Family History

Alexandra was born on Terok Nor during the Cardassian occupation. Her
mother and father were part of a medical team to aid the injured there. They
were not affiliated with Starfleet. Gene and Samantha Kelly raised their
daughter on Bajor and Terok Nor for 17 years until their death, in an
explosion on the space station.
Alexandra was then sent back to Earth to live with her grandparents
Katie and Marcus Shaugnessey. Katie, her grandmother, still practiced the
ancient forms of herbal medicine. Because of Alex's curiosity in medicine
and botany, her grandmother taught her all that she knew. Alex has been
grateful for her grandparent's guidance and love.

Starfleet History

When Alexandra was 20, she applied and entered Starfleet Academy. There
were some questions about her entrance due to her living on Terok Nor and
Bajor for most of her life. There were questions about which side her family
was loyal to, since her family gave medical aid to both sides of the
conflict. Alexandra did not understand the problems with this, as her family
only wanted to help those that were sick and wounded. no matter who they
were.
A few days after her 25th birthday she graduated an average student,
excelling in medicine, botany and astronomy. She decided on a medical degree
major with a minor in science.
Alex spent only a year on the USS Hood before things along the
Cardassian/Federation border increased in difficulties. The Bajorans were
fighting harder than ever to regain their independence, and Starfleet needed
officers to give them information from the inside. Due to her previous
knowledge of both Terok Nor and Bajor, Alex was chosen for one of the
undercover missions and spent more than 5 years there. She learned far more
than she cared
to about "Kill or be Killed" and the "Survival of the Fittest." They are
days that she will never forget.
When Terok Nor became Deep Space Nine, she stayed on the station, as a
Starfleet Officer, in the medical department until her posting to the SOG.

Hobbies/Immunities/Abilities

Alexandra enjoys camping in the great outdoors with no setbacks for
rough conditions and prefers swimming over running as her maintaining form of
exercise. She is able to use many ancient forms of weaponry to hunt for food
when needed (i.e. .22 caliber rifle and bow and arrow)
While serving undercover in the Bajoran resistance, she was exposed to,
and built up certain immunities to, anesthezine and other forms of gasses and
poisons. It was necessary for survival at the time, and has come in handy
already in the SOG.
Alexandra's only item of note, is that of occasional premonition of
things to come. She usually keeps these dreams to herself, unless there is a
real danger present. These dreams are not habitual or everyday occurrences.
They happen quite seldom, at random, and unexpectedly.

Early Life:
Jasper was born in Dublin, Ireland, to Miranda and William O’Connell. He
also grew up in Dublin, and at age five, programmed his first security
program, locking out his parents from all of his files on the family
database. He proceeded to excel in programming, and soon became interested
in robotics. He began tinkering with household items, and improved the
efficiency of the house's energy relay at age 11.
At age 12, his parents came out of their extended LOA, and returned to the
Odyssey, the ship they had previously served on. Jasper was sent to his
aunt’s (Roel Olya’s) home, also on Earth. Jasper’s parent’s made frequent
visits, and they called Jasper once a night, so Jasper never felt as if he
was being abandoned.
Jasper’s life at his aunt’s was uneventful. He continued his hobbies of
robotics and programming, and made a few new friends. During his stay with
his aunt, though, Jasper received very little praise and attention, as
compared to that of his cousin, Roel Jere, who is now a First Lieutenant.
At age 16, the Odyssey, the ship Jasper’s parents were on, made a stop at
DS9. It then proceeded into the wormhole, to find Capt. Sisko and a few of
his companions, and to make further contact with the Jem’hadar. During that
mission, a Jem’hadar ship went on a suicide run for the Odyssey, destroying
it, and killing his parents.
Jasper was adopted by his aunt, Roel Olya. His life after his parents death
was still uneventful, and Jasper never spoke about his parent’s death, except
once. Right after he heard the news, Jasper made a vow, to destroy every
single last Jem’hadar that so much as touched a Federation starship.
At the age of 17, sick of hearing “Jere this, Jere that,” Jasper applied for
the Academy, to show his aunt that he could do everything just as good as, if
not better than Jere. He successfully got in.

School Life:
Jasper majored in programming and operations, which he was very successful
in. He graduated at age 21, the top of his class. He made a few friends,
but never was much of a social person. He takes almost everything as a
challenge or an insult, mostly due to the fact that he is still in the state
of mind that nobody thinks he’s good enough.

Present Life:
Jasper recently graduated from the Academy, and was sent straight to the SOG.
He was assigned as Operations Officer of the Delta team.

History: Dar had joined Starfleet to escape the wars that has plagued

had seen the deaths of many family and friends. So much so Dar had no one

from his family. Seeing that nothing was holding him on his homeworld he left
to
join Starfleet where he saw the opportunity to escape the senseless
wars. On his arrival he allowed extensive testing by Starfleet to test
the limits of his metamorphing abilities. He then went through the
Academy very quickly and often as a cadet was allowed to go on missions.
He officially graduated at the age of 18. He was serving aboard one of
the many starships that was destroyed at Wolf 359. He narrowly escaped
but most of his ship mates died. Seeing that he can never escape war he
has thrown devoted himself to stopping wars before they happen. He was
tapped to join the SOG for both his unusual abilities, and his devotion
to completing the mission.

Psychological Profile: Classified

Medical Evaluation: Dar has an unusual body that allows it to change
shape. He can assume the form of any living creature and gain their
abilities. For instance if he chose to assume the form of a J'em H'adar
he gains there strength and the ability to blend into the background
rendering himself invisible. Or if chose the form of a Vulcan he would
gain their strength,enhanced hearing, etc. It is not known how long he
can hold these forms before he tires. He also has not shown himself
capable of duplicating telepathic abilities of Vulcans, or Betazoids.
Seeing that he can alter his form to look like others he might have
their same vulnerabilities that has never been proved.

Personal History
Logan Red Wolf was rasied on Earth in the State of Montana. He was raised
to be the leader of his tribe. He was schooled in the ways of his people and
trained to be a warrior. At age two he started lessons in the martial arts.
At age 6 he started training with the bow and arrow as well as sword
training. He was taught the ways of the land and how to survive. At age 10 he
was sent out into the forrest to become a man, per tradition. He came back
clothed in bear skin and very happy. He continued his training and learned
the skills of a shaman. At age 19 his mother and father were killed in a
climbing accident. Soon afterwards he joined Starfleet Academy where he
excelled in tactical skills such as tracking and weapons. He is an expert in
hand to hand forms of combat (i.e. Jujitsu, Jeet Kun Do, Kung Fu, Akido).
While willing to work under any conditions, he prefers to work in the
unpopulated regions of planets. He is extremly devoted to the ways of his
people and on this will not comprimise. He recently was removed as chief of
his tribe for reasons unknown.

Starfleet Training
Logan's primary training is in the tactical field. He is an expert in
all weapons and explosives. He prefers to use ancient weapons such as swords
and bows rather than phasers. He has a class 2 rating on all phaser rifles
and is an excellent marksman rated at class 4. It is rumored that he once hit
a tricorder at 1000 feet, yet starfleet can not confirm this nor will Logan
comment on it. Logan has some medical training as well. He often took extra

Personal History:

Nothing is known of Maeve before she was found... or as some insist...
purchased by the klingon lord Kor'hath, the information broker. He and his
human wife, Jaysa, raised her as a 'sister' to their only child, Jarsok. The
two are believed to be roughly the same age, though Jarsok is perhaps a few
years older. Maeve was soon the leader in their games, Jarsok following her
in all things. Kor'hath doted on
her, said she was more klingon than his son and was obviously grooming her to
take over the family business right up until the time she joined Starfleet.
Jaysa always despised her for 'usurping' her son's 'rightful' place and
never missed an opportunity to make Maeve's life miserable. Consequently,
Maeve
jumped at the chance to join Starfleet as soon as she was able. Kor'hath took
her decision in good part but he continues to try to persuade her to return
home.
Quick-witted and highly adaptable, Maeve is a natural mimic with an
affinity for languages and may also possess some low grade psi-abilities,
chiefly empathy. This possibility is speculative, Maeve has never been
formally tested so the degree or even the certain existence of her
psi-abilities remains unknown. However, there have been numerous instances
where her possession of such abilities would explain certain odd happenings
in her vicinity.
Her constant companion and only confidante since before Kor'hath
encountered her is Shadoe, a small gray cat-like creature of some sort. Like
her mistress, the felinoid's exact species is hard to identify. Her
uniqueness lies in the fact that she should, by normal house cat standards,
be in advanced old age... judging by appearances, she seems no more than 2 or
3 years old. More recently, Maeve has acquired another animal companion: Mim,
a
Vasaran chameleo-viper. Small but deadly venomous, the viper is
quasi-sentient and seems always to be concealed about her person. Most often,
the snake masquerades as a blue-green ribbon in Maeve's hair.
Due to the nomadic nature of her upbringing, Maeve has become a sort of
jill of all trades---a dabbler in many things, expert in few. To please
Kor'hath, she majored in medicine and became a doctor but when left to her
own devices, she is far more likely to pursue knowledge of languages and
cultures than the latest medical techniques. Although she does not
consciously acknowledge it, this interest in the various peoples of the
galaxy likely has
its roots in the foundling's desire to discover where, if anywhere, she truly
belongs. As a result, she has traveled extensively and has acquired odd bits
and pieces of information about an impressive number of the galaxy's
inhabitants, speaks many languages fluently and has a smattering of dozens
more. Maeve would be a good person to have around if you were ever stranded
in unfamiliar territory without a universal translator....

Counselor's note: Maeve is hard to categorize as her character is very
contradictory. She is very outgoing, but seems to have made no lasting
friendships. A self-starter and a procrastinator. A loner who seems to trust
no one yet others instinctively feel she is trustworthy. Slow to anger, quick
to seek vengeance. A well-trained
fighter who keeps in constant practice even though she prefers her battles be
verbal rather than physical. Proud and self-reliant, she often inexplicably
defers to others less competent and rarely indulges in ego trips.
Her personal trust and loyalty are hard to gain, but she quickly makes up
her mind as to where she stands on an issue and her devotion to duty is

Personal History:
Subjects childhood was very unnotable. She never got into trouble nor had
trouble in school. Her father who serves in Star Fleet was constantly moving
from one danger zone to another. Subject has made many different worlds her
home. She was given a name and a weapon from each planet. They are so
numerous they are not listed in this bio. It's through this existence that
the Subject became an expert in alien forms of hand to hand combat and alien
forms of weapons and war.
Subject was given a field promotion and placed as Co-Commanding officer of
the SOG. Following the other Co-Commanding Officers death, during a mission,
subject was placed as Commanding Officer of the SOG and given a promotion to
Captain.
Abilities:
Full scope of subjects abilities is still unknown. Subject was allowed by
her parents to participate in an experiment at the age of nine. The
Experiment was supposed to enhance already present telepathic and empathic
abilities. After the experiment with the then thought *untested* drug
subjects natural abilities were enhanced tenfold. Her telepathic and
empathic abilities are superior to most full Betezoid telepaths and are also
equal to other
known telepaths across the galaxy. She has increased abilities of sight,
hearing, and sound gained from her caitian side of the family.
Before entering the SOG the Subject had almost no control over any of these
abilities. Now it seems with the help of her Executive Officer, Commander
Maeve, she has gained the necessary skills to control and use these abilities
when neccesary.
Esper Update:
When last tested, Captain Hanson could effectively block her thoughts from
being received from anyone else. She can also effectively block people from
sending her thoughts and she can block broadcasted thoughts. Overall, the
Captain ranks in the top three(3) percent of above average esper abilities.

After Elizabeth was captured and tortured by Milo Spleck she worked even
harder on building up her PSI skills. She now has superior mental shields and
rarely, if ever, broadcasts her thoughts.
Physically, Elizabeth has completely healed from the wounds inflicted by Milo
Spleck. However, she has lost several pounds and her REM sleep has
decreased. This change was expected and is being monitored.

Captain Elizabeth Hanson received a full medical examination by Doctor
Moreau. His examination shows that the Captain has regained the weight she
lost and is now sleeping much better. Her new routine of taking at least five
hours every day for rest, two hours for exercise and one hour for relaxation
is believed to have been the major cause of these improvements. Findings show
that Captain Hanson is physically fit for her duties as Commanding Officer.
Psychological Profile:
Attending Psychologist has interviewed Subject before and after taking
command of the SOG. Although Subject is at heart a loner and at times
antisocial she has a strong sense of duty and honor to her friends and now
her crew. She will not easily give up on any task set before her. Each
failure of a mission is viewed as her own personal failure. Other than this
one character flaw subject is confident but not overly so. She has full
control of her
emotions and is flexible enough to be a team player and the Commanding
Officer. It is this psychologists opinion that subject in question is
completely capable of performing any and all tasks necessary in the line of
duty.

Captain Hanson was captured and tortured by a wanted criminal, Milo Spleck.
His countless acts of torture were brutal and indescribable. The strain of it
almost killed the Captain. However, through a lot of hard work, and help from
her friends, she has worked through many issues regarding the torture.
However, the Captain still may be skidish when it comes to close personal
relationships with the opposite sex. Having lost two husbands and having
been violated by Milo Spleck she has little trust left for the male of our
species. It is my opinion that Captain Hanson is capable of performing her
duties. In fact, removing her from duty would cause more harm than good. I
even sent a copy of my full report to Chief Petty Officer Xander Moreau for
his medical database. I have also included my belief that he check on the
Captain's progress periodically.
Update: SD: 199802.13
Captain Hanson took a leave of absence SD 199712.01 due to a stress related
illness. By her request she also recieved another psychological examination.
After several sessions it was determined that the Captain was devoting to
much of her time to her duties and not enough to her personal life. It was
also found that the Captain has, for the most part, dealt with the issues
regarding Milo Spleck and his violation of her body. The Captain has agreed
to
adhere to a set schedule so that she does not become overly stressed again.
It is my belief that this is helping greatly. Although the Captain does not
need to see a counselor on a regular basis, we have been having a one hour
session each month. Captain Hanson has been found mentally fit to preform her
duties as the Commanding Officer of the S.O.G.

Milo Spleck, the man who was wanted for the torture of Captain Elizabeth
Hanson, was found dead near the base in which he tortured the Captain at.
There was no evidence found at the scene of who killed him nor is there any
evidence linking the Captain to his deaththIt is believed he was killed by
multiple stab wounds with a ceremonial Klingon dagger.

After a regular computer overhaul at Star Fleet headquarters, new records
regarding Captain Hanson have been uncovered. When Captain Hanson served
aboard the USS Constitution as Chief of Security, she received the Star Fleet
Medal of Honor. Since her original medal had been lost a new medal has been
issued and sent to her Executive Officer to present to the Captain.
In addition, it has been noted that Captain Hanson has helped, financially,
in establishing a family home for the homeless. She has set up a private
fund in which almost all of her earnings from her family and from Star Fleet
are directly deposited to the account. This account may only be used in
helping provide shelter and food for those persons most affected by strife
due to war and natural disasters.

Released Service Data:

Moreau entered Starfleet Academy as an Anthropology/Psychology major, seeking
no service directly with Starfleet's Exploration Division. His interests led
him into directions suited more so for that line of work than what originally
pleased this young officer. His
talents of self awareness became a matter of interest. Graduating, Moreau
served well in his post with several counts of insubordination across his
record.

Although he was quick to answer his superior officers, it wasn't until a
reconassiance team was formed to relocate an archaelogical dig gone wrong. It
was that assignment which prompted the Special Operations Group's interest.
Moreau is an agent of Special
Operations Group assigned by and under the direction of Deep 13. His main
assignment deals with the more 'elaborate' of missions yet to be disclosed by
his superiors of The Deep, and doubtful they ever will. Subject matter
closed.

Moreau served for a time with the SOG until another more imparitive mission
arose, calling for his talents. In returning, it is suspected that Mr. Moreau
had undergone complete chemical alteration by this time. In finally releasing
that data to researchers, a period of four weeks took place while rapid
change to effect to his DNA sequencing, morphing into the Terran feline, and
then back again. This is somehow triggered by an internal response to
adreniline, mostly released during times of Mr. Moreau's more "unsettling"
moments. If he is unable to control his violent outbursts or frustration in
another way, he will remain in cat form until he calms down. At this time
there is no cure, and not very likely that one will become available soon. We

Note: Recent changes in Mr. Moreau's biological form and DNA sequencing has
prompted almost total degredation of all feline DNA trace. Speculated cause;
severe genetic tramua induced through elevated neuro-pathways throughout Mr.
Moreau's brain, increaing his alpha-wave reception.

Xander Kijika Moreau is a man of little words, defensive, and sometimes can
seemed to be offensive to others. In a recent session Mr. Moreau I find that
beneath his exterior of a proud, strong, and intellect lives a very heart
warming soul. Due to his inflicted condiition during times of extreme
frustration, annoyance, and pure sarcastic tones, he is his quick to respond
to a challenge, almost to a fault.
While still very much cautious here of late, his temper still constantly
gets the better of him. Doing so, he spends much of his time as a Terran

According to intelligence
sources, the town of Dhawkah and the Neikre Territory
have most recently been under
martial law. The town of Dhawkah serves as the
military headquarters of a joint
occupational force comprised of Cardassian Security
Force troops and a large
contingent of Dominion Alliance occupational troops. The
joint force is thought to be
under the command of Dukat personally, but this cannot
be substantiated at this time.
Also according to intelligence sources, Dukat issued the
order placing Dhawkah and the
Neikre Territory under martial law in response to the
numerous attacks upon Kardassa
forces, which reports state Dukat believed to be
rebel forces financed and backed
by the Sharkiyah Tribe. Since the inception of
martial Law in the region,
stories of mass executions of Sharkiyah men, women and
children have made their way to
Federation sources. At this time, it is believed that
High Ruler - Prince Mudaibi
Jahlan al-Khazrah Sharkiyah is alive, but under house

First, Shalim as-Sib Khazrah has
been assigned to the Special Operations Group
division of Fleet Command. The
SOG is currently under the command of Captain
Elizabeth Hanson, and the

and Commander Maeve have been
made aware of the special circumstances which
surround the appointment of

to eventually see Khazrah
returned to Kardassa to again take command of and
direct operations of the rebel
contingent in place on Kardassa. It is hoped that his
current assignment will give
Khazrah the background and training necessary to
succeed. Should Khazrah and the
Redux eventually be successful in over-throwing
the Dukat-Dominion Alliance, the
Federation will potentially have strong allies on
Kardassa in the persons of
Khazrah and H.E. Torak. This would serve the purposes
of the Federation in possibly
securing Kardassa as a future Federation member.
Fifth, due to the issues
mentioned above, but primarilly under item number four,
all measures possible to insure
the safety of Shalim as-Sib Khazrah should be taken

contains a blue birthmark in the shape of a oval. Through the length of his

PERSONAL HISTORY

Ixtoral-Bix-Gahan-Pinter was the first child of Soh, Cah, and Toa
Gahan-Pinter, Soh being the birther. Ixtoral-Bix disappeared from Majasta-Sul
City Hospital two days after his birth, and only recently was identified as a
member of the Gahan-Pinter family during his tour of duty on Luna. Ixtoral
did not return to his family on Yauj'ta, instead proceeding with a pending
transfer to the United Space Federation Special Operations Group on stardate
9705.5.
Ixtoral-Bix was found approximitely 4 years after his recorded birth on
Jupiter, Sol System, expectedly grown to mid-So't-Uranian-childhood. Ixtoral
did not recall any information prior to his being discovered on Jupiter. He
was quickly placed into Federation care in a local orphanage.
2 months later, Ixtoral was adopted by Lt. Cmdr. Atainai Raylar, Starfleet.
Ixtoral was educated and raised aboard the USS Berlioz, until his 16th Terran
birthday, whereupon he entered Starfleet Academy.
Ixtarol's biological "mother", Soh, was born to Gahan-B'ta-Pinter, Gahan
being the birther. Ixtarol's grandparents were also effective siblings,
B'ta-Tenan-Y'su and Pinter-Uois-Henn were Ixtarol's co-parents. This apparent
inbreeding is, unlike most humanoid social and genetic systems, neither taboo
nor detrimental to the DNA of the offspring, and was accepted an acceptable
means of reproduction due to mitigating circumstances in the Minor
Deconstruction of 2105 on Yauj'ta. Ixtarol's progenitors were practical
pioneers in resurfacing the ancient ritual of familial parentage, and helped
ensure through forensics the continuation of the So't-Uranian
species(although not all So't-Uranian "clans" practiced this form of
reproductive survival in the 22nd century, the world remains effectively
diverse in its high quanity of unique genepools)
It is of note that in the Gahan-Pinter family is the unusual use of the
Gahan-Pinter surname for all of Ixtarol's siblings. Traditionally, all of
Ixtarol's family generation were birthed by Soh, and thus, their surnames
should be patterned X-Soh-Cah or Soh-Toa, depending on who the "mother" of
the offspring is. The use of the names of their foreparents is a strictly
aesthetic and religious expression by the Gahan-Pinters. Their use of
Gahan-Pinters
has somewhat alienated Ixtarol, whose fullname was actually
Ixtarol-Bix-Atainai-Raylar, in correspondence to his foster parent Capt.
Atainai Raylar, yet another eccentricity in So't-Uranian standards. Note:
This information was altered after medical tests performed on stardate
9704.20 attributed Ixtarol to the Gahan-Pinter genepool.
On stardate 9707.14 Ixtarol gave birth to St'k-Bix[sic]. St'k's co-parents
have not been identified at this time, or have not wished to come forward
into public record. St'k was born 12 Terran weeks premature, and as a result
Ixtarol did not develop any visible signs of pregnancy before her enrollment
into the Special Operations Group on SD9705.5. St'k was maintained by
artificial means in the local infirmary for 3 Terran weeks before being
released, upon special conditions, into the care of Ixtarol.

Family History

Alexandra was born on Terok Nor during the Cardassian occupation. Her
mother and father were part of a medical team to aid the injured there. They
were not affiliated with Starfleet. Gene and Samantha Kelly raised their
daughter on Bajor and Terok Nor for 17 years until their death, in an
explosion on the space station.
Alexandra was then sent back to Earth to live with her grandparents
Katie and Marcus Shaugnessey. Katie, her grandmother, still practiced the
ancient forms of herbal medicine. Because of Alex's curiosity in medicine
and botany, her grandmother taught her all that she knew. Alex has been
grateful for her grandparent's guidance and love.

Starfleet History

When Alexandra was 20, she applied and entered Starfleet Academy. There
were some questions about her entrance due to her living on Terok Nor and
Bajor for most of her life. There were questions about which side her family
was loyal to, since her family gave medical aid to both sides of the
conflict. Alexandra did not understand the problems with this, as her family
only wanted to help those that were sick and wounded. no matter who they
were.
A few days after her 25th birthday she graduated an average student,
excelling in medicine, botany and astronomy. She decided on a medical degree
major with a minor in science.
Alex spent only a year on the USS Hood before things along the
Cardassian/Federation border increased in difficulties. The Bajorans were
fighting harder than ever to regain their independence, and Starfleet needed
officers to give them information from the inside. Due to her previous
knowledge of both Terok Nor and Bajor, Alex was chosen for one of the
undercover missions and spent more than 5 years there. She learned far more
than she cared
to about "Kill or be Killed" and the "Survival of the Fittest." They are
days that she will never forget.
When Terok Nor became Deep Space Nine, she stayed on the station, as a
Starfleet Officer, in the medical department until her posting to the SOG.

Hobbies/Immunities/Abilities

Alexandra enjoys camping in the great outdoors with no setbacks for
rough conditions and prefers swimming over running as her maintaining form of
exercise. She is able to use many ancient forms of weaponry to hunt for food
when needed (i.e. .22 caliber rifle and bow and arrow)
While serving undercover in the Bajoran resistance, she was exposed to,
and built up certain immunities to, anesthezine and other forms of gasses and
poisons. It was necessary for survival at the time, and has come in handy
already in the SOG.
Alexandra's only item of note, is that of occasional premonition of
things to come. She usually keeps these dreams to herself, unless there is a
real danger present. These dreams are not habitual or everyday occurrences.
They happen quite seldom, at random, and unexpectedly.

General Background

Tav is an expatriate of the Romulan Empire. He lived on Romulus with his
parents and brother through his early adulthood, but was never considered a
"good" citizen becaused of his irreverant and caustic attitude about
everything. His teachers all rated him as being very bright, but totally
uninterested in his schoolwork and therefore lacking in motivation.
Eventually, Tav was "demoted" out of school and into a forced conscription in
the
Romulan military. During those five years in which he served the Romulan
Empire, he worked as a communications and operations assistant on board two
smaller warships.

In Tav's fifth year of boredom in the military, he received notice that the
warship on which his brother was the second in command had been declared
missing and all hands presumed dead. Tav rejected this as typical Tal Shiar
propoganda and went AWOL to find out what really happened. After searching
and hiding from the authorities for two years, Tav finally discovered that
his brother's ship had been ordered to quell a civilian uprising on a slave
planet. When the ship's captain ordered the crew to massacre the entire
planet's women and children as a punishment to the slave leaders, Tav's
brother led a mutiny against the Captain and took control of the ship,
assuming that the Romuan High Command would agree that the Captain's
outrageous order was counter-productive to resolving the uprising. Although
he successfully negotiated a peaceful outcome on the slave planet, the High
Command decided
that a mutinous crew could not be permitted, for it threatened the
government's control over its soliders, even if the rationale for the mutiny
was correct. Thus, the Tal Shiar was sent in to assassinate the entire
ship's crew, starting with Tav's brother. The ship itself was gutted,
rebuilt, and renamed to avoid any suspicion of what really had happened.

Of course, Tav was quite upset when he learned that his own government had
killed his brother, all because his brother had stood up to tyranny and
butcherism. He managed to procure some minor secrets (enough to interest the
Federation security services) and defected across the border.

After having been interrogtated and probed by Federation intelligence and
border security personnel for the better past of a year, Tav spent the next
20+ years living on Bajor and nearby planets along both sides of the current
Cardassian-Federation border. Trading in both legal and illegal goods, Tav
frequently found himself in trouble with the law, thereby moving from planet
to planet, always looking for some scam or get-rich-quick deal to pull
off.

More Recent Information

As an expatriate of the Romulan Empire, Tav was able to move in and out of
Cardassian territory without attracting too much attention. During the
occupation of Bajor, Tav was approached by Starfleet Intelligence and hired
to carry information and supplies back and forth across the DMZ. He did
this so succesfully that when Bajor was freed and Starfleet took control of
Terak Nor, Tav was officially recruited into the Starfleet "diplomatic corps"
as
a local liaision for Federation operations in the region.

In this capacity, Tav branched into more complicated covert actions, actively
gathering intelligence from various sources, including (occassionally)
purported allies of the Federation. Having proven himself in that role, Tav
was ultimately transferred to the SOG so that he could receive more complete
special operations training and experience.

After serving with the SOG for roughly two months, Tav was temporarily
reassigned to the Starfleet Intelligence School for advanced training in
cryptography, signals, and electronic infiltration. He returned to active
duty with the SOG on SD 9801.01.

Personality

Tav epitomizes the differences between Rolumans and their stoic cousins, the
Vulcans. Tav is hot-blooded, ambitious, conniving, and an all-around
scoundrel cloaked in sheep's clothing. While he maintains a polished,
relaxed, carefree, and sometimes charming exterior, Tav can be ruthless and
violent when the occassion suits him. His psych profile shows that he rarely
has any remorse for his actions and does not second guess his past conduct,
but will freely admit tactical error when an operation does not work out as
planned. Tav is generally loyal to those who are loyal to him, but during
his days as a freelance operator, he has been known to stab a formerly
friendly back when a significant opportunity presented itself.

reconnaissance mission of the USS Reliant for the purposes of testing of the
revised Genesis Project. Upon arriving at Ceti Alpha 5, the Saratoga was
hailed by an individual on planet. After being transported aboard (Under
heavy guard) the individual related the following story. A small splinter
group of Khan Noonien Singh’s followers elected to remain on planet. Viable
birthswere very low due to the genetic enhancements, couplings often led to
extreme genetic defects (infants that shook themselves to death with
heightened reflexes, blood clots instead of rapid healing, blindness instead
of enhanced vision, etc.). Rathgar was the last viable birth in a generation,
he was raised by all the descendants of those who remained. He was educated
in all the major disciplines, but excelled in engineering. The last of his
relatives(blood and adopted) died roughly 3 years before the Saratoga’s
arrival. Rathgar was not held accountable for the actions of his ancestors
nearly 100 years earlier. He applied to the Daystrom Institute and was
accepted where he continued his study of engineering. His time at the
Institute was far from smooth, with numerous clashes between others because
of his past. Rathgar is well versed in all the martial arts and is considered
a master inAnbo-jitsu, his heightened abilities giving him a deadly edge. He
graduated 2nd in his class, he was briefly considered for the Utopia Planitia
Ship Yards, but interest soon waned after his background check was completed.
Rathgar joined the Federation and received his first posting to the SOG.
Since his posting Ceti Alpha V has undergone the Genesis Transformation and
appears stable. Ceti Alpha V is now under Prime Directive restriction and
acorporation Rathgar founded is "stocking" the planet with various fauna to
go with the newly risen flora. Colonization efforts will commence in one
standard year, with Rathgar acting as Govenor Pro Temp, supervising all
stages of the colonies growth until such time as they are deemed independant.

Rathgar was taught by all of the adults that remained alive on planet and
continued self-teaching himself on a wide aspect of material within the
Botany Bays computers.

PERSONAL HISTORY
Ixtoral-Bix-Gahan-Pinter was the first child of Soh, Cah, and Toa
Gahan-Pinter, Soh being the birther. Ixtoral-Bix disappeared from Majasta-Sul
City Hospital two days after his birth, and only recently was identified as a
member of the Gahan-Pinter family during his tour of duty on Luna. Ixtoral
did not return to his family on Yauj'ta, instead proceeding with a pending
transfer to the United Space Federation Special Operations Group on stardate
9705.5.
Ixtoral-Bix was found approximitely 4 years after his recorded birth on
Jupiter, Sol System, expectedly grown to mid-So't-Uranian-childhood. Ixtoral
did not recall any information prior to his being discovered on Jupiter. He
was quickly placed into Federation care in a local orphanage.
2 months later, Ixtoral was adopted by Lt. Cmdr. Atainai Raylar, Starfleet.
Ixtoral was educated and raised aboard the USS Berlioz, until his 16th Terran
birthday, whereupon he entered Starfleet Academy.
Ixtarol's biological "mother", Soh, was born to Gahan-B'ta-Pinter, Gahan
being the birther. Ixtarol's grandparents were also effective siblings,
B'ta-Tenan-Y'su and Pinter-Uois-Henn were Ixtarol's co-parents. This apparent
inbreeding is, unlike most humanoid social and genetic systems, neither taboo
nor detrimental to the DNA of the offspring, and was accepted an acceptable
means of reproduction due to mitigating circumstances in the Minor
Deconstruction of 2105 on Yauj'ta. Ixtarol's progenitors were practical
pioneers in resurfacing the ancient ritual of familial parentage, and helped
ensure through forensics the continuation of the So't-Uranian
species(although not all So't-Uranian "clans" practiced this form of
reproductive survival in the 22nd century, the world remains effectively
diverse in its collection of unique, irreproducible genepools)
It is of note that in the Gahan-Pinter family is the unusual use of the
Gahan-Pinter surname for all of Ixtarol's siblings. Traditionally, all of
Ixtarol's family generation were birthed by Soh, and thus, their surnames
should be patterned X-Soh-Cah or Soh-Toa, depending on who the "mother" of
the offspring is. The use of the names of their foreparents is a strictly
aesthetic and religious expression by the Gahan-Pinters. Their use of
Gahan-Pinters
has somewhat alienated Ixtarol, whose fullname was actually
Ixtarol-Bix-Atainai-Raylar, in correspondence to his foster parent Capt.
Atainai Raylar, yet another eccentricity in So't-Uranian standards.

On stardate 9707.14 Ixtarol gave birth to St'k-Bix[sic]. St'k's co-parents
have not been identified at this time, or have not wished to come forward
into public record. St'k was born 12 Terran weeks premature, and as a result
Ixtarol did not develop any visible signs of pregnancy before her enrollment
into the Special Operations Group on SD9705.5. St'k was maintained by
artificial means in the local infirmary for 3 Terran weeks before being
released, upon special conditions, into the care of Ixtarol.

was sent to the finest schools as a child. At a very early age he showed
very great mechanical aptitudes and became a somewhat gifted linguist. At
the age of 11 he stowed away on a merchant freighter leaving Earth. Hiding
for almost a month he was finally caught by the Chief Engineer one night
while stealing food and technical manuals. Taking pity on the boy he
agreedto teach him what he knew in return for a year's service as an
apprentice. Serving the year he learned everything needed to operate and
maintain a starship. With a fond parting Max served aboard several other
freighters. Learning quickly he became a valuable and skilled engineer
During this time he appeared to have picked up a habit of speaking in an

most security systems. It is rumored at this time that he even did some work
for the Orion syndicate but this is unconfirmed. Eventually returning to
Earth he found that his twin brother Corwaine had died in a shuttle accident
trying to find his brother. Stunned to find his closest friend and confidant
dead he didn't fight his parents decision to be sent to the Academy. Easily
passing theentrance exam he enrolled. Disciplined over two dozen times for
various infractions he finally graduated in the bottom 5% of his class. He
has displayed remarkable ability with the handling and care of weapons. He
was warned and reprimanded twice for throwing all night parties off academy
grounds. And from the time he entered to the time he left he scored near
perfect on every exam leading to several investigations into the possibility
ofcheating. Cleared of these charges he then served with absolutely no

After her joining, she decided to enter Starfleet, with a concentration in
Tactical and Weapons studies. She served her senior training cruise on the
USS Guanica. She earned a dual degree in 2372, and, at the earned rank of
Ltjg., was posted to the USS Redemption as Assistant Tactical Officer.
During her time aboard the Redemption, she rose to the rank of Lieutenant
Commander, and earned several medals for her work in combat,
including one Distinguished Service Medallion and three Bronze Stars.

She applied to and was accepted to SOG in 2375. The Symbiosis Committee
challenged her application, but eventually all charges were dropped.

PERSONAL

Sabine sometimes appears to not be paying attention; rather than some kind of
attention deficit, she is actually very aware of what's going on around her
and has an eidetic memory, particularly when it comes to locations and
physical construction.

She enjoys games that challenge her mentally (kaltow, trilevel chess,
strategema) and physically (various hand/eye cooridination games,
especially). She also likes hiking, horseback riding, and rockclimbing.

"Greetings, my name is Commodore Tom Wilson. I was one of John's
instructors at the Academy, and I got to know the young man very well. I felt
obligated to include this personal memo in his Bio, to tell some about the
kind of special person John is.
John was born with a sickness called Msculos Vsci(MV). It is an illness
that originated on Telimar V, and it is a hereditary condition. It is highly
unusual to see this sickness in humans, but from time to time it has
happened. No one quite knows why John got it, but it is something he will
have to live with his entire life. There is no known cure.
MV attacks a persons muscular tissues. It slowly breaks down the tissue
on a molecular level. This means in a matter of weeks a person would not be
able to walk, move, or even breath. In most recorded cases humans with this
sickness are forced to live their lives on machines. Never leaving the safety
of a hospital. John is a much different story though.
John is forced to exercise a special intensive workout twice a day. This
extreme workout, combined with special medication, is the only way John can
keep his muscle mass from reducing. Even with all the effort put into this
workout and training, John still just barely passed the minimal academy
physical exam. No mater how hard he works, he will never be able to become
stronger than he is now. Never more in shape than what we consider aminimal.
Further, his motor skills and coordination have seen a decline do to
complications with MV in his junior year. His shooting accuracy, combat
ability, and overall coordination is at a bare minimal of the requirements.
With time and training though, it is hoped he can improve his coordination.
You may now be asking yourself how someone like John ever got posted
where he is. Well, let me tell you, John has two big things going for him.
One is that he is literally a genius when it comes to engineering. He has an
uncanny natural ability with machines, mathematics, and science. He can tear
apart and rebuild a warp core in record time. Heck, his senior thesis project
is now used as the standard for warp nacelle design. R&Dwould have picked him
up in a heartbeat, but John wanted to get out and see the galaxy. The other
thing John has going for him is his will power. The kid has a heart as big as
the milky way. He does not give up easily, and can be trusted to be loyal and
stay until the job is done. It is this determination that allowed him to get
where he is today. The kid has his faults and limitations, but what you can
gain from him far outweighs thosefaults."

=/\= Early Life:
Jasper was born in Dublin, Ireland, to Miranda and William O'Connell. He
also grew up in Dublin, and at age five, programmed his first security
program, locking out his parents from all of his files on the family
database. He continued to excel in programming, and soon became interested
in robotics. He began tinkering with household items, and improved the
efficiency of the house's energy relay at age 11.
At age 12, his parents came out of their extended LOA, and returned to the
Odyssey, the ship they had previously served on. Jasper was sent to his
aunt's (Roel Olya's) home, also on Earth. Jasper's parent's made frequent
visits, and they called Jasper once a night, so Jasper never felt as if he
was being abandoned.
Jasper's life at his aunt's was uneventful. He continued his hobbies of
robotics and programming, and made a few new friends. During his stay with
his aunt, though, Jasper received very little praise and attention, as
compared to that of his cousin, Roel Jere, who is now a Lieutenant Commander.
At age 16, the Odyssey, the ship Jasper's parents were on, made a stop at
DS9. It then proceeded into the wormhole, to find Capt. Sisko and a few of
his companions, and to make further contact with the Jem'hadar. During that
mission, a Jem'hadar ship went on a suicide run for the Odyssey, destroying
it, and killing his parents.
Jasper was adopted by his aunt, Roel Olya. His life after his parents death
was still uneventful, and Jasper never spoke about his parent's death, except
once. Right after he heard the news, Jasper made a vow, to destroy every
single last Jem'hadar that so much as touched a Federation starship.
At the age of 17, sick of hearing "Jere this, Jere that," Jasper applied for
the Academy, to show his aunt that he could do everything just as good as, if
not better than Jere. He successfully got in.

Jasper focused on programming, sensor systems, and operations, which he was
very successful in. He graduated at age 21, the top of his class. He made a
few friends, but never was much of a social person. He takes almost
everything as a challenge or an insult, mostly due to the fact that he is

PERSONAL HISTORY
Ixtoral-Bix-Gahan-Pinter was the first child of Soh, Cah, and Toa
Gahan-Pinter, Soh being the birther. Ixtoral-Bix disappeared from Majasta-Sul
City Hospital two days after his birth, and only recently was identified as a
member of the Gahan-Pinter family during his tour of duty on Luna. Ixtoral
did not return to his family on Yauj'ta, instead proceeding with a pending
transfer to the United Space Federation Special Operations Group on stardate
9705.5.
Ixtoral-Bix was found approximitely 4 years after his recorded birth on
Jupiter, Sol System, expectedly grown to mid-So't-Uranian-childhood. Ixtoral
did not recall any information prior to his being discovered on Jupiter. He
was quickly placed into Federation care in a local orphanage.
2 months later, Ixtoral was adopted by Lt. Cmdr. Atainai Raylar, Starfleet.
Ixtoral was educated and raised aboard the USS Berlioz, until his 16th Terran
birthday, whereupon he entered Starfleet Academy.
Ixtarol's biological "mother", Soh, was born to Gahan-B'ta-Pinter, Gahan
being the birther. Ixtarol's grandparents were also effective siblings,
B'ta-Tenan-Y'su and Pinter-Uois-Henn were Ixtarol's co-parents. This apparent
inbreeding is, unlike most humanoid social and genetic systems, neither taboo
nor detrimental to the DNA of the offspring, and was accepted an acceptable
means of reproduction due to mitigating circumstances in the Minor
Deconstruction of 2105 on Yauj'ta. Ixtarol's progenitors were practical
pioneers in resurfacing the ancient ritual of familial parentage, and helped
ensure through forensics the continuation of the So't-Uranian
species(although not all So't-Uranian "clans" practiced this form of
reproductive survival in the 22nd century, the world remains effectively
diverse in its collection of unique, irreproducible genepools)
It is of note that in the Gahan-Pinter family is the unusual use of the
Gahan-Pinter surname for all of Ixtarol's siblings. Traditionally, all of
Ixtarol's family generation were birthed by Soh, and thus, their surnames
should be patterned X-Soh-Cah or Soh-Toa, depending on who the "mother" of
the offspring is. The use of the names of their foreparents is a strictly
aesthetic and religious expression by the Gahan-Pinters. Their use of
Gahan-Pinters
has somewhat alienated Ixtarol, whose fullname was actually
Ixtarol-Bix-Atainai-Raylar, in correspondence to his foster parent Capt.
Atainai Raylar, yet another eccentricity in So't-Uranian standards.

attributed Ixtarol to the Gahan-Pinter genepool.
On stardate 9707.14 Ixtarol gave birth to St'k-Bix[sic]. St'k's co-parents
have not been identified at this time, or have not wished to come forward
into public record. St'k was born 12 Terran weeks premature, and as a result
Ixtarol did not develop any visible signs of pregnancy before her enrollment
into the Special Operations Group on SD9705.5. St'k was maintained by
artificial means in the local infirmary for 3 Terran weeks before being
released, upon special conditions, into the care of Ixtarol.

Personal History: John’s past is filled with sadness, and emotional
heartbreak. When he was a teen most of his friends were killed, or died of a
lot of different things that he had no control over. He lost 30 friends in 6
years during his teen life. The only problem that has come of it, is the
numbness that he has towards his feelings. He will not hesitate in battle,
when a enemy falls to there death. He has a hard time feeling for anything in
that
relm. In this regard he tends to keep to himself, when asked about his
feelings.

Starfleet History: Graduated 4th in his class. All required Starfleet
classes. With Advanced training in these classes : Helm, Tactical, Weapons
(Hand to hand incl.), Hostage Recovery, Terrorist termination. He holds

Childhood Background:

Jason Axle was born on Earth to two civilian parents, Amanda and Jonathan
Axle. Jason grew up on the North American continent, enjoying hunting and
sports, and playing with his two older brothers, Alex and Christopher. They
fought and got into trouble, just like brothers had for centuries.

Growing up using phasers and guns, Jason naturally got pretty good, and even
won a few Marksmanship Tournaments, but naturally lost quite a few of them.
He put them alongside his growing wall of medals, plaques, and trophys. As
the awards grew, so did his ego however. Thankfully the losses balanced it
out a little bit, and "The Ego" remained at a managable size.

Jason never got into legal trouble, but with his hot temper, he got sent home
from school alot for fighting. By the time he got to High School, he pretty
much had his temper under control, and excelled in Sports and Academics.
Jason always lived in the shadows of his Brothers, so he always had to push
himself to be seen for who he was, and not as Alex and Chris' little brother.
He pushed himself, sometimes a little bit too hard. He studied hard,
played hard, and worked out hard. By the time he was a junior, he had made a
name for himself, and had managed to succeed in school. By the time Jason had
graduated, he had his choice of any college, paid for with a full
scholarship. Jason had already made up his mind though. He decided a long
time ago, that he wanted to join Starfleet.

Academy Background:

Jason came to Starfleet Academy, with the same determination and will to
excell. Although his majors were Science and Medicine, he took classes
pertaining to other careers in Starfleet. Along with his Medical and Science
classes, he took classes in Engineering, Weapontry, hand-to-hand combat,
navigation, Operations, History, Survival, and Physical training, just to
name a few.

Outside of his Academics at the Academy, Jason also participated in
extracircicular activities. Like in High School, he played Sports, but he
also tried out for and got on the Academy Marksmanship Team. Here, with
expert help and advice, he honed his handling skills even further. With his
highly competitive personality, he got even better and better, and added even
more awards to his collection. This time though, he didn't let it all go to
his head.
He kept a reserved attitude towards his "skill", but he would never pass up a
challenge.

Jason also participated in boxing and martial arts, excelling in these too.
Without even knowing it , Jason was making a name for himself. People were
beginning to take notice. The Brass were beginning to see him as " A Fine
Officer who will go far", the girls saw him as "The cute Football Player",
and the Academy Professors saw him as "A smart, polite Student".

Jason graduated from the Academy at the top of his class, and was pretty much
given his choice of assignment in the Fleet. Instead of taking them up on
their offer, he submitted his Application to the Elite Special Operations
Group (SOG). Much to his surprise, Jason was accepted, and ordered to move
out immediately and report for Boot Training, which would weed out those that
were unfit. Jason survived the ordeal, and was assigned to the Special
Operations Group.
