M'Hawarr.
Race: Genetic scans show that Alexander is Half Betazoid, Half Human, new
information has established that Alexander is in fact Half Betazoid, and Half
Romulan. His father was Genetically altered to appear human to all scans and
for medical reasons his son tests Human, but is in fact Half Romulan, though
he doesn't show the physical attributes of that race.

Physical Description: Alexander is now recovered from injuries received
through prolonged torture by Cardassians. He has also resumed practice of his
martial arts every day keep his edge*. He also likes to swim in the oceans of
different planets. Enjoys rock climbing and has taken up sailing, and likes
playing chess, and stratagem.

*Note: He was reprimanded in the academy for bypassing safety protocols on
the student holodeck on seven different occasions. It is still unknown how
he managed to do this.

Personality: Always calm even in the most stressful situations, he seems to
have expiated his pathological hatred for Cardassians. And even the recent
torture at there hands has not rekindled this. It is not known how he
developed this but we think it is based in his earliest childhood. A lot of
his repressed anger and emotions have been freed recently upon finding out
more of his real father.

Background: Alexander was found on the Federation mining outpost on Quadra
Sigma III after the accident. Located among the survivors it is believed his
parents where killed. Though recent information shows that there is a
possibility his father may be alive. Taken back to Earth on the USS
Enterprise, NC 1701-D. He was remanded into the custody of Starfleet where
he was placed into a foster home. Moving from foster
home to foster home, he was eventually adopted at the age of 4 by Vice
Admiral Stephen Vistar. At the age of 8 he was found to be a very strong
Telepath, and psychometrist. After finding this out the Vice Admiral located
and hired a Betazed nanny to look after and train his son. Alexander spent
little time with his adopted family as the Vice Admiral was away most of the
time.
At the age of 12 he was awarded a Citizenship medal for using his
telepathic abilities to help rescue some children from a burning building.
At the age of 15 he applied and was admitted to Starfleet Academy S. F.
Campus. After spending the next 4 years at the Academy and graduated third
in his class. During his time at the Academy he was informally adopted by
Hohiro Meada who later died and left his home and possessions to Alexander.
After graduation at the Academy he took Advanced courses in Avionics,
astrological navigation, and obtained degrees in Genetics and Advanced warp
theory. Dismissed from Advanced Tactical School for using telepathy to
influence final exams, he was then posted on the USS Potemkin. After a year
of service on that ship of the fleet he was married to Fleet Captain,
M'Hawarr, Sierra Kuei'shen. In a ceremony performed by Commodore Ariell
StDuiex.
Shortly after the marriage, Captain M'Hawarr, Commander Janar, and Alexander
were captured by Cardassians and tortured. Rescued by the able crew of the
Potemkin, Alexander slipped into a self induced coma to prevent the loss of
vital information to the enemy. He has recently recovered from the coma.
Detained by security in a matter involving a domestic dispute with his wife.
With the matter resolved, files on the incident have been secured.
Approached by Starfleet intelligence, he was persuaded to begin work for
them. Doing several missions ranging from just observation, to helping
Cardassian refugees escape the Cardassian empire. He has recently completed
all basic and advanced courses in the areas of espionage, counter espionage,
counter-counter-espionage, counter-counter-counter espionage, and covert
operations.

Much of James' past is unknown. It is known that he was born to a
high-class family with a hint of nobility. His family attains close ties to
the Royal Family of England, and is the owner of a predominate bank chain.
James entered SF Acedemy several years late, suggestion he did something
before Starfleet. However, little records of him exist before he service in
SF. Apparently, he was a banker for several years...without a smuge on his
record, dotted every "i" and crossed every "t"...

Background Information

James's parents both worked for StarFleet on an outpost near the Klingon
Neutral Zone. When the outpost was attacked by the Klingons his parents and
four of his brothers were killed and he was only six years old. He was one
of the 4 only survivors out of 572 others.
After 14 days of starvation and hiding he was taken back to Earth to have
medical assistance. He came into Starfleet Academy and graduated first in
his class in Science and Tactical, 3rd in helm, and 6th in Engineering. This
will be his first Commission.

Character Traits

Jacob's is intelligent and a valuable crew member. He thinks of his duty
whenever he is any where in public. He is also a brave person who uses his
head, unless it comes to Klingons. He is easy to get along with and would be
an example for others to fallow.

Ensigns Jacob's Log
Stardate 4578.90

Begin Log:

Today will be the first day in 17 years that I have been on another planet.
The last time I was a child of six. My father was working with my mother
and the other Scientists on a Gamma Radiation cure. I was playing
with my friend Morroco who was only 5. We were playing Tag. Then I remember
hearing the sounds. First a transporter beam, then a loud noise that sounded
like Phaser's but was different. I was scared so I ran to look for my
parents but I was too late. I saw their lifeless bodes. I screamed in
terror. I ran and then Morroco got separated form me. He was shot 5 times
at close range on stun. He was killed. I ran into a what looked like a cave
but was more of a small hole with a rock on top. A wanted to know who was
responsible for the Death of my Family. I saw Klingons. I waited
in that hole for 14 days 13 nights when some Federation Medics came and saved
me. They took me to the planet Earth. They cared for me and made sure I
would live. One young Doctor that showed extra kindness toward me was doctor
Norm Ryan. And now after 17 years of being on Earth I'm going to go into
Space again, to Outpost Cousteau. I have also heard there is a Klingon
aboard. I am still nervous that I will do something irrational. I am
nervous
about today. I'm going to meet a Captain and a crew of an outpost. I wonder
if this outpost will be anything like the outpost I was on as a child called
Charon II. I am nervous yet excited. This is the beginning of my career in
Starfleet. I hope some of my cousins luck will rub off.

awhile before she officially joined starfleet, but this is the
path she wishes to follow. She will be a wonderful asset to starfleet. Please

Father: unknown (dead)
Little is known about her father or his species. Friends of Acellen�fs mother
have told Acellen this much about him. He was found in Yahhen mines on the
island of Dimpore on Bajor by some Bajorian mine workers. I was during the
occupation of Bajor, so the workers knew they had to hide him from the
Cardassians. He was taken to the cooks house and hidden the larger pantry
there. The cook at that time was Kla Sallo. She took care of him and soon
they
feel in love. A month after he was found a vedic married them in the bajorian
way. There married bliss was not
to last however for three weeks after they became husband and wife the
Cardassians found him and took him away. Sallo never saw him again but
others have told Acellen that they saw some Cardassian guards drag his dead
body out of the mining camp. No one can remember what he was called. Acellen
has been told little of what he looked like. She has been told by some that
he was all white except for his ice blue eyes. In other stories he had
completely
white skin, bright red hair and ice blue eyes. And in still other stories he
was human looking with black hair and ice blue eyes. she has also been told
he had some unusual powers but no can remember all of them. She knows he was
telepathic and in empathic. In all the accounts she has heard about her
father he only communicated telepathicly. He ether was to weak to speak out
loud or his species does not communicate that way.
Mother: Kla Sallo (dead)
Kla Sallo was from a very important bajorian line. There are 14 Khies in the
Kla family ancentry and 52 Vedic�fs. If the Cardassians had never come to
Bajor Sallo would most likely have lived in a grand house instead of the drab
cook�fs tent that she live in when she met her husband. She was 16 when she
married him. She young but the conditions on Bajor caused the young to grow
up very quickly. She fell into a deep depression when her husband died
and it was made all the worse when the Cardassian commander of the base began
to make advances toward her. Acellen remembers that she was very beautiful.
Sallo had black hair, emerald green colored
eyes and fair complexion. So it was not surprising that the commander lusted
after her. In fact many believe Sallo�fs husband was killed so the commander
could have her with nothing in the way. Depression in a work camp almost
always leads to death and Acellen has been told by her mothers friend that
Sallo would have most likely died if not for discovering she was with child
a month after her husbands death. When Sallo pregnancy was evident to the
Cardassian commander he lost interest and left her alone. Before she gave
birth to Acellen the commander
was tranfered so he never bothered her again. Sallo gave birth to Acellen
when she was 17. Acellen is named for Khi Bani Acellen of the fallow era whom
is Acellen�fs great -great- great- great-grand mother. The first five years
of Acellens went by quickly and were like a happy dream which ended one night
in terror. Acellen was five when a new commander took over the mining camp.
He quickly began to make advances toward Sallo which she refused. One
night Sallo and Acellen were taken to his quarters. Acellen waited outside
the room with some guards while Sallo was taken in. Acellen heard some
crashing and bumping noises and even her mother
scream once then all was silent for about an hour after that. It was the
longest hour of Acellen�fs life. Finally the very sweaty half dressed
commander came to his door. He told the guard to being Acellen in. The room
was dark and she could hardly she her mother in the corner. Sallo was still
alive at that time. The commander said that she had to submit to him of her
own free will or he would kill Acellen on the spot. Sallo stood up. It was
then
that Acellen noticed her torn clothies. She said nothing. She just moved over
to the bed and grabbed the commanders disrupter from his belt land fired at
the commander killing him on the spot. The two Cardassians then grabbed her
and beat her to death. Acellen has hated Cardassian ever since.
Life as an Orphan
The Cardassian guards not knowing what to do with this newly made orphan took
her to the first bajorian tent the found and left her there. The Bajorian
workers were not in the tent at the time and they never saw her because as
soon as the guards left to dispose of Sallo body Acellen ran to the fence of
the mining complex and escaped through a hole. She hid in the bushes and
watched the guards as they brought her mother out. She followed quietly and
they did not see her when they dug the hole, put Sallo in and filled the hole
in. They returned to the camp without ever
knowing she was there. Acellen not understanding what was happening tried to
dig her up but the hold had been to deep, so Acellen fell asleep in the
little hole she had dug. It was there that a team from the Shakaar
resistance, that was on a reconnaissance mission, found her. They dug up
Sallo and give her a bajorian burial. Acellen then was raised in the
resistance. Those years between 5 and11 are a blur to her. She was feed first
when they had
food. They took care of her religious education. And when they were sure she
was ready, about the time they were sick and tired of her demands to let her
go, they began to take her in the missions. Being a child she was a great
asset to the Shakaak. She could go into places they could not and hear or
drop things in places they need spied on or blown up. It was a dangerous
life, but it was better than dying in the camps.
Guardian until joining starfleet: Captain Samuel A.Ganner
Finally the Cardassians left Bajor. The Federation ship Merrymack was one of
the first to arrive on Bajor after the Cardassians left. It was on his first
away mission to the planet that the captain of the Merrymack, Samuel Ganner,
met 12 year old
Acellen. She ran up to him and said that she had something to show him. She
was very insistent so he agreed to go with her. He was taken to the Orb of
destiny. What happen he never said but he soon took her on as his ward and
she moved onto the Merrymack. She remain with him until she entered starfleet
at age seventeen.

Special abilities: Like her father she is highly telepathic and empathic. She
also discovered while at her cadet posting that she is slightly telekinetic.
However she cannot move anything more than object the size of marbles with
her mind. More abilities inherited from her farther could emerge, but then
again they could not.

Dante's parents are both noted philosophers. The pairing of a Vulcan and
a Betazoid may seem odd, but his parents are not standards of their races.
His Father, is reputed to be one of the most emotional Vulcans ever known. He
uses the process of logic and the power of emotion to explore the
metaphysical world. His mother, is know to be a very reserved and logical
woman. The combined effect seems to cancel the opposites out.

Personality:
Dante's personality is a combination of his two heritages. He is well
versed in the ways of logic, yet delites in viseral displays of emotion. He
seems to be both logic and emotin at the same time. This some times causes
him to appear slow reacting and somewhat confused. The reality is that he has
to reconcile most decission agains both logic an dhis emotions.
Dante is slow to make friends, prefering a period of aquaintance
before, forming friendships.
Dante like most persons of Vulcan heritage appears to be somewhat
secretive about "personal" matters.
The duality of his mixed heritage occasionally causes momentary lapse
while his Vulcan logic and Betazoid emotion try to reconcile themselves.

At the outpost me and Ens Kla were studying Dolphin feces. I wont go into
details about it for those of you with an easily sick stomach. Well anyway,
we studied those for a while and then whats his Decker came and saw it. Well
to make a long story shot I got sick of smelling the Dolphin Feces so we
decided to take a brake and go eat. Well we ate lunched and talked. And thats
about it.

Librus lived on board the Bechum until he turned twelve, where he was given

became best buds with a young man named Rody Klajsan. They both were urged to
enter Starfleet Academy by both their parents. They both decided to apply and
was accepted. Little did they know, that their parents had them be roommates.
Librus excelled in class and graduated in top honors. Receiving an Master's
Degree in Xenobiology, Stellar Cartography and other sciences, Librus
graduated in the top percentile of the class. While on shore leave, he caught
the eye of Admiral Nation Boxhall. She quickly recruited him to be her
assistant. Librus was wandering the halls of Starfleet Command when he bumped
into Captain Surak. He asked if I wanted to be part of a extraordinary crew.

Alejandra was born to a middle class family in sothern Seville. Her mother
was of Spanish Gypsy descent. Her father was Spanish with a strong Moor
ancestry. The Moor ancsetry accounted for Alex's dark complexion, full mouth
and wavy hair. She inhereted the lithe body of her gypsy heritage and thier
fire and love of adventure. Many days and nights Alex would accompany her
mother to the gypsy camps out side of Seville. The gypsies had continued
to live by thier own rules even after centuries of living in Spain. The
nights were the most fun for Alex for she loved the dancing that dominated
the campfires and the sound of the music as it echoed through the hills. It
was there that she aquired her expertise in playing the Spanish guitar. But
the one thing that Alex loved most was the dance of the Spanish gypsies, the
famous and romantic dance called the Flamenco. She took to the dance as if
she was born to dance Flamenco and only Flamenco. It gained her favor among
her gypsy peers, for when she danced, she became one with the music.

This is the Final Report on Lieutenant Alejandra Montoya who came to OPC
assigned as an engineer. She was surprised to see the XO of OPC was Daniel
Mancuso. They had been lovers before 5 years ago. They resumed thier
relationship but Mancuso did not know she was a spy and the Dentarri were
controlling her by holding the medication that her son needed to live. She
killed Mancusos assistant then got into the files and
Mancuso caught her. He mind melded with her to find out the info on the
dentarri and could not disengage from the mind meld, due to a chip implanted
there by the Dentarri. The chip was designed to detonate if she was ever
apprehended and questioned. The mind meld in conjunction with the chip was
the cause of death. While inside her mind Mancuso found out the child was
his.....the boy's name is Luis. Mancuso was put on trial for her murder.
Mancuso
was vindicated of most of the charges, except for violating her civil rights.
Mancuso and his son Luis along with the Convoy OPC-7311BQ shot Alejandra's
casket out into space 100,000 kilometers towards a deep blue gas giant...in
the star charts it only had reference number 506124; its path could be traced
directly toward the heart of the raging inferno of the Star ... it was
finally engulfed and disappeared. Mancuso entered the data into the
records stating that From now on this Cluster would be called the Montoya
Cluster ... and that Blue Gas Giant would forever be called Alejandra.

Updated Record of officer found lost in space who will now be known as
Lieutenant Alejandra Montoya:

Alejandra was assigned as an engineer to the USS Crazy Horse and sent on a
mission to assist civilians and Starfleet personnel to evacuate from the
planet Antica, in the Beta Renna star system, located in the far reaches of
the alpha quadrant. An away team was assembled and beamed down to the planet
and successfully assisted in transporting all of the population and supplies
from the planet. Everyone transported to the USS Crazy Horse and Alex was
one of the last to leave Antica. There were problems with a malfunction in
the transportor caused by an energy distortion field that phased in and out,
around the planet and the transport chief trying to compensate and as Alex
was in the annular confinement beam, the distortion field rephased and
interferred with the confinement field, reflecting the matter stream, thus
beaming one Alejandra Montoya back to Antica. In other words the transport
accident created a duplicate Alex. One Alejandra Montoya was left on the
planet and the other beamed up to the USS Crazy Horse. No one knew or
suspected that there had been a duplicate Montoya made. The ship left the
system and Alex was left alone. So everything that has occurred after the
transport six years ago and on OPC was not known to this Alejandra Montoya.
This Alejandra Montoya had never met Mancuso nor had a child, although
genetically, Luis Montoya Mancuso is her son.

Medical Update
Alejandra Montoya was injured in an accident during duty on the Desiderata
leaving her badly scarred on the left side of her face. After many
consultations, Dr. Tia Ryan, Dr Joh Mystan and Dr Julian Bashier, repaired
the damage to her left eye and left cheek restoring Montoya's face to it's
previous state.

track. The underwater lab is coming along as planned, and we have recovered

Minor Background

Voltak was born at the celestial plains in the province of Tal'vek
on the planet Vulcan. His father is a well renowned high chairman of the
Vulcan Science Academy on Vulcan. His mother, also, a member of the Vulcan
Science Academy.
Fortunately for Voltak, his parents did not pressure him into joining the
Vulcan Science Academy for they knew that letting him make the decision of
what he was to become in the future was his and not theirs.
One day when science officers from starfleet came to Vulcan on a
scientific study with members of the Vulcan Science Academy, Voltak (Then
approximately seven years old) was with his father when he talked with a
Lieutenant. When he saw the uniform and how the Lieutenant and his away team
worked together, he knew that his place in the future was with starfleet and
not with the Vulcan Science Academy. Ever since then, he dedicated his life
to
doing whatever it took to get into starfleet academy. By the time he was
seventeen years of age, he finally took the entrance exam into starfleet
academy and passed.
After four years at the academy, proving how good a cadet he was

commanding starships, Admiral Ryan voluntarily retired from active duty. It
was his desire to spend more time with his family. Working from his home in
Ireland, Admiral Ryan is currently a communications analyst for Star Fleet,
specializing in decoding encrpyted signals.

Mother: Katherine Anne Kelly Ryan
Katherine was a child prodigee. An accomplished concert pianist, Katherine
was granted an Honorary Degree in the Fine Arts by the University of Ireland

Like his mother, Sean had a natural affinity for languages, mastering
several difficult languages, including Klingon, Ancient Chinese and Vulcan,
before the age of ten. A Communications Officer aboard the USS Hudson,
Sean, along with the entire crew, died from the effects of a neuro- toxin
agent they were subjected to while fending off an attack from a Romulan ship
that had seemingly strayed into Federation Space. It was later determined
that the the Romulans had planned this event in order to test the performance
of their new weapon - one designed to kill a ship�s crew quickly, while
leaving the ship intact.

William Robbins Ryan birthdate: September 26, 2369
Not to be outdone by his two older brothers, William graduated from the
Academy with honors, completing degress in Stellar Naviagation, Planetary
Physics, and Galaxic Relations. A gifted athlete, William broke over 23
records in football and track and field during his four years there.
William also inherited his mother�s musical talent, mastering the piano and
violin as a young child.

Nicholas Sloan Ryan birthdate: September 12, 2373
Having inherited his mother�s penchant for learning exponentially,
Nicholas completed all of his preliminary educational programs by the age of
eight. However, Starfleet Academy would not consider allowing him to take
the entrance exam until he was at least twelve years of age. After two
years, Rej�k, Nicholas� Vulcan private tutor, urged the Ryans to send him to
the University of Ireland, claiming that in order for Nicholas to be aptly
challenged he needed to be surrounded by intellectuals, and that he himself
had taken Nicholas as far as he felt he was able. Nicolas earned a degree in
Computer Engineering during the two years he spent there. At the age of
twelve, Nicholas passed the Star Fleet entrance exam, becoming the youngest
to have done so in over 80 years. Nicolas graduated with honors - the same

Personal History

Tia grew up on the Ryan estate in Kerin County, Ireland. Admiral Ryan
removed himself from active duty just prior to Tia's birth. He was
determined to spend more time with young Nicholas and his newborn daughter
than he had spent with his three elder sons. Katherine refused to leave the
family home, often enduring long periods of time alone raising the children
herself while her husband was off fighting against the Cardassians, leading
the
fleet in battle. Tia arrived kicking and screaming on a cold, wintry
Christmas Eve. The Ryan household was never quite the same after the arrival
of the first born daughter.

Educational History

Tia's educational experience was similar to that of her brothers. Home
schooled by Katerine, she finished her preliminary educational programs at
the age of 16. Tia was uninterested in following her father's and brothers'
footsteps into Starfleet, entering instead the University of Ireland. There
she studied medical sciences, specializing Neurological Pharmacology. Tia
graduated with honors at the age of 19 with a degree in medicine. She
was all set to begin her residency at the Sisters of Mercy Hospital in Dublin
when the news of Sean's death reached the family. The tragedy was doubly so
for Tia, who realized that the anti-toxin research project she was a member
of was perhaps only three to six months away from achieving a strong
anti-toxin agent, one that perhaps could have saved Sean's life and the lives
of all the crew members of the USS Hudson. Determined not to allow this
type of weapon to take another life needlessly, Tia decided to join
Starfleet. Her father pulled a few strings and called in a favor or two and
soon Tia was accepted as a third year cadet, doing her medical residency at
Starfleet Medical Headquarters in San Franciso. She graduated from the
Academy at the age of twenty-one. Tia was first commissioned as an ensign
on the USS Saratoga shortly after graduation.

Mandy enjoys holodeck training programs that use real life situations and

her superiors and the medical staff. While rather feminine in appearance,
she can handle herself in most any situation, with or without weapons. She
enjoys some quieter hobbies as well such as dancing, singing, playing several
instruments and terran sports such as golf and tennis.

Background Information

Kyle's parents were both Starfleet Officers and he spent most of his
childhood traveling throughout the universe during their various postings.
As a young man he found his interests to lay in Engineering and would
actually help out with various lower importance departmental duties on some
ships. When he was of age he joined the Academy with a focus on Engineering.
During his attendance at the Academy he formed something akin to a mentor
relationship with one of the professors, a Commander Angus MacGyver. The
Commander taught Kyle several things that were not in the normal Starfleet
books which has helped the young Ensign to 'think outside the norm' when
coming up with solutions. He has been known to leave Engineering strung up
like a Christmas tree and to use everything down to his uniform sleeves to
keep fix problems. His shirt sleeve, a pip, a glass of water, and a piece of
chewing gum helped him to keep his previous ship, the USS Republic, from
blowing until after the completion of it's primary mission during the
invasion of Cardassia. This earned him the Captain's Commendation for
courage under fire.
Kyle's older brother, Lieutenant Commander Trent Davis, was killed under
mysterious circumstances on the Potemkin earlier this year. Within 24 hours
of the funeral Kyle requested a transfer to the Potemkin to investigate. His
request was turned down under the beliefs that this could be a conflict of
interests. It is suspected that Kyle's next request, the Outpost Cousteau,
may somehow be connected to this or may even be his way of following in
Trent's footsteps.

Starfleet Studies

Kyle graduated within the top 20% of his class with a concentration in
Engineering. Although his grades were no where near poor, several teachers
have noted that he would have marked higher had he paid more attention to the
class and less to the girls. It is hoped that this will be something he
learns to either tone down or he may have to look into a career in Command.

History:
Younger Years:
At a young age Jamie showed great signs of intelligence and
creative skills. Although he does blame his two older
sisters for harassing and pestering him. As he grew old his
skills increased along with his overall intelligence. During
his basic schooling he was known for getting into, and
starting, trouble of all kinds. This trouble was in the form of
jokes, fights, revenge, and philosophical debates ending with
the opponent left with a minor wound of some kind. As he
grew older he began to control his temper a tad bit, but the
problem still persisted and even now shows up. At age 14, he
decided it was time to move onto bigger things, and with
that he applied for Starfleet Academy.
Academy Years
His Academy years were fairly well. He was able to limit his
confrontations to only three every semester. He was often
getting into heated debates with many of the professors, some
in which he blew the pants off them. During his forth year in the
Academy his father past away. This upset him very much
and only with the help of his best friend, Bruce Handlon, was
he able to overcome his grief. He graduated out of the Academy
with high honors and a better knowledge of diplomacy. He then
was soon sent to Deep Space 2.
After Academy:
After a year of working on Deep Space 2, he grew very bored
and wished to see the galaxy like most young people. So he
signed onto the USS Merlin and was happy to be in this new
environment. During his assignment on the USS Merlin, his sisters,
who had been older than him and were in Starfleet as well,
disappeared on an away mission on the planet Milatia 9. He took
a personal leave and went to Milatia 9 himself as a last desperate
search for his missing siblings. He was captured by a Dominion
cruiser and put into a refuge camp until the camp was liberated
4 months later. He had been tourchard and nearly driven insane
but after a long and difficult procedure, Starfleet physicians
were able to change him back to the man he once was. But
still the memories remain and he often has nightmares of the
camp. With had no results of his two sister's disappearance, he
returned the USS Merlin where he stayed two more months before
transferring back to Earth to cope with his lose with his mother and
father. After some convincing by his friends, he returned to ship duty
on the USS Dallas-B. His parents, while on vacation, were
assimilated by the borg. Two years later he joined onto the USS
Dark Angel. After the original Dark Angel was decommissioned he
was transferred on to Outpost Cousteau, where he presently remains.

Two years later my brother Siek was born. Then another 4 years passed
then I came along.

I remember growing up and my Mother telling me all about Starfleet and
what it could offer me as it had once offered her a wonderful career. I new
at that point in my life I wanted to be just like her and someday be Captain
of my own ship.

Now another note..... I tend to follow orders well. I am not your normal
a Vulcan, I have a sense of humor, I like to laugh and have fun. I love
music. I love to read old books from Earth late 19 th and 20th century. I
hope some day to marry and have children, but I am happy with the way my life
is now.

I do however act very Vulcan when on duty, this is something I find
a necessity for myself. I want to be the very best Starfleet officer I can
be. After all this is what I chose for my life path.

Personal History:
Keldar was raised on Ferenginar. At the age of 6, he successfully memorized
the Rules of Acquisition. Afterwards, he worked in the family business, until
the age of 10. At that time he reached the Age of Assention, from there he
put his assets away and went off to Ferenginar Academy. At the age of 20, he
entered Starfleet Academy, and his family moved to Orion 3 and opened their
business there. After an encounter with a Q that moved them in time.
Keldar's parents were believed murdered by a black marketeering gang known
as the Sloon. During the final ceremony on his wedding day he was abducted by
the daughter of the leader of the Sloon. After many happenings he returned to
the outpost.
He then settled down with Nikki, and his son Ni'Kel, but it was not to last.
A demon from another dimension came in search of Nikki, and after a bit luck
was on their side and they managed to vanquish him back to his dimension.
Then deciding to finally take their honeymoon, and try to have a peaceful
time and relax, the two flew off to Riza, only once again being transferred
to another dimension, this time, Nikki was trapped on the other side.
Keldar then disappeared into the bottle, and his company despair, but after
much help from friends, he managed to climb out, and about that time, Nikki
reemerged, but she was changed, as was he. He had grieved her, and thought
her gone, and now she was back, but the transference had left her with severe
burns to her body. Keldar visited it her, and they started to build on their
relationship again, when he was abducted by the DLC.
They brainwashed him for their own gain, and had him lead attacks against
the Outpost, and a potential member to the Federation. Eventually Keldar
realized what had happened and broke free, escaping to the Outpost. Here he
was accepted back into the fold, but not with open arms. It was soon after,
more than likely to keep a closer eye on him, Captain Surak promoted him to
XO. Nikki was not as forgiving, thinking that he had deserted her, and
Ni'Kel.
Something had happened to her, theories are still being speculated on, and
being investigated. After a month or so, Nikki disappeared back into the
other dimension. Keldar is still investigating, on how to get her back.

Personality:
Keldar is like most Ferengi, profit-oriented and always looking for a way to
get more and more latinum. When he is put to the test or under pressure, he
is a very brilliant engineer, and works quite well with others. He has now
become a bit more jumpy since his kidnapping. And after his near death
experience he had become a bit more reflective and is trying to go back to
his Ferengi roots. His personal life has gone through so many ups and downs,
sometimes he has problems knowing where he is, and who he is with. He is
right now trying to come to terms with his new position.

treaties. Later moved back to Vulcan to live with my father. I visited my
mother on earth often.

Personal Data:

Alejandra was born to a middle class family in sothern Seville. Her mother
was of Spanish Gypsy descent. Her father was Spanish with a strong Moor
ancestry. The Moor ancsetry accounted for Alex's dark complexion, full mouth
and wavy hair. She inhereted the lithe body of her gypsy heritage and thier
fire and love of adventure. Many days and nights Alex would accompany her
mother to the gypsy camps out side of Seville. The gypsies had continued
to live by thier own rules even after centuries of living in Spain. The
nights were the most fun for Alex for she loved the dancing that dominated
the campfires and the sound of the music as it echoed through the hills. It
was there that she aquired her expertise in playing the Spanish guitar. But
the one thing that Alex loved most was the dance of the Spanish gypsies, the
famous and romantic dance called the Flamenco. She took to the dance as if
she was born to dance Flamenco and only Flamenco. It gained her favor among
her gypsy peers, for when she danced, she became one with the music.

Deceased:
This is the Final Report on Lieutenant Alejandra Montoya who came to OPC
assigned as an engineer. She was surprised to see the XO of OPC was Daniel
Mancuso. They had been lovers before 5 years ago. They resumed thier
relationship but Mancuso did not know she was a spy and the Dentari were
controlling her by
holding the medication that her son needed to live. She killed Mancuso's
assistant then got into the files and
Mancuso caught her. He mind melded with her to find out the info on the
dentari and could not disengage from the mind meld, due to a chip implanted
there by the Dentari. The chip was designed to detonate if she was ever
apprehended and questioned. The mind meld in conjunction with the chip was
the cause of death. While inside her mind Mancuso found out the child was
his.....the boy's name is Luis. Mancuso was put on trial for her murder.
Mancuso
was vindicated of most of the charges, except for violating her civil rights.
Mancuso and his son Luis along with the Convoy OPC-7311BQ shot Alejandra's
casket out into space 100,000 kilometers towards a deep blue gas giant...in
the star charts it only had reference number 506124; its path could be traced
directly toward the heart of the raging inferno of the Star ... it was
finally engulfed and disappeared. Mancuso entered the data into the
records stating that From now on this Cluster would be called the Montoya
Cluster ... and that Blue Gas Giant would forever be called Alejandra.

Updated Record of officer found lost in space who will now be known as
Lieutenant Alejandra Montoya:

Alejandra was assigned as an engineer to the USS Crazy Horse and sent on a
mission to assist civilians and Starfleet personnel to evacuate from the
planet Antica, in the Beta Renna star system, located in the far reaches of
the alpha quadrant. An away team was assembled and beamed down to the planet
and successfully assisted in transporting all of the population and supplies
from the planet. Everyone transported to the USS Crazy Horse and Alex was
one of the last to leave Antica. There were problems with a malfunction in
the transportor caused by an energy distortion field that phased in and out,
around the planet and the transport chief trying to compensate and as Alex
was in the annular confinement beam, the distortion field rephased and
interferred with the confinement field, reflecting the matter stream, thus
beaming one Alejandra Montoya back to Antica. In other words the transport
accident created a duplicate Alex. One Alejandra Montoya was left on the
planet and the other beamed up to the USS Crazy Horse. No one knew or
suspected that there had been a duplicate Montoya made. The ship left the
system and Alex was left alone. So everything that has occurred after the
transport six years ago and on OPC was not known to this Alejandra Montoya.
This Alejandra Montoya had never met Mancuso nor had a child, although
genetically, Luis Montoya Mancuso is her son.

Medical Update
Alejandra Montoya was injured in an accident during duty on the Desiderata
leaving her badly scarred on the left side of her face. After many
consultations, Dr. Tia Ryan, Dr Joh Mystan and Dr Julian Bashier, repaired
the damage to her left eye and left cheek restoring Montoya's face to it's
previous state.
