Moreau entered Starfleet Academy as an Anthropology/Psychology major,
seeking no service directly with Starfleet's Exploration Division. His
interests led him into directions suited more so for that line of work than
what originally pleased this young officer. His talents of self awareness
became a matter of interest.
Graduating, Moreau served well in his post with several counts of
insubordination across his record. Although he was quick to answer his
superior officers, it wasn't until reconassiance team was formed to relocate
an archaelogical dig gone wrong. It was that assignment which prompted the

Abilities:
Full scope of subjects abilities is still unknown. Subject was allowed by
her parents to participat in an experiment at the age of nine. The Experiment
was supposed to enhance already present telepathic and empathic abilities.
After the experiment with the then thought *untested* drug subjects natural
abilities were enhanced tenfold. Her telepathic and empathic abilities are

In 2311, Marvok was introduced to Ambassador Spock. Spock took her on as
an assistant. She assisted Spock for 28 years. On a mission to the Gannerians
Marvok met Captain Bastian Marcus Harington of the U.S.S Gladiator which was
escorting Spock and Marvok to the Gannerian system. Soon after this mission,
in 2339, Marvok found it most logical to marry Captain Harington and ended
her service to Ambassador Spock. From this union Marvok had 7 Children, 4
Daughters, Hanna Rander, Valeria Marella, Marrain
Canhul, and Evelyn Joy and 3 Sons Steven Robert, Bastian Marcus the second,
and Ronald Del. In the year 2367, the now Admiral Bastian Marcus Harington
and Cadet Evelyn Joy Harington were killed in the first Borg attack against
earth, as there ship intercepted the Borg ship. Finding herself once again
alone, Marvok came to the decision that it would be most logical follow in

Starfleet Personnel records on Mr Munoz are very vague. His uncle Felix
Ramsoto; once a prominent Starfleet officer, but now a pirate raider; raised
him as a young boy after the mysterious death of his parents. Eddie never
knew what an authority figure was since his uncle let him do as he pleased.
At the age of 15, Eddie discovered his ancestral ties to the Macheteros; a
militant terrorist group; and started his own version of them. This action
was not approved by the Pirate's Gild. Knowing that his
nephew would be in danger, Ramsoto sent him away for guidance to his friend
Lt Cmdr Drakarius Ektor. Cmdr Ektor took it upon himself to show Eddie what
it was to be an honorable and proud man. At the behest of Ektor; Eddie
applied for Starfleet Academy and was accepted with the help of Cmdr Ektor as
his sponsor.
Eddie found a new world that appealed to him in almost every way. He still
had a problem with authority so he took mostly independent courses in his
senior year. To this day he tolerates authority but is not afraid to voice
his opinion.
ExtraCurricular Activities:
Eddie loves to similate battles from the 20th Century. Especially those of
Operation Desert Storm. He often spends his off time in a holodeck
simultaing the battles of that war. Munoz also spends time listening to the
old Terran musicians like Chopin, Vivaldi, Beethoven, and Pachelbel.
Although he has a tough demeanor, rumor has it that he is a compassionate
person.

Background information- In 2362 the USS Saratoga was dispatched to complete
the never finished reconnaissance mission of the USS Reliant for the purposes
of testing of the revised Genesis Project. Upon arriving at Ceti Alpha 5,
the Saratoga was hailed by an individual on planet. After being transported
aboard (Under heavy guard) the individual related the following story. A
small splinter group of Khan Noonien Singh’s followers elected to remain on
planet. Viable births were very low due to the
genetic enhancements, couplings often led to extreme genetic defects
(infants that shook themselves to death with heightened reflexes, blood clots
instead of rapid healing, blindness instead of enhanced vision, etc.).
Rathgar was the last viable birth in a generation, he was raised by all the
descendants of those who remained. He was educated in all the major
disciplines, but excelled in engineering. The last of his relatives (blood
and adopted) died roughly 3 years before the Saratoga’s arrival.
Rathgar was not held accountable for the actions of his ancestors nearly
100 years earlier. He applied to the Daystrom Institute and was accepted
where he continued his study of engineering. His time at the Institute was
far from smooth, with numerous clashes between others because of his past.
Rathgar is well versed in all the martial arts and is considered a master in
Anbo-jitsu, his heightened abilities giving him a deadly edge. He graduated
2nd in his class, he was briefly considered for the
Utopia Planitia Ship Yards, but interest soon waned after his background
check was completed. Rathgar joined the Federation and received his first
posting to the SOG. His hopes are that he will be able to excel in the SOG
and be accepted for who he is, not condemned for his ancestors actions.

Personal History:
Not much is known of *Devlins* personal history. He has stated that he was
born and raised in the streets of the Malron III colony. Starfleet has tried
to confirm his story but has been unable to do so. Extensive investigation by
Starfleet Intelligence has found no record of a Devlin Orion Thanatos ever
having existed. Starfleet Intelligence has not been able to find any record
of anyone matching his description arriving or departing Malron III.
Devlin shows great agility and dexterity with both words and actions. He
shows the ability to talk himself out of many situations but has the physical
strength and training to handle it if he can't.
Devlin show a very independent attitude almost to the point of arrogance.
His *bad* attitude has gotten him into and out of many problems at the
Acdemey and the COTF (Covert Operation Facility).
Starfleet Background:
While in the prison colony on Aldar VII Devlin was noticed by Admiral
Hendrake. After checking with the warden it was discovered that Devlin has a
natural ability to disguise him self including his voice by using any
available means. Several times he was found sitting outside the prison walls
just waiting for the guards to come and bring him back. Adm Hendrake thought
that he would make a natural addition to the Special Operations Group. In
return for a suspended sentence Devlin agreed to join the
Group and go through the Academey. But while in the academy Devlin could not
follow along with the terms of the school, and was in danger of being kicked
out. Hendrake stepped in and had Devlin tested for graduation in the majors
that he had applied for. To even Hendrakes surprise Devlin passed. But
without going through the full training program he could not be given the
class ranking that the other could have.
Devlin was then sent to the Covert Operations Advanced training Facility
to complete his training. In here Devlin exceeded even Hendrakes goal. He
settled down and stuck with the program. Finishing in the top 3% of the
class.
He has shown a special ability to create small intricate unique devices
that perform a single function one time.

Personal History:
Ixtoral-Bix-Gahan-Pinter was the first child of Soh, Cah, and Toa
Gahan-Pinter, Soh being the birther. Ixtoral-Bix disappeared from Majasta-Sul
City Hospital two days after his birth, and only recently was identified as a
member of the Gahan-Pinter family during his tour of duty on Luna. Ixtoral
did not return to his family on Yauj'ta, instead proceeding with a pending
transfer to the United Space Federation Special Operations Group on stardate

Ixtoral-Bix was found approximitely 4 years after his recorded birth on
Jupiter, Sol System, expectedly grown to mid-So't-Uranian-childhood. Ixtoral
did not recall any information prior to his being discovered on Jupiter. He
was quickly placed into Federation care in a local orphanage.
2 months later, Ixtoral was adopted by Lt. Cmdr. Atainai Raylar, Starfleet.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:
Like all So't-Uranian biology Bix is noticeably unhumanoid with six
tentacular appendages attached to his upper torso, inverted bipedal
locomotion, a relatively featureless head analogous to an vertebrate species.
The head is composed of a plethora of muscles and moving bone structures,
resulting in often irrecognizable facial expressions being made in virgin
encounters.
Ixtoral has two oustanding features/markings. Bix's right 6th tentacle
contains a blue birthmark in the shape of a oval. Through the length of his
left leg is a healed line scar occured as a result of a farming accident.

Madison pursued a wide variety of interests throughout her schooling. She
enjoys flying, photography, cards, gardening, art, and sports. She has also

Madison had a short medical leave from the SOG in late winter of '97, and

the Beta team. Ltjg. Ryan was killed SD9706 in a shuttle accident. Her best
friend in the group was Tamara Baker, until Tamara was killed in a holodeck

History: Dar had joined Starfleet to escape the wars that has plagued his

Daled IV. Even with the return of Salia wars continued on the planet. He had

the deaths of many family and friends. So much so Dar had no one left from

family. Seeing that nothing was holding him on his homeworld he left to join
Starfleet
where he saw the opportunity to escape the senseless wars. On his arrival
he
allowed extensive testing by Starfleet to test the limits of his metamorphing
abilities.
He then went through the Academy very quickly and often as a cadet was
allowed to
go on missions. He officially graduated at the age of 18. He was serving
aboard one
of the many starships that was destroyed at Wolf 359. He narrowly escaped
but most
of his ship mates died. Seeing that he can never escape war he has thrown
devoted
himself to stopping wars before they happen. He was tapped to join the SOG
for both
his unusual abilities, and his devotion to completing the mission.

Medical Evaluation: Dar has an unusual body that allows it to change shape.
He can
assume the form of any living creature and gain their abilities. For instance
if he chose
to assume the form of a J'em H'adar he gains there strength and the ability
to blend
into the background rendering himself invisible. Or if chose the form of a
Vulcan he
would gain their strength,enhanced hearing, etc. It is not known how long he
can hold
these forms before he tires. He also has not shown himself capable of
duplicating
telepathic abilities of Vulcans, or Betazoids. Seeing that he can alter his
form to look
like others he might have their same vulnerabilities that has never been
proved.

STARFLEET RECORD:
Sonnelle Trint entered the Academy on stardate 9009.16, at the age of 20.
She was a member of the Sabertooth Tigers squadron, who were best known for
their field survival skills. Sonnelle herself majored in combat & stealth
training, advanced survival & tracking skills, ethical situations 101, and
philosophy. She minored in navigational maneuvers, biology, and political
debate. Graduating with honors on stardate 9406.12, she and the rest of her
Academy squadron were picked to help out Admiral Phelan
for some kind of Covert Ops. This job required them to spend a few years on
a hostile planet in the Gamma Quadrant. After several brutal years toning
their survival skills in this inhabitable system, the project fell through.
It was a couple more months before a ship could be sent to retrieve the
Sabertooth Tigers, and by that time, they had already suffered a couple of
casualties. Once back in San Francisco, Sonnelle was given a posting on
Starbase Four-Sixty on stardate 9706.28. She's currently
serving on the base as a security/tactical officer.
BACKGROUND INFO:
Sonnelle Trint was born in Athens, Greece on Earth. Her ancestry dates back
to the mythic tribal warrior women of the Amazons. Her own family,
unfortunately, had been taking a vacationing trip to Demantri, near the
Neutral Zone, which was raided by mercenaries. In the aftermath, it was
discovered that all of the Trint family, with the exception of Sonnelle, was
missing and presumed dead. Sonnelle herself believe that they merely fled
into the Neutral Zone as refugees. However, because of the
Federation's agreement with the Romulans, she can not enter the Neutral Zone
to look for them.
Fortunately, when the rescue teams discovered Sonnelle in the rubble on
Demantri, she was clutching a family heirloom in her hand. She strongly
believes it was left by her mother as a sign that Sonnelle hadn't been
abandoned purposely. The heirloom is a medallion, set on a heavy gold chain.
It's carved symbol represents the Greek goddess Hera, and there is a rich
amethyst gem imbedded in the center. Because of Starfleet uniform dress
code, Sonnelle gave the medallion to her pet red-tailed hawk to
wear.
Jaylen, the hawk, was found on Demantri too. Since then, he has stubbornly
refused to leave Sonnelle's side.
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE:
Sonnelle has what is called, "repressed memories", concerning her family.
She isn't aware of any relatives, and doesn't talk or think about them.
Psychologist feel it would be dangerous to press the matter, and feel that
Sonnelle just needs time to sort things out. However, they do warn that
bottling up her emotions could be extremely dangerous in the long run.

her parents to participate in an experiment at the age of nine. The
Experiment was supposed to enhance already present telepathic and empathic
abilities. After the experiment with the then thought *untested* drug
subjects natural abilities were enhanced tenfold. Her telepathic and
empathic abilities are superior to most full Betezoid telepaths and are also
equal to other known telepaths across the galaxy. She has increased
abilities of sight, hearing, and sound gained from her caitian side of the
family.
Before entering the SOG the Subject had almost no control over any of these
abilities. Now it seems with the help of her new Executive Officer, Commander
Maeve, she has gained the necessary skills to control and use these abilities
when neccesary.
After Elizabeth was captured and tortured by Milo Spleck she worked even

command of the SOG. Although Subject is at heart a loner and at times

Captain Hanson was captured and tortured by a wanted criminal, Milo Spleck.
His countless acts of torture were brutal and indescribable. The strain of it
almost killed the Captain. However, through a lot of hard work, and help from
her friends, she has worked through many issues regarding the torture.
However, the Captain still may be skidish when it comes to close personal
relationships with the opposite sex. Having lost two husbands and having
been violated by Milo Spleck she has little trust left for
the male of our species. It is my opinion that Captain Hanson is capable of
performing her duties. In fact, removing her from duty would cause more harm
than good. I even sent a copy of my full report to Chief Petty Officer
Xander Moreau for his medical database. I have also included my belief that
he check on the Captain's progress periodically.

PERSONAL HISTORY: Jordan was found as a child one of the few survivors of a
raid on Demantri, near the Neutral Zone. She was found wandering and taken
in by a woman who was a starfleet operative on assignment there. Casey
Jordan took Zoe with her when she left Demantri, adopting the orphaned child
as her own.
Zoe Jordan was nearly ten years old at that time, and the traumatic
experience muted her, except for one word: feathers. Casey felt this child
needed her more than Starfleet did and retired, in hopes of saving this young
child. The two returned to Earth to a small city in Arizona. There, Zoe
overcame her mental block (although she had no memory of her childhood at
all) and enrolled in school, only slightly behind the other children. Zoe
advanced through school quickly after that. She befriended no
one mostly because she could not extend trust to anyone.
Enrollment in Starfleet Academy only brought Zoe more attention, not all of
it positive. She frequently brought trouble upon herself because of her
attitude toward certain officers in authority. She managed to graduate with
high honors despite that problem. Jordan took a wide variety of classes in
her time at the academy. Some of her favorite classes included: Advanced
Wilderness Survival - Arctic, Aquatic,Desert, and Woodland; Explosives -

Alexandra was born on Terok Nor during the Cardassian. Her mother and
father were part of a medical team to aid the injured there. They were not
affiliated with Starfleet. Gene and Samantha Kelly raised their daughter on
Bajor and Terok Nor for 17 years until their death, in an explosion on the
space station.
Alexandra was then sent back to Earth to live with her grandparents
Katie and Marcus Shaugnessey. Katie, her grandmother, still practiced the
ancient forms of herbal medicine. Because of Alex's curiosity in medicine
and botany, her grandmother taught her all that she knew. Alex has been
grateful for her grandparent's guidance and love.
Starfleet History
When Alexandra was 20, she applied and entered Starfleet Academy. There
were some questions about her entrance due to her living on Terok Nor and
Bajor for most of her life. There were questions about which side her family
was loyal to, since her family gave medical aid to both sides of the
conflict. Alexandra did not understand the problems with this, as her family
only wanted to help those that were sick and wounded. no matter who they
were.
A few days after her 25th birthday she graduated an average student,
excelling in medicine, botany and astronomy. She decided on a medical degree
major with a minor in science.
Alex spent only a year on the USS Hood before thing along the
Cardassian/Federation border increased in difficulties. The Bajorans were
fighting harder than ever to regain their independence, and Starfleet needed
officers to give them information from the inside. Due to her previous
knowledge of both Terok Nor and Bajor, Alex was chosen for one of the
undercover missions and spent more than 5 years there. She learned far more
than she cared to about "Kill or be Killed" and the "Survival of the
Fittest." They are days that she will never forget.
When Terok Nor became Deep Space Nine, she stayed on the station, as a
Starfleet Officer, in the medical department until her posting to the SOG.
Hobbies/Immunities/Abilities
Alexandra enjoys camping in the great outdoors with no setbacks for
rough conditions and prefers swimming over running as her maintaining form of
exercise. She is able to use many ancient forms of weaponry to hunt for food
when needed (i.e. .22 caliber rifle and bow and arrow)
While serving undercover in the Bajoran resistance, she was exposed to,
and built up certain immunities to, anesthezine and other forms of gasses and
poisons. It was necessary for survival at the time, and has come in handy
already in the SOG.
Alexandra's only item of note, is that of occasional premonition of

History Update:
Milo Spleck, the man who was wanted for the torture of Captain Elizabeth
Hanson, was found dead near the base in which he tortured the Captain at.
There was no evidence found at the scene of who killed him nor is there any
evidence linking the Captain to his death. It is believed he was killed by

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
Like all So't-Uranian biology Bix is noticeably unhumanoid with six
tentacular appendages attached to his upper torso, inverted bipedal
locomotion, a relatively featureless head analogous to an vertebrate species.
The head is composed of a plethora of muscles and moving bone structures,
resulting in often irrecognizable facial expressions being made in virgin
encounters.
Ixtoral has two oustanding features/markings. Bix's right 6th tentacle
contains a blue birthmark in the shape of a oval. Through the length of his
left leg is a healed line scar occured as a result of a farming accident.
PERSONAL HISTORY
Ixtoral-Bix-Gahan-Pinter was the first child of Soh, Cah, and Toa
Gahan-Pinter, Soh being the birther. Ixtoral-Bix disappeared from Majasta-Sul
City Hospital two days after his birth, and only recently was identified as a
member of the Gahan-Pinter family during his tour of duty on Luna. Ixtoral
did not return to his family on Yauj'ta, instead proceeding with a pending
transfer to the United Space Federation Special Operations Group on stardate
9705.5.
Ixtoral-Bix was found approximitely 4 years after his recorded birth on
Jupiter, Sol System, expectedly grown to mid-So't-Uranian-childhood. Ixtoral
did not recall any information prior to his being discovered on Jupiter. He
was quickly placed into Federation care in a local orphanage.
2 months later, Ixtoral was adopted by Lt. Cmdr. Atainai Raylar, Starfleet.
Ixtoral was educated and raised aboard the USS Berlioz, until his 16th Terran
birthday, whereupon he entered Starfleet Academy.

parents' wishes to marry (then) LtCdr Javaro. Madison was born in New Boston
on earth. She was raised on her father's starships and at her parents'
farmhouse in Vermont. She considers herself to be well-balanced and content.
Madison pursued a wide variety of interests throughout her schooling. She
enjoys flying, photography, cards, gardening, art, and sports. She has also
pursued extensive studies in the martial arts, especially t'ai chi and dagger
studies; and has a particular fondness for boxing. It is not unusual to see
Madison enjoying a good stogie!
After hacking into the wrong files at the right time (namely, a very
incriminating file on then-Captain Dormer) on the USS Vedran, Madison was
sent to the SOG so that she wouldn't find any more evidence on Dormer.
Originally posted to the Gamma team as Tactical officer and
partnered with Ensign Jack P. Ryan. Madison made her mark at Tactical, as
well as her continued hacking expertise.
Madison had a short medical leave from the SOG in late winter of '97, and
when she returned, she was once again partnered with JP Ryan and posted to
the Beta team. Ltjg. Ryan was killed SD9706 in a shuttle accident. Her best
friend in the group was Tamara Baker, until Tamara was killed in a holodeck
accident, chronicled in The Challenge, The
Hunt, Endgame.
She then asked (yes, actually ASKED) to be partnered with Randall Cross
Striker. The request was granted.

General Background
Tav is an expatriate of the Romulan Empire. He lived on Romulus with his
parents and brother through his early adulthood, but was never considered a
"good" citizen becaused of his irreverant and caustic attitude about
everything. His teachers all rated him as being very bright, but totally
uninterested in his schoolwork and therefore lacking in motivation.
Eventually, Tav was "demoted" out of school and into a forced conscription in
the
Romulan military. During those five years in which he served the Romulan
Empire, he worked as a communications and operations assistant on board two
smaller warships.
In Tav's fifth year of boredom in the military, he received notice that the
warship on which his brother was the second in command had been declared
missing and all hands presumed dead. Tav rejected this as typical Tal Shiar
propoganda and went AWOL to find out what really happened. After searching
and hiding from the authorities for two years, Tav finally discovered that
his brother's ship had been ordered to quell a civilian uprising on a slave
planet. When the ship's captain ordered the crew to massacre the entire
planet's women and children as a punishment to the slave leaders, Tav's
brother led a mutiny against the Captain and took control of the ship,
assuming that the Romuan High Command would agree that the Captain's
outrageous order was counter-productive to resolving the uprising. Although
he successfully negotiated a peaceful outcome on the slave planet, the High
Command decided
that a mutinous crew could not be permitted, for it threatened the
government's control over its soliders, even if the rationale for the mutiny
was correct. Thus, the Tal Shiar was sent in to assassinate the entire
ship's crew, starting with Tav's brother. The ship itself was gutted,
rebuilt, and renamed to avoid any suspicion of what really had happened.
Of course, Tav was quite upset when he learned that his own government had
killed his brother, all because his brother had stood up to tyranny and
butcherism. He managed to procure some minor secrets (enough to interest the
Federation security services) and defected across the border.
After having been interrogtated and probed by Federation intelligence and
border security personnel for the better past of a year, Tav spent the next
20+ years living on Bajor and nearby planets along both sides of the current
Cardassian-Federation border. Trading in both legal and illegal goods, Tav
frequently found himself in trouble with the law, thereby moving from planet
to planet, always looking for some scam or get-rich-quick deal to pull
off.
More Recent Information
As an expatriate of the Romulan Empire, Tav was able to move in and out of
Cardassian territory without attracting too much attention. During the
occupation of Bajor, Tav was approached by Starfleet Intelligence and hired
to carry information and supplies back and forth across the DMZ. He did
this so succesfully that when Bajor was freed and Starfleet took control of
Terak Nor, Tav was officially recruited into the Starfleet "diplomatic corps"
as
a local liaision for Federation operations in the region.
In this capacity, Tav branched into more complicated covert actions, actively
gathering intelligence from various sources, including (occassionally)
purported allies of the Federation. Having proven himself in that role, Tav
was ultimately transferred to the SOG so that he could receive more complete
special operations training and experience.
After serving with the SOG for roughly two months, Tav was temporarily
reassigned to the Starfleet Intelligence School for advanced training in
cryptography, signals, and electronic infiltration. He returned to active
duty with the SOG on SD 9801.01.
Personality
Tav epitomizes the differences between Rolumans and their stoic cousins, the
Vulcans. Tav is hot-blooded, ambitious, conniving, and an all-around
scoundrel cloaked in sheep's clothing. While he maintains a polished,
relaxed, carefree, and sometimes charming exterior, Tav can be ruthless and
violent when the occassion suits him. His psych profile shows that he rarely
has any remorse for his actions and does not second guess his past conduct,
but will freely admit tactical error when an operation does not work out as
planned. Tav is generally loyal to those who are loyal to him, but during
his days as a freelance operator, he has been known to stab a formerly
friendly back when a significant opportunity presented itself.
