>PERSONAL HISTORY

James Christian Mars was born on July 20, 2350. His father, James Mars, was
a Starfleet Officer stationed at Starfleet Command in San Francisco. His
mother, Lisa T'Jal Mason, was the daughter of a Human scientist and a Vulcan
diplomat. John Christian Mars lived in a Starfleet housing area, not far from
Starfleet Command. As he grew up, Starfleet has a large role in his life. At
home, at school, on the street, Starfleet was always nearby. He attended a
grammar school in San Francisco until age 17.

While on leave on the planet Bajor, during his third year as a cadet, he saw
something that he would never forget. He had taken a trip up to Deep Space
Nine, to view the wormhole and station. On the way back to the the planet, an
explosive device blew up a quarter of his transport, causing the death of 39
Bajorans. It was later determined that this bomb was of Bajoran origin. John
Christian Mars found it shocking that anyone would kill their own people.

During his final year at the Academy, a group to which he belonged, R**
S****, was transported to the Planetary Control Center, Lisbon, Earth. They
were under orders from the head of Starfleet to disable all power to the
planet. Soon afterwards, it was revealed that the whole mission was designed
by the head of Starfleet to gain control of the planet. Although no official
discommendation was given, the cadets of R** S**** felt ashamed and betrayed.
This also placed a deep mark on Cadet Mars.

Before his assignment to Starbase Everest, the newly promoted Ensign Mars
and 30 other members of his class took a trip to Vulcan and Betazed. It was
to be the final time that they were all together. As the left Betazed, bound
for the San Francisco Fleet Yards, where they would all catch transports to
their respective posts, their ship struck a mine. The vessel itself was an
Antares-class starship with a warp drive. As the ship collided with the mine,
8 of the 30 cadets were killed. This included Mars'
best friend, Ensign Leigh Scott, and cousin, Ensign Thomas Mason. This loss
of such young life had a profound affect on Mars, as he found himself
imagining what their lives would have been like. He recently came to terms
with their deaths and left the pain behind, as he was assigned to Everest.

STARFLEET RECORD:
Traci Tage entered the academy at the age of 17. She graduated at the age
of 21, specializing in tactical defense strategies. Some of the extra
courses she took were helm navigation, ethical situations 101, and advance
stealth training.
When it was time for Traci's tour of duty to begin, she requested a posting
on Starbase Everest. The request was accepted. She was promoted to LtJg on
stardate 9606.02.
On stardate 9606.23, she was sent to the brig on the charges of sabotage,
murder, espionage, treason, attacking a commanding officer, hacking into
classified files, stealing classified files, working with Tal Shiar agents,
kidnapping a senior officer, and participating in an attack against the
Federation. Traci was released from the brig on stardate 9606.25 due to the
fact that she had been mind controlled by the Tal Shiar agents Vivian McHeim
and T'skas (the former, a human relative; the latter,
Romulan), who have been planning this for some while. This is because of
Traci Tage's grandfather, T'Rul's decision to support the Federation.
Revenge was their motivation, and Traci can not be held accountable.
She was promoted to full lieutenant on stardate 9608.04. On stardate
9608.14, she was promoted to the post of chief tactical officer. The on
stardate d9609.08, Traci received a promotion to first lieutenant. She was
promoted to lieutenant commander on stardate 9612.22. Currently serving
aboard Starbase Everest as chief tactical officer.

BACKGROUND INFO:
Even though the record of the Tage family is incomplete, the following
family history is shown below:
T'Rul was a powerful senator in the Romulan government. He had a mate named
Seral, and three kids. But when he read about a plan to provoke the
Federation, he began a campaign that said this was unnecessary and idiotic
thing to do. Rather quickly, T'Rul's family disowned him and he was exhaled
from the Romulan Empire.
Soon he met Amanda Tage, a Federation commander on an outpost near the
neutral zone. They were married, and had one kid, Matthew.
Matthew loved the idea of joining Starfleet and that's exactly what he did.
During his Academy years, he fell in love with Lisa Frankly, and they were
married not long after they graduated. They were posted aboard the USS
Lexington and had one child, Traci.
Matthew was well aware of what his Romulan side of the family thought of
him, and that when he and Lisa was transferred to Starbase 510, near the
neutral zone, there would be some trouble. At that time, Traci was 12, and
her parents sent her to Earth. She stayed with the Beltres'.
Traci entered Starfleet Academy at the age of 17, and graduated at the age
of 21. Her academy teachers said that she has quite a temper and takes
everything about Romulans too personally. There might have been good cause
for that, though. When Traci was a fourth class cadet, her parents, posted
on the USS Stanley at the time, were in the Rejenka System. The Romulans
ambushed the away team, leading to the bloody Massacre of Rejenka Five.
By the time Traci was a second class cadet, the Tal Shiar had picked off her
relatives one by one. The only known relative that was alive was T'Rul. He
returned to Romulus to beg for mercy, only to be tried and hanged.
Traci graduated and was posted aboard the Everest. Around that time, a
distant cousin, T'skas, started to harass her. T'skas was bitter because her
career in the Tal Shiar wasn't going very far because of T'Rul. T'skas
convinced another distant relative, Vivian McHeim, to help her on a plan of
revenge. Somehow, they planted a device in Traci's head. She was being
controlled, and in the process, she managed to create plenty of charges
against herself.

Not to mention that she murdered her roommate, Ensign Se'andra Valenza, and
stole classified research documents. But Traci was retrieved and the device
removed. T'skas had killed Vivian during their escape, but when they were
caught, T'skas was sentence to a Federation penal colony.
Valenza had a little sister, and in her original will, she wanted Traci to
take custody of her. Even though Traci was reluctant because of what had
happened, she took custody of a nine year-old Bajoran girl, Se'andra Dana, on
stardate 9607.09. On a trip to DS9, somehow Dana got mixed up with the
Maquis. Traci's friend died as a result. (Taken from the USS Lothlorien's
database): LtJg Katara, tactical systems engineer, USS Lothlorien, became
deceased on sd9608.17; due to the actions of Dana's
involvement with the Maquis.
Dana received the proper counseling, of course. On stardate 9610.07,
Se'andra Dana changed her name to Dana Tage and had been officially made the
Tage's family next of kin and daughter to Traci Tage.
Soon afterwards, Traci met a distant relative, T'Rean. T'Rean was her
cousin, once removed, of the Romulan side of the family. Traci had agreed on
a trip to Romulus, meeting her second cousin, twice removed, Solen. When a
Tal Shiar agent, Belek, found out she was mostly Terran, he tried to kill
her. Solen had killed Belek in an effort to protect her, and was executed
for this. T'Rean, seeking revenge, but needing the Federation's help, became
deceased on stardate 9611.08. Once again, Traci was
without a living relative.
On stardate 9612.07 Dana and herself became in contact with an illegal
Tiberian Crystal, which causes premature aging. Luckily, they were pulled
out by her dog, West, both aging only about five years. In all accounts,
Dana IS fourteen and Tage IS twenty-seven.
Around the beginning of the new Terran year, Traci became involved with a
first lieutenant Bajoran by the name of Timothy Baxter. They are engaged and
the wedding date is planned for stardate 9702.16.

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE:
Because of the torture Tage went through her entire life, she is what
psychiatrists would call, "she's on the edge of a cliff . . . and would only
need the slightest push to make her go over." She went to countless of
visits to the counselors all through the Academy. There is always anger
stored inside of her, making it easy for her to snap. Counselors are
required to make a note of warning to her COs on whenever she is assigned to
a mission or a position.

Ashley entered the academy at the age of 18. She took a few extra years
taking elective classes in order to take a double major, science and
engineering. Her senior thesis was her theory on time travel devices.

Background
Ashley Fox was born in England, but travelled with her parents
throughout the world. Her father was a scientist, her mother an engineer.
She grew up with a brother and a sister both of whom are older than her. She
is the first member of her family to join starfleet, and that she did with a
high degree of opposition. Her sister had joined SF also, and Amber served
aboard the USS Kemo Sabay. However, the ship, was destroyed on a mission,
and Amber lives on in her sister's memory.
Ashley is developing her mental abilites with the assistance of her
close friend and colleague Jack Kirmina. Telekinesis, telepathy,
pyrokenesis, are just a few of them, these being the strongest of her
abilities. She has a fear of fire, which ironically, makes her control her
pyrokenesis with absolute seriousness.
She has a passion for reading, writing, and spent much of her time deep
sea diving.
She joined Starfleet so she could study and work with the top experts in
research.
She requested the counselor's position in order to better serve her
crewmates. Her work in R&D was fascinating, but after her sister's death,
she could no longer focus on the work they once shared. In order to cope
better, Ash realizes that she had to focus on something more serious than her
sister's death. Everyone else's problems.

PERSONALITY AND HISTORY

Michael is the son of Christian and Annabel St. Croix. Christian is a
Federation Ambassador, while Annabel is deceased. Annabel was killed when a
renegade Q interfered in the affairs of a transport ship. To amuse himself
he had the ship destroyed. As punishment the Continuum had the Q stripped of
his powers. Those powers were then bestowed on Michael when he was a
Freshman Cadet. Michael was allowed to keep his mortal lifestyle in return
for being an observer of human behavior for the Continuum.
However, his allegiance is to the Federation first and foremost.
Michael was born and raised in Algeria. He has one sister, Monet, who is
still in the Academy to become a Doctor. He was always a bright student.
But all through the Academy he was under constant suspicion because of his
status as a Q. But his record is spotless. Only the Administrators and
teachers knew of his being a Q. Michael keeps it very quiet. None of his
fellow Cadet's knew. And he will not use his powers unless it is absolutely
necessary. Even then he will only do the minimum to get
the job done.
After his graduation, Mike was heavily recruited. His first choice was to
go to work for Starfleet Intelligence. This lead to his posting to Starbase
Everest. Mike is a quiet guy. He is always calm and just seems to get
calmer the more critical the situation. He is mentally stable, and has no
physical problems. Special note to his Commanding Officer: Mike can, if
needs, be survive in the vacuum of space. So he can work even when there is
no life support.

General Background:

During my genetic cloaning and construction, an accident occured which
altered my behavior. The Founders did not notice it until I was put into
trainging and I refused to fight ruthlessly as other Jem'Hadar did. I also
did not require white, the drug used to keep the Jem'Hadar under loyal. They
solved these problems by putting me unconscious and sending me through the
wormhole in a storage capsule, hoping I would stay undiscovered in there
forever. Unfortunately, they miscalculated, and arrived in
the Alpha Quadrant.
Chief O'Brien of Deep Space Nine soon discovered my capsule and brought me
aboard. They studied me while I was unconscious (they told me), and then
awakened me up. They put me in a holosuite and noticed the same thing the
Founders did, that I did not have the same taste to kill. I also expressed a
desire to join Starfleet, which shocked them. They did eventually send me
there though.
Since the poeple of DS9 couldn't just call me "Jem'Hadar, they named me
Miles O'Brien because he discovered my capsule. They figured it wouldn't be
hard to have two O'Briens for another day since I was leaving for Starfleet.

I was mistreated at first at the academy, but they soon got used to me. I
was one at the top of my class (3rd), and the second Jem'Hadar to join
Starfleet (I forget the other persons name). My first assignment was aboard
the Valiant (not a sim group) as their assistant engineer. The crew soon
noticed my expanding ideas I had for upgrading the ship's systems. I was
transferred to Starbase Everest as Assistant Research and Developement
officer on stardate 9609.22.

Professional History:When Sean Turned 17 he signed onto one of the last real
police organzations left in the Federation, The United Federation Of Planets
Internal Affairs. An organation that monitors Criminal activity with in the
Federation. Some of it's duties are locating spies, trying to find members
who might defect to the Maquee along with various other duties. After 2 and a
half years of training he served 2 years at Internal Affairs until out of
grief (see personal history) he quit. He wandered a
bit until he joined Starfleet academy. At the Academy he majored in Medical
to as he put it "make up for the lives he took" he double minored in secruity
and pioleting. He took all standard courses which he passed with flying
colors. After he passed Starfleet academy he stayed on to further his medical
training. He graduated 3rd in his medical class. After wandering a bit he
recieved his first assignment on Starbase Everest.

Personal History: Sean was born and raised in the family home in county mayo
in Ireland. When his parents were killed(see family history) he was 16. His
brother Thomas was already 18 at this time so he was awarded costudy due to
no other family. Thomas however did nothing to raise Sean. Shortly after
Sean's parents were killed Sean met Maeve Rourke. After a period of courtship
and fighting for her with Tom Sean married her at age 18. The two remained
happyly married for years until a case that took him
into deep space(the Crowlie case for which he recieved a special
commendation)when he returned he learned Maeve had been killed by an unknown
assalent while he was away. Out of grief Sean left internal affairs and
wandered the galaxy until he decided to join starfleet academy, after he
graduated he wandered a bit once again and soon was assigned his first
assignment on Starbase Everest.

Family History: The Cassidys have resided in Ireland as far back as records

General Background:

During my genetic cloaning and construction, an accident occured which
altered my behavior. The Founders did not notice it until I was put into
trainging and I refused to fight ruthlessly as other Jem'Hadar did. I also
did not require white, the drug used to keep the Jem'Hadar under loyal. They
solved these problems by putting me unconscious and sending me through the
wormhole in a storage capsule, hoping I would stay undiscovered in there
forever. Unfortunately, they miscalculated, and arrived in
the Alpha Quadrant.
Chief O'Brien of Deep Space Nine soon discovered my capsule and brought me
aboard. They studied me while I was unconscious (they told me), and then
awakened me up. They put me in a holosuite and noticed the same thing the
Founders did, that I did not have the same taste to kill. I also expressed a
desire to join Starfleet, which shocked them. They did eventually send me
there though.
Since the poeple of DS9 couldn't just call me "Jem'Hadar, they named me
Miles O'Brien because he discovered my capsule. They figured it wouldn't be
hard to have two O'Briens for another day since I was leaving for Starfleet.

History:

Asher was born on stardate 41109.4, in the city of San Francisco, Earth. The
location and names of her parents is unknown at this time, perhaps due to a
consistent lack of information on the Ensign's past. According to Starfleet,
Asher's biological parents were killed when she was only about two years old,
in a chemical explosion. She was supposedly adopted by a family living on the
outskirts of Edinburgh, Scotland, however there are no available records of
her residence there. All these theories,
however, cannot be confirmed due to severe and total amnesia [SEE MEDICAL
PROFILE]. Her earliest attainable record is of five years and two months ago,
concerning an internship with the Starfleet Science Departments.

Starfleet History:

As with family history, genuine records cannot be obtained. At this point, it
is assumed that Asher did not attend Starfleet Academy for reasons unknown,
and moved directly into the internship with the Science Department. Possible
explanations that Starfleet has offerred is that she received formal
education on an off-world school, moved to Earth, and joined the department.
Her first assignment is to Starbase Everest, though Starfleet recruiting is
silent on their reasons for posting an ensign who did
not attend the Academy. They reply only: "She has the necessary training."

Asher suffers from an acute form of amnesia, which has caused her memory from
five years and earlier to be irrevocably erased. All known treatments have
been tried and failed. The cause of this amnesia is unknown, which further
complicates treatment. Another oddity in the ensign's physiology is
unexplained telepathic and telekinetic abilities, which do not agree with her
Terran heritage. Her level of telepathy is approximately that of a
well-trained Betazoid, and her telekinetic skills are unknown and
untested at this time.

Psychological profile:

In all psychological reports on Asher, it is agreed that the ensign is
generally a cool, calm, and rational officer. Pressure does not affect her
outwardly, though it is to be noted that she has some unusual methods of
coping with excessive stress. Under testing, her intelligence level has been
recorded to be well above average. Her telepathic abilities have only
affected her slightly, and hardly interfere with her duty

James Christian Mars was born on July 20, 2350. His father, James Mars, was
a Starfleet Officer stationed at Starfleet Command in San Francisco. His
mother, Lisa T'Jal Mason, was the daughter of a Human scientist and a Vulcan
diplomat. John Christian Mars lived in a Starfleet housing area, not far from
Starfleet Command. As he grew up, Starfleet has a large role in his life. At
home, at school, on the street, Starfleet was always nearby. He attended a
grammar school in San Francisco until age 17.

While on leave on the planet Bajor, during his third year as a cadet, he saw
something that he would never forget. He had taken a trip up to Deep Space
Nine, to view the wormhole and station. On the way back to the the planet, an
explosive device blew up a quarter of his transport, causing the death of 39
Bajorans. It was later determined that this bomb was of Bajoran origin. John
Christian Mars found it shocking that anyone would kill their own people.

During his final year at the Academy, a group to which he belonged, R**
S****, was transported to the Planetary Control Center, Lisbon, Earth. They
were under orders from the head of Starfleet to disable all power to the
planet. Soon afterwards, it was revealed that the whole mission was designed
by the head of Starfleet to gain control of the planet. Although no official
discommendation was given, the cadets of R** S**** felt ashamed and betrayed.
This also placed a deep mark on Cadet Mars.

Before his assignment to Starbase Everest, the newly promoted Ensign Mars
and 30 other members of his class took a trip to Vulcan and Betazed. It was
to be the final time that they were all together. As the left Betazed, bound
for the San Francisco Fleet Yards, where they would all catch transports to
their respective posts, their ship struck a mine. The vessel itself was an
Antares-class starship with a warp drive. As the ship collided with the mine,
8 of the 30 cadets were killed. This included Mars'
best friend, Ensign Leigh Scott, and cousin, Ensign Thomas Mason. This loss
of such young life had a profound affect on Mars, as he found himself
imagining what their lives would have been like. He recently came to terms
with their deaths and left the pain behind, as he was assigned to Everest.

Academy Background:
Koric was a very intelligent student, even if he was a little absent
minded at times. Upon joining the Academy he showed little trouble keeping up
with his classes. Although he understood the principles behind the classes,
he had a hard time separating the classes. A difficult question in warp
theory would be with him through his security class. He just can't let a
problem go until he solves it. When Koric first entered the Academy it was
said that he had a slight attitude problem. He wanted to do
it his way and not be told how to do it. He tried to go further then the
instructor wanted at the time. He also wanted to do it alone, without help.
This led to many conflicts with the teachers and students. This he found very
frustrating, until an instructor suggested moQbara' (Klingon martial arts) to
burn off the frustration and meditation too clear and focus his mind. This
seemed to work for he graduated in the top 10%.

The Hawkins family was staying on Qo'noS (Kronos) when Anthony was offered
a post on a survey mission to Grandor 7. Not wanting to pass up this chance
to study this newly discovered world he asked K'Lev, a long time family
friend, to transport them to Grandor. K'Lev agreed on the condition that
Anthony contact him every two months, or anytime they needed supplies.
Anthony agreed and K'Lev took the Hawkins' to Grandor. Three months went by
without any word from Hawkins, so K'Lev went to Grandor to
check on them.

When he arrived he found Koric living alone in a hand made shelter and
unable to remember who he was or what had happened to him or his parents.
After searching for days for Anthony and Amanda, K'Lev decided to return to
Qo'noS with Koric. After reporting to the Federation that his parents had
disappeared K'Lev tried to find Korics other living relatives, but there were
none.

Slowly Koric began to regain his memory. He told K'Lev how his parents
where killed in a rock slide a month and a half before K'Lev arrived on
Grandor. The transmitter and most of the supplies were buried under ton of
rock so Koric had no way to contact anyone. He told of how he built the
shelter and scavenged for food after the supplies ran out.

Hearing Korics story K'Lev decided that he was honor bound to take Koric
in and raise him as his own son. (Apparently K'Lev blamed himself for Koric
being stranded for so long on Grandor) The Federation Council tried to have
Koric returned to Terra but according to Klingon Custom K'Lev was well with
in his rights to demand that he stay. When asked it was Koric himself who
told the investigators that he wanted to stay with K'Lev on Kronos. The
Council had no other choice but to drop the matter.

Personal:

Koric was accepted into K'Levs' family by M'lar (his mate), Daqon(middle
son) and Qord(youngest son). Kolrath(oldest son), who was a month younger
then Koric, was not so accepting, and took every opportunity to torment
Koric. Also many other Klingons refused to accept him into their society and
called him openly "little human" and "child with no House." Koric refused to
be daunted by this and learned quickly about the Klingon way of life. He
fought his way through every day not yielding and continued
to learn their ways. The House of Mor'tok was stunned when Koric demanded
that he be allowed to endure the Ritual of Accession. K'Lev reluctantly
agreed, his reluctance was not because Koric was human but because if Koric
failed he would live to see the week end. To every ones surprise, Koric
traveled the River of Blood and completed the Ritual. So proud of Koric, was
K'Lev, that he named him K'ric of the House of Mor'tok. Kolrath was furious
but he was secure in the knowledge that K'ric could never be
the head of the Mor'tok House. At this point Koric's life became a little
easier, more Klingons began to accept him into their culture.

At the age of seventeen K'ric served aboard the IKC QulJev in engineering.
Rumors began to circulate that K'Lev was beginning to think about making
K'ric next in line to rule the Mor'tok House. K'Lev denied them stating that
a human could never rule the House. Koric understood that this was not an
insult but simply Klingon ways. The tension between Koric and Kolrath
continued to grow until it began to disrupt the House. At this point Koric
decided that it was best if he left Qo'noS and went back to
Terra where he would apply to Starfleet. K'Lev and M'lar agreed with his
choice as being best for the family.

Koric is a very private man, but intense man in everthing he does. He
prefers to keep his emotions to himself, until he gets to know you. He loves
a good joke whether it's on him or others. Koric has made intense knowledge
of Klingon society and attitudes as well as their battle tactics. He speaks
Klingon. Koric's attitude can best be described as ' I can fix it, so lets
take it apart then make it better than it was' .

Starfleet Academy
Ashley entered the academy at the age of 18. She took a few extra years
taking elective classes in order to take a double major, science and
engineering. Her senior thesis was her theory on time travel devices.
Ashley was transferred to Counseling from Research and Developement
while stationed on SB Everest. Her experiences as well as academy courses
have clearly qualified her for this position. She has taken part in several
refresher courses as well as seminars given by SF Academy to prepare her for
this position.

Background
Ashley Fox was born in England, but travelled with her parents
throughout the world. Her father was a scientist, her mother an engineer.
She grew up with a brother and a sister both of whom are older than her. She
is the first member of her family to join starfleet, and that she did with a
high degree of opposition. Her sister had joined SF also, and Amber served
aboard the USS Kemo Sabay. However, the ship, was destroyed on a mission,
and Amber lives on in her sister's memory.
Ashley is developing her mental abilites with the assistance of her
close friend and colleague Jack Kirmina. Telekinesis, telepathy,
pyrokenesis, are just a few of them, these being the strongest of her
abilities. She has a fear of fire, which ironically, makes her control her
pyrokenesis with absolute seriousness.
Recently, Jack and Ashley took part in a Cr'Salien ritual that bonded
them as brother as sister. They now share a mental link through which they
could hear each other's thoughts, and see through the other's eyes. This
link can be blocked at will by either one of them.
She has a passion for reading, writing, and spent much of her time deep
sea diving.
She joined Starfleet so she could study and work with the top experts in
research.
She requested the counselor's position in order to better serve her
crewmates. Her work in R&D was fascinating, but after her sister's death,
she could no longer focus on the work they once shared. In order to cope
better, Ash realizes that she had to focus on something more serious than her
sister's death. Everyone else's problems.

STARFLEET RECORD:
Traci Tage entered the academy at the age of 17. She graduated at the age
of 21, specializing in tactical defense strategies. Some of the extra
courses she took were helm navigation, ethical situations 101, and advance
stealth training.
When it was time for Traci's tour of duty to begin, she reequested a posting
on Starbase Everest. The request was accepted. She was promoted to LtJg on
stardate 9606.02.
On stardate 9606.23, she was sent to the brig on the charges of sabotage,
murder, espionage, treason, attacking a commanding officer, hacking into
classified files, stealing classified files, working with Tal Shiar agents,
kidnapping a senior officer, and participating in an attack against the
Federation. Traci was released from the brig on stardate 9606.25 due to the
fact that she had been mind controlled by the Tal Shiar agents Viv McHeim and
T'skas (the former, a human relative; the latter,
Romulan), who have been planning this for some while. This is because of
Traci Tage's grandfather, T'Rul's decision to support the Federation.
Revenge was their motivation, and Traci can not be held accountable.
She was promoted to full lieutenant on stardate 9608.04. On stardate
9608.14, she was promoted to the post of chief tactical officer. Then on
stardate 9609.08, Traci received a promotion to first lieutenant. She was
promoted to lieutenant commander on stardate 9612.22. Currently serving
aboard Starbase Everest as chief tactical officer.

BACKGROUND INFO:
Even though the record of the Tage family is imcomplete, the following
family history is shown below:
T'Rul was a powerful sentor in the Romulan governement. He had a mate named
Seral, and three kids. But when he read about a plan to provoke the
Federation, he began a campain that said this was unnecissary and idiotic
thing to do. Rather quickly, T'Rul's family disowned him and he was exhiled
from the Romulan Empire.
Soon he met Amanda Tage, a Federation commander on an outpost near the
nuetral zone. They were married, and had one kid, Matthew.
Matthew loved the idea of joining Starfleet and that's exactly what he did.
During his Academy years, he fell in love with Lisa Frantly, and they were
married not long after they graduated. They were posted aboard the USS
Lexington and had one child, Traci.
Matthew was well aware of what his Romulan side of the family thought of
him, and that when he and Lisa was transferred to Starbase 510, near the
neutral zone, there would be some trouble. At that time, Traci was 12, and
her parents sent her to Earth. She stayed with the Beltres'.
Traci entered Starfleet Academy at the age of 17, and graduated at the age
of 21. Her academy teachers said that she has quite a temper and takes
everything about Romulans too personally. There might have been good cause
for that, though. When Traci was a fourth class cadet, her parents, posted
on the USS Stanley at the time, were in the Rejenka System. The Romulans
ambushed the away team, leading to the bloody Massacre of Rejenka Five.
By the time Traci was a second class cadet, the Tal Shiar had picked off her
relatives one by one. The only known relative that was alive was T'Rul. He
returned to Romulus to beg for mercy, only to be tried and hanged.

Traci graduated and was posted aboard the Everest. Around that time, a
distant cousin, T'skas, started to harass her. T'skas was bitter because her
career in the Tal Shiar wasn't going very far because of T'Rul. T'skas
convinced another distant relative, Vivian McHeim, to help her on a plan of
revenge. Somehow, they planted a device in Traci's head. She was being
controlled, and in the process, she managed to create plently of charges
against herself. Not to mention that she murdered her roommate,
Ensign Se'andra Valenza, and stole classifiled research documents. But
Traci was retreived and the device removed. T'skas had killed Vivian during
their escape, but when they were caught, T'skas was sentance to a Federation
penal colonly.
Valenza had a little sister, and in her original will, she wanted Traci to
take custody of her. Even though Traci was reluctant because of what had
happened, she took custody of a nine year-old Bajoran girl, Se'andra Dana, on
stardate 9607.09. On a trip to DS9, somehow Dana got mixed up with the
Maquis. Traci's friend died as a result. (Taken from the USS Lothlorien's
database): LtJg Katara, tactical systems engineer, USS Lothlorien, became
deceased on sd9608.17; due to the actions of Dana's
involvement with the Maquis.
Dana received the proper counseling, of course. On stardate 9610.07,
Se'andra Dana changed her name to Dana Tage and had been officially made the
Tage's family next of kin and daughter to Traci Tage.
Soon afterwards, Traci met a distant relative, T'Rean. T'Rean was her
cousin, once removed, of the Romulan side of the family. Traci had agreed on
a trip to Romulus, meeting her second cousin, twice removed, Solen. When a
Tal Shiar agent, Belek, found out she was mostly Terran, he tried to kill
her. Solen had killed Belek in an effort to protect her, and was executed
for this. T'Rean, seeking revenge, but needing the Federation's help, became
deceased on stardate 9611.08. Once again, Traci was
without a living relative.
On stardate 9612.07 Dana and herself became in contact with an illegal
Tiberian Crystal, which causes premature aging. Luckily, they were pulled
out by her dog, West, both aging only about five years. In all accounts,
Dana IS fourteen and Tage IS twenty-seven.
On stardate 9704.21, Traci meet her brother, Jason Tage. He was an
Intelligence officer, often working under cover for Starfleet in Romulan
space.

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE:
Because of the torture Tage went through her entire life, she is what
psychiatrists would call, "she's on the edge of a cliff . . . and would only
need the slightest push to make her go over." She went to countless of
visits to the counselors all through the Academy. There is always anger
stored inside of her, making it easy for her to snap. Counselors are
required to make a note of warning to her COs whenever she is assigned to a
mission or a position.

STARFLEET LIFE

In Starfleet, I took advanced medical for 6 years so I could become
a doctor like my mother was. My Uncle Barclay told me to become a Engineer,
but I didnt do to well on the end exam. Medical and Security was for me, it
seemed to me that I knew half the stuff already. I was going to be a Medical
officer on a ship, but then I got transfered to Starbase Everest and became a
Security Officer. I as moved up to Rank of Lt., I became Chief Security
Officer of the Starbase Everest. When I reached the
Rank of LtCommander, I was still Chief of Security for awhile until our
Chief Medical Officer left starfleet. After awhile, Captain Scott Zier
promoted me to Chief Medical Officer of Starbase Everest.

PERSONAL LIFE

LtCommander Sara Barclay Smile and FstLt Kevin Thomas Smile were
my parents. They died on a rescue mission to save a very important V.I.P.
from some hostile planet. The ship they were on was a Oberth class ship
called "USS Stargazer". This Oberth Stargazer was only in the fleet for 6
months. My paretns were moved there after they were promoted. My Mother was
Asst. Chief Medical Officer and my Father was a Science Officer.
When they arrived at the hostile planet, a Romulan ship decloked
in front of the Stargazer and blew it up. The Stargazer didnt stand a chance.
The Federation dont know who the Romulan Commander was who destroyed the
Stargazer, but I am still looking.
Later, when I was 15 years old, my Unlce Reginald Barclay told me
to join starfleet. I accepted, and joined.

General/Personal Background:
During my genetic cloaning and construction, something went wrong (unknown)
and the Founders noticed it during duty training. I refused to fight
ruthlessly as other Jem'Hadar did, so they put me unconscious and sent me
through the wormhole, hoping I might stay there, where no one would be able
to locate me. But when they launched the capsule, I was sent farther than
they anticipated, and ended up in the Alpha Quadrant. The crew of Deep Space
Nine soon discovered my capsule and brought me aboard.
They studied me while I was unconscious (they told me), and then woke me
up. They put me in a holosweet with a warrior type animal. They noticed the
same thing the Founders did, that I did not have the same taste to kill, so
they quickly removed me before I was slaughtered. Several days later, they
decided to give me a name, instead of calling me "Second Tor'd" (my rank
aboard the Jem'Hadar warship Kin'sar). They gave me the name Miles Obrien,
after Cheif Petty Officer Mile Obrien who had
discovered my capsule. I expressed a desire to join Starfleet (which
shocked them), so they though having two "Miles Obrien" 's would be okay. I
did a small amount of Starfleet training, and was sent to the Academy.

I was mistreated at first at the academy, but they soon got used to me. I
was one at the top of my class (3rd), and the second Jem'Hadar to join
Starfleet (I forget the other persons name). My first assignment was aboard
the Valiant (not a sim group) as their assistant engineer. The crew soon
noticed my expanding ideas I had for upgrading the ship's systems. I was
transferred to Starbase Everest as Assistant Research and Developement
officer on stardate 9609.22.

PERSONAL HISTORY

The origanal program was designed on earth as the prototype for the
Medical Emergency Doctor. The Newer version of the Doctor (Voy) was produced
this turned out to be a better production. The USF R&D then worked towards
an emergency Chief Engineer. This Engineering would be activated if the Ceo
was unavailble or was harmed and no one else could do the job.

They worked for hours on this project. The Program was then activated
and then they relized it was so much different from the Doctor version. They
began a third version and what they thought as the final version. The copied
the the Doctor version then drained the Data on medical systems. They
replaced that data with engineering Data. Then they changed the pysical
appearence from a bald headed man to a man in his early 20's.

The problem of transportation was then a problem. They had made the
program and had placed it on a chip. They took a holo progector and
eliminated it down to the 300 dots a section per minute. This turned out to
be a small progector. The Chip was lid in and it activated the program it
was now capable of being able to move throughout the ship or to a planets
surface.

STARFLEET BACKGROUND

The program was not trained at the academy because the creators believed it
knew all taht it needed to know. THe creators were right to a degree. They
eventually traoined it in science and R&D specializing. It was now able to
create dubles or make new ones.

The program was also trained to learn how to act think and feel
outside of the compund in which he was built.
