet that would be maybe
1 light year away. I
am currently working on one, but all tests so far have failed. This
tricorder searches for a
specific DNA strand in a body. I will (after I make the tricorder that does
this) have to consult the
medical staff and ask if I can use their computer (which has millions of DNA
strand resources in
it) to input the information strands into the permanent memory of the
tricorder settings (by the
way, I learned a little bit about medical computers while I was taking a
training class in
Astronomy from a friend).

I thought up the idea of the wheel at one (which I later found out was
already made) and I was a
great student at my elementary school, where I invented many useful things
which I still use
today. My professors at the Academy proclaimed me 'the most inventive
student of the year'.
I cannot converse with an aggresive person who is mad all of the time, for
it is hard to
converse when a person is yelling at me and barking out orders at me!
I love to invent new things, and I love to search the stars and wonder about
them al
night. I OFTEN go to the hollodeck, where I have made a program which names
all of the stars I
have leaned and displays them in a planetarium-like way.
I grew up on the planet Hemenium, where I disovered many interesting forms
of plant
life in my childhood. Each night, I would never miss the above circling
object that was always in
the sky. I asked my father what it was, and he said it was a giant star base
called 'Everest'. I
was very interested in this 'Everest' thing and I would never miss it every
night. I kept track of its
course every night, seeing how Hemenium changes its position a little each
night. I made a
couple of drawings of what I thought the star base looked like. Finally, at
the age of eighteen, I
got to see what it looked like in pictures at the nearest Academy. I then
took many classes, and
I only flunked in power inductor chips. After I came ouyt of the Academy, I
decided I wanted to
be stationed near my home planet. That only meant that I wanted to be
stationed at Star Base
Everest! I thank Everest for letting me in as the first Hemen at their Star
Base.

Starfleet Academy
Ashley entered the academy at the age of 18. She took a few extra years
taking elective classes in order to take a double major, science and
engineering. Her senior thesis was her theory on time travel devices.
Ashley was transferred to Counseling from Research and Developement
while stationed on SB Everest. Her experiences as well as academy courses
have clearly qualified her for this position. She has taken part in several
refresher courses as well as seminars given by SF Academy to prepare her for
this position.

Background
Ashley Fox was born in England, but travelled with her parents
throughout the world. Her father was a scientist, her mother an engineer.
She grew up with a brother and a sister both of whom are older than her. She
is the first member of her family to join starfleet, and that she did with a
high degree of opposition. Her sister had joined SF also, and Amber served
aboard the USS Kemo Sabay. However, the ship, was destroyed on a mission,
and Amber lives on in her sister's memory.
Ashley is developing her mental abilites with the assistance of her
close friend and colleague Jack Kirmina. Telekinesis, telepathy,
pyrokenesis, are just a few of them, these being the strongest of her
abilities. She has a fear of fire, which ironically, makes her control her
pyrokenesis with absolute seriousness.
Recently, Jack and Ashley took part in a Cr'Salien ritual that bonded
them as brother as sister. They now share a mental link through which they
could hear each other's thoughts, and see through the other's eyes. This
link can be blocked at will by either one of them.
She has a passion for reading, writing, and spent much of her time deep
sea diving.
She joined Starfleet so she could study and work with the top experts in
research.
She requested the counselor's position in order to better serve her
crewmates. Her work in R&D was fascinating, but after her sister's death,
she could no longer focus on the work they once shared. In order to cope
better, Ash realizes that she had to focus on something more serious than her
sister's death. Everyone else's problems.

Personal History: Cori was born in Alaska, her family had lived there for
generations, making a living off the tourism industry there. She spent most
of her childhood learning and helping her mother give tours of the Alaskian
wildlife until she just grew tired of it. She applied to Starfleet Academy
without telling her parents, and when she was accepted fought tooth and nail
to leave home. With the assistance of her older brother Derik, her parents
gave in and let her have her way.

Starfleet Academy: Cori spent most of her time studying and not much of it
socializing. The little socializing she did was mostly to accompany her
roommates when they didn't want to go anywhere alone. She most always came
up with some disappearing act to avoid everyone. No one ever realized until
after she was gone that she had given them the slip once more. She even
pulled this on a fielding outting for one of her survival classes during her
freshman year at the academy and was given a severe
reprimand for it. The professer realized she was merely bored and was
trying to learn a bit on her own. He referred her to the Intel division of
Starfleet, hoping that would keep her interest a little better.

Starfleet Career: Cori graduated Starfleet Academy on Stardate 9708.27 and
was assigned to Starbase Everest as of Stardate 9709.05 under the command of
Commodore Lynx.

Psychological Profile: Cori thinks two steps ahead of her adversaries as well
as colleagues. She possesses a determination that is astounding for someone
of her young age. However, she also carries a certain degree of naivete that
very often gets her into trouble.

Early and Career Life
Chico DeRico was born in Rome on April 8. He had a brother and two sisters.
His father was a farmer and his mother was a housewife. When Chico was 16, he
quit high school and moved to New York City to become a bartender. He landed
a job at "Maximus" an underground dance club. After serving drinks for two
years, he got into taking unprescribed medication as drugs and ended up in
the hospital with a cardiac arrest. Treated in therapy for six months, Chico
returned to "Maximus" and met Delilah, a dancer at the dance club. They had
a serious relationship for a year and a month later, Delilah was murdered.
Chico moved to Venice, Italy and became a professional bar keep and got job
serving drinks at Federation meetings. After seven years of that, he was
enrolled for a bar keep job on the Starbase Everest. Chico returned to
Venice, Italy to stay with his brother for two months and then moved to the
Starbase Everest in hopes of
finding a clean slate.

Interests
Chico wants to keep his monthly dance night at the Starbase Everest if he can
and hold a Karee-o-kee night and a Buffalo Wing contest. He's very much into
his job and is expecting to meet some very interesting folks on the Everest.

General Description
Chico enjoys conversations on anything. He loves to talk to people and he
loves serving drinks. He has a good sense of humor and he might have a mood
swing here or there, but generally he is very friendly. His favorite drink is
Klingon Bloodwine and his favorite drink to serve is Root Beer Float.
He likes to womanize, but wish he had the skills to do it. He has considered
counseling or social work, but likes this alternative way of talking to

PERSONALITY AND HISTORY

Michael is the son of Mathew Hunter, and Marie Sterling Hunter. Both
deceased, Mathew was a Starfleet Vice Admiral, and Marie was a Starfleet news
service reporter. Because his parents died when he was a baby, Michael was
raised by Christian and Annabel Saint Croix. Annabel and Marie were sisters.
Christian is a Federation Ambassador, while Annabel is deceased. Annabel was
killed when a renegade Q interfered in the affairs of a transport ship.
To amuse himself he had the ship destroyed. As punishment the Continuum had
the Q stripped of his powers. Those powers were then bestowed on Michael
when he was a Freshman Cadet. Michael was allowed to keep his mortal
lifestyle in return for being an observer of human behavior for the
Continuum. However, his allegiance is to the Federation first and foremost.
Michael was born and raised in Algeria. He has one sister, Monet, who is
assigned to Orlando as a medical officer. He was always a bright student.
But all through the Academy he was under constant suspicion because of his
status as a Q. But his record is spotless. Only the Administrators and
teachers knew of his being a Q. Michael keeps it very quiet. None of his
fellow Cadet's knew. And he will not use his powers unless it is absolutely
necessary. Even then he will only do the minimum to get the job done.
After his graduation, Mike was heavily recruited. His first choice was to
go to work for Starfleet Intelligence. This lead to his posting to Starbase
Everest. Mike is a quiet guy. He is always calm and just seems to get
calmer the more critical the situation. He is mentally stable, and has no
physical problems. Special note to his Commanding Officer: Mike can, if
needs, survive for a short time with no life support. He can survive for an
extended time in a toxic atmosphere. He heals minor wounds fast and is
immune to some diseases.

Goals:
I would like to learn a little more on the stars and their civilizations. I
would like to know
how the different civilizations on the planets get along.

History:
Following the power class in the Academy, I learned a little more on
tricorders and how
they work. This tricorder has been completed, and has been excepted. All
tests on it are going on
now, and reproduction will begin immediately after approved. This tricorder
searches for a specific
DNA strand in a body. I have consulted the medical staff and asked if I
could use their computer
(which has millions of DNA strand resources in it) to input the information
strands into the
permanent memory of the tricorder settings (by the way, I learned a little
bit about medical
computers while I was taking a training class in Astronomy from a friend).
I thought up the idea of the wheel at age one (which I later found out was
already invented)
and I was a great student at my elementary school, where I invented many
useful things, which I
still use today. My professors at the Academy proclaimed me 'the most
inventive student of the
year.'
I cannot converse with an aggresive person who is mad all of the time, for
it is hard to
converse when a person is yelling at me and barking out orders at me!
I love to invent new things, and I love to search the stars and wonder about
them all night. I
OFTEN go to the hollodeck, where I have made a program which names all of the
stars I have
leaned and displays them in a planetarium-like way.
I grew up on the planet Hemaria, where I disovered many interesting forms of
plant life in my
childhood. Each night, I would never miss the above circling object that was
always in the sky. I
asked my father what it was, and he said it was a giant star base called
'Everest'. I was very
interested in this 'Everest' thing and I would never miss it every night. I
kept track of its course
every night, seeing how Hemarian changes its position a little each night. I
made a couple of
drawings of what I thought the star base looked like. Finally, at the age of
eighteen, I got to see
what it looked like in pictures at the nearest Academy. I then took many
classes, and I only
flunked in power inductor chips. After I came out of the Academy, I decided
I wanted to be
stationed near my home planet. That only meant that I wanted to be stationed
at Star Base
Everest! I thank Everest for letting me in as the first Hemarian at their
Star Base.
Lately, I have learned I am not a Hemarian, but something called a Hemarian
Two - let me
explain...
A Hemarian Two race has been classified on the Universal Access Sources as a
mutation,
however, there are now many who object. Call me what you will, but I am a
totally functional
Hemarian, with more additions. Hemarian Two people are BETTER than
Hemarians, much less a
mutation. It is something I don't believe in. It turns out that Hemarian
scientists have found
evidence of two mutated Hemarians mating, and having offspring, which,
evidently, were mutated,
also.

General/Personal Background:
During my genetic cloaning and construction, something went wrong (unknown)
and the Founders noticed it during duty training. I refused to fight
ruthlessly as other Jem'Hadar did, so they put me unconscious and sent me
through the wormhole, hoping I might stay there, where no one would be able
to locate me. But when they launched the capsule, I was sent farther than
they anticipated, and ended up in the Alpha Quadrant. The crew of Deep Space
Nine
soon discovered my capsule and brought me aboard. They studied me while I
was unconscious (they told me), and then woke me up. They put me in a
holosweet with a warrior type animal. They noticed the same thing the
Founders did, that I did not have the same taste to kill, so they quickly
removed me before I was slaughtered. Several days later, they decided to
give me a name, instead of calling me "Second Tor'd" (my rank aboard the
Jem'Hadar
warship Kin'sar). They gave me the name Miles Obrien, after Cheif Petty
Officer Mile Obrien who had discovered my capsule. I expressed a desire to
join Starfleet (which shocked them), so they though having two "Miles Obrien"
's would be okay. I did a small amount of Starfleet training, and was sent
to the Academy.
<new> During a recent visit to Earth, I discovered that I was never really
Jem'Hadar. At the end of the Academy, they were secretly asking cadets if
they wanted to earn some money. Knowing that I wasn't set with any starship
assignment, I decided to sign-up, not knowing what I was getting into.
What they did in exchange for money, is turned me into a Jem'Hadar. They
changed my skin, my DNA, everything, except the need to white. But before I
did this, I had to explain to all my family and friends that I would be
dying. They couldn't know about the experiment, that's why I couldn't back
out as well.
It was very hard, but I did it. In two weeks time, I looked and thought
like a Jem'Hadar. They changed my memory and everything, to account for
everything about me being a Jem'Hadar, and being in Starfleet. Luckily, the
professor who performed the experiment to undo the changes, per my request.

GENERAL FAMILY INFO: Both of Mike's real parents dies shortly after Mike and
his twin sister were born. Mathew was killed in a terrorist attack. That
same attack sent Marie into a fit of depression for which she had to
hospitalized. Marie committed suicide in the hospital. Mike and Monet were
raised by Marie's sister and her husband, the Saint Croix's. Annabel was
killed when a Q had a little too much fun playing with a transport she was
on.

PERSONAL HISTORY

As punishment for the murder of Mike's foster mother, the Continuum had the Q
stripped of his powers. Those powers were then bestowed on Michael when he
was a Freshman Cadet. Michael was allowed to keep his mortal lifestyle in
return for being an observer of human behavior for the Continuum. However,
his allegiance is to the Federation first and foremost.
Michael was born and raised in Algeria. He has one sister, Monet, who is
assigned to Orlando as a medical officer. He was always a bright student.
But all through the Academy he was under constant suspicion because of his
status as a Q. But his record is spotless. Only the Administrators and
teachers knew of his being a Q. Michael keeps it very quiet. None of his
fellow Cadet's knew. And he will not use his powers unless it is absolutely
necessary. Even then he will only do the minimum to get the job done.
After his graduation, Mike was heavily recruited. His first choice was to
go to work for Starfleet Intelligence. This lead to his posting to Starbase
Everest. Mike is a quiet guy. He is always calm and just seems to get
calmer the more critical the situation.

Background Information:

Traci Tage's background is the most important step in understanding her.
Her grandfather, who was full Romulan, was a former senator of the Romulan
Star Empire. When T'Rul protested certain unethical plans for provoking the
Federation, he was exiled from the Empire and his family disowned him. This
included his mate, Seral.
On an outpost in the Neutral Zone, he met the station's commander and were
soon married. Her name was Amanda Tage. Shortly after their marriage,
Amanda gave birth to young Matthew. He followed the long-standing Tage
tradition and enrolled in Starfleet Academy, where he met Lisa Frantly.
While posted on the USS Lexington, Lisa gave birth to Jason Theodore Tage,
who at the age of seven, ran away. Around the same time that Jason ran off,
Traci
Rayenne Tage was born.
After serving a few years aboard the Lexington, Lisa and Matthew were both
posted on Starbase 510 at the Neutral Zone due to the threat of the Romulans,
who happened to be building up their fleet at the same area. Frightened that
worse may come to worse, Traci was sent to Earth to live at the Beltre's
resident. Lucky too, for shortly after, the Romulans crossed the Neutral
Zone and attacked Starbase 510. Five-Ten was destroyed, but Matthew and
Lisa Tage had managed to escape.
Another few years passed and Traci enrolled in Starfleet Academy along with
a few of her High School buds: Lilly Beltre, Cher Herrick, and Valerie Chinn.
Around this time, Jason Tage defected from the Romulan military and began
working for Starfleet Intelligence. The two still had no idea who each other
were.
By this time, her parents were serving aboard the USS Stanley. While on an
away mission to Rejenka, they were killed in action, their bodies desecrated
and gutted. This became known as the Rejenka Five Massacre. The unit of the
Romulan military who did this grotesque deed is known as the Screaming
Eagles, and the Romulan Star Empire denied all knowledge of their existence.
Surprisingly, the Federation let it pass.
After another couple of years, Traci had been doing badly in her courses at
the Academy. To make matters worse, she seemed to be receiving death notices
concerning blood relatives on a regular basis. The last one was T'Rul, who
was executed on Romulus for treason. This added to the stress she had
already been feeling. Her low grades, the fights on campus, the indirect
killing of Cadet Kathy Summers, and her numerous reprimands nearly got her
kicked out of the Academy. How she graduated at all is still a shock.
Traci requested a posting aboard Starbase Everest, which had been only
recently handed over to the Federation by the Hemarian government.
Unfortunately, as a lieutenant junior grade, she was responsible for the
murder of her roommate, Ensign Se'andra Valenza. This was because of a mind
controlling device that had been planted in her head by a former Tal Shiar
agent and blood relative by the name of T'skas. Luckily, T'skas was caught
and is
currently serving a life sentence at a Federation Penal Colony.
Since Traci began her tour of duty aboard the Everest, she's met numerous of
blood relatives who either want to help her or want to kill her. T'Rean and
Solen were among them, her distant cousins, who are now currently deceased.
Ironically, Traci has been the victim of numerous mind control devices. In
fact, Valerie Chinn had used one to frame Traci for the murder of Cher
Herrick. It was a good thing that Lilly confessed the entire thing and Traci
was merely issued another reprimand.
In fact, Traci's history with her Academy squadron is not a good one. The
Fighting Hawks Squadron's numbers have dwindled down to 2. This includes her
and Ensign Lilly Beltre.
Anyway, because of Valenza's death, Traci was given custody of young
Se'andra Dana. Although, Traci was feeling guilty about the given situation.
Things started off as rocky, but after Dana's involvement with the Maquis and
the indirect killing of the Lotherien's tactical systems engineer, their
relationship improved somewhat with the help of uncountable counselors and
psychologists. Unfortunately, due to the exposure Dana and Traci received
from
a Tiberian crystal, they both aged about five years. By all accounts, Dana
IS fifteen and Traci IS twenty-seven. Because of this aging, Dana is
considered a legal adult by the Bajorian government. On Stardate 9711.24,
she enlisted in the Bajoran militia and was shipped off to Deep Space Nine.
Jason and Traci Tage met up somewhat later while Jason was on the Everest on
assignment for Starfleet Intel. He is an active member of the Fifth Column
and Starfleet Covert Operations. His involvement in constant black ops has
rendered a few complications. Currently, he has been assigned to undermind
Admiral Paul Phelan's operation. See below for details.
Besides Jason and Dana, the only other family member that is currently alive
is Acting Ensign Security Dog West. He was given the rank by the Everest's
current commanding officer, Captain Scott Zier.

Medical Health:

Traci Tage is in perfect physical condition. Though, she's been noted to
push her body to the limits during training, and will break a few bones if
necessary. Removing the safeties off combat training programs is probably
not the smartest thing to do and medics are advised to keep an eye on her.

Psychological Evaluation:

The mental stability of Traci Tage is utterly questionable. Her attitude
can be extremely unrespectful and inconsiderate at times and her stubborness
is near impossible to deal with. A note of warning has been sent to all her
CO's whenever she is given an assignment.

The Fifth Column:

The Fifth Column is a group of resistance fighters within a military
organization. They work covertly in attempts to subvert the Screaming Eagles
Unit. The Screaming Eagles of the Romulan Star Empire are known for their
unauthorized, black ops activity. Not much is known about them except from
the information recieved by the Fifth Column. Although the Fifth Column is
currently coordinating with Starfleet Intelligence, it is obvious that status
can and will change at any given moment.

Admiral Paul Phelan

Admiral Paul Phelan runs a section of Starfleet Intelligence. There are
rumors, most likely true, that he is conducting illegal medical experiments
on genetic engineering. However, at this time, nothing can be proven.
Starfleet Headquarters is unsure how many of its Intel Departments have been
effected by this operation, and are releasing no information about it as of
yet. Any other information has been classified.

General/Personal Background:
During my genetic cloaning and construction, something went wrong (unknown)
and the Founders noticed it during duty training. I refused to fight
ruthlessly as other Jem'Hadar did, so they put me unconscious and sent me
through the wormhole, hoping I might stay there, where no one would be able
to locate me. But when they launched the capsule, I was sent farther than
they anticipated, and ended up in the Alpha Quadrant. The crew of Deep Space
Nine
soon discovered my capsule and brought me aboard. They studied me while I
was unconscious (they told me), and then woke me up. They put me in a
holosweet with a warrior type animal. They noticed the same thing the
Founders did, that I did not have the same taste to kill, so they quickly
removed me before I was slaughtered. Several days later, they decided to
give me a name, instead of calling me "Second Tor'd" (my rank aboard the
Jem'Hadar
warship Kin'sar). They gave me the name Miles Obrien, after Cheif Petty
Officer Mile Obrien who had discovered my capsule. I expressed a des small
amount of Starfleet training, and was sent to the Academy.
During a recent visit to Earth, I discovered that I was never really
Jem'Hadar. At the end of the Academy, they were secretly asking cadets if
they wanted to earn some money. Knowing that I wasn't set with any starship
assignment, I decided to sign-up, not knowing what I was getting into.
What they did in exchange for money, is turned me into a Jem'Hadar. They
changed my skin, my DNA, everything, except the need to white. But before I
did this, I had to explain to all my family and friends that I would be
dying. They couldn't know about the experiment, that's why I couldn't back
out as well.
It was very hard, but I did it. In two weeks time, I looked and thought
like a Jem'Hadar. They changed my memory and everything, to account for
everything about me being a Jem'Hadar, and being in Starfleet. Luckily, the
professor who performed the experiment undid the changes, per my request.

STARFLEET LIFE

Smile joined the Federation when he was 15 years old. He wasn't very
good in Engineering, which he took a few times so he could at least know
something about it. Took Advanced Medical Classes all the way through and had
A+'s thorugh out the 6 years at the Academy. (A+'s only in Medical Classes).
Was a fair Security Officer. When he got his Doctor Degree, he wanted to be a
Medical Officer, but was sent to Starbase Everest under the security
department instead. He became Chief Security Officer when his title was Lt
Nick Smile. When he reached the rank of LtCommander, he went to become Chief
Medical Officer.

PERSONAL LIFE

At age 15, Nick's parents were killed in an attack by Romulans. They
were on a rescue mission to a planet outside the Romulan/Federation Border.
His parents ship, the USS Stargazer-A, an Oberth test model, was interceptied
by 2 Romulan Scout Vessels and destroyed in a few seconds. Mother,
LtCommander Dr. Sara Barclay Smile, and Father, Lt. Kevin Thomas Smile were
killed in the attack. Mother was Asst. Chief Medical Officer and Father was a

ambassador, Harris and the ambassador's daughter, T'Ara Pel, became quick
friends and soon enlisted in Starfleet Academy. Later, separated by 15 years,
she came aboard Starbase Everest and they soon found out they were in love.
Months later, for reasons still unknown, she abducted Harris and returned
with him a month later. The almost dead Harris hung on in coma. The chief
security officer suspected something and kept watch on Harris. Ensign Pel
attempted to kill Harris while he was still in the infirmary. An accomplice
has been suspected. Pel went to prison and was later killed while trying to
escape. Harris sunk into a deep depression. She had been his friend and
companion for years and, due to a memory wipe, could not remember or believe
anything he was told that happened. He has, however, come to the realization
that she had done this. Her father and Harris still communicate via
Sub-space radio. Antair, Harris' foster father, sent him Paris, the Pel
family pet, after the explosion of Starbase Everest. (NOTE: Hybors are
extremly dangerous and should be treated with care and affection at all
times. They mutate into dealy cretures when they feel that they are not warm
and safe.) He was recently outfitted with bionic eyes after trying to stop an
escape attempt in the brig of Starbase Orlando.

Mental Profile: Anger often pokes through his calm facade. He is extremely
intelligent and is often an asset on many missions. He trusts the crew of
Starbase Orlando with his life and, trust, to him, is something that MUST be
earned. His indifferent poise and youthful appearance often prove a blessing
in hand-to-hand combat. Mental stability has been questioned, but there is no
proof since he refuses to submit to a mind-meld or similar psyonic
evaluation.

Medical: Has shown a deadly allergic reaction to an ordinary chemical
compound, Tricordrilin, something he used for sleeping purposes. This
compound is often used to stop internal bleeding. He is NOT to take this
chemical for any reasons.

Appearance: Appears to be young, 16-17 human years. No scars or other
identifying marks. His black hair, short in the back, long in the front,
often hangs over his dark brown eyes. Tan colored skin. Often, against
uniform code, also wears a medallion around his neck and a knife hidden in
his boot.

General Background:
Tefa was born on the planet Frutmak. At age 7, he heard stories of the
starfleet ship, the USS Alaska, making contact with Frutmakans. Tefa became
enamored with it and decided to join starfleet. At age 20, he left Frutmak
and went to Earth. He became the first person to willingly leave his planet
since the Frutmaka exiled the Swaparamins (a Ameboid species) from their
planet 1000 years ago. On Earth, Tefa had a vocal device implanted, and he
learned to speak English. On sd9606.05, Tefa went back to Frutmak and was in
the proces of marrying a young lady named Framan when an old boyfriend of
Frama's killed her instead of letting her marry another man. On sd9607.30,

GENERAL FAMILY INFO: Both of Mike's real parents dies shortly after Mike and
his twin sister were born. Mathew was killed in a terrorist attack. That
same attack sent Marie into a fit of depression for which she had to
hospitalized. Marie committed suicide in the hospital. Mike and Monet were
raised by Marie's sister and her husband, the Saint Croix's. Annabel was
killed when a Q had a little too much fun playing with a transport she was
on.

PERSONAL HISTORY

As punishment for the murder of Mike's foster mother, the Continuum had the Q
stripped of his powers. Those powers were then bestowed on Michael when he
was a Freshman Cadet. Michael was allowed to keep his mortal lifestyle in
return for being an observer of human behavior for the Continuum. However,
his allegiance is to the Federation first and foremost.
Michael was born and raised in Algeria. He has one sister, Monet, who is
assigned to Orlando as a medical officer. He was always a bright student.
But all through the Academy he was under constant suspicion because of his
status as a Q. But his record is spotless. Only the Administrators and
teachers knew of his being a Q. Michael keeps it very quiet. None of his
fellow Cadet's knew. And he will not use his powers unless it is absolutely
necessary. Even then he will only do the minimum to get the job done.
After his graduation, Mike was heavily recruited. His first choice was to
go to work for Starfleet Intelligence. This lead to his posting to Starbase
Everest. Mike is a quiet guy. He is always calm and just seems to get
calmer the more critical the situation.
